本发明实施例提供的用于插拔 PCB板的连杆装置、 成品板以及插框, 通过 拉杆驱动摆动杆, 从而可以带动载板竖直运动, 从而能够在不断电的情况下, 通过推拉拉杆,即可实现固定在载板上的 PCI扩展卡的热插拔以及其他需要进 行二维插拔的 PCB板的插拔。 本发明实施例采用的连杆装置结构简单、 可靠, 操作性良好。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施方式中的附图,对本发明实施方式中的技术方案进 行清楚、 完整地描述。 请一并参阅图 1 至图 5 , 本发明第一实施方式提供的一种用于插拔 PCB 板的连杆装置。
如图 1所示, 公开了一种用于插拔 PCB板的连杆装置, 所述连杆装置包 括拉杆 1和摆动杆 2。如图 4所示,所述连杆装置设置在底板 3和载板 8之间, 载板 8用于固定 PCB板 9, 底板 3、 载板 8和 PCB板 9相互平行。 需要说明 的是, 由于底板 3、 载板 8和 PCB板 9的厚度相对于各自长度和宽度都是很 小的数量, 因此上述各板近似的可以看成平面, 因此, 底板 3、 载板 8和 PCB 板 9相互平行实际上是它们的侧面之间相互平行。 具体而言, 如图 4所示, 载 板 8上安装有用于固定 PCB板的 PCB板卡槽 19, PCB板由 4个卡槽限定位 置, 当载板 8在拉杆 1的驱动下上下运动时即带动 PCB板上下运动, 从而实 现 PCB板的插拔。
如图 1和图 2所示,拉杆 1和摆动杆 2铰接,拉杆 1上开设有水平导槽 4, 底板 3上设置有第一固定销 6, 第一固定销 6将拉杆 1与底板 3连接, 所述第 一固定销 6能够在水平导槽 4中移动,如图 1所示为在向内或向外的水平移动, 其中向内和向外是以 PCB板在使用状态下的所在机箱内外方向定义的。 拉杆 向外的一端可以形成拉手, 拉手能够推拉所述拉杆内外运动。 需要说明的是, 拉手是指可以人工和机械施加推力或拉力的区域或位置,包括常见的各种形状 和结构, 可以是直线型、 勾形等, 在此不再贅述。 摆动杆 2呈 "L" 形, 第一 端与拉杆 1铰接, 中部拐角处与底板 3铰接, 第二端设置固定孔 5。 需要说明 的是, 摆动杆 2的 "L" 型可以根据实际使用情况改变上下、 左右的朝向, 变 成 "7" 形、 "「" 形、 "」" 形都可行, 均属于 "L" 形的范围。
需要说明的是, 如本领域技术人员所熟知的, 铰接是指一种柔性连接, 分 为虚铰、 实铰、单铰、复铰等,是实现两连接物体可相对转动的一种连接方式, 并非只能通过常规的铰链来实现铰接, 例如采用固定销与孔的组合, 或其他的 常规方式均可实现铰接, 在此不再贅述。 另外, 除铰接外, 本发明实施例提供 的连杆装置中还可以采用其它的转动连接方式,铰接仅为一示例, 本发明实施 例并不以此为限。
如图 3所示, 载板 8上设置有第二固定销 10, 第二固定销 10穿过所述固 定孔 5将摆动杆 2与载板 8固定。底板 3上设置有将底板 3和载板 8连接的第 三固定销 11 , 载板 8设置有竖直导槽 7, 第三固定销 11能够在所述竖直导槽 优选的,如图 1和图 2所示,拉杆 1上开设有两条具有一定间隔的水平导 槽 4,每一条所述水平导槽中对应的设置有一个能在其中移动的第一固定销 6。 并且, 拉杆 1与摆动杆 2的铰接位置高于水平导槽 4。
优选的, 如图 3所示, 第三固定销 11有多个, 并包括将拉杆 1和底板 3 固定的第一固定销 6。 即, 每个第三固定销 11均将底板 3和载板 8固定, 在 本优选情况下, 连接底板 3和拉杆 1的第一固定销一直连接到载板 8上,从而 在实现连接底板 3和拉杆 1的功能之外也完成了固定底板 3和载板 8的功能。 这种情况下, 第三固定销 11 的范围包括了第一固定销 6。 每一个所述第三固 定销 11对应设置在每一个不同的竖直导槽 7中。
由于在成品板的插入和拔出的过程中, 装有 PCB板 9的载板 8需要在竖 直方向的上面位置, 以防止 PCB板连接器和背板连接器碰撞。 因此, 如图 2 所示, 所述连杆装置还包括用于防止载板 3在插拔时自由滑落的锁紧机构 12。 锁紧机构 12设置在拉杆 1的下方, 并且靠近拉杆 1的外侧。此处限定的下方、 外侧均是以 PCB板在一般使用状态的方向定义。
