Description

适用于空中轨道交通系统的车辆检修车 技术领域
本发明涉及列车检修领域,具体的是一种适用于空中轨道交通系统的车辆检修车。
背景技术
国内外磁悬浮技术的持续发展和技术的逐步成熟,实现商业化的磁浮轨道交通运输系统逐步增多;就国内而言,由上海TR磁悬浮快线逐步发展了长沙磁浮专线和北京S1磁浮地铁线;同时,时速600公里/时的磁悬浮样车的成功下线,引起了广泛的关注和支持。在国际上,磁悬浮技术同样深受关注,围绕磁悬浮技术逐步提出并发展各种新型交通制式,例如美国Magplane系列,韩国Vectus系统,美国Hyperloop等等。目前,磁悬浮技术作为未来高速乃至超高速的轨道交通制式的理想方案,在未来面临极大的市场需求。
另一方面,交通拥堵问题一直是国内城市发展的诟病。交通拥堵降低了城市运行效率和宜居性。同时,继《国家新型城镇化规划(2014-2020)》、中央城市工作会议和十三五规划纲要等对建设宜居城市提出了专门论述之后,宜居城市建设已然成为我国城市建设的重要目标,升级完善城市公共交通系统显得尤为迫切。
目前,国内外已有的城市轨道交通制式主要有地铁、轻轨、单轨、有轨电车、磁悬浮等七大类,功能定位和技术优缺点各不相同。
就发展个人式轨道交通系统而言,单轨列车(又称空轨列车)因其独特的成本低廉、工期短、灵活等优势而备受各大城市青睐,在未来中小城市的发展中具有极大的市场潜力,特别是依山而建的城区、衔接地铁与住宅区的末端接入等环境;而科技和工业技术的进步也促进了空轨列车的飞速发展。随着时代的发展和个人快速运输系统的提出,国内外相继提出了几种新型轨道交通系统,如美国Morgantown PRT、国内有中车机车公司的新能源悬挂式单轨列车、俄罗斯Sky Way轨道缆车、德国多特蒙德的空轨专列、日本千叶单轨电车,以色列Sky Tran系统等。
在上述背景下,江西理工大学于2014年提出了一种新型高效智能永磁磁浮轨道交通系统——“虹轨”。该系统具备节能环保、占用空间小等优势,不仅扩充了城市公共交通运输形式,还对缓解城市交通拥堵、提升出行体验具有重要参考意义和实际应用价值。
现有悬挂式轨道交通制式的发展,依然存在诸多问题有待完善和解决。其中,列车转向架在机械结构中过于笨重,设备精度要求高,在日常的线路检修、设备安装与摘挂等带来了不少的麻烦。在实际的工程实现中,往往通过多组吊车的协同配合,实现列车转向架的安装与摘挂等,这也为日常空轨交通系统检修带来了诸多不便,耗时耗力,造成不必要的维护成本。特别是,以虹轨系统为代表的一类永磁悬挂式轨道系统。在列车转向架设备的试验和调试中往往需要反复的安装与摘挂,在缺少专用的检修设备情况下造成了列车维护成本的高昂和工程进度缓慢等弊病,在一定程度上影响着悬挂式轨道交通系统向市场的推广。同时,在列车转向架的安装与摘挂过程中,笨重的转向架通过吊车的牵引在空中精度控制难以保证,极易造成对轨道上铺设的永磁悬浮阵列和转向架上的悬挂永磁体组造成不可挽救式的损伤。
发明内容
针对上述悬挂式磁悬浮列车的发展和永磁轨道交通系统的提出,本发明提供一种适用于空中轨道交通系统的车辆检修车,适用于相关悬挂式空轨交通系统的列车转向架的检修,该车辆检修车是集列车转向架的安装、摘挂和检修等为一体的多功能化的综合性车辆检修设备,完善了以虹轨系统为技术背景的一系列悬挂式轨道交通制式的相关检修设备,有效解决列车转向架的安装、检修难题,进一步推动悬挂式轨道交通制式向市场推广的步伐。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供一种适用于空中轨道交通系统的车辆检修车,其包括:支撑架模块,所述支撑架模块为车辆检修车的主体支架,用于支撑固定整个车辆检修车。