主线输送装置 1用来输送不同规格的轮胎, 沿轮胎行进方向, 在主线输送装置 1上并排 连接有若干组次线输送装置 4, 对应于每一组次线输送装置 4, 在主线输送装置 1上设置有至 少一组拨臂 2、 主线检测装置和分拣口 3。
拨臂 2用来拨动轮胎, 在主输送线装置 1的另一侧拨臂动作的末端设置分拣口 3, 拨臂 2 拨动轮胎至分拣口 3并进入次线输送装置 4, 次线输送装置 4的首端通过分拣口 3与主线输 送装置 1连接, 在次线输送装置 4的首端和末端分别安装有到位检测装置 41, 到位检测装置 41用来检测次输送线装置 4上轮胎是否到位, 并将检测到的轮胎型号信息传送至计算机。
轮胎竖立装置 5由滚筒组成的外凸的曲面装置, 其一端通过滚筒与次线输送装置 4的末 端水平连接, 另一端通过滚筒与分拣装置 6竖直连接, 在轮胎竖立装置 5上安装有占位检测 装置 51。
分拣装置 6的另外两端分别与导向槽的固定端 71连接, 分拣装置 6包括支撑架 61、 倾 斜驱动汽缸 62、 倾斜板 63、 螺杆底脚 64; 螺杆底脚 64安装在支撑架 61的底部起支撑作用, 螺杆底脚 64为可调高度的螺杆底脚, 可以根据不同条件调节分拣装置 6的高度; 在支撑架 61内安装有倾斜驱动汽缸 62, 倾斜驱动汽缸 62的缸径较大且附带缓冲装置, 倾斜板 63安装 在倾斜驱动汽缸 62上方通过倾斜驱动汽缸耳环接头与倾斜驱动汽缸 62偏心连接, 倾斜板 63 在倾斜驱动汽缸 62作用下可以双向倾斜, 在倾斜板 63上表面覆盖了一层 10mm厚度的橡胶 隔板, 缓解轮胎竖立过程中对气缸 62的冲击。 位于次线输送装置 4上的到位检测装置 41检 测到轮胎型号后将检测到的信息传送至计算机,计算机通过控制倾斜驱动汽缸 62进而控制倾 斜板 63的倾斜方向, 待轮胎由轮胎竖立装置 5滑下时, 即沿着设定好的路线滚动。为了准确 动作, 在轮胎竖立装置 5上安装了占位检测装置 51, 一旦本次拣选没有完成, 有轮胎还在分 拣装置 6上未来得及滚走时, 计算机控制次线输送装置 4停止运输, 不再给分拣装置 6运送 轮胎, 直至完成本次分类拣选后, 再进行下一次拣选。
在分拣装置 6端部安装有两个导向槽 7, 导向槽 7包括固定端 71和可移动端 72, 固定端 71的一端与分拣装置 6连接, 固定端 71的另一端与可移动端 72的首端连接, 在生产调度调 整或人员轮换时, 原有分类拣选出口的操作者存在来不及操作的可能, 这种紧急情况出现时, 可将固定端 71和可移动端 72之间的连接装置打开, 移走可移动端 72, 使轮胎直接下放到地 面, 这样就可以在不影响拣选速率的同时, 满足入库量需要。 导向槽 7底部有一定倾角, 轮 胎可以在导向槽 7内自动滚动, 在可移动端 72的末端安装有水平方向的滚筒, 操作者可将轮 胎侧倒在滚筒上, 依靠滚筒支撑和滚筒的滚动, 向外拉取轮胎, 比较省力。
该轮胎分拣系统的分拣方法为: 主线检测装置 1检测到输送的轮胎型号后, 主线检测装 置检测到的信息传送至计算机, 计算机根据预先设定的参数进行分析, 若输送的轮胎型号为 与次线输送装置 4匹配的型号, 则与该次线输送装置 4对应的拨臂 2拨动该型号的轮胎进入 次线输送装置 4。
位于次线输送装置 4上的到位检测装置 41检测轮胎的型号后, 到位检测装置 41检测到 的信息传送至计算机, 计算机根据预先设定的参数进行分析, 计算机再控制分拣装置 6上的 倾斜驱动汽缸 62, 倾斜驱动汽缸 62带动倾斜板 63进行倾斜。
轮胎经过轮胎竖立装置 5竖立到倾斜板 63上, 一种型号的轮胎沿着倾斜板 63的倾斜方 向滚入一端的导向槽 7的末端,而另一种型号的轮胎则沿着倾斜板 63的另一倾斜方向滚入另 一导向槽 7的末端, 在导向槽 7的末端由人工或机械装置将轮胎进行集装。
