技术背景
线性灯,作为灯具的一个种类,应用很广泛,如室内装饰照明、商业产品照明、户外洗墙灯、户外投光灯等,都属于线性灯的应用范围。
洗墙灯,作为线性灯的一种,顾名思义,让灯光像水一样洗过墙面,主要用来做建筑装饰照明之用,还用来勾勒大型建筑的轮廓。LED是英文Light Emitting Diode的缩写,即发光二极管,是一种半导体固体发光器件,具有发光效率高,耗电少,使用寿命长,发光亮度高等特点。由于LED具有以上特点,所以目前正逐渐取代其他类型的光源,成为现代灯具的主用光源。
洗墙灯,作为定向灯具的一种,基本上都采用透镜进行配光设计,而透镜如何定位和安装则成为灯具设计中的重要难题。因为透镜本身为高透光性的PMMA材质,很少涉及定位安装结构,以防影响透镜的透光率及出光效果。目前LED透镜的固定结构一般采用胶粘法和螺丝固定者两种方法。第一种是通过在透镜底部刷胶后把透镜粘在灯具的散热器或支架上面,这种方式增加了人为的刷胶过程,增加了一道工序,降低了组装和生产效率,并且无形当中增加了成本,也不环保,给环境带来了压力;第二种是通过螺丝固定,螺丝固定需要生产人员对螺丝孔找正,且螺丝容易滑丝或者容易断在螺丝孔内。螺丝滑丝后需要再次对产品进行固定,而如果螺丝断在了产品中,那么容易造成产品的报废,对生产带来不利并增加了生产人员的工作量,造成生产效率低下,不利于成本的节约。
发明概要
本发明的目的在于提供一种LED线性灯,其安全可靠,安装便捷。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种LED线性灯,其包括支架、光学面罩、驱动电源模组及LED光学模组。支架与光学面罩之间围设形成至少收容LED光学模组的收容空间。所述LED光学模组包括设置于支架的光源板、间隔设置于光源板的若干LED灯珠及罩设于LED灯珠上方的若干组合透镜装置。组合透镜装置包括罩设于LED灯珠上方的透镜及收容透镜的透镜支架,其中透镜支架分别与透镜及支架卡扣连接。
优选地,所述透镜支架延伸设置有定位柱,光源板对应设置有定位孔,其中定位柱分别组配于定位孔内以定位组合透镜装置的安装位置。

发明内容
请参阅图1及图2所示,符合本发明优选实施方式的LED线性灯100包括支架1、与支架1组配的光学面罩2、LED光源模组5、一对导轨4及驱动电源模组3。
继续参阅图3至图7,支架1与光学面罩2组配后形成收容空间6,上述LED光源模组5收容于该收容空间6内。导轨4滑动组装于支架1,而驱动电源模组3直下式组装于导轨4并与导轨4机械连接。该驱动电源模组3与LED光源模组5形成电性连接,为LED光源模组5提供电力。
支架1由导热性能良好的金属材质制成,通常为铝或铝合金,如此可以将LED光源模组5产生的热量及时导出LED线性灯100,保持良好的工作性能。支架1为纵长构型,其沿LED线性灯100的长度方向延伸,并具有两端部11。完成组装后,支架1的端部11及光学面罩2的端部组配有一对端盖9用于密封上述收容空间6。从其端部11方向看去,支架1包括呈U形的框架式主体部12。主体部12由一对大致平行的侧壁121及大致水平的底壁122组成,并共同界定有开口向上的空间123。当光学面罩2组设于主体部12后,该空间被光学面罩2封闭并形成上述收容空间6。为了提供光学面罩2的安装,自上述两侧壁121的中部相向延伸形成有L形支撑部13,其同时沿纵长方向延伸贯穿支架1的整体长度。光学面罩2自上而下放入上述空间并位于一对侧壁121之间,同时受到支撑部13的支撑。组装后,光学面罩2的上表面与侧壁121的顶部平齐。为了固定光 学面罩2,支撑部13与侧壁121之间的空间内预先涂覆有胶(未图示),可以与组装后的光学面罩2粘合。
上述一对侧壁121的外部下方,分别沿其长度方向开设有供导轨4滑动的轨道124。该轨道124呈倒置的T型,其自侧壁121向内延伸,且位于侧壁121的开口1241尺寸小于位于侧壁121内侧的收容槽1242的尺寸。每一侧壁121的内表面,位于支撑部13的下方,向空间123内突伸形成有卡扣部126,其同样沿支架1的长度方向延伸。若干肋条状散热翅片125环绕侧壁121与底壁122交界处及底壁122下方并于支架1的两端部11之间延伸形成。支架1的底壁122的底部中间位置,部分散热翅片125中断并形成位于两部分散热翅片125之间且开口向下的空腔127。空腔127底壁开设有通孔1270,其用于供驱动电源模组3的电源线3及电连接器(未图示)穿过,以便与LED光源模组5电性连接。此外,为了对LED线性灯100进行固定,支架1底壁122分别设置有一对固定支架8,其可以安装于其他安装基础,如地面、墙壁等。该固定支架8可以与支架1一体成型或组装于支架1的底壁122。于本发明优选实施方式中,该固定支架8与支架1为组装关系。