;安装于所述支撑架模块上的轨道模块,所述轨道模块能够与待检修车辆的轨道梁相对接,对接后所述待检修车辆进入该轨道模块上,所述轨道模块能够支撑所述待检修车辆的转向架和悬挂车厢的重量;安装于所述支撑架模块上的修护操作台模块,所述修护操作台模块为安装、拆卸以及维护转向架提供人工操作平台;车厢吊卸模块,所述悬挂车厢与所述车厢吊卸模块相配合用于 安装和摘卸所述待检修车辆的悬挂车厢。
优选地,所述支撑架模块包括多根竖直设置的立柱支撑,相邻两立柱支撑之间通过三脚固定架连接,使得所述支撑架模块构成形如四边结构的机械硬件结构。
优选地,所述立柱支撑的外侧安装有多个立柱液压杆,底部设置有可伸缩的液压滚轮。优选地,所述立柱支撑采用钢梁立柱支撑,所述立柱液压杆安装于该四边形机械硬件结构的对角位置。优选地,所述支撑架模块安装有能够使得所述待检修车辆的转向架和所述轨道模块整体结构实现下降或上吊操作的液压装置或者升降链轨。
优选地,所述轨道模块安装于所述支撑架模块两边的内侧,沿长度方向所述轨道模块的一端与所述支撑架模块对齐,另一端从所述支撑架模块伸出,所述轨道模块的伸出部分作为所述待检修车辆的提供位置和前端操作平台。优选地,所述轨道模块采用无磁性的轨道钢材板,该轨道钢材板通过三角支架安装于所述支撑架模块两边的内侧,该轨道钢材板的伸出部分由三脚架固定支撑;所述轨道钢材板的前端设置有用于支撑加固该轨道钢材板的轨道液压杆,所述轨道液压杆的一端连接于所述轨道钢材板前端连接扣,另一端连接于所述待检修车辆轨道口上的连接扣,所述轨道钢材板的上表面设置有凹型轮轨槽。
优选地,所述支撑架模块还包括设置于所述轨道模块上表面的承载轮组,所述承载轮组能够支撑所述待检修车辆的转向架。优选地,所述待检修车辆的转向架上设置有延伸承载臂,所述承载轮组安装于该延伸承载臂下方。优选地,所述延伸承载臂下表面设置有能够与所述承载轮组对接的开口凹槽,通过所述开口凹槽对所述承载轮组限位固定。
优选地,所述承载轮组包括塑胶轮和液压千斤顶,所述塑胶轮采用多组结构用于支撑负载和移动,在所述塑胶轮的前后设置有用于固定该塑胶轮的刹车板,所述液压千斤顶是所述塑胶轮的承载层位置,所述液压千斤顶通过机械液压机驱动或者手动驱动。
优选地,所述液压千斤顶的支撑轴与所述延伸承载臂的开口凹槽之间设置有固定栓以加固所述承载轮组与所述延伸承载臂的连接。
优选地,所述待检修车辆的横梁上连接有用于在水平方向对所述待检修车辆的转向架进行加固的手动螺旋支撑杆,所述手动螺旋支撑杆的一端连接于所述车辆检修车的两侧横梁上,另一端连接于所述待检修车辆转向架的相应衔接扣上。所述承载轮组的前后端设置有能够对所述承载轮组加固的可拆卸的固定阻挡扣。 优选地,所述修护操作台模块包括钢架台和便携式手脚架,所述钢架台通过三角支撑架固定安装于所述支撑架模块的两侧,所述钢架台的外侧设置有安全护栏,所述操作台的高度低于所述轨道模块的高度。
优选地,所述车厢吊卸模块为设置有前端牵引模块和支撑结构的车厢吊卸车,所述前端牵引模块包括牵引挂钩和液压摇杆,所述牵引挂钩安装于该车厢吊卸车的前端,所述牵引挂钩的下方设置有能够控制调整所述车厢吊卸车方向的可自由转向的导向轮,后端设置有牵引加固支撑杆以实现牵引力的多点牵动。
所述支撑结构包括承载面板和用于支撑承载面板的多组承载面板液压支撑杆,所述承载面板的尺寸应大于所述悬挂车厢的俯视截面。优选地,所述承载面板液压支撑杆的底部连接有滚动滑轮组,每组滚动滑轮组具备转向裕度以实现所述车厢吊卸车的移动与转向;所述承载面板上设置对应于所述悬挂车厢的凹槽,用于支撑垫的安置和悬挂车厢放置时的位置对中。