如图 5所示, 锁紧机构 12包括锁杆 13和用于使锁杆 13复位的弹性装置 14; 锁杆 13包括至上而下依次连接的第一边、 第二边和第三边, 第一边的一 端为自由的且向上形成勾状的卡勾端 15 , 另一端与所述第二边的第一端连接 并且在连接处铰接在底板 3上, 可以通过铰链实现, 第二边的第二端与第三边 的一端连接, 第三边的另一端为自由端 16, 第一边与第二边之间、 第二边与 第三边之间均呈一定角度连接。本领域技术人员应该理解到呈一定角度是要完 成锁杆 13的转动功能, 以及卡勾端 15的卡合和自由端 16与装载物的作用而 需要的一定范围的角度,该角度根据实际情况,包括锁紧机构的具体安装位置、 大小等决定。 因此, 不必具体限定该角度的具体数值和范围, 该一定角度界定 的范围依然是清楚的。
拉杆 1向下凸出有凸台, 在拉杆 1的拉出位置, 凸台的内端 17与锁杆 13 的卡勾端 15卡合,在底板 3和载板 8装入装载物时,锁杆的自由端 16与装载 物接触并受力。
那么, 在固定在一起的底板 3、 载板 8和 PCB板 9处于拉出的位置时, 锁杆 13的卡勾端 15卡装在拉杆 1的凸台内端 17处, 此时拉杆 1无法水平运 动.当底板 3、载板 8装入时,锁杆 13的自由端 15与装载物的底面接触并受力, 那么,锁杆 13绕铰接点转动,使卡勾端 15逐步与拉杆 1的凸台内端 17脱离, 当完全装入到位后, 卡勾端 15与凸台内端 17完全脱离, 此时推动拉杆 1 , 拉 杆 1做水平运动, 在拉杆 1的带动下摆动杆 2绕与底板 3铰接的铰接点摆动, 从而带动安装有 PCB板的载板 8向下运动, 使 PCB板插装入背板, 完成 PCB 板的插入。
在 PCB的拔出过程则是相反, 拉杆 1向外运动, 锁杆 13受到拉杆 1凸台 的压力, 当拉杆 1拉出到一定位置, 卡勾端 15与凸台内端 17接触, 在弹性装 置 14的复位作用下, 卡勾端 15立刻与凸台内端 17卡合, 从而使拉杆 1不能 在随意运动。 在拉杆 1的向外运动过程中, 带动摆动杆 2摆动, 从而使载板 8 向上运动, 从而 PCB板从背板中竖直向上拔出, 由于卡勾端 15与凸台内端 17卡合, 那么, 安装有 PCB板 9的载板 8在由内向外的移动过程中, 不会自 由滑落。
优选的, 如图 5所示, 弹性装置 14的一端固定于锁杆 13的卡勾端 15 , 另一端固定于底板 3上。
进一步的, 弹性装置 14为弹片或卡簧, 弹性装置 14的另一端穿过设置在 底板 3上的凸包 18并固定。
优选的, 所述 PCB板 9为 PCI扩展卡。
本发明第二实施方式如图 6 所示, 其与第一实施方式的区别在于拉杆 1 带动 2个或多个摆动杆 2的运动,摆动杆 2位于水平凹槽 4的同一侧, 其它实 施细节可以参考第一实施例及其中介绍的优选或可选方案, 在此不再贅述。
本发明第三实施方式与第二实施方式近似, 如图 7所示, 区别在于: 图 6 所示的两个摆动杆 2位于水平凹槽 4的上下两侧。
本发明的第四实施方式: 水平导槽 4设置在底板 3上代替设置在拉杆 1 上,对应的第一固定销 6设置在拉杆 1上代替设置在底板 3上。其它实施细节 本发明的第五实施方式: 固定孔 5设置在载板 8上代替设置在摆动杆 2 的第二端, 对应的第二固定销 10设置在摆动杆 2的第二端代替设置在载板 8 在此不再赘述。 对应第四和第五实施方式也可以进行以下类似变形: 摆动杆 2为多个,摆 动杆 2位于水平凹槽 4的同一侧或两侧。
可见, 本发明实施例提供的用于插拔 PCB板的连杆装置, 通过拉杆驱动 摆动杆, 从而可以带动载板竖直运动, 从而能够在不断电的情况下, 通过推拉 拉杆,即可实现固定在载板上的 PCI扩展卡的热插拔以及其他需要进行二维插 拔的 PCB板的插拔。 本发明实施例采用的连杆装置结构简单、 可靠, 操作性 良好。
相应的, 本发明实施例还提供了一种成品板 22, 可以参考图 4, 该成品板 包括底板 3、载板 8、 固定于所述载板上的 PCB板 9以及上述的用于插拔 PCB 板的连杆装置。
相应的, 本发明实施例还提供了一种用于插接成品板的插框 20, 如图 8 所示, 其包括滑道 21 , 所述成品板 22为上述的成品板 22, 所述滑道 21与所 述成品板 22的底部适配, 用于所述成品板 22的滑动装入或取出。
可见, 本发明实施例提供的成品板以及用于插接成品板的插框, 其中的连 杆装置采用了本发明实施例提供的连杆装置,通过拉杆驱动摆动杆,从而可以 带动载板竖直运动, 从而能够在不断电的情况下, 通过推拉拉杆, 实现固定在 载板上的 PCI扩展卡的热插拔以及其他需要进行二维插拔的 PCB板的插拔。
此外,带有上述能够进行二维插拔的连杆装置的成品板还可应用于水平插 框, 将背板竖直安装的场景。 另外还可以用于背板设置在中间水平位置, 带有 上述连杆装置的成品板竖直上下对插或前后对插的情况。以上所述是本发明的 优选实施方式, 应当指出, 对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本 发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰, 这些改进和润饰也视为本发 明的保护范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1.一种用于插拔 PCB板的连杆装置, 其特征在于,
