【背景技术】
如图 1所示, 现有的液晶显示器、 液晶电视等液晶显示装置均包括液晶显 示模组, 液晶显示模组一般包括前框 1、 液晶显示面板 2、 中框 3、 背光模组 4、 背板 5等部件, 背光模组 4又包括光学膜片、导光板、灯条等部件,其中前框 1、 中框 3和背板 5分别具有不同的功能, 前框 1主要用于固定液晶显示面板 2并 防止其跳脱, 中框 3主要用于承载液晶显示面板 2, 而且还可以起到遮挡部分背 光模组 4漏光的作用; 背板 5主要用于承载和容纳光学膜片、 导光板、 灯条等 部件, 并保证背光模组 4的平整度。
现有技术中的液晶显示模组的前框、 中框和背板的外围尺寸大小不同, 如 图 2所示, 背板的外围尺寸最小, 中框的外围尺寸较大, 前框的外围尺寸最大, 前框、 中框和背板组装后通过卡勾或螺丝紧固, 此种结构的液晶显示模组强度 较高, 但由于前框、 中框和背板侧壁叠合相加, 导致液晶显示模组边框无法进 一步缩窄。

本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种更窄边框的液晶显示模组和液晶显 示装置。

优选的, 所述前框垂直壁的下端面设有凸耳, 所述凸耳的根部宽度小于凸 耳顶部的宽度, 所述背板的垂直壁上对应设有与所述凸耳相配合的缺口, 所述 缺口的口部宽度小于缺口底部的宽度, 所述凸耳固定在所述缺口内, 从而把背 板和前框固定。 此种方案仅仅是筒单地把凸耳和缺口位置进行了调换, 能实现 同样的发明目的, 获得一致的有益效果。
优选的, 所述中框垂直壁的外壁上设有凸起, 所述前框垂直壁上对应设有 通孔, 所述凸起固定在通孔内, 从而使中框和前框连接为一体, 使液晶显示模 组整体强度得到提高。
优选的, 所述前框为分体式结构, 由四个框边构件拼接而成。 由于中框的 垂直壁上的凸起要嵌入前框上的通孔, 为了便于组装前框, 特别把前框设计成 分体式结构。
优选的, 所述相邻框边构件连接处的垂直壁上设有通孔, 固定用螺釘穿过 所述通孔把相邻框边构件固定, 相邻框边构件连接处的垂直壁上的通孔中, 处 于外侧的通孔为封闭式结构, 处于内侧的通孔为开放式的 U形结构。
优选的, 所述液晶显示模组侧面还设有补强胶带, 进一步提高液晶显示模 组整体的强度。
本发明还公开了另一种技术方案: 一种液晶显示装置, 包括上面所述的液 晶显示模组。
本发明所述的两垂直壁上下对齐是指: 其中壁厚稍薄垂直壁的内壁不超出 另一垂直壁的内壁, 且外壁也不超出另一垂直壁的外壁。
本发明的有益效果为: 现有技术中的液晶显示模组已经把边框做的非常窄, 进一步压缩边框宽度的空间非常有限, 而本发明液晶显示模组由于前框的垂直 壁和背板的垂直壁上下对齐, 所以液晶显示模组的边框单边又缩窄了一个前框 或背板的壁厚, 从而获得了更窄边框的液晶显示模组。

【具体实施方式】
本发明公开一种液晶显示装置, 包括液晶显示模组, 作为本发明所述液晶 显示模组的实施例一, 如图 3至 9所示, 包括前框 1和背板 5 , 所述前框 1包括 一水平壁 11和一垂直壁 12, 所述背板 5也包括一水平壁 51和一垂直壁 52, 所 述前框 1的垂直壁 12和背板 5的垂直壁 52上下对齐。 在本实施例中, 所述液 晶显示模组还包括中框 3 , 所述中框 3包括一水平壁 31和一垂直壁 32, 所述中 框 3的垂直壁 32位于前框和背板垂直壁 12、 52的内侧。
现有技术中的液晶显示模组已经把边框做的非常窄, 进一步压缩边框宽度 的空间非常小, 而本发明液晶显示模组由于前框 1的垂直壁 12和背板 5的垂直 壁 52上下对齐, 所以液晶显示模组的边框单边又缩窄了一个前框 1或背板 5的 壁厚, 从而获得了更窄边框的液晶显示模组。
在本实施例中, 所述背板垂直壁 52的上端面设有凸耳 53 , 所述凸耳 53的 根部宽度小于凸耳顶部的宽度,所述前框的垂直壁 12上对应设有与所述凸耳 53 相配合的缺口 13 , 所述缺口 13的口部宽度小于缺口底部的宽度, 所述凸耳 53 固定在所述缺口 13内, 从而把背板 5和前框 1固定, 中框 3与前框 1和背板 5 均相互接触, 从而防止前框 1和背板 5之间的水平移动。 由于现有技术中前框、 中框和背板组装后在侧面通过卡勾或螺丝紧固, 这些固定结构均会增加液晶显 示模组边框的宽度, 而本发明前框 1和背板 5利用垂直壁上的连接结构进行固 定连接, 所以不会增加液晶显示模组边框的宽度。
