一种兼容型地坑式架车机车体举升单元,包括架体(9)、托头(3)、举升柱(2)和安装在架体(9)上的升降电机(5),托头(3)位于架体(9)的顶部,并与举升柱(2)的顶端连接,举升柱(2)位于架体(9)内,且举升柱(2)通过丝杠螺母(4)与升降电机(5)的电机轴连接,架体(9)上安装有用于约束举升柱(2)运动的导向限位机构,该导向限位机构与安装在驾车机上的走行机构连接;托头(3)上连接有托头伸缩机构。通过走行机构可以自动行走,满足城轨车辆B型车架车点沿轨道方向尺寸不同的要求,且托头(3)通过托头伸缩机构可以伸缩,满足城轨车辆B型车架车点横向宽度尺寸不同的要求。

兼容型地坑式架车机车体举升单元
技术领域
本发明涉及用于动车组、 城市轨道车辆的不解体整列架车检修作业设备, 具体的说, 涉及一 种列车车体用地坑式架车机的车体举升单元。 背景技术
地坑式架车机用于动车组、 城市轨道车辆的不解体整列架车检修作业, 通过地坑式架车 机可以进行车辆转向架的更换以及车体下部电气设施、 车顶电气设施的检修及更换作业。
随着动车组在我国的大面积投入使用, 以及城市轨道交通开通运营的城市越来越多, 地 坑式架车机在车辆检修的过程中发挥至关重要的作用。 车辆检修时, 首先用转向架举升单元 将整列列车同步提升到一定的高度, 再用车体举升单元将车厢托住, 然后进行转向架的拆装 以及其他车上设备的检修作业。 目前, 我国在运营的地铁车辆主要有 、 B、 C三种类型,其 中 B型车使用的比较广泛, 但 B型车架车点的参数并不统一, 传统的架车机车体举升单元不 具备托头的伸缩和走行功能, 仅能适应 B型车辆的一种车辆参数。 发明内容
本发明针对现有地铁车辆在不解体整列架车检修作业时存在的上述不足, 提供了一种车 体举升单元可以自动走行、 托头可以伸缩、 兼容所有 B型车辆的兼容型地坑式架车机车体举 升单元。 本发明的技术方案是: 一种兼容型地坑式架车机车体举升单元, 包括架体、 托头、 举升 柱和安装在架体上的升降电机, 托头位于架体的顶部, 并与举升柱的顶端连接, 举升柱位于 在架体内, 且举升柱通过丝杠螺母与升降电机的电机轴连接, 架体上安装有用于约束举升柱 运动的导向限位机构, 该导向定位机构与安装在驾车机上的走行机构连接; 托头上连接有托 头伸缩机构。
优选的是, 导向限位机构包括导向箱和导向轮, 举升柱安装在导向箱和导向轮之间, 导 向箱与走行机构连接。
优选的是, 导向箱的底部设置有走行轮。
优选的是, 走行机构为电动推杆, 该电动推杆的一端固定在驾车机的钢结构上, 另一端 固定在导向限位机构的导向箱上。
优选的是, 托头伸缩机构为伸缩丝杠螺母, 伸缩丝杠螺母的一端安装在架体上, 另一端 与托头连接。 优选的是, 架体上还设置有用于对托头进行限位的前、 后两个挡板和用于支撑托头的支 撑轴承。
本发明的有益效果是: 本发明通过走行机构可以自动行走, 满足城轨车辆 B型车架车点 沿轨道方向尺寸不同的要求, 且托头通过托头伸缩机构可以伸缩, 满足城轨车辆 B型车架车 点横向宽度尺寸不同的要求。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明做进一步说明。
一种兼容型地坑式架车机车体举升单元, 包括架体 9、 托头 3、 举升柱 2和安装在架体 9 上的升降电机 5, 托头 3位于架体 9的顶部, 并与举升柱 2的顶端连接, 举升柱 2位于在架 体 9内, 且举升柱 2通过丝杠螺母 4与升降电机 5的电机轴连接, 架体 9上安装有用于约束 举升柱运动的导向限位机构, 该导向定位机构与安装在驾车机上的走行机构连接; 导向限位 机构包括导向箱 1和导向轮 6, 举升柱 2安装在导向箱 1和导向轮 6之间, 导向箱 1与走行 机构连接, 导向箱 1的底部设置有走行轮 7。 走行机构为电动推杆 8, 该电动推杆 8的一端固 定在驾车机的钢结构上, 另一端固定在导向限位机构的导向箱 1上。 托头 3上连接有托头伸 缩机构, 托头伸缩机构为伸缩丝杠螺母 10, 伸缩丝杠螺母 10的一端安装在架体 9上, 另一 端与托头 3连接。 架体 9上还设置有用于对托头 3进行限位的前、后两个挡板 11、 12和用于 支撑托头 3的支撑轴承 13。
工作原理:
升降电机带动丝杠螺母旋转, 丝杠螺母带动举升柱上下升降, 并通过导向轮对举升柱进 行约束, 使举升柱做垂直运动, 举升柱带动压头上下升降; 当压头上下升降到位时, 电动推 杆工作, 根据城轨车辆 B型车架车点沿轨道方向尺寸的不同, 电动推杆进行伸缩运动, 在伸 缩运动过程中, 拉动或推动车体举升单元沿轨道方向走行, 满足城轨车辆 B型车架车点沿轨 道方向的尺寸要求; 同时, 伸缩丝杠螺母工作, 根据城轨车辆 B型车架车点沿横向宽度尺寸 的不同, 伸缩丝杠螺母进行伸缩运动, 在伸缩运动过程中, 带动托头做伸缩运动, 满足城轨 车辆 B型车架车点沿横向的宽度尺寸要求。

1. 一种兼容型地坑式架车机车体举升单元, 包括架体、 托头、 举升柱和安装在架体上的升 降电机, 托头位于架体的顶部, 并与举升柱的顶端连接, 举升柱位于架体内, 且举升柱 通过丝杠螺母与升降电机的电机轴连接, 其特征在于: 架体上安装有用于约束举升柱运 动的导向限位机构, 该导向定位机构与安装在架车机上的走行机构连接; 托头上连接有 托头伸缩机构。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的兼容型地坑式架车机车体举升单元, 其特征在于: 导向限位机构 包括导向箱和导向轮, 举升柱安装在导向箱和导向轮之间, 导向箱与走行机构连接。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的兼容型地坑式架车机车体举升单元, 其特征在于: 导向箱的底部 设置有走行轮。
4. 根据权利要求 2或 3任意一项所述的兼容型地坑式架车机车体举升单元, 其特征在于: 走行机构为电动推杆, 该电动推杆的一端固定在架车机的钢结构上, 另一端固定在导向 限位机构的导向箱上。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的兼容型地坑式架车机车体举升单元, 其特征在于: 托头伸缩机构 为伸缩丝杠螺母, 伸缩丝杠螺母的一端安装在架体上, 另一端与托头连接。
6. 根据权利要求 1所述的兼容型地坑式架车机车体举升单元, 其特征在于: 架体上还设置 有用于对托头进行限位的前、 后两个挡板和用于支撑托头的支撑轴承。
