一种套台式压滤机包括外圆台形套筒(5)、设在外圆台形套筒(5)的中部的内圆台形套筒(9),外圆台形套筒(5)上内壁设有压滤橡胶套(6),内圆台形套筒(9)上均布有若干小孔,内圆台形套筒(9)的外壁上设有滤布(8);外圆台形套筒(5)壁的两侧分别设有进气管(11);内圆台形套筒(9)的底部设有内筒出水管(3),圆台滤腔(7)的上部设有卸料板(13),卸料板(13)上设有多个卸料孔(24);上盖(14)上一侧设有通向外圆台形套筒(5)内的进料管(15),上盖(14)上另一侧设有分别通向内圆台形套筒(9)和外圆台形套筒(5)内的高压气进气管(18);底盖(4)上设有与内筒出水管(3)相连的压滤机出水管(1)。通过高压气实施压滤脱水,细精煤颗粒截留在圆台滤腔形成滤饼,自动打开底盖卸饼;整个压滤过程简单易行、维护量少、效率高、固液分离效果好且能耗低。

Description

一种套台式压滤机 技术领域
本发明涉及一种压滤机,尤其是一种应用于细粒煤脱水的套台式压滤机。属于化工、矿物加工及洁净煤技术应用领域。
背景技术
目前国内外细粒煤脱水以板框/箱式压滤机为主,结构主要由正方形(或矩形)金属(或合成材料)框体外敷橡胶板和滤布叠加构成,存在问题是压滤机板框/箱式边框耐压性能不好,容易变形,易形成跑、冒、滴、漏等现象,结果造成滤液固含量偏高,而且滤饼水分也较高。目前刚出现的管式压滤机耐压性增强,其结构主要由同样长度的内外粗细两根金属管,通过上下盖结合在一起构成,内管外壁敷设滤布,外管内壁敷设橡胶板;但是其存在问题是内管连同下盖很重需要移动,滤饼形成后移出外筒才能卸料;内筒与上下盖连接部分因经常移动易磨损;内管经滤布向滤腔吹气脱饼作用很小,卸料基本靠人工;易造成滤布损坏;不能高效自动化生产;滤布清洗不净,增加再生产阻力。
技术问题
本发明的目的是克服已有技术中的不足之处,提供一种结构简单、耐压性能好、减少磨损、实现自动卸料的套台式压滤机。
技术解决方案
本发明的套台式压滤机,包括底口大上口小的外圆台形套筒,外圆台形套筒的底部设有底盖,上部设有上盖,外圆台形套筒的中部设有上口大下口小的内圆台形套筒,外圆台形套筒内壁上设有压滤橡胶套,内圆台形套筒上开有若干小孔,内圆台形套筒的外壁上设有滤布,滤布与压滤橡胶套之间构成外圆台滤腔;外圆台形套筒壁的左上侧和右下侧分别设有经控制阀控制的进气管;内圆台形套筒的底部设有内筒出水管,圆台滤腔的上部设有卸料板进料/气孔,卸料板上设有多个卸料孔;所述上盖上一侧设有通向外圆台形套筒内的进料管,所述上盖上另一侧设有分别通向内圆台形套筒和外圆台形套筒内的高压进气管,卸料板上设有卸料板支架,卸料板支架上设有固定板;所述底盖上设有与内筒出水管相连的压滤机出水管。
所述的多个卸料板进料/气孔均布为三个;所述的底盖上设有底盖加强板。
有益效果
本发明采用套装在一起的两个圆台形套筒加上盖和底盖组合而成,提高了设备耐压性能,对进入圆台滤腔的细粒煤料浆,可以通过高压气推动压滤橡胶套及直接高压进气实施高压压滤脱水,水分进入内圆台滤腔形成滤液排出压滤机,细精煤颗粒截留在圆台滤腔形成滤饼,通过打开底盖,自动推动卸料板卸出滤饼,然后卸料板复位,底盖关闭,进入下一循环。解决目前常规压滤机耐压性差易变形、漏料的问题,达到提高压滤机设备的耐压性;解决管式压滤机生产过程内管需要移动卸料,而且卸料基本靠人工,不能高效自动化生产的问题,达到实现压滤机生产过程内筒不需要移动,主体设备固定,减少磨损,实现自动卸料,底盖达到自动开闭;解决管式压滤机生产过程滤布反洗不净的缺点,达到高压气反洗减少阻力,实现洁净生产的目标。整个压滤过程简单易行,维护量少,效率高,固液分离效果好,能耗低。其主要优点有:
①发明的套台式压滤机设备主体由圆台形套筒组成,其结构特点及力学自增强效应,可使套台式压滤机在压滤过程耐压性能较板框式/箱式压滤机大大增强,从而可以有更大保证使压滤滤饼达到较低的水分,滤液固含量降低到理想要求;
②由于套台式压滤机圆台形内筒不移动,并与外筒及上盖固定为一个整体,设备移动部件少,与已有的管式压滤机相比,减少了磨损和可能的人为损毁,相对延长了设备的零部件使用寿命,延长了设备使用周期;
③由于套台式压滤机可以通过卸料板实现自动卸料,底盖自动开闭,所以与已有的管式压滤机人工卸料相比,大大提高了生产效率,同时由于套台式压滤机外筒正放、内筒倒置的组合结构特点,使得压滤滤饼最终成为上部小下部大的构型,在压滤橡胶套和滤布依次挤压后,可以实现滤饼自动脱落,减少了滤饼与压滤橡胶套和滤布的双面阻力,便于实现卸料板卸料;
④由于使用高压气来回反洗滤布,滤布清洗效果好,还可以直接回收滤布上残留精煤颗粒,减少了水资源及细精煤的浪费。

