- 一种液晶显示面板,其包括:多根数据线、与所述数据线相交的扫描线以及由两相邻所述扫描线和两相邻所述数据线所限定的多个子像素区域,每个所述子像素区域包括对应的像素电极以及与所述像素电极电连接的薄膜晶体管,所述薄膜晶体管的栅极连接一根所述扫描线,源极连接一根所述数据线,漏极连接对应的所述像素电极,其中:点缺陷所在的子像素区域和与其相邻的正常显示的子像素区域电连接,且所述点缺陷所在的子像素区域和所述正常显示的子像素区域用于同一颜色的显示;所述点缺陷所在的子像素区域中的所述薄膜晶体管和与其对应的所述数据线以及所述像素电极之间的连接均断开。
- 根据权利要求6所述的液晶显示面板,其中,所述点缺陷所在的子像素区域和所述正常显示的子像素区域对应的两个所述像素电极之间通过金属条电连接。
- 根据权利要求7所述的液晶显示面板,其中,所述金属条的材质为钨。
- 根据权利要求7所述的液晶显示面板,其中,每相邻三个分别用于显示红色、绿色或蓝色的所述子像素区域形成一像素区域,且在每一所述像素区域中,三个所述子像素区域对应的三个所述薄膜晶体管的栅极分别连接三条不同的所述扫描线,且三个所述薄膜晶体管的源极连接于同一条所述数据线。
- 根据权利要求6所述的液晶显示面板,其中,相邻于所述点缺陷所在的子像素区域的至少一个同一颜色显示的子像素区域也存在点缺陷时,则位于边侧的两个所述点缺陷所在的子像素区域分别连接与其相邻的正常显示且用于同一颜色显示的子像素区域。
- 根据权利要求6所述的液晶显示面板,其中,相邻于所述点缺陷所在的子像素区域的一个同一颜色显示的子像素区域也存在点缺陷时,则两个所述点缺陷所在的子像素区域分别连接与其相邻的正常显示且用于同一颜色显示的子像素区域。
- 根据权利要求6所述的液晶显示面板,其中,相邻于所述点缺陷所在的子像素区域的两个同一颜色显示的子像素区域也存在点缺陷时,则中间的所述点缺陷所在的子像素区域与其中一个所述点缺陷所在的子像素区域连接,并且位于边侧的两个所述点缺陷所在的子像素区域分别连接与其相邻的正常显示且用于同一颜色显示的子像素区域。
- 一种液晶显示面板的修复方法,其中,包括以下步骤:检测所述面板以确定存在点缺陷的子像素区域;电连接点缺陷所在的子像素区域和与其相邻的正常显示的子像素区域,其中,所述正常显示的子像素区域和所述点缺陷所在的子像素区域用于同一颜色的显示;断开出现所述点缺陷的子像素区域中的薄膜晶体管和与其对应的数据线以及像素电极之间的连接。
- 根据权利要求13所述的液晶显示面板的修复方法,其中,通过Array 测试机台检出点缺陷,上传所述点缺陷所在的子像素区域的坐标,并将所述面板传送至激光化学气相沉积机台。
- 根据权利要求14所述的液晶显示面板的修复方法,其中,所述激光化学气相沉积机台利用所述坐标对所述点缺陷进行修补,在所述点缺陷所在的子像素区域和与其相邻的正常显示的子像素区之间镀金属条,以电连接所述点缺陷所在的子像素区域和与其相邻的所述正常显示的子像素区。
- 根据权利要求15所述的液晶显示面板的修复方法,其中,所述金属条的材质为钨。
- 根据权利要求15所述的液晶显示面板的修复方法,其中,所述修补方法进一步包括:完成所述修补后再次进行测试,如果所述面板中仍存在所述点缺陷,则重复上述修补步骤。
- 根据权利要求15所述的液晶显示面板的修复方法,其中,通过激光切割断开出现点缺陷的所述子像素区域中的薄膜晶体管的源极和与其对应的所述数据线之间的连接以及所述薄膜晶体管的漏极和与其对应的所述像素电极之间的连接。
