背景技术
电子烟是一种香烟的替代品, 又名虚拟香烟、 电子香烟, 主要用于戒 烟和替代香烟。 它有着与香烟一样的外观、 与香烟近似的味道, 甚至比一 般香烟的口味要多出很多, 也像香烟一样能吸出烟、 吸出味道跟感觉来。 并且没有香烟中的焦油、 悬浮 粒等其他有害成分, 也没有弥漫或缭绕的 二手烟, 不会对自己和他人造成危害。

有鉴于此, 本申请提供一种电子烟的电池组件, 其解决充电时需要将 可充电池取出进行充电而造成的使用不便及因松动而使电连接不可靠的问 题。
为了实现上述目的, 现提出的方案如下: 一种电子烟的电池组件, 用于与雾化组件组合形成电子烟, 包括: 电池杆主体( 10), 包括可充电池( 11 )及用于控制所述可充电池( 11 ) 充电及放电的控制模块( 12);
充电电极(30), 设置在所述电池杆主体(10) 的端部 (13), 并电连 接至所述控制模块 ( 12), 用于向所述可充电池 ( 11 )输入电能;

电极支架 32为电绝缘材料, 如塑胶或者陶瓷材料等, 在此不作限定。 所述充电电极 30的外端面呈球冠形。
当需要对可充电池 11进行充电时, 只需将充电电极 30与外部充电器 的电能输出端相连接即可对可充电池 11进行充电。
从上述技术方案可以看出, 本实施例提供的电子烟的电池组件包括充 电电极 30, 充电电极 30与电子烟的可充电池 11通过控制模块 12相连接, 当需要对可充电池 11进行充电时, 只需将充电电极 30与外部充电器的电 能输出端相连接即可对可充电池 11进行充电, 无需将可充电池 11取出, 使用起来非常方便。即能够解决现有的电子烟拆装可充电池 11进行充电不 方便及因松动而使电连接不可靠的问题。
另外因为内电极 33设置在所述电极支架 32的内侧并与电极支架 32 滑动连接, 且内电极 33具有球冠形的端面, 在进行充电时, 更容易与外部 充电设备的电能输出端对正并接触。 尤其是将所述电池组件插设在充电设 备上进行充电时, 不仅容易使与电极支架 32滑动连接的内电极 33与所述 充电设备电连接,而且可保证所述外电极 31也能够与所述充电设备进行良 好的电连接,较好的保证了充电的可靠性,且球冠形的端面不易沉积污垢, 保证了充电的可靠性。
还有外电极 31为环形,同样可以增大与外部充电设备的电能输出端的 接触面积, 以使接触更加充分, 充电效果更好。 实施例二
图 3为本申请另一实施例提供的一种电子烟的电池组件的结构图。 述内电极 33上以使所述内电极 33能够沿电池杆主体 10的轴向弹性伸缩的 弹性件及与所述外电极 31插接相连的固定板 35 , 所述弹性件的一端抵持 在所述内电极 33上, 所述弹性件的另一端抵持在所述固定板 35上。 在本 实施例中, 所述弹性件为弹簧, 即本实施例为在上一实施例的基 上增设 了弹簧 34。 当然, 所述弹性件也可以是弹片或弹性软胶块等, 在此不作限 定。 在本实施例中, 所述弹簧 34还用于连接内电极 33与控制模块 12。
内电极 33的底部设置有突起部 331 , 弹簧 34的一部分围绕着突出部
331的周围, 并且与控制模块 12相连接。
通过设置弹簧 34, 可以使与电极支架 32滑动连接的内电极 33能够在 充电时伸缩,通过伸缩可以使内电极 33与外部充电器的电能输出端相连接 时更好的接触, 避免因接触不良导致的充电效果不好。
通过所述固定板 35与所述外电极 31插接相连, 因而组装时先将充电 电极 30组装完毕后再插入所述电池杆主体 10上即可, 因而便于组装, 提 高了生产效率。 实施例三