通过上述技术方案,本发明提供的适用于空中轨道交通系统的车辆检修车通过设置轨道模块、修护操作台模块、支撑架模块和车厢吊卸模块,实现集车辆的吊卸、维修与安装等功能为一体的综合性的车辆维护车,适用于空中悬挂式轨道交通系统的车辆维护,特别是悬挂式永磁磁浮轨道交通系统。实现对悬挂式轨道交通系统的悬挂车辆转向架的安装与卸载以及日常电路、硬件结构等维护和维修,有效解决了列车转向架安装检修难题,进一步推动悬挂式轨道交通制式向市场推广的步伐。本发明实施方式的其它特征和优点将在随后的具体实施方式部分予以详细说明。

本发明提供了一种适用于空中轨道交通系统的车辆检修车,包括用于检修所述待检修车辆5的支撑架模块1、轨道模块2、修护操作台模块3和车厢吊卸模块4,所述车辆检修车的待检修车辆5包括转向架51和悬挂车厢52,所述支撑架模块1用于支撑固定整个所述车辆检修车,为车辆检修车的主体支架,所述轨道模块2安装于所述支撑架模块1上,所述轨道模块2能够与待检修车辆5的轨道梁相对接,对接后待检修车辆5的转向架51通过轨道模块2进入该车辆检 修车上部,轨道模块2支撑待检修车辆5的转向架51和悬挂车厢52的重量,修护操作台模块3为安装、拆卸以及维护转向架51提供人工操作平台,车厢吊卸模块4能够与所述悬挂车厢52相配合,用于安装与摘卸所述待检修车辆5的悬挂车厢52,参阅图1所示。
在本发明的一种优选实施方式中,所述支撑架模块1包括多根竖直设置的立柱支撑11,相邻两立柱支撑11之间通过三脚固定架111连接,使得所述支撑架模块1构成四边形机械硬件结构。
优选地,所述立柱支撑11的外侧安装有多个立柱液压杆12,底部设置有可伸缩的液压滚轮13。在本发明的一种优选实施方式中所述立柱支撑11采用钢梁立柱支撑,所述立柱液压杆12安装于该四边形机械硬件结构的对角位置,参阅图2所示,在图2中为了视觉突出局部结构,并未将全部部件画出。
具体地,在四根钢梁立柱支撑的对角位置安置立柱液压杆12,参阅图7所示,立柱液压杆12用于对车辆检修车的稳定和平衡,特别是在转向架51的摘卸和安装的过程中。其中,立柱液压杆12的数量可由2至8根构成,具体数量视情况而定,在本发明中优选为四根,且立柱液压杆12的安置位置并不仅限于钢梁立柱支撑的对角,在四根钢梁立柱支撑的底部设置有可伸缩的液压滚轮13,在车辆检修车正常工作状态下,可伸缩的液压滚轮13收缩到钢梁立柱支撑里面,或者收缩到钢梁立柱支撑的一侧,当车辆检修车工作结束或者需要位置移动等情况下,液压滚轮13通过液压机将滚轮伸展出来支撑整个车辆检修车;当液压滚轮13完全伸展完毕,该车辆检修车能够人为牵引或者驱动以实现机械的移动。
在上述的车辆检修车的结构中尚未实现转向架51的上吊和下降,即从车辆检修车或者列车悬挂轨道梁中摘卸到地面维修处,或者是从生产/维修处上吊安装到列车悬挂轨道梁中,在此,在本发明的一种优选实施方式中,所述支撑架模块1能够使得所述待检修车辆5的转向架51和所述轨道模块2整体结构实现下降或者上吊操作,可通过在支撑架模块1安装液压装置或者升降链轨实现这一功能。由于转向架51的复杂结构,传统的悬挂空轨列车结构并不适合直接放置地面,因此本发明车辆检修车提供的转向架51的下降/上吊以及维修等操作的硬件工具适应于对一般悬挂式空轨列车系统,也更适用于永磁悬挂式轨道交通系统。
