[0032] 如图 1至图 14所示, 本发明实施例提供一种带温度器的电子烟装置, 其包括电子烟 盒 200和电子烟 100, 该电子烟 100包括吸杆 90和电源杆 91。
[0033] 如图 1至 9所示, 所述烟盒 200包括盒体, 用于容置所述电子烟 100。 盒体内还设有 用于感应测量人体、 物体或外界温度的温度器组件 7 ' 及包含充电电池 871的充电组件 87, 充电电池 871用于为电子烟 100充电及为所述温度器组件 7' 供电。 本实施例中, 以图 2所 示的方向为准。 所述盒体包括底盒 81及盖合于底盒 81上的盒盖 82。
[0034] 如图 1至图 5所示, 所述底盒 81呈方形的壳体, 当然, 其形状不限于方形, 例如圆 形、 椭圆形、 多变形均可, 盒盖 2与其相适配即可。 底盒 81 内设有用于容置所述充电电池 871的第一支架 85、 用于夹持和支撑所述电子烟 100的第二支架 86、 充电组件 87及幵关组 件 88。 所述底盒 81上设有观察孔 811、 封盖于观察孔 811上的显示窗 812、 按键孔 813 (如 图 6)、 感应器安装孔 814 (如图 2)、 位于底盒 81底部的电池盖 815。
[0035] 所述盒盖 82枢接安装于底盒 81上。
[0036] 所述第一支架 85固定于底盒 81 内, 第一支架 85 内设有容置槽 851, 所述温度器组 件 7容置固定于该容置槽 851内, 第一支架 85采用金属或塑胶材质制成。 所述第一支架 85 上还设有穿线槽 852。
[0037] 所述第二支架 86固定于底盒 81 内, 位于所述第一支架 85上方, 用于夹持和支撑所 述电子烟 100, 第二支架 86采用弹性塑胶材质制成。
[0038] 如图 5 所示, 所述充电组件 87 设于底盒 81 内, 其包括充电电池 871、 充电插座 872、 用于与外部电源插接的 USB接口 873及与三者分别电连接的充电电路处理单元, 本实 施例中, 充电电池 871从底盒 81的底壁插入底盒 81内, 并用所述电池盖 815密封固定。 充 电电池 871用于为所述电子烟 100充电, 充电插座 871由所述第一支架 85和第二支架 86共 同定位, 充电插座 872内设有与电子烟 100的电源杆 91的正、 负电极相适配的第一电极片 878和第二电极片 879, 第一电极片 878和第二电极片 879与所述充电电池 871的正电极和 负电极电连接; 本实施例中, 电源杆 91 的螺纹端的内壁作为一电极与所述第一电极片 878 弹性抵接而导电, 第二电极片 879与所述电源杆 91 螺纹端内部的另一电极相弹性抵接而导 电 (如图 7所示); 当电源杆 91插入所述充电插座 872内时, 由充电电池 871为电源杆 91 自动充电, 充满时会自动断电。 所述 USB接口 873用于与外界电源相连接而给所述充电电 池 871 充电。 所述 USB 接口 873 和充电电路处理单元集成于下文将要描述的温度器组件 V 的温度器电路板上 73 ' 上。 [0039] 如图 6所示, 所述开关组件 88包括设于底盒 81侧壁上的按键 881及设于温度器组 件 7 ' 上与按键 881相适配的控制按钮 882; 本实施例中, 控制按钮 882集成于下文将要描 述的温度器组件 7 ' 的温度器电路板上 73 ' 上。 使用时, 长时间按下按键 881, 则电子烟盒 200进入充电模式, 充电电池 871 自动为电子烟 100充电, 快速按下按键 881, 则电子烟盒 200进入测温模式, 温度器组件 7 ' 启动工作进行测温。 当然, 可对按键 881 的控制模式进 行不同定义。
