常见的相框类似一个方形, 四周有框架, 内部扣空, 空白处可以安放 相片。 相框的主要部份是框架, 目前常见的方形相框是由四根线材首尾相 连围成一个封闭的空框。

具体实施方式 实施例 1, 本实施例是一种相框生产系统如图 2所示, 它是一条生产 线, 在生产线上从头到尾由传送带 7连接着铣边机 1、清洁机构 5、 喷胶机 2、 工件翻转装置 6、 相框自动折叠机第一、 第二自动折叠机 3和 4, 铣边 机, 1、 清洁机构 5、 喷胶机 2、 工件翻转装置 6、 相框自动折叠机连接由传 送带 7连接, 在控制系统控制下协调工作, 将铣边机 1通过对线材铣边形 成的工件 8进行各工序地操作, 最后形成相框。
在生产线的最初始端是的铣边机 1为市售铣边机,在控制系统控制下, 它在线材的两端铣出斜面 82,在线材的中间确定位置铣出三个截面呈等腰 直角三角形的缺口 81形成工件 8如图 3和图 4所示,工件 8由第一段 83、 第二段 84、 第三段 85、 第四段 86组成, 其中第一段 83和第三段 85, 第 二段 84和第四段 86是组成相框的对边, 它们长度一样, 本实施例是生产 的铝合金相框, 第一段 83、 第二段 84、 第三段 85、 第四段 86都是铝合金 材料, 在铣边机 1剪切下形成。
在铣边机 1出口,通过铣边机 1剪切了的工件 8上将有许多铣切粉末, 因此, 需要进行清洁, 清洁机构 5如图 4所示, 包括设置在传送带 7上面 的吹风机 51和设置在传送带 7下面的吸尘器 52 ; 吹风机 51的吹风器正对 工件 8的缺口 81和斜面 82位置。 吹风机 51将工件上的铝合金粉末吹动, 吸尘器 52将铝合金粉末吸走, 使工件 8表面特别是缺口 81处和斜面 82 处等需要喷涂热熔胶的地方干净。
清洁后的工件 8就可以在缺口 81和斜面 82处喷涂热熔胶了, 为了使 喷胶机 2的喷头 82向下喷胶方便, 此时, 工件 8的缺口 81向上的。 喷胶 机 2设置在传送带 7上铣边机 1和清洁机构 5的下游如图 2和图 3所示, 包括 5个喷枪 21,喷枪 21的喷头 22分别与传送带 7上的工件 8上的缺口 81和斜面 82相对; 所有喷枪 21设置在一个龙门吊框 23上, 龙门吊框 83 两侧的支臂为汽缸 84,汽缸 84在控制系统的控制下带动喷枪 21上下运动; 在龙门吊框 23正下方设置有检测工件 8是否正在喷嘴 22的下方的检测电 眼 25, 检测电眼 25的输出接控制系统。 当检测电眼 25检测到工件 8正赶 到龙门吊框 23下方时, 检测电眼 25产生一个信号给控制系统, 控制系统 控制传送带 7停止前进, 同时控制汽缸 24压缩, 将龙门吊框 23向下放, 直到喷嘴 22伸入到缺口 81内或者斜面 81边, 喷胶, 喷胶完成后, 控制汽 缸 24将龙门吊框 23上抬, 并控制传送带继续向前进, 直到检测电眼 25 检测到下个工件, 进行下一次的喷胶。
本实施例中喷胶部分对喷胶的要求较高, 为此设计一种异型喷胶的工 艺要求特别设计一套特殊的喷枪设计结构, 而又因为桶装 PUR胶机的设计 结构原因一般只有 2个出口, 但是此应用因为每个相框至少一次性喷射 5 个' V' 形切口,根据此特殊产品之特殊要求利用了一种转移式中途喷胶站 的结构以提升工艺所要求的多个输胶要求并同时确保每个胶管和喷枪出胶 的一致性。
在进入喷胶机下面之前还设置有一个将工件翻转的工件翻转装置 6, 该装置的作用是将工件 8向后翻转 90 ° 。