导轨4滑动组设于支架1的轨道124内。导轨4包括大致呈倒置T形的基部41及自基部41上端缘向外延伸形成的L形抵止部42。基部41包括大致呈矩形的第一部分410及自第一部分410中部延伸形成的第二部分412。第一部分410与第二部分412分别收容于支架1的轨道124的收容槽1242及开口1241内,并可相对其滑动。上述抵止部42自第二部分412的上端缘向外延伸超出支架2的侧壁121外,且其上表面与基部41的第一部分410的上表面平齐。自基部41的第二部分412的外表面向内延伸设置有一对安装螺孔4121及位于该对安装螺孔4121外侧的一对紧定螺孔4122。一对螺钉7穿过驱动电源模组3及安装螺孔4121以在驱动电源模组3与导轨4之间形成机械固定连接。一对紧定 螺钉(未图示)则穿过紧定螺孔4122并抵顶于支架1的轨道124侧面以固定导轨4与支架1之间的位置关系,防止导轨4滑动到位后沿支架1长度方向相对于支架1的位移。
驱动电源模组3包括壳体31、收容于壳体31内的驱动电源(未图示)、与驱动电源电性连接的电源线33及封闭壳体31两端的盖体34。壳体31具有弧形顶壁311、平板状底壁312及连接顶壁311及底壁312的一对侧壁313,侧壁313延伸超出顶壁311并形成为与导轨4结合的结合部3130。该结合部3130顶部形成为与导轨4的抵止部42形状匹配的L型端部3132,其与抵止部42匹配并位于抵止部42下方,从而定位驱动电源模组3的安装位置。结合部3130侧面形成有一对安装螺孔3133,其与导轨4的安装螺孔4121对正,螺钉7依次穿过安装螺孔3133、4121将导轨4与驱动电源模组3锁合。结合部3130侧面还开设有位于安装螺孔3133外侧的紧定螺孔3134,其与导轨4的紧定螺孔4122对正,紧定螺钉分别穿过紧定螺孔3134、4122并抵顶于支架1的轨道124的侧面以固定导轨4的位置。盖体34贴近壳体31两端的一侧向上延伸形成有片状定位部341,当结合部3130包覆于支架1横向两侧与导轨4机械连接时,壳体31的顶壁311及盖体34的上表面抵顶贴设于支架1的底壁122,此时该对定位部341分别延伸进入空腔127内,并与空腔127两端壁配合以定位驱动电源模组3的安装位置。驱动电源模组3内设置的驱动电源(未图示)两端分别与电源线33电性连接,其中一根电源线33自顶壁311穿设而出,并于其另一端设置有电连接器(未图示)。电源线3设置有电连接器的一端穿过支架2底壁122底部的通孔1270,从而与LED光源模组5的光源板51形成电性连接。之后,驱动电源模组3自下而上直接安装于导轨4,并通过螺钉7和紧定螺钉形成可靠的连接。由于导轨4与驱动电源模组3分离设置,因此导轨4可以预先滑动至支架1相应的位置,而驱动电源模组3可以沿垂直于导轨4的滑动方向的方向,即上下方向,直接安装至导轨4。这种设计,避免于驱动电源模组3与LED光源模组5相连的一端设置过长的电源 线3,从而可以简化结构,并减少占用空间。另一根电源线33延伸出驱动电源模组5外,并与外部电源连接以进行电力传输。
结合图4、图8及图9所示,符合本发明优选实施方式的LED光源模组5包括间隔设置有若干LED灯珠50的光源板51、及间隔罩设于LED灯珠50上方的若干组合透镜装置52。组合透镜装置52包括透镜支架53及收容于透镜支架53内的透镜54。透镜54罩设于LED灯珠50上方,透镜支架53定位于光源板51上并卡扣组配于支架1。
作为本发明的优选实施方式,透镜54为单透镜,呈锥形,其上部具有圆形边缘540及自该边缘540进一步向外突伸延伸形成的定位部541。
与透镜54匹配的透镜支架53结构如下:透镜支架53具有圆环状主体部531及自主体部531上端缘向外扩展形成的面环530。主体部531具有周壁532及设置于周壁532下端缘的底壁533。周壁532与底壁533共同围设形成收容透镜54的收容腔534。底壁533中央开设有开孔5330,透镜54下端延伸进入该开孔5330并罩设于对应的LED灯珠50上方。面环530与周壁532的上端缘相连,其内边缘间隔凹设有三个凹槽5301,每一凹槽5301内向上突伸形成有面向收容腔534的带有扣勾的第一卡扣部5302。当透镜54收容于收容腔534后,第一卡扣部5302卡扣于透镜54的边缘540上方。于其中两个第一卡扣部5302之间,面环530凹设形成有定位槽5303,透镜54于其边缘540向外突伸对应形成有定位部541,因此该定位部541与定位槽5303配合以正确安装透镜54于透镜支架53。于其他优选实施方式中,定位部与定位槽的位置可以互换,如定位部自面环530内边缘向收容腔534内突伸形成,而透镜54凹设形成有收容该定位部的定位槽。面环530对称设置有自其上表面向上延伸的一对弧形挡块5304,当LED光源模组5组装于支架1且光学面罩2放置于支架1后,光学面罩2的下表面压在挡块5304上,以更好的固定组合透镜装置52。对应挡块5304的位置,面环530外边缘向下延伸形成有一对第二卡扣部 5305,其与支架1的侧壁122的卡扣部126卡扣配合以将组合透镜装置52组配于支架1。临近每一第二卡扣部5305,面环530下表面设置有尺寸不同的一对定位柱5306。光源板51于每一组LED灯珠50附近形成尺寸大小不同的一组定位孔(未图示),定位柱5306分别组入对应尺寸的定位孔内,以防止组合透镜装置52被误装配。于本发明优选实施方式中,定位柱5306与定位孔为圆形,然而于其他优选实施方式中,其还可以是多边形等形状,只要符合尺寸或形状不一致,即可实现防止误装配的目的。