在所述车辆检修车中,轨道模块2用于摘卸和安装待检修车辆5的转向架51,所述轨道模块2安装于所述支撑架模块1两边的内侧,沿长度方向所述轨道模块2的一端与所述支撑架模块1对齐,另一端从所述支撑架模块1伸出,所述 轨道模块2的伸出部分为所述待检修车辆5提供位置和前端操作平台。在本发明的一种优选实施方式中,该轨道模块2采用无磁性的轨道钢材板铺设于所述车辆检修车两边的内侧,参阅图2所示,以面向轨道的视图截面为前,通过三角支架21衔接于同侧的两根钢梁立柱支撑上。
沿长度方向所述轨道模块2的一端与所述支撑架模块1对齐,另一端从所述支撑架模块1伸出,所述轨道模块2的伸出部分为所述待检修车辆5提供位置和前端操作平台,该轨道钢材板的伸出部分由三脚支架21固定支撑,轨道钢材板主要用于支撑车辆转向架51以及悬挂车厢52等整体的重量,而在车辆检修车的前端伸出的一段轨道钢材板主要为车辆检修车提供位置和前端操作平台,即伸出的轨道钢材板与空轨列车的轨道梁对应即可,避免支撑架模块1与空轨列车的轨道梁直接接触,导致不必要的碰撞等问题,所述轨道钢材板可采用不锈钢板。
所述轨道钢材板的前端设置有用于支撑加固该轨道钢材板的轨道液压杆22,所述轨道液压杆22的一端连接于所述轨道钢材板前端连接扣,另一端连接于所述待检修车辆5轨道口上的连接扣,所述轨道钢材板的上表面设置有凹型轮轨槽。
具体地,轨道液压杆22确保伸出的轨道钢材板的刚度和足够的承载能力,在列车轨道的末梢设置有轨道的封闭车,用于对轨道面的封闭,避免运行列车失控,冲出轨道等危险的可能,所述轨道液压杆22可采用手动旋转杆,轨道液压杆22的连接也间接为车辆检修车与列车轨道接口之间提供了相对的位置标准。
所述支撑架模块1还包括设置于所述轨道模块2上表面的承载轮组6,所述承载轮组6能够顶起所述待检修车辆5的转向架51。
另一方面,在轨道钢材板上表面分别设置的两条凹形轮轨槽的使用主要是为承载轮组6的滚动提供固定的滚动轨迹,避免承载轮组6在车辆转向架51的不平衡状态或者牵引车的不均衡牵引状态等情况下出现的脱轨危险。对于所述的承载轮组6,主要在车辆检修车的轨道钢材板上移动,承载待检修车辆5的全部重量,包括转向架51和悬挂车厢52等其他附属设备。
在本发明的一种优选实施方式中,所述待检修车辆5的转向架51上设置有延伸承载臂511,所述承载轮组6安装于该延伸承载臂511下方,所述延伸承载臂511下表面设置有能够与所述承载轮组6对接的开口凹槽,通过所述开口凹槽对所述承载轮组6限位固定。
承载轮组6包括塑胶轮61和液压千斤顶62,所述塑胶轮61采用多组结构用于支撑负载和移动,在所述塑胶轮61的前后设置有用于固定该塑胶轮的刹车 板63,所述液压千斤顶62为所述塑胶轮61的承载层位置,液压千斤顶62通过机械液压机驱动或者手动驱动,液压千斤顶62的支撑轴与所述延伸承载臂511的开口凹槽之间设置有固定栓用于加固所述承载轮组6与所述延伸承载臂511的连接。
在本发明的一种优选实施方式中,承载轮组6由多组塑胶轮61支撑,优选为四组塑胶轮61;在四组塑胶轮61相应设置有刹车板63,用于限制塑胶轮61的移动和位置/方向的调整,在塑胶轮61的上方设置液压设备,采用手动调整液压设备的支撑高度,液压设备的液压摇杆设置于塑胶轮61的一侧。
在承载轮组6的使用方式上,主要是通过承载轮组6上的液压设备顶起待检修车辆5的转向架51以取代原有的永磁悬浮模块,所述承载轮组6的设置主要是针对永磁悬浮结构的空轨系统。
具体地,延伸承载臂511在对应的位置设置内陷的凹槽,且凹槽的外侧为开口,以便列车在悬浮间隙较小时刻,承载轮组6顺利安置到延伸承载臂511的下方。延伸承载臂511用于承载轮组6上的液压支撑轴与凹槽的固定对接,达到承载轮组6的限位作用,避免出现承载轮组6在移动中可能出现的承载轮组的滑脱、倾斜等危险。而转向架51的延伸承载臂511设置于永磁悬浮模块的前后,依据实际情况,延伸承载臂511的数量和位置并不仅限于永磁悬浮模块的前后。而对于传统的悬挂轮轨式轨道交通系统,则可以依靠自身的机械承载轮组,无需另外的承载轮组6的替换。
