在本实施例中,第一内电极112与加热单元120通过第一导线(图中未示)相连通,第一导线一端焊接于第一内电极112,第二内电极212与电池220通过第二导线240相连通,第二导线240其中一端焊接于第二内电极。当然地,第一外电极111和第二外电极211分别与加热单元120和蒸发器组件100通过现有的方式(例如导线或导电镀层等)电性连通。
在第一内电极112和第二内电极212之间设置有中间件,用于在该第一内电极112和第二内电极212之间建立电性连接。该第一实施例中,该中间件为一导电垫片250,导电垫片250呈环状,其可由铜或铝等易导电的材料制成。在电池组件200设置有限位件260,导电垫片250活动设置于限位件260。在本实施例中,限位件260采用弹性材料制成,例如硅胶。限位件260包括连接为一体的头部261和尾部262,在尾部262设置有嵌套槽263,限位件260通过嵌套槽263嵌套于第二内电极212。
具体而言,本实施例中的第一壳体130和第二壳体230均呈圆筒状,第一外电极111、第一内电极112、第一绝缘体113、第二外电极211、第二内电极212、第二绝缘体213均为回转体状。
在本实施例中,第一内电极112和第二内电极212的安装情况可以有以三种情形:
第一内电极112和第二内电极212分别相对于第一外电极111和第二外电极211固定设置,此种情形下,设置于第一内电极112和第二内电极212之间的导电垫片250可以化解蒸发器组件100和电池组件200旋合时的摩擦力;
第一内电极112相对于第一外电极211固定设置,第二内电极212相对于第二外电极211活动设置,在此种情形下,需保证导电垫片250与第二内电极212之间的摩擦力小于第二内电极212与第二外电极211之间的摩擦力;
第一内电极112相对于第一外电极111活动设置,第二内电极212相对于第二外电极211固定设置,在此种情形下,需保证导电垫片250与第一内电极112之间的摩擦力小于第一内电极112与第一外电极111之间的摩擦力。
当电池组件200旋入蒸发器组件100时,导电垫片250与第一内电极112的摩擦力逐渐增大,当该摩擦力大于第二内电极112与导电垫片250之间的摩擦力时,第一内电极112会带动导电垫片250旋转。而导电垫片250与第二内电极212的摩擦力较小,导电垫片250并不会在摩擦作用下带动第二内电极212一起旋转。这样就避免了因第二内电极212的旋转导致第二导线240被扭断的问题。
当蒸发器组件100和电池组件200完全旋合为一体时,第一外电极111和第二外电极211相接触,第一内电极112和第二内电极212则通过导电垫片250相导通。此时,按下烟草蒸发器的控制开关(图中未示)即可实现电池组件200对蒸发器组件100的供电。
上电极110还包括上电极压板114,上电极114同时抵持于第一内电极112和第一绝缘体113,设置上电极压板114的好处是使第一外电极111、第一绝缘体113和第一内电极112之间紧密贴合。
参照图4和图5,本实用新型烟草蒸发器又提出了第二实施例,该第二实施例的烟草蒸发器与第一实施例的区别在于,第二实施例的导电垫片250在其与第二内电极212相接触的一面设置有导电凸起251,该导电凸起251可以为一环状结构或凸点结构,用于与第二内电极212接触并建立电性连接。设置导电凸起251的好处是减小了导电垫片250与第二内电极212之间接触面积,从而进一步减少了导电垫片250与第二内电极212之间的摩擦力。
参照图6和图7,本实用新型烟草蒸发器又提出了第三实施例,第三实施例与第一实施例的区别在于,限位件260和第二内电极212的结构有所不同,具体地,本实施例的限位件260采用硬质材料制成,限位件260和第二内电极212采用螺纹连接或者铆接。
参照图8和图9,本实用新型又提出了第四实施例,第四实施例与第三实施例的区别在于,在第四实施例的烟草蒸发器中,在上电极110中未设置上电极压板。
参照图10至图12,本实用新型又提出了第五实施例,本实施例与第一实施例的区别在于,在第五实施例中,在第一内电极112和第二内电极212之间设置的中间件不是上述的导电垫片250,而是一滚珠270。在第二内电极212朝向蒸发器组件100的一面设置有滚珠槽2123,该滚珠270可滚动地装设在在滚珠槽2123内,设置滚珠270的好处是大大减少第一内电极112和第二内电极212之间的摩擦力。当电池组件200旋入蒸发器组件100时,由于第一内电极112和第二内电极212之间的摩擦力较小,第一内电极112和第二内电极212之间不会产生相对旋转。
参照图13至图15,本实用新型又提出了第六实施例,第六实施例与第一实施例的区别在于,第六实施例的第二内电极212与第一内电极112之间未设置上述的任何一种中间件,而是直接相接触,第二导线240与第二内电极212采用活动连接。