在工件翻转机构 6将工件向后翻转 90 ° 后, 进入到工件折叠工序, 本 实施例中, 相框自动折叠机包括第一折叠机 3和第二折叠机 4; 第一折叠 机 3设置在传送带 7上喷胶机 2的下游,包括第一折叠臂 31和第二折叠臂 32、 第一挤压条 33和第二挤压条 34, 第一挤压条 33和第二挤压条 34相 隔工件 8中第二段 84和第三段 85的长度之和的距离平行设置在传送带 7 上,第一折叠臂 31和第二折叠臂 32对称设置在第一挤压条 33和第二挤压 条 34的前端, 向外张开; 第二折叠机 4设置在传送带 7上第一折叠机 3 的下游, 包括第三折叠臂 41和第三挤压条 42、 第四挤压条 43, 第四挤压 条 43设置在第二挤压条 34后端,与第二挤压条 34成一条线,第三挤压条 42与第四挤压条 43平行, 第三挤压条 42与第四挤压条 43之间的距离为 工件第二段 84的长度;第三折叠臂 41设置在第三挤压条 42的前端向外张 开。
当工件 8横着进入由第一折叠臂 31和第二折叠臂 33形成的喇叭口中, 在继续前进时, 由第一折叠臂 31之间第二折叠臂 33渐进变窄, 因此, 工 件只能向内弯折, 由于工件上有三个缺口 81, 此处将使工件折叠, 由于受 力点在第一段 83和第四段 86的外端, 因此, 此时, 折叠的将是两侧的缺 口, 而蹭的缺口此时不会折叠, 因此形成了第一段 83和第四段向后折叠, 而第二段 84和第三段 85不变,此时能进入到第一挤压条 32和第二挤压条 33之间继续前进。 其中第一段 83和第四段 86分别与第一挤压条 32和第 二挤压条 34平行,并紧靠第一挤压条 32和第二挤压条 34内侧, 当工件离 开第一挤压条 32和第二挤压条 34继续前进时,赶往到第三挤压条 42和第 三折叠臂 41组成的渐进口, 此时, 第一段 83还是紧靠第三挤压条 42, 第 三段 85外端紧抵第三折叠臂 41, 在第三折叠臂 41的压力下, 第二段 84 和第三段 85之间的缺口 81被压折,当工件进入到第三挤压条 42和第四条 43之间时, 第一段 83和第四段 86的斜面 82结合, 使第一段 83、 第二段 84、 第三段 85、 第四段 86围成一个四方形。 形成了一个相框, 然后, 是 将相框凝固。
本实施例为了生产出不同规格的相框, 第一折叠机 3和第二折叠机 4 中, 还包括调整第一挤压条 33、 第二挤压条 34、 第三挤压条 42位置的第 一位置调整器 35、 第二位置调整器 36和第二位置调整器 44。
通过第一位置调整器 35、 第二位置调整器 36调整第一挤压条 33、 第 二挤压条 34之间的距离,以适应不同的规格的相框的批二段和第三段之间 的长度, 调节第三位置调整器调整第第三挤压条 42和第四挤压条 43之间 的距离以适应工件的第二段 84的长度。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 ―种相框生产方法, 以一根线材为工件生产相框, 其特征在于: 包 括铣边一上胶一工件翻转一折叠一相框凝固步骤, 其中所述的折叠步骤中 包括:
次折叠, 将工件中两侧的缺口向内折叠, 使工件中的第一段和第 四段分别与第二段和第三段垂直;
第二次折叠,将工件中间的缺口折叠,使工件中第二段和第三段垂直, 此时, 工件中的第一段和第四段两侧的斜面重合形成封闭的框形。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的相框生产方法, 其特征在于: 其特征在于: 在铣边以后需要对工件进行除尘。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的相框生产方法, 其特征在于: 铣边步骤中: 在线材上铣出三个截面呈等腰直角三角形的缺口, 将所述的线材分成四段 形成工件, 其中第一段与第三段相同长度, 第二段与第四段相同长度, 并 在线材的首尾分别铣出一个 45° 角的斜面。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的相框生产方法, 其特征在于: 上胶步骤中, 采用热熔胶枪同时向工件中的三个缺口和两个斜面上喷涂热熔胶。