位于轮胎竖立装置 5上的占位检测装置 51检测分拣装置 6上的轮胎是否滚入导向槽 7, 若占位检测装置 51检测到轮胎已经从分拣装置 6上滚入导向槽, 占位检测装置 51将检测到 的信息传送至计算机, 则计算机控制次线输送装置 4继续向分拣装置输 6送轮胎; 若占位检 测装置 51检测到分拣装置 6上停留有轮胎,占位检测装置 51将检测到的信息传送至计算机, 计算机控制次线输送装置 4暂停向分拣装置 6输送轮胎, 待分拣装置 6上的轮胎滚入导向槽 之后再开始输送。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种轮胎分拣系统, 包括有主线输送装置(1), 沿轮胎行进方向, 在主 线输送装置 (1) 上并排连接有若干组次线输送装置 (4);
对应于每一组次线输送装置 (4), 在主线输送装置 (1) 上设置有至少一组 拨臂 (2) 和主线检测装置, 其特征在于- 在次线输送装置 (4) 的一侧设置有至少一个到位检测装置 (41), 在次线 输送装置 (4) 末端设置有至少两个导向槽 (7);
在次线输送装置 (4) 与导向槽 (7) 之间设置有用于改变轮胎行进方向的 分拣装置 (6)。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的轮胎分拣系统,其特征在于:所述的分拣装置(6) 包括有倾斜驱动汽缸 (62) 和倾斜板 (63 );
倾斜板(63 )在倾斜驱动汽缸(62)上方偏心连接, 倾斜板(63 )在倾斜驱 动汽缸 (62) 的作用下改变倾斜的角度和方向。
3、根据权利要求 2所述的轮胎分拣系统,其特征在于:所述的分拣装置(6 ) 底部安装有螺杆底脚 (64), 螺杆底脚 (64) 为可以调节高度的螺杆底脚。
4、根据权利要求 1所述的轮胎分拣系统,其特征在于:在次线输送装置(4) 与分拣装置 (6) 之间连接有轮胎竖立装置 (5 );
轮胎竖立装置(5 )为外凸的曲面结构, 将次线输送装置(4)上水平放置的 轮胎竖立到倾斜板 (63 ) 上。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的轮胎分拣系统, 其特征在于: 所述的轮胎竖立装 置 (5 ) 上安装有占位检测装置 (51)。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的轮胎分拣系统, 其特征在于:
分拣装置 (6 ) 的端部与导向槽 (7 ) 的首端连接; 在导向槽 (7) 的末端安 装有水平方向的滚筒。
7、根据权利要求 1至 6所述的轮胎分拣系统的分拣方法, 沿轮胎行进方向, 主线检测装置依次检测轮胎型号, 若轮胎型号与次线输送装置 (4) 匹配, 对应 的拨臂 (2) 拨动轮胎至次线输送装置 (4) 上, 其特征在于:
不同型号的轮胎经到位检测装置 (41 ) 的检测后, 由分拣装置 (6 ) 改变轮 胎行进方向后分别进入相应的导向槽 (7)。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的轮胎分拣方法, 其特征在于: 根据不同型号的轮 胎, 汽缸 (62) 驱动倾斜板 (63) 偏向不同的导向槽 (7), 轮胎经倾斜板 (63) 进入相应的导向槽 (7)。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的轮胎分拣方法, 其特征在于: 轮胎经由轮胎竖立 装置 (5) 后由水平状态竖立到倾斜板 (63) 上。
