本发明的有益效果为: 本发明所述液晶显示装置的前框为分体式结构, 至 少包括二个前框单元, 所述第一前框单元包括一顶壁和一侧壁, 但第二前框单 元不但包括顶壁和侧壁, 还包括底壁, 所述第二前框单元从侧面装配到液晶显 示装置上, 并卡住液晶显示面板的上表面和背板的下表面, 由于第二前框单元 是从侧面卡装到液晶显示装置上的, 其底壁与背板的下表面接触, 所以第二前 框单元不会侧翻, 从而能保证对液晶显示面板的压紧力, 使液晶显示装置更安 全可靠, 尤其适用于窄边框的液晶显示装置。 【附图说明】

【具体实施方式】
本发明公开一种液晶显示装置, 作为本发明液晶显示装置的实施例一, 也 是最佳的实施例, 如图 2至图 4所示, 包括前框 1、 背板和液晶显示面板 2, 所 述液晶显示面板 2设置在前框 1和背板之间, 所述前框 1为分体式结构, 至少 包括二个前框单元, 所述二个前框单元分别为第一前框单元 11和第二前框单元 12, 所述第一前框单元 11包括一顶壁 111和一侧壁 112, 第二前框单元 12包括 一顶壁 121、 一侧壁 122和一底壁 123, 所述第二前框单元 12从侧面装配到液 晶显示装置上, 并卡住液晶显示面板 2的上表面和背板的下表面。
本发明实施例所述液晶显示装置的前框为分体式结构, 至少包括二个前框 单元, 所述第一前框单元 11 包括一顶壁 111和一侧壁 112, 和传统的前框形状 一致, 但第二前框单元 12不但包括顶壁 121和侧壁 122, 还包括底壁 123, 所 述第二前框单元 12从侧面装配到液晶显示装置上, 并卡住液晶显示面板 2的上 表面和背板的下表面,由于第二前框单元 12是从侧面卡装到液晶显示装置上的, 其底壁 123与背板的下表面接触, 所以第二前框单元 12不会侧翻, 从而能保证 对液晶显示面板 2和导光板 4的压紧力, 使液晶显示装置更安全可靠, 尤其适 用于窄边框的液晶显示装置。
本实施例中, 所述液晶显示装置还包括中框 3和导光板 4, 所述导光板 4 设置在背板内, 所述中框 3设置在液晶显示面板 2和导光板 4之间, 所述中框 3 包括侧壁 31 , 所述中框的侧壁 31与背板的侧壁 51上下对齐, 从而使液晶显示 装置的边框缩窄了一个中框或背板侧壁的壁厚, 是窄边框设计的重要发展方向。
本实施例中, 如图 3所示, 所述前框包括四个边框, 所述第一前框单元 11 包括相连的三条边框, 第二前框单元 12 包括一条边框, 所述第一前框单元 11 和第二前框单元 12均通过螺釘锁附固定在背板上, 由于第一前框单元 11无底 壁, 所以可以从上向下直接扣合在背板上, 第二前框单元 12只包括一条边框, 所从侧面装配到液晶显示装置上非常方便。
本实施例中, 所述背板包括底板 52, 所述底板 52上设有凸起 521 , 所述第 二前框单元 12的底壁 123上对应设有定位孔 124,所述凸起 521卡入定位孔 124 从而使第二前框单元 12和背板形成预定位, 从而方便后序的螺釘固定, 所述定 位孔 124和凸起 521具有二对, 分开布置, 使第二前框单元 12的两端都能得到 有效的预定位。
本实施例中,所述背板包括侧壁 51 ,所述第一前框单元 11和第二前框单元 12的侧壁和背板的侧壁 51通过螺釘 6锁附固定,采用传统的固定方式可以最大 程度地减小由于结构方案改变对整个液晶显示装置的影响, 由于第二前框单元 12一般情况下已不可能侧翻, 所以只需要从侧面锁螺釘就可以把第二前框单元 12完全固定。
本实施例中, 所述第二前框单元底壁 123的宽度大于顶壁 121的宽度, 由 于窄边化的趋势要求, 前框的顶壁 121 宽度只会进一步减小而不能增大, 但第 二前框单元的底壁 123却不受限制, 其底壁 123宽度越大, 越能防止前框侧翻。 在上述实施例中, 所述前框单元还可以为其它多种折分形式, 比如所述第 一前框单元包括相连的二条边框, 第二前框单元包括相连的二条边框, 又或者 所述第一前框单元和第二前框单元均为 C形结构, 所述 C形结构为包括一个完 整的边框和两段不完整的边框, 对接组成完整闭合的前框结构, 所述第一前框 单元和第二前框单元均通过螺釘锁附固定在背板上, 由于第二前框单元包括一 个以上的边框, 所以从侧面装配到液晶显示装置上时, 会稍困难一些, 效率低 一些, 但防止前框侧翻的效果会更好。
在上述实施例中, 所述前框单元可以为三个, 其中二个前框单元包括底壁, 用于防止前框侧翻; 所述前框单元还可以为四个, 四个前框单元都可以包括底 壁, 都通过侧面的螺釘锁附固定在背板侧壁上。
作为本发明液晶显示装置的实施例二, 如图 5所示, 与实施例一区别之处 在于所述第二前框单元 12与背板之间的预定位结构不同, 第二前框单元的底壁 123上设有卡扣 125 , 所述背板上设有 LED灯条 7及散热铝挤 8, 所述散热铝挤 8上设有弹性卡臂 81 , 所述散热铝挤 8通过螺釘固定在背板上, 所述背板上设 有通孔 522, 所述弹性卡臂 81伸出背板上的通孔 511并与第二前框单元上的卡 扣 125配合, 所述第二前框单元上的卡扣 125和散热铝挤上的弹性卡臂 81数量 均为多对, 本实施例为二对, 可使第二前框单元 12更好地预定位在背板上, 方 便后序的螺釘固定, 其它结构及有益效果均与实施例一致, 此处不再赘述。