作为本发明的又一优选实施方式,请参阅图10至图11并结合图4,组合透镜装置52’包括透镜54’及透镜支架53’。透镜54’为RGB三透镜,用于调光应用环境下。然而,于其他优选实施方式中,透镜54’还可以具有其他数目以符合不同的要求及应用。与该透镜54’匹配的透镜支架53’与透镜支架53的区别在于:为了配合透镜54’的RGB三透镜结构,其底壁533’开设有三个开孔5330’供透镜下端穿过以便罩设于对应的LED灯珠50。该透镜支架53’对称设置有对应支架1的卡扣部126的两对第二卡扣部5305’。与组合透镜装置52类似或相同的结构,在此不再敷述。
于本发明优选实施方式中,光学面罩2为玻璃制成,于其他优选实施方式中,光学面罩2还可以由其他高透光材质或可使出射光线均匀的其他材质制成。在组装于支架1后,光学面罩2面对LED光学膜组3的表面会涂覆黑色涂层,仅保留对应每一组
该组合透镜装置52、52’通过卡扣式的结构设计,实现了与支架1及光源板51之间的快速高效组装,效率大大提升。定位柱和定位孔的配合,又有效防止了误配的发生。
应当注意的是,本发明的实施例有较佳的实施性,且并非对本发明作任何形式的限制,任何熟悉该领域的技术人员可能利用上述揭示的技术内容变更或修饰为等同的有效实施例,但凡未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何修改或等同变化及修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种LED线性灯,其包括支架、光学面罩、驱动电源模组及LED光学模组,其中支架与光学面罩之间围设形成至少收容LED光学模组的收容空间,所述LED光学模组包括设置于支架的光源板、间隔设置于光源板的若干LED灯珠及罩设于LED灯珠上方的若干组合透镜装置;其特征在于:组合透镜装置包括罩设于LED灯珠上方的透镜及收容透镜的透镜支架,其中透镜支架分别与透镜及支架卡扣连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的LED线性灯,其特征在于:所述透镜支架延伸设置有定位柱,光源板对应设置有定位孔,其中定位柱分别组配于定位孔内以定位组合透镜装置的安装位置。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的LED线性灯,其特征在于:所述定位柱为两个,且尺寸不等,所述定位孔为两个且尺寸不等。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的LED线性灯,其特征在于:所述透镜上方边缘处朝向透镜支架或透镜支架内边缘朝向透镜支架延伸设置有定位部,所述透镜支架内边缘向外凹陷或透镜上方边缘处凹陷设置有定位槽,定位部收容于定位槽内。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的LED线性灯,其特征在于:所述透镜支架形成有收容透镜的收容腔,透镜支架设置有至少两个面向收容腔的第一卡扣部及至少两个与第一卡扣部反向设置的第二卡扣部,其中第一卡扣部及第二卡扣部分别与透镜及支架卡扣配合。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的LED线性灯,其特征在于:所述支架具有一对侧壁及与侧壁连接的底壁,侧壁与底壁及光学面罩共同围设形成所述收容空间,其中支架的侧壁内表面沿其长度方向设置有卡扣部,所述第二卡扣部与该卡扣部卡扣配合。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的LED线性灯,其特征在于:所述驱动电源模组组装于支架外部。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的LED线性灯,其特征在于:还包括滑动组设于支架侧壁的 一对导轨,其中所述驱动电源模组沿上下方向组设于导轨。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的LED线性灯,其特征在于:所述透镜支架上表面向上突伸形成有挡块,所述光学面罩压在该挡块上。
  10. 一种用于LED线性灯的组合透镜装置,其包括透镜及收容固定透镜的透镜支架,透镜支架包括具有收容腔的主体部,所述透镜收容于该收容腔内,其特征在于:透镜支架还包括面向收容腔设置的至少两个第一卡扣部及设置于主体部外周的至少两个第二卡扣部,其中第一卡扣部卡扣于透镜的上表面,第二卡扣部用于与LED线性灯的支架进行卡扣配合以将组合透镜装置固定于支架。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的组合透镜装置,其特征在于:所述透镜支架还设置有位于第二卡扣部附近的两个定位柱,其中两个定位柱具有不同的尺寸。