[0040] 如图 6所示, 所述温度器组件 7 ' 设于所述底盒 81 内, 用于感应测量人体温度或电 子烟外界的温度。 本实施例中, 其固定于所述第一支架 85 的容置槽 851 内。 所述温度器组 件 7 ' 包括用于感应人体、 物体或环境温度的测温单元 71 '、 显示单元 72' 及与二者电连接 的电路处理单元。 所述电路处理单元用于接收和处理测温单元 7 的数据, 并控制显示单 元 72' 显示数据。 本实施例中, 所述电路处理单元集成于温度器电路板 73 ' , 并由所述底盒 81内的充电电池 871供电。 所述温度器电路板 73 ' 固定于所述第一支架 85上, 所述显示单 元 72' 固定于温度器电路板 73 ' 上且其显示屏正对所述观察孔 811 (如图 4), 而所述测温 单元 7 固定于所述底盒 81上。
[0041] 如图 9所示, 所述测温单元 7 包括温度传感器 712' 和作为电极的电极片 711 '。 温度传感器 712, 用于与待测物体或人体相接触测量温度信息, 电极片 71 用于使温度传 感器 712' 与电路处理单元电连接, 其采用金属薄片折弯而成; 本实施例中, 其形状大致呈 " s " 形, 具有弹性形变; 由于电路处理单元集成于温度器电路板 73 ' 上, 温度传感器 712' 利用电极片 711 ' 与温度器电路板 73' 电连接, 电极片 711 ' 穿设于所述第一支架 85 的穿线槽内 852, 电极片 71 —端与所述温度传感器 712' 抵接而电连接, 另一端与温度 器电路板 73抵接而电连接 (如图 6所示), 将温度传感器 712' 感应的温度信号传送给温度 器电路板 73 ' 上的电路处理单元, 电路处理单元再控制显示单元 72' 显示温度数据。 所述 测温单元 7Γ 的温度传感器 712' 与所述底盒 81上的通孔 815相适配, 温度传感器 712' 的感应端头从该通孔 815伸出底盒 81外部。
[0042] 所述显示单元 72' 包括有显示屏, 其用于显示被测量的温度, 亦可同时显示电源 911 的电量、 室温等数据。 本实施例中, 显示单元 72' 也集成于所述温度器电路板 73 ' 上, 其 安装于显示窗 812下方, 安装时, 显示单元 72' 与温度器电路板 73 ' 之间设有隔热和绝缘 的隔板。
[0043] 本实施例中, 所述温度传感器 712' 为热敏电阻, 当温度传感器 712' 接触到人体或 其他物体时, 温度传感器 712' 感应到接触温度或外界温度, 对应地其电阻值发生定量变 化, 温度器电路板 73 ' 上的的电路处理单元检测到该电阻变化后进行处理, 经过数据转换 并控制显示单元 72 ' 将测量得到的温度值显示。 这种电子烟盒增加了新的功能, 能准确测 量人体或其他物体温度能, 操作简单, 方便实用。
[0044] 本实施例中的测温单元 7 设于底盒 81, 温度传感器 712' 可设于底盒 81的任一侧 壁上, 例如前壁、 后壁、 左壁或右臂, 或者设于底盒 81 的底壁上。 当然, 温度传感器 712' 还可设于盒盖 82上, 温度传感器 712' 的形状与所安装位置的壳体相适应即可。 可以 理解, 所述显示单元 72' 的显示屏也可设置于底盒 81 或盒盖 82上任何适当位置, 在显示 屏对应壳体位置设置或形成所述显示窗 812, 从而显示温度数据。
[0045] 如图 9至 14所示, 所述电子烟 100包括电子烟吸杆 90、 电源杆 91 及温度器组件 7, 电子烟吸杆 90与电源杆 91 的连接方式为卡接、 插接或螺接, 也可为一体设计。 本实施 例中采用螺接, 而所述温度器组件 7设于电源杆 91 内, 当然温度器组件 7也可设于所述电 子烟吸杆 90内。