具体而言,在第六实施例中,第二内电极212朝向电池组件200的一端开设有连接槽2121,连接槽2121在其内壁开设有呈环形的卡槽2122,在第二导线240朝向第二内电极212的一端设置有与连接槽2121形状相适应的连接板241,连接板241的截面略小于连接槽2121,连接板241在其外缘表面弹性设置有凸起结构2411,在连接板241内设置弹性结构2412,弹性结构2412用于顶持凸起结构2411,弹性结构2412实际为一弹簧。连接板241和设置于其上的凸起结构2411均采用导电材料制成。
凸起结构2411其截面形状与卡槽2122相适应,将连接板241放入连接槽2121中,同时将凸起结构2411卡入卡槽2122内,由于弹性结构2412弹性顶持于凸起结构2411,使得弹性结构2412与卡槽2122一直保持电性接触。将卡槽2122的截面设置成曲率较小的弧形,这样可以方便连接板241从连接槽2121中取出。
应当理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本实用新型所附权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种烟草蒸发器,其特征在于,所述烟草蒸发器包括可旋转地连接为一体的蒸发器组件和电池组件,所述蒸发器组件上设置有上电极,所述电池组件上设置有下电极,所述上电极包括第一外电极、第一内电极和设置于所述第一外电极和所述第一内电极之间的第一绝缘体,所述下电极包括第二外电极、第二内电极和设置于所述第二外电极和所述第二内电极之间的第二绝缘体,所述第一内电极通过第一导线与所述蒸发器组件电性连通,所述第二内电极通过第二导线与所述电池组件电性连通,所述第一内电极和所述第二内电极之间可活动地设置有用于将所述第一内电极和所述第二内电极电性连接的中间件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的烟草蒸发器,其特征在于,所述第一内电极相对于所述第一外电极固定设置,所述第二内电极相对于所述第二外电极固定设置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的烟草蒸发器,其特征在于,所述第一内电极相对于所述第一外电极固定设置,所述第二内电极相对于所述第二外电极活动设置,所述中间件与所述第二内电极之间的摩擦力小于所述第二内电极与所述第二外电极之间的摩擦力。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的烟草蒸发器,其特征在于,所述第一内电极相对于所述第一外电极活动设置,所述第二内电极相对于所述第二外电极固定设置,所述中间件与所述第一内电极之间的摩擦力小于所述第一内电极与所述第一外电极之间的摩擦力。
  5. 根据权利要求2至4任一项所述的烟草蒸发器,其特征在于,所述第二电极设置有限位件,所述中间件为一导电垫片,所述导电垫片可活动地安装于所述限位件。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的烟草蒸发器,其特征在于,所述导电垫片的两个端面中至少一个端面设置有导电凸起。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的烟草蒸发器,其特征在于,所述限位件与所述第二内电极相嵌套、铆接或螺纹连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的烟草蒸发器,其特征在于,所述上电极还包括上电极压板,所述上电极压板用于压紧所述上电极。
  9. 根据权利要求2至4任一项所述的烟草蒸发器,其特征在于,所述中间件为一滚珠,在所述第二内电极设置有滚珠槽,所述滚珠可滚动地安装于所述滚珠槽,所述第一内电极和所述第二内电极通过所述滚珠电性连接。
  10. 一种烟草蒸发器,其特征在于,所述烟草蒸发器包括可旋转地连接为一体的所述蒸发器组件和所述电池组件,所述蒸发器组件上设置有所述上电极,所述电池组件设置有所述下电极,所述上电极包括所述第一外电极和所述第一内电极,所述下电极包括所述第二外电极和所述第二外电极,所述第一内电极通过所述第一导线与所述蒸发器组件电性连通,所述第二内电极通过所述第二导线与所述电池组件电性连通,所述第一内电极和所述第二内电极中至少一个为活动设置,且所述第一内电极和所述第二内电极之间建立有可断开的电性连接;
    在所述第一内电极活动设置时,所述第一导线与所述第一内电极活动连接,在所述第二内电极活动设置时,所述第二导线与所述第二内电极活动连接。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的烟草蒸发器,其特征在于,所述第二内电极活动设置,所述第二内电极朝向所述电池组件的一端开设有连接槽,所述连接槽在其内壁设置有卡槽,在所述第二导线的朝向所述第二内电极的一端设置有连接板,所述连接板的形状与所述连接槽的形状相适应,在所述连接板的外缘表面弹性设置有凸起结构,所述凸起结构的形状与所述卡槽相适应。