本发明的实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的一个实施例作进一步的描述:
如图1所示,本发明的套台式压滤机主要由外圆台套筒5、内圆台套筒9构成,底口大上口小的外圆台形套筒5,外圆台形套筒5的底部设有底盖4,上部设有上盖14,外圆台形套筒5的中部设有上口大下口小的内圆台形套筒9,外圆台形套筒5内壁上设有压滤橡胶套6,外圆台形套筒5与压滤橡胶套6构成可进气的夹层空间;内圆台形套筒9体上开有供滤液通过及反洗用的若干小孔,内圆台形套筒9的外壁上敷设有滤布8,内外两个圆台套筒、压滤橡胶套6及滤布8与上盖14紧密固定,耐压密封,形成设备非移动主体结构;滤布8与压滤橡胶套6之间构成压滤机盛放料将及滤饼用的外圆台滤腔7;外圆台形套筒5壁的左上侧和右下侧分别设有经控制阀12控制的进气管11;内圆台形套筒9的底部设有内筒出水管3,圆台滤腔7的上部设有卸料板13,根据需要设置卸料板进料/气孔24的个数,如图2中所示的卸料板进料/气孔24为三个,均匀布置;所述上盖14上一侧设有通向外圆台形套筒5内的进料管15,所述上盖14上另一侧设有分别通向内圆台形套筒9和外圆台形套筒5内的高压气进气管18,卸料板13上设有呈三角形可移动的卸料板支架16,卸料板支架16与压滤机上盖14间接触密封不漏气卸料板支架16上设有固定板17;所述的底盖4上设有底盖加强板2,底盖4上设有与内筒出水管3相连的压滤机出水管1,底盖4与内圆台形套筒9及外圆台形套筒5两个同轴圆台形套筒可实现良好接触,实现自动开闭;进料管15、高压气进气管18、进气管11及压滤机出水管1上均设有控制阀。
工作原理及工作过程:工作开始时,所有控制阀均处关闭状态,打开进料管15的控制阀26,将准备好的料浆经进料管15压送进入外圆台滤腔7中,当料浆充满圆台滤腔7时,关闭进料管15的控制阀22 ,滤液经滤布8及内圆台套筒9上若干小孔流入内圆台滤腔10中,再经内筒出水管3及压滤机出水管1流出;打开外圆台滤腔7上部高压气进气管18上的控制阀19、21,高压气经由高压气进气管18进入外圆台滤腔7,挤压其中的滤料进一步脱水,使其挤压成滤饼,之后关闭控制阀19、21,打开外圆台形套筒5两侧的两个进气管11上的控制阀12,通入高压气,推动压滤橡胶套6挤压滤饼,当观察压滤机出水管1无水流出时,停止进气,关闭控制阀12、23;打开控制阀19、20,向内圆台滤腔10充入高压气,高压气经内圆台套筒9上的小孔及滤布进入,再次挤压滤饼,当无水流出时停止进气,关闭高压气进气管18上的控制阀19及20;打开底盖4,滤饼靠自身重力自行脱落,离开外圆台滤腔7;若滤饼未能自行脱出外圆台滤腔7,再通过固定板17,经等高卸料板支架16,推动卸料板13,将滤饼推出外圆台滤腔7,然后通过固定板17把卸料板13拉回原位,再把套台压滤机底盖复位闭合,等侍进入下一个压滤循环。
当滤布微孔隙堵塞造成过滤阻力加大时需要反洗滤布8,此时打开高压气进气管18的控制阀19、20,关闭控制阀12、21、22、23,向内圆台滤腔10迅速压入一定压力的高压气,高压气经内圆台滤腔10小孔及滤布进入外圆台滤腔7,将滤布微孔隙上固体颗粒同时拉入外圆台滤腔7,清洗滤布,再关闭控制阀20,打开控制阀21、23,向外圆台滤腔7压入高压气,高压气经滤布进内圆台滤腔10从压滤机出水管1排出,高压气通过滤布时将进一步清洗滤布,根据滤布堵塞情况来回清洗若干次即可达到反洗清洁滤布的目的。

  1. 一种套台式压滤机,其特征在于:它包括底口大上口小的外圆台形套筒(5),外圆台形套筒(5)的底部设有底盖(4),上部设有上盖(14),外圆台形套筒(5)的中部设有上口大下口小的内圆台形套筒(9),外圆台形套筒(5)内壁上设有压滤橡胶套(6),内圆台形套筒(9)上均布有若干小孔,内圆台形套筒(9)的外壁上设有滤布(8),滤布(8)与压滤橡胶套(6)之间构成外圆台滤腔(7);外圆台形套筒(5)壁的左上侧和右下侧分别设有经控制阀(12)控制的进气管(11);内圆台形套筒(9)的底部设有内筒出水管(3),圆台滤腔(7)的上部设有卸料板(13),卸料板(13)上设有多个卸料板进料/气孔(24);所述上盖(14)上一侧设有通向外圆台形套筒(5)内的进料管(15),所述上盖(14)上另一侧设有分别通向内圆台形套筒(9)和外圆台形套筒(5)内的高压气进气管(18),卸料板(13)上设有卸料板支架(16),卸料板支架(16)上设有固定板(17);所述底盖(4)上设有与内筒出水管(3)相连的压滤机出水管(1)。