[0046] 所述电源杆 91包括套筒 910、 开关 915及设于套筒 910底端的底盖 917。 所述套筒 910 的底部还设有用于安装所述温度器组件的卡口 9101 (如图 9)。 底盖 917 上设有通孔 9171及插接柱 9172。 所述开关 915用于控制雾化器 21和温度器组件 7的工作, 若用相对较 长时间按下开关 915, 则温度器组件 7 启动工作, 可用于测温; 若用较短时间按下开关 915, 则雾化器 21启动工作, 可用于吸烟; 可根据用户需要用开关 915控制选择电子烟 100 的使用功能。
[0047] 所述温度器组件 7设于所述电源杆 91 内, 用于感应测量人体温度或电子烟外界的温 度。 本实施例中, 其位于所述套筒 910的底部, 利用所述底盖 917和套筒 910的卡口 9101 的相互作用固定于套筒 910内。 所述温度器组件 7包括用于感应人体、 物体或环境温度的测 温单元 71、 显示单元 72、 以及与二者电连接的电路处理单元。 所述电路处理单元用于接收 和处理测温单元的数据, 并控制显示单元显示数据。 本实施例中, 所述电路处理单元集成于 温度器电路板 73, 并由所述电源杆 91内的电源供电。
[0048] 所述测温单元 71包括温度传感器 712和用作电极的引脚 711 (如图 14所示)。 温度 传感器 712与待测物体或人体相接触测量温度信息; 引脚 711与电路处理单元电连接, 本实 施例中引脚 711与温度器电路板 73 电连接, 其形状如细长引脚, 引脚 711经折弯后与温度 器电路板 73焊接 (如图 12所示), 用于将温度传感器 712感应的温度信号传送组电路处理 单元。 电路处理单元再控制显示单元 72显示温度数据。 本实施例中, 所述温度传感器 712 为热敏电阻。 [0049] 本实施例中进一步包括一支撑架 74, 所述支撑架 74的形状与所述套筒 910的内壁相 适配, 其可采用透明的塑胶材质制成。 本实施中, 支撑架 7包括大致呈圆形的上板 741、 大 致呈圆形的下板 742及连接二者且呈圆弧形的侧板 743, 三者围成一个容置腔 744, 所述显 示单元 72和温度器电路板 73容置固定于所述容置腔 744内, 安装时, 显示单元 72与温度 器电路板 73之间设有隔热和绝缘的隔板 75。 所述支撑架 74还包括设于上板 741上用于固 定所述温度器电路板 73的卡槽 745, 设于所述下板 742上的与所述传感 711相适配的引脚 孔 746和用于与所述底盖 917的插接柱 9172相插配的插接孔 747。 所述侧板 743上形成用 于与所述套筒 910的卡口 9101相适配的作为显示单元 72对应的显示窗 48, 该显示窗 748 为自侧板 742 的外壁向外凸出适当厚度的圆弧形凸面, 其为透明材质, 显示单元 72显示的 数据可通过显示窗 748观察到。
[0050] 所述显示单元 72 包括有显示屏, 其用于显示被测量的温度, 亦可同时显示电源 911 的电量、 室温等数据, 其安装于显示窗 748 下方。 本实施例中, 所述测温单元 71 的引脚 711与所述引脚孔 746相适配, 而温度传感器 712与所述底盖 917上的通孔 9171相适配,, 所述引脚 711 穿过所述引脚孔 746 经折弯后与所述温度器电路板 73 悍接, 而温度传感器 712的感应端头从所述通孔 9171伸出底盖 917外部。 本实施例中的测温单元 71设于电源杆 91 内, 当然, 测温单元 71也可设于吸嘴 4上, 当人将吸嘴 4含入口中或接触人体时, 也可 测量人温度。
[0051] 由于所述温度器组件 7与所述温度器组件 7 ' 的功能和原理相同, 此处不再就温度器 组件 7的功能和原理进行详细描述。 这种电子烟增加了新的功能, 能准确测量人体或其他物 体温度能, 操作简单, 方便实用。