在本发明的一种优选实施方式中,所述车辆检修车的顶部设置有用于在水平方向对所述待检修车辆5的转向架51进行加固的手动螺旋支撑杆14,所述手动螺旋支撑杆14的一端连接于所述车辆检修车的两侧横梁上,另一端连接于所述待检修车辆5的转向架51的相应衔接扣上,所述承载轮组6的前后端设置有能够对所述承载轮组6加固的可拆卸的固定阻挡扣64。
根据本发明,所述修护操作台模块3包括钢架台31和便携式手脚架32,所述钢架台31通过三角支架固定安装于所述支撑架模块1的两侧,所述钢架台31的外侧设置有安全护栏311,所述修护操作台模块3的高度低于所述轨道模块2的高度,以便于维护人员的正常检修等工作。便携式手脚架32的使用主要是针对车辆检修车的钢架台31上无法涉及到的结构部分,特别是转向架51的底部,还可用于悬挂车厢52的顶部的设备箱等设备的检修。
对于所述检修车的修护操作台模块3的钢架台31由普通钢材构成检修车的 修护操作台,通过三角支架固定于四根钢梁立柱支撑111的两侧,用于转向架51的安装与摘卸以及转向架51维护等工作时刻,为相关维护工作人员提供一个操作的平台,安全护栏311确保在操作台上工作人员的安全,参阅图1和图6所示。
根据本发明,车厢吊卸模块4为设置有前端牵引模块和支撑结构的车厢吊卸车,所述前端牵引模块包括牵引挂钩41和液压摇杆42,所述牵引挂钩41安装于该车厢吊卸车的前端,所述牵引挂钩41的下方设置有能够控制调整所述车厢吊卸车方向的可自由转向的导向轮43,后端设置有用于实现牵引力多点牵动的牵引加固支撑杆44,所述支撑结构包括承载面板45和用于支撑该承载面板45的多组承载面板液压支撑杆451,所述承载面板45的尺寸应大于所述悬挂车厢52的俯视截面。在本发明的一种优选实施方式中,承载面板液压支撑杆451的底部连接有滚动滑轮组453,每组滚动滑轮组453具备转向裕度以实现所述车厢吊卸车的移动与转向;所述承载面板45上设置对应于所述悬挂车厢52的凹槽452,用于支撑垫的安置和所述悬挂车厢52放置时的位置对中。
具体地,车厢吊卸车就是为悬挂车厢52的安装与摘卸而设计的一种车厢吊卸车。依据实际需要可以设置自身的牵引驱动设备,车厢吊卸车的前端的牵引挂钩41便于牵引车的牵引驱动。在牵引挂钩41的下方设置有可以自由转向的导向轮43,导向轮43用于在牵引状态下的车厢吊卸车的方向控制与调整,在牵引挂钩41的后端由两根牵引加固支撑杆44,实现牵引力的多点牵动,避免因前端两侧的液压摇杆42承受过大的牵引力出现形变问题。在车厢吊卸车的支撑结构中,由多组/根承载面板液压支撑杆451支撑起一个钢板/硬质塑胶等承载面板45,承载面板液压支撑杆451的压力摇杆由液压摇杆42连接于车厢吊卸车前端的牵引挂钩41,构成集承载面板液压支撑杆451升降、牵引、导向等为一体的前端牵引模块。
实施例1
利用上述适用于空中轨道交通系统的车辆检修车进行检修,待检修车辆为悬挂式永磁悬浮轨道交通系统。参阅图3所示,将待检修车辆5的转向架51停靠至列车轨道梁的末梢接口处,车辆检修车稳定停靠至列车轨道梁末梢,使得轨道钢材板与轨道梁接口完成对接,车辆检修车的各组立柱液压杆12及各组大型液压杆伸展到位,轨道钢材板上的手动螺旋支撑杆14伸展到位,四根钢梁立柱支撑的液压滚轮13收缩至钢梁立柱支撑的梁臂内或一侧。