图 4为本申请又一实施例提供的一种电子烟的电池组件的结构图。 如图 4所示, 本实施例提供的电池组件在保留了一实施例的弹簧 34。 弹簧 34用于连接内电极 33与控制模块 12。 与上一实施例不同的是, 内电极 33的底部设置有凹陷部 332, 且所述 内电极 33的外侧设置有能够与所述电极支架 32相抵持以阻止所述内电极 33从所述电极支架 32向远离所述电池杆主体 10方向滑落的第二限位部 333。弹簧 34的一部分伸入该凹陷部 332的内部, 并且与控制模块 12相连 接。 通过设置弹簧 34, 可以使与电极支架 32滑动连接的内电极 33能够在 充电时伸缩,通过伸缩可以使内电极 33与外部充电器的电能输出端相连接 时更好的接触, 避免因接触不良导致的充电效果不好。 通过设置所述第二 限位部 333可使所述内电极 33连接更可靠。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种电子烟的电池组件, 用于与雾化组件组合形成电子烟, 其特征 在于, 包括:
电池杆主体( 10), 包括可充电池( 11 )及用于控制所述可充电池( 11 ) 充电及放电的控制模块( 12 );
充电电极(30), 设置在所述电池杆主体(10) 的端部 (13), 并电连 接至所述控制模块 ( 12), 用于向所述可充电池 ( 11 )输入电能;
所述充电电极(30) 包括:
外电极(31 ), 设置在所述端部 (13), 位于所述端部 (13) 的内侧, 并与所述电池杆主体(10) 固定连接;
电极支架(32), 为绝缘材料, 设置在所述外电极(31 )的内侧, 并与 所述外电极(31 ) 的内侧固定连接;
内电极(33), 设置在所述电极支架(32) 内侧, 所述内电极(33)的 外侧与所述电极支架(32)滑动连接;
所述内电极(33) 的端面呈球冠形并位于所述电池杆主体(10) 的端 部 ( 13 ) 的端面上。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的电池组件, 其特征在于, 所述外电极(31 )为 环形。
3、如权利要求 1或 2所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述外电极(31 ) 的周面上设置有卡持在所述电池杆主体( 10) 的端面上的卡持部 (311 )。
4、如权利要求 1或 2所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述充电电极( 30 ) 的外端面呈球冠形。
5、如权利要求 1或 2所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述电极支架( 32) 陷入所述电池杆主体( 10 ) 内的第一限位部 ( 321 );
或 /和,
所述内电极(33) 的外侧设置有能够与所述电极支架(32)相抵持以 阻止所述内电极 ( 33 )从所述电极支架 ( 32 )向远离所述电池杆主体 ( 10 ) 方向滑落的第二限位部 ( 333 )。
6、如权利要求 1或 2所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述充电电极( 30 ) 还包括抵持在所述内电极(33) 上以使所述内电极(33) 能够沿电池杆主 体( 10) 的轴向弹性伸缩的弹性件。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的电池组件, 其特征在于, 所述充电电极( 30 ) 还包括与所述外电极 ( 31 )插接相连的固定板 ( 35 ), 所述弹性件的一端抵 持在所述内电极(33)上, 所述弹性件的另一端抵持在所述固定板 (35) 上。
8、 如权利要求 6 所述的电池组件, 其特征在于, 所述弹性件为弹簧
(34), 所述内电极(33)通过弹簧(34)与所述控制模块(12)相连接。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的电池组件, 其特征在于, 所述内电极( 33 )设 置有突起部 (331 );
所述弹簧(34) 的至少一部分设置在所述突起部 (331 ) 的周围。
10、 如权利要求 8所述的电池组件, 其特征在于, 所述内电极(33) 设置有凹陷部 (332 );
所述弹簧(34) 的至少一部分设置在所述凹陷部 ( 332) 内。