5、根据权利要求 1所述的相框生产方法, 其特征在于: 工件翻转步骤 中将喷胶后的工件 90° 。
6、一种根据权利要求 1所述的相框生产方法的相框生产系统,包括控 制系统、 铣边机、 喷胶机; 其特征在于: 还包括工件翻转装置(6)相框自 动折叠机和将所述的铣边机 (1 )、 喷胶机 (2)、 相框自动折叠机连接的传 送带 ( 7);
所述的相框自动折叠机包括第一折叠机(3 )和第二折叠机(4); 所述 的第一折叠机(3 )设置在传送带(7)上所述的喷胶机(2 ) 的下游, 包括 第一折叠臂(31 )和第二折叠臂(32)、第一挤压条(33 )和第二挤压条(34), 所述的第一挤压条(33 )和第二挤压条(34)相隔工件(8)中第二段(84) 和第三段(85) 的长度之和的距离平行设置在所述的传送带(7 )上, 第一 折叠臂 (31 ) 和第二折叠臂 (32 ) 设置在所述的第一挤压条 (33 ) 和第二 挤压条 (34) 的前端, 向外张开;
所述的第二折叠机 (4) 设置在传送带 (7) 上所述的第一折叠机 (3 ) 的下游, 包括第三折叠臂 (41 ) 和第三挤压条 (42)、 第四挤压条 (43), 所述的第四挤压条 (43) 设置在所述的第二挤压条 (34) 后端, 与所述的 第二挤压条 (34) 成一条直线, 所述的第三挤压条 (42) 与所述的第四挤 压条 (43) 平行, 所述的第三挤压条 (42) 与所述的第四挤压条 (43) 之 间的距离为所述的工件第二段 (84) 的长度; 所述的第三折叠臂 (41) 设 置在所述的第三挤压条 (42) 的前端向外张开。
7、根据权利要求 6所述的相框生产系统, 其特征在于: 在所述的传送 带 (7) 上, 所述的铣边机 (1) 与喷胶机 (2) 之间还设置有工件 (8) 清 洁机构 (5); 所述的清洁机构 (5) 包括设置在传送带 (7) 上面的吹风机
(51) 和设置在传送带 (7) 下面的吸尘器 (52); 所述的吹风机 (51) 的 吹风口正对所述的工件 (8) 的缺口 (81) 和斜面 (82) 位置。
8、根据权利要求 6所述的相框生产系统, 其特征在于: 所述的铣边机 (1)为市售铣边机, 在控制系统控制下, 它在线材的两端铣出斜面, 在线 材的中间确定位置铣出三个截面呈等腰直角三角形的缺口。
9、根据权利要求 6所述的相框生产系统, 其特征在于: 所述的喷胶机 (2)设置在传送带(7)上所述的铣边机(1)的下游,包括 5个喷枪(21), 所述的喷枪 (21) 的喷头 (22) 分别与传送带 (7) 上的工件 (8) 上的缺 口 (81) 和斜面 (82) 相对; 所有喷枪 (21) 设置在一个龙门吊框 (23) 上, 所述的龙门吊框(23)两侧的支臂为汽缸(84), 所述的汽缸(84)在 所述的控制系统的控制下带动所述的喷枪 (21) 上下运动; 在所述的龙门 吊框 (83) 正下方设置有检测所述的工件 (8) 是否正在所述的喷嘴 (82) 的下方的检测电眼(85),所述的检测电眼(85)的输出接所述的控制系统。
10、 根据权利要求 6所述的相框生产系统, 其特征在于: 所述的第一 折叠机 (3) 和第二折叠机 (4) 中, 还包括调整所述的第一挤压条 (33)、 第二挤压条 (34)、 第三挤压条 (42) 位置的第一位置调整器 (35)、 第二 位置调整器 (36) 和第二位置调整器 (44)。