在本实施例中, 如果在前框垂直壁的下端面设有凸耳, 所述凸耳的根部宽 度小于凸耳顶部的宽度, 所述背板的垂直壁上对应设有与所述凸耳相配合的缺 口, 所述缺口的口部宽度小于缺口底部的宽度, 所述凸耳固定在所述缺口内, 从而把背板和前框固定, 此种方案仅仅是筒单地把凸耳和缺口位置进行了调换, 能实现同样的发明目的, 获得一致的有益效果。
在本实施例中,所述中框垂直壁 32的外壁上设有凸起 33 ,所述前框垂直壁 12上对应设有通孔 14, 所述凸起 33固定在通孔 14内, 从而使中框 3和前框 1 连接为一体, 使液晶显示模组整体强度得到提高。
在本实施例中, 由于中框的垂直壁 32上的凸起 33要嵌入前框 1上的通孔 14, 为了便于组装前框 1 , 特别把前框 1 设计成分体式结构, 由四个框边构件 15拼接而成, 所述相邻框边构件连接处的垂直壁上设有通孔, 固定用螺釘 6穿 过所述通孔把相邻框边构件 15固定, 从而提高组装效率, 另外相邻框边构件连 接处的垂直壁上的通孔中, 处于外侧的通孔为封闭式结构, 处于内侧的通孔为 开放式结构, 本实施例具体为 U形结构, 此种配合方式使框边构件更易组装, 还可以消除框边构件因制造公差产生的装配问题。
在本实施例中, 当把前框 1、 中框 3和背板 5组装完成之后, 还在液晶显示 模组的侧面缠绕一圏补强胶带 7, 进一步提高液晶显示模组整体的强度。
在本实施例中, 所述前框也可以只包括垂直壁, 而不包括水平壁, 液晶显 示面板依靠侧面或底部结构与前框或中框配合固定, 比如用胶进行粘贴, 也是 可行的。
在本实施例中, 所述中框的垂直壁也可以与背板的垂直壁对齐, 或者中框 的垂直壁与背板的垂直壁上下只有一部分重合, 这样还可以进一步缩窄边框。 作为本发明液晶显示模组的实施例二, 如图 10所示, 所述液晶显示模组的 中框 3包括一水平壁 31和一垂直壁 32, 所述前框 1的垂直壁 12不但和背板的 垂直壁 52上下对齐, 而且还和中框的垂直壁 32上下对齐。 本实施例中, 所述 前框与背板、 前框与中框之间的连接方式仍然与实施例一中相同, 此处不再赘 述。
本发明液晶显示模组由于前框的垂直壁 12和中框的垂直壁 32上下对齐, 同时和背板的垂直壁 52也上下对齐, 所以液晶显示模组的边框单边在缩窄了一 个前框或背板的壁厚基础上, 又缩窄了一个中框垂直壁的厚度, 从而获得了更 窄边框的液晶显示模组。
以上内容是结合具体的优选实施方式对本发明所作的进一步详细说明, 不 能认定本发明的具体实施只局限于这些说明。 对于本发明所属技术领域的普通 技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明构思的前提下, 还可以做出若干筒单推演或替 换, 都应当视为属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims

权利要求
1、 一种液晶显示模组, 包括: 前框和背板, 所述前框包括一垂直壁, 所述 背板包括一水平壁和一垂直壁, 所述前框的垂直壁和背板的垂直壁上下对齐, 所述液晶显示模组还包括中框, 所述中框包括一水平壁和一垂直壁, 所述中框 的垂直壁位于前框和背板垂直壁的内侧, 所述背板垂直壁的上端面设有凸耳, 所述凸耳的根部宽度小于凸耳顶部的宽度, 所述前框的垂直壁上对应设有与所 述凸耳相配合的缺口, 所述缺口的口部宽度小于缺口底部的宽度, 所述凸耳固 定在所述缺口内, 从而把背板和前框固定, 所述中框垂直壁的外壁上设有凸起, 所述前框垂直壁上对应设有通孔, 所述凸起固定在通孔内, 所述前框为分体式 结构, 由四个框边构件拼接而成, 所述相邻框边构件连接处的垂直壁上设有通 孔, 固定用螺釘穿过所述通孔把相邻框边构件固定, 相邻框边构件连接处的垂 直壁上的通孔中,处于外侧的通孔为封闭式结构,处于内侧的通孔为开放式的 U 形结构, 所述液晶显示模组侧面还设有补强胶带。
2、 一种液晶显示模组, 包括前框和背板, 所述前框包括一垂直壁, 所述背 板包括一水平壁和一垂直壁, 其中, 所述前框的垂直壁和背板的垂直壁上下对 齐。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的液晶显示模组, 其中, 所述液晶显示模组还包括中 框, 所述中框包括一水平壁和一垂直壁, 所述中框的垂直壁位于前框和背板垂 直壁的内侧。