完成前期的准备工作,由牵引车牵引或者人工牵引等驱动缓慢牵引待检修车辆5的转向架51,因永磁悬浮列车自身处于垂直悬浮状态,且水平方向基本不受摩擦力,因此整体列车的水平牵引无需要较大的牵引力即实现列车移动。当转向架51前端进入到该车辆检修车的轨道钢材板与列车轨道梁的接缝处,此时,列车的负重依然是由永磁悬浮模块支撑,但永磁悬浮模块的延伸承载臂511处于检修车外伸展的轨道钢材板的上方,参阅图3。而后由维修人员在修护操作台模块3的钢架台31上将承载轮组6对应放置至检修车外伸展的轨道钢材板上,承载轮组6上的液压支撑轴对应列车的转向架51的延伸承载臂511的凹槽,而后通过机械摇杆或者机械遥控等启动承载轮组6上的液压机,由液压支撑轴逐步上顶至延伸承载臂511的凹槽内,直至左右两侧的承载轮组6完全取代列车的转向架51的永磁悬浮模块,支撑列车前端的负重,参阅图8所示。
其中,在启动承载轮组6上的液压机时刻,承载轮组6的塑胶轮61由刹车板63扣紧轮毂,处于刹车状态。另外,在永磁悬浮模块可嵌套上软质保护壳,如此既可保护永磁悬浮模块,又可有效避免在维修过程中永磁体的吸附作用可能引起的对工作人员的危险问题,例如永磁体的强磁下对铁磁性工具的吸附实时存在对工作人员的安全威胁。同时,设置于列车顶部的驱动永磁定子依然是具有强磁特性,因此,当转向架逐步牵引出列车的悬挂梁时,则及时嵌套上软质保护壳,作用如同永磁悬浮模块的软质保护壳一样,避免在维修过程中强磁特性对铁磁性工具的强吸附作用导致的危险。
当前端的承载轮组6的顺利安置之后,即可打开承载轮组6下方的塑胶轮61的刹车板63,牵引使得转向架51沿车辆检修车的轨道钢材板前行,当转向架51的随后的多组悬浮模块按照第一组悬浮模块依次安置承载轮组6,参阅附图3所示,直至列车的转向架51上所有的永磁悬浮模块全部由承载轮组6取代支撑列车转向架51及悬挂车厢52的全部载重。参阅图1和图3所示,列车转向架51及悬挂车厢52停留在车辆检修车的中间位置。
另外,列车的转向架51牵引到车辆检修车的预定位置之后,塑胶轮61的刹车板63扣紧轮毂,在承载轮组61的前后外加固定阻挡扣64以实现对转向架51的两层加固,避免出现因倾斜等因素导致出现危险状况的发生,参阅图4所示。在承载轮组6支撑起列车转向架51的负重时刻,在液压千斤顶62的支撑轴与转向架51的延伸承载臂511之间,液压千斤顶62与延伸承载臂511之间由固定栓加固,避免受力不均导致承载轮组6在运行过程中出现向外滑脱,甚至脱落 的情况,也可有效避免因承载轮组6的不均衡导致的塑胶轮61轮毂与钢材轨道板凹槽的重压摩擦,引起塑胶轮61的受损/损坏,降低使用寿命等。
列车的转向架51稳定停靠在车辆检修车的轨道钢材板上的时刻,在塑胶轮61的刹车板63和固定阻挡扣64的双重固定下,在车辆检修车两侧的横梁上连接手动螺旋支撑杆14,手动螺旋支撑杆14可手动调节伸缩长度以水平方向对列车的转向架51进行加固,参阅图1和图5。其中,手动螺旋支撑杆14一端连接到车辆检修车的两侧的横梁,另一端连接于转向架51的相应的衔接扣上。特别的,在列车的转向架51上只需要设置相应的衔接扣即可。在所述的便携式手脚架32的实施中,需要现将列车的悬挂车厢52摘挂掉,由牵引车移出检修车的操作空间。具体的,首先将悬挂车厢52由车厢吊卸车的承载面板45支撑,由牵引车牵引出车厢吊卸车移动至指定位置,以便于组装便携式手脚架32对悬挂车厢52的顶部设备箱以及内部的空调、显示屏等服务设备。
