Claims (3)
- 顧客管理システムであって、
検針対象となる複数の顧客のデータを含むリストを管理する管理部と、
顧客のガス契約についての解約データを受け付ける受付部と、
前記解約データに基づいて、前記リストに含まれる前記複数の顧客のデータの中から解約した顧客のデータを削除して当該リストを更新する更新部と、
更新後のリストを、通信端末へ送信する送信部と
を含むことを特徴とする顧客管理システム。 - コンピューターが、解約した顧客のデータを、検針対象となる複数の顧客のデータを含むリストから削除する顧客管理方法であって、
前記コンピューターは、前記リストを管理する管理部を備えており、
顧客のガス契約についての解約データを受け付けるステップと、
前記解約データに基づいて、前記リストに含まれる前記複数の顧客のデータの中から解約した顧客のデータを削除して当該リストを更新するステップと、
更新後のリストを、通信端末へ送信するステップと
を含むことを特徴とする顧客管理方法。 - 請求項2に記載の顧客管理方法をコンピューターに実行させるコンピューター実行可能命令を有するコンピューター可読記憶媒体であって、
前記方法は、
顧客のガス契約についての解約データを受け付けるステップと、
前記解約データに基づいて、前記リストに含まれる前記複数の顧客のデータの中から解約した顧客のデータを削除して当該リストを更新するステップと、
更新後のリストを、通信端末へ送信するステップと
を含むことを特徴とするコンピューター可読記憶媒体。