以上内容是结合具体的优选实施方式对本发明所作的进一步详细说明, 不 能认定本发明的具体实施只局限于这些说明。 对于本发明所属技术领域的普通 技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明构思的前提下, 还可以做出若干筒单推演或替 换, 都应当视为属于本发明的保护范围。

权利要求
1、 一种液晶显示装置, 包括前框、 背板和液晶显示面板, 所述液晶显示面 板设置在前框和背板之间, 所述前框为分体式结构, 至少包括二个前框单元, 所述二个前框单元分别为第一前框单元和第二前框单元, 所述第一前框单元包 括一顶壁和一侧壁, 第二前框单元包括一顶壁、 一侧壁和一底壁, 所述第二前 框单元从侧面装配到液晶显示装置上, 并卡住液晶显示面板的上表面和背板的 下表面, 所述前框包括四个边框, 所述第一前框单元包括相连的三条边框, 第 二前框单元包括一条边框, 所述第一前框单元和第二前框单元均通过螺釘锁附 固定在背板上, 所述第二前框单元底壁的宽度大于顶壁的宽度, 所述背板包括 侧壁, 所述第一前框单元和第二前框单元的侧壁和背板的侧壁通过螺釘锁附固 定, 所述第二前框单元的底壁上设有卡扣, 所述背板上设有 LED灯条及散热铝 挤, 所述散热铝挤上设有弹性卡臂, 所述散热铝挤固定在背板上, 所述背板上 设有通孔, 所述弹性卡臂伸出背板上的通孔并与第二前框单元上的卡扣配合, 所述第二前框单元上的卡扣和散热铝挤上的弹性卡臂数量均为多对, 所述液晶 显示装置还包括中框和导光板, 所述导光板设置在背板内, 所述中框设置在液 晶显示面板和导光板之间, 所述中框包括侧壁, 所述中框的侧壁与背板的侧壁 上下对齐。
2、 一种液晶显示装置, 包括前框、 背板和液晶显示面板, 所述液晶显示面 板设置在前框和背板之间, 所述前框为分体式结构, 至少包括二个前框单元, 所述二个前框单元分别为第一前框单元和第二前框单元, 所述第一前框单元包 括一顶壁和一侧壁, 第二前框单元包括一顶壁、 一侧壁和一底壁, 所述第二前 框单元从侧面装配到液晶显示装置上, 并卡住液晶显示面板的上表面和背板的 下表面。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述前框包括四个边框, 所 述第一前框单元包括相连的三条边框, 第二前框单元包括一条边框, 所述第一 前框单元和第二前框单元均通过螺釘锁附固定在背板上。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述背板包括侧壁, 所述第 一前框单元和第二前框单元的侧壁和背板的侧壁通过螺釘锁附固定。
5、 如权利要求 2所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述前框包括四个边框, 所 述第一前框单元包括相连的二条边框, 第二前框单元包括相连的二条边框, 所 述第一前框单元和第二前框单元均通过螺釘锁附固定在背板上。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述背板包括侧壁, 所述第 一前框单元和第二前框单元的侧壁和背板的侧壁通过螺釘锁附固定。
7、 如权利要求 2所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述第一前框单元和第二前 框单元均为 C形结构, 所述第一前框单元和第二前框单元均通过螺釘锁附固定 在背板上。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述背板包括侧壁, 所述第 一前框单元和第二前框单元的侧壁和背板的侧壁通过螺釘锁附固定。
9、 如权利要求 2所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述第二前框单元底壁的宽 度大于顶壁的宽度。
10、 如权利要求 2所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述背板包括底板, 所述 底板上设有凸起, 所述第二前框单元的底壁上对应设有定位孔, 所述凸起卡入 定位孔从而使第二前框单元和背板形成预定位。
11、 如权利要求 2所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述第二前框单元的底壁 上设有卡扣, 所述背板上设有 LED灯条及散热铝挤, 所述散热铝挤上设有弹性 卡臂, 所述散热铝挤固定在背板上, 所述背板上设有通孔, 所述弹性卡臂伸出 背板上的通孔并与第二前框单元上的卡扣配合。
12、 如权利要求 11所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述第二前框单元上的卡 扣和散热铝挤上的弹性卡臂数量均为多对。
13、 如权利要求 2所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述液晶显示装置还包括 中框和导光板, 所述导光板设置在背板内, 所述中框设置在液晶显示面板和导 光板之间, 所述中框包括侧壁, 所述中框的侧壁与背板的侧壁上下对齐。