车厢吊卸车的使用则是将车厢吊卸车放置在悬挂车厢52的底部,此时,悬挂车厢52的底部高度高于车厢吊卸车的承载面板45的高度,通过对前端牵引模块的液压摇杆42的操作,将多组承载面板液压支撑杆451缓缓升起,直至承载面板45的凹槽对应安放悬挂车厢52的支撑垫,由车厢吊卸车平稳支撑起整个悬挂车厢52的重量,此时稍微再次上调液压高度,便于由相关工作人员顺利摘卸掉悬挂车厢52顶部的用于连接悬挂车厢52与转向架51的悬挂连杆,而后即可由牵引车牵引车厢吊卸车移动至指定位置。
特别的,当需要对悬挂车厢52顶部的顶部设备箱或者转向架51的底部等钢架台31无法触及等状况下的线路/零部件等维护时,则可通过车厢吊卸车的支撑、牵引,移动悬挂车厢52的位置等操作,随后进一步地进行机械结构的维护。
以上结合附图详细描述了本发明的优选实施方式,但是,本发明并不限于此。在本发明的技术构思范围内,可以对本发明的技术方案进行多种简单变型,包括各个具体技术特征以任何合适的方式进行组合,为了避免不必要的重复,本发明对各种可能的组合方式不再另行说明。但这些简单变型和组合同样应当视为本发明所公开的内容,均属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种适用于空中轨道交通系统的车辆检修车,其特征在于,所述车辆检修车包括:
    支撑架模块(1),所述支撑架模块(1)为车辆检修车的主体支架,用于支撑固定整个车辆检修车;
    安装于所述支撑架模块(1)上的轨道模块(2),所述轨道模块(2)能够与待检修车辆(5)的轨道梁相对接,对接后所述待检修车辆(5)进入该轨道模块(2)上,所述轨道模块(2)能够支撑所述待检修车辆(5)的转向架(51)和悬挂车厢(52)的重量;
    安装于所述支撑架模块(1)上的修护操作台模块(3),所述修护操作台模块(3)为安装、拆卸以及维护转向架(51)提供人工操作平台;
    车厢吊卸模块(4),所述悬挂车厢(52)与所述车厢吊卸模块(4)相配合用于安装和摘卸所述待检修车辆(5)的悬挂车厢(52)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的车辆检修车,其特征在于,所述支撑架模块(1)包括多根竖直设置的立柱支撑(11),相邻两立柱支撑(11)之间通过三脚固定架(111)连接,使得所述支撑架模块(1)构成四边形机械硬件结构;并且/或者,所述立柱支撑(11)的外侧安装有多个立柱液压杆(12),底部设置有可伸缩的液压滚轮(13);或所述立柱支撑(11)采用钢梁立柱支撑,所述立柱液压杆(12)安装于该四边形机械硬件结构的对角位置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的车辆检修车,其特征在于,所述支撑架模块(1)安装有能够使得所述待检修车辆(5)的转向架(51)和所述轨道模块(2)整体结构实现下降或上吊操作的液压装置或者升降链轨。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的车辆检修车,其特征在于,所述轨道模块(2)安装于所述支撑架模块(1)两边的内侧,沿长度方向所述轨道模块(2)的一端与所述支撑架模块(1)对齐,另一端从所述支撑架模块(1)伸出,所述轨道模块(2)的伸出部分作为所述待检修车辆(5)的提供位置和前端操作平台;
    或所述轨道模块(2)采用无磁性的轨道钢材板,该轨道钢材板通过三角支架(21)安装于所述支撑架模块(1)两边的内侧,该轨道钢材板的伸出部分由三脚支架(21)固定支撑;