所述连杆装置设置在底板和载板之间, 所述载板用于固定所述 PCB板, 所述底板、 载板和 PCB板相互平行;
所述连杆装置包括拉杆和摆动杆, 所述拉杆和所述摆动杆转动连接, 所述 拉杆和所述底板通过水平导槽和第一固定销连接,所述第一固定销能够在所述 水平导槽中移动, 所述拉杆向外的一端形成拉手, 所述拉手能够推拉所述拉杆 内夕卜运动;
所述摆动杆呈 "L" 形, 第一端与所述拉杆转动连接, 中部拐角处与所述 底板转动连接, 第二端与所述载板固定; 第三固定销将所述底板和所述载板连 接, 所述载板设置有竖直导槽, 所述第三固定销能够在所述竖直导槽中移动。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的用于插拔 PCB板的连杆装置, 其特征在于, 所 述连杆装置还包括用于防止所述载板在插拔时自由滑落的锁紧机构。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的用于插拔 PCB板的连杆装置, 其特征在于, 所述锁紧机构设置在所述拉杆的下方,其包括锁杆和用于使锁杆复位的弹 性装置;
所述锁杆包括至上而下依次连接的第一边、第二边和第三边, 所述第一边 的一端为自由的且向上形成勾状的卡勾端,另一端与所述第二边的第一端连接 并且在连接处铰接在所述底板上,所述第二边的第二端与所述第三边的一端连 接, 所述第三边的另一端为自由端, 所述第一边与所述第二边之间、 所述第二 边与所述第三边之间均呈一定角度连接;
所述拉杆向下凸出有凸台,在所述拉杆的拉出位置, 所述凸台的内端与所 述锁杆的所述卡勾端卡合,在所述底板和载板装入装载物时, 所述锁杆的所述 自由端与所述装载物接触并受力。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的用于插拔 PCB板的连杆装置, 其特征在于, 所 述弹性装置的一端固定于所述锁杆的所述卡勾端, 另一端固定于所述底板上。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述的用于插拔 PCB板的连杆装置, 其特征在于, 所 述弹性装置的所述另一端穿过设置在所述底板上的凸包并固定。
6. 根据权利要求 3所述的用于插拔 PCB板的连杆装置, 其特征在于, 所 述弹性装置为弹片或卡簧。
7. 根据权利要求 1-6任一项所述的用于插拔 PCB板的连杆装置, 其特征 在于, 所述拉杆上开设有两条具有一定间隔的所述水平导槽,每一条所述水平 导槽中对应地设置有能在其中移动的第一固定销。
8. 根据权利要求 1所述的用于插拔 PCB板的连杆装置, 其特征在于, 所 述第三固定销有两个或多于两个,并包括将所述拉杆和所述底板连接的第一固 定销; 每一个所述第三固定销对应设置在不同的所述竖直导槽中。
9.根据权利要求 1-8任一项所述的用于插拔 PCB板的连杆装置,其特征在 于, 所述 PCB板为 PCI扩展卡。
10. 根据权利要求 1所述的用于插拔 PCB板的连杆装置, 其特征在于, 所述底板上开设所述水平导槽, 所述拉杆上设置所述第一固定销。
11. 根据权利要求 1所述的用于插拔 PCB板的连杆装置,其特征在于,所 述拉杆上开设所述水平导槽, 所述底板上设置所述第一固定销。
12. 根据权利要求 1所述的用于插拔 PCB板的连杆装置, 其特征在于, 所述载板上设置固定孔, 所述摆动杆的所述第二端设置第二固定销, 所述第二 固定销穿过所述固定孔将所述摆动杆与所述载板固定。
13. 根据权利要求 1所述的用于插拔 PCB板的连杆装置, 其特征在于, 所述摆动杆的所述第二端设置固定孔, 所述载板上设置有第二固定销, 所述第 二固定销穿过所述固定孔将所述摆动杆与所述载板固定。
14. 根据权利要求 1或 10或 12所述的用于插拔 PCB板的连杆装置, 其 特征在于,所述摆动杆为多个,所述摆动杆位于所述水平凹槽的同一侧或两侧。
15. 一种成品板, 其特征在于, 其包括底板、 载板、 固定于所述载板上的 PCB板以及根据权利要求 1-14任一项所述用于插拔 PCB板的连杆装置。
16. 一种用于插接成品板的插框, 其包括滑道, 其特征在于, 所述成品板 为如权利要求 15所述的成品板, 所述滑道与所述成品板的底部适配, 用于所 述成品板的滑动装入或取出。