[0052] 可以理解, 所述电路处理单元也可集成于电子烟的雾化器控制线路板上 (图中未 示)。 所述温度器组件 7可安装于电子烟外部壳体包括吸嘴、 吸筒、 套筒 910或底盖 917等 的任何适当位置, 其温度传感器 712 的形状与所安装位置的壳体相适应。 同样, 显示单元 72 也可设置于电子烟壳体内任何适当位置, 在其对应売体位置设置或形成显示窗, 从而显 示温度数据。
[0053] 以上所述是本发明的具体实施方式, 应当指出, 对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来 说, 在不脱离本发明原理的前提下, 还可以做出若干改进和润饰, 这些改进和润饰也视为本 发明的保护范围。

Claims

1.一种电子烟盒, 包括: 用于将电子烟容置于其内的盒体, 其中, 进一步包括设于所述盒 体内的温度器组件; 所述温度器组件包括测温单元、 显示单元以及与电路处理单元; 测温单 元感应待测物或介质温度数据并传送给电路处理单元, 再经电路处理单元控制显示单元显示 被测温度。
2. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟盒, 其中, 所述测温单元包括温度传感器和电极片, 所述温 度传感器位于盒体外侧, 其通过所述电极与所述电路处理单元电连接; 所述显示单元位于盒 体内, 盒体上对应设置显示窗。
3. 如权利要求 2 所述的电子烟盒, 其中, 所述盒体包括底盒和盒盖; 所述盒体内还设有用 于给所述电子烟充电的充电组件。
4. 如权利要求 3 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述温度器组件还包括温度器电路板, 所述电路处 理单元集成于该温度器电路板上; 所述显示单元安装于该温度器电路板上。
5. 如权利要求 4 所述的电子烟装置, 其中, 温度器电路板与显示单元叠放在一起, 其间插 入隔热和绝缘的隔板; 所述温度器组件由一第一支架安装于电子烟盒内。
6. 如权利要求 4 所述的电子烟盒, 其中, 所述充电组件包括充电电池、 充电插座及与二者 电连接的用于控制充电电池充放电的充电电路处理单元。
7. 如权利要求 6 所述的电子烟盒, 其中, 所述充电插座设有与电子烟的第一电极和第二电 极分别电连接的第一电极片和第二电极片, 该第一电极片和第二电极片分别连接充电电池的 第一电极和第二电极。
8. 如权利要求 6 所述的电子烟盒, 其中, 所述充电电路处理单元集成于所述温度器电路板 上。
9. 如权利要求 8 所述的电子烟盒, 其中, 所述充电组件还包括用于与外部电源插接的 USB 接口, 该 USB接口与所述充电电路处理单元电连接; 所述 USB接口亦集成于所述温度器电 路板上。
10. 如权利要求 2所述的电子烟盒, 其中, 所述盒体上设有传感器孔, 所述温度传感器安装 于该传感器孔内且一侧暴露于盒体外侧; 所述电极片呈 S形, 其一端与所述温度传感器的另 一侧相抵接, 另一端抵接于所述温度器电路板上而使温度传感器与温度器电路板电连接。
11. 如权利要求 4所述的电子烟盒, 进一步包括开关组件; 其中, 所述开关组件包括设于盒 体上的按键以及对应安装于所述温度器电路板上的控制按钮; 按压所述按键而将控制按键与 温度器电路板之间导通, 从而控制电子烟充电和 /或控制温度器组件进行测温。
12. 如权利要求 12 所述的电子烟盒, 其中, 通过按压所述按键的持续时间不同, 分别对应 启动电子烟充电功能或启动控制温度器组件进行测温功能。
13. 一种电子烟装置, 其中, 包括如权利要求 1 至 12任一项所述的电子烟盒以及容置于该 电子烟盒内的电子烟吸杆和电子烟电源杆。