4、 如权利要求 2所述的液晶显示模组, 其中, 所述液晶显示模组还包括中 框, 所述中框包括一水平壁和一垂直壁, 所述前框的垂直壁和中框的垂直壁上 下对齐。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的液晶显示模组, 其中, 所述背板垂直壁的上端面设 有凸耳, 所述凸耳的根部宽度小于凸耳顶部的宽度, 所述前框的垂直壁上对应 设有与所述凸耳相配合的缺口, 所述缺口的口部宽度小于缺口底部的宽度, 所 述凸耳固定在所述缺口内, 从而把背板和前框固定。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的液晶显示模组, 其中, 所述前框垂直壁的下端面设 有凸耳, 所述凸耳的根部宽度小于凸耳顶部的宽度, 所述背板的垂直壁上对应 设有与所述凸耳相配合的缺口, 所述缺口的口部宽度小于缺口底部的宽度, 所 述凸耳固定在所述缺口内, 从而把背板和前框固定。
7、 如权利要求 3所述的液晶显示模组, 其中, 所述中框垂直壁的外壁上设 有凸起, 所述前框垂直壁上对应设有通孔, 所述凸起固定在通孔内。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的液晶显示模组, 其中, 所述前框为分体式结构, 由 四个^边构件拼接而成。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的液晶显示模组, 其中, 所述相邻框边构件连接处的 垂直壁上设有通孔, 固定用螺釘穿过所述通孔把相邻框边构件固定, 相邻框边 构件连接处的垂直壁上的通孔中, 处于外侧的通孔为封闭式结构, 处于内侧的 通孔为开放式的 U形结构。
10、 如权利要求 8所述的液晶显示模组, 其中, 所述液晶显示模组侧面还 设有补强胶带。
11、 一种液晶显示装置, 包括液晶显示模组, 所述液晶显示模组包括前框 和背板, 所述前框包括一垂直壁, 所述背板包括一水平壁和一垂直壁, 其中, 所述前框的垂直壁和背板的垂直壁上下对齐。
12、 如权利要求 11所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述液晶显示模组还包括 中框, 所述中框包括一水平壁和一垂直壁, 所述中框的垂直壁位于前框和背板 垂直壁的内侧。
13、 如权利要求 11所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述液晶显示模组还包括 中框, 所述中框包括一水平壁和一垂直壁, 所述前框的垂直壁和中框的垂直壁 上下对齐。
14、 如权利要求 11所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述背板垂直壁的上端面 设有凸耳, 所述凸耳的根部宽度小于凸耳顶部的宽度, 所述前框的垂直壁上对 应设有与所述凸耳相配合的缺口, 所述缺口的口部宽度小于缺口底部的宽度, 所述凸耳固定在所述缺口内, 从而把背板和前框固定。
15、 如权利要求 11所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述前框垂直壁的下端面 设有凸耳, 所述凸耳的根部宽度小于凸耳顶部的宽度, 所述背板的垂直壁上对 应设有与所述凸耳相配合的缺口, 所述缺口的口部宽度小于缺口底部的宽度, 所述凸耳固定在所述缺口内, 从而把背板和前框固定。
16、 如权利要求 12所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述中框垂直壁的外壁上 设有凸起, 所述前框垂直壁上对应设有通孔, 所述凸起固定在通孔内。
17、 如权利要求 16所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述前框为分体式结构, 由四个^ i边构件拼接而成。
18、 如权利要求 17所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述相邻框边构件连接处 的垂直壁上设有通孔, 固定用螺釘穿过所述通孔把相邻框边构件固定, 相邻框 边构件连接处的垂直壁上的通孔中, 处于外侧的通孔为封闭式结构, 处于内侧 的通孔为开放式的 U形结构。
19、 如权利要求 17所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述液晶显示模组侧面还 设有补强胶带。