    所述轨道钢材板的前端设置有用于支撑加固该轨道钢材板的轨道液压杆 (22),所述轨道液压杆(22)的一端连接于所述轨道钢材板前端连接扣,另一端连接于所述待检修车辆(5)轨道口上的连接扣,所述轨道钢材板的上表面设置有凹型轮轨槽。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的车辆检修车,其特征在于,所述支撑架模块(1)还包括设置于所述轨道模块(2)上表面的承载轮组(6),所述承载轮组(6)能够支撑所述待检修车辆(5)的转向架(51);
    所述待检修车辆(5)的转向架(51)上设置有延伸承载臂(511),所述承载轮组(6)安装于该延伸承载臂(511)下方;优选地,所述延伸承载臂(511)下表面设置有能够与所述承载轮组(6)对接的开口凹槽,通过所述开口凹槽对所述承载轮组(6)限位固定。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的车辆检修车,其特征在于,所述承载轮组(6)包括塑胶轮(61)和液压千斤顶(62);
    所述塑胶轮(61)采用多组结构用于支撑负载和移动,在所述塑胶轮(61)的前后设置有用于固定该塑胶轮的刹车板(63),所述液压千斤顶(62)为所述塑胶轮(61)的承载层位置,所述液压千斤顶(62)通过机械液压机驱动或者手动驱动;并且/或者,
    所述液压千斤顶(62)的支撑轴与所述延伸承载臂(511)的开口凹槽之间设置有固定栓用于加固所述承载轮组(6)与所述延伸承载臂(511)的连接。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的车辆检修车,其特征在于,
    所述车辆检修车的顶部设置有用于在水平方向对所述待检修车辆(5)的转向架(51)进行加固的手动螺旋支撑杆(14),所述手动螺旋支撑杆(14)的一端连接于所述车辆检修车的两侧横梁上,另一端连接于所述待检修车辆(5)的转向架(51)的相应衔接扣上;
    所述承载轮组(6)的前后端设置有能够对所述承载轮组(6)加固的可拆卸的固定阻挡扣(64)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的车辆检修车,其特征在于,所述修护操作台模块(3)包括钢架台(31)和便携式手脚架(32),所述钢架台(31)通过三角支架固定安装于所述支撑架模块(1)的两侧,所述钢架台(31)的外侧设置有安全护栏(311),所述修护操作台模块(3)的高度低于所述轨道模块(2)的高度。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的车辆检修车,其特征在于,所述车厢吊卸模块(4) 为设置有前端牵引模块和支撑结构的车厢吊卸车;
    所述前端牵引模块包括牵引挂钩(41)和液压摇杆(42),所述牵引挂钩(41)安装于该车厢吊卸车的前端,所述牵引挂钩(41)的下方设置有能够控制调整所述车厢吊卸车方向的可自由转向的导向轮(43),后端设置有用于实现牵引力多点牵动的牵引加固支撑杆(44);
    所述支撑结构包括承载面板(45)和用于支撑该承载面板(45)的多组承载面板液压支撑杆(451),所述承载面板(45)的尺寸应大于所述悬挂车厢(52)的俯视截面。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的车辆检修车,其特征在于,所述承载面板液压支撑杆(451)的底部连接有滚动滑轮组(453),每组滚动滑轮组(453)具备转向裕度以实现所述车厢吊卸车的移动与转向;所述承载面板(45)上设置对应于所述悬挂车厢(52)的凹槽(452),用于支撑垫的安置和所述悬挂车厢(52)放置时的位置对中。
