具体实施方式
下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的图 1、 图 2和图 3所示, 对本实用新型 实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、 完整地描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例仅仅是本 实用新型一部分实施例, 而不是全部的实施例。 基于本实用新型中的实施例,
本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例, 都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
在本实施例中, 所述充电座本体内部设置有充电插槽 13、 电极组件 11以 及设置有充电电路的电路板 12; 所述电极组件 11与电子烟电池组件 17的电 极连接; 所述电路板 12与所述电极组件 11连接, 并使得电源与所述电极组件 11导通。
在本实施例中, 电子烟电池是直流电, 有正负两极, 电极组件 11分别于 电池的正负两极连接。 电路板 12与所述电极组件 11连接。 电路板 12与电源 连接使得电极组件 11与电源导通。 这样电子烟电池组件通过充电座本体的电 极组件 11和电路板 12与电源组成一个闭合的回路, 来给予电子烟电池充电。
在本实施例中,所述充电插槽 13的底壁设置有抵持凸部 14及位于所述抵 持凸部 14一侧的弹性形变空间 15;
所述电极组件 11包括第一充电端子 21和第二充电端子 22;
所述第一充电端子 21设置有固定在所述充电插槽 13底壁上的第一固定臂 31、由第一固定臂 31的一端向所述弹性形变空间 15方向延伸并抵靠在所述抵 持凸部 14的端部上的第一延伸臂 22及由第一延伸臂 22的一端延伸形成并延 伸到所述弹性形变空间 15内的蛇形的第一弹性臂 33, 所述第一弹性臂 33与 所述第一充电极 171位置相对应; 所述第二充电端子 22延伸至所述充电插槽 13内并与所述第二充电极 172的位置相对应。
由此可知, 在充电座本体上, 第一充电端子 21的充电端设置有蛇形的第 一弹性臂 33, 在与电子烟的充电极电连接后, 第一弹性臂 33因受到挤压而产 生弹性形变。 在回弹力的作用下, 使得第一弹性臂 33与电子烟的充电电极能 够可靠的电连接。而且抵持凸部 14使第一充电端子 33可靠的固定在充电插槽 13内, 这样能够避免因充电座长期使用造成第一充电端子 21的形变量过大, 导致第一充电端子 21偏离第一充电电极 171的问题。
在本实施例中, 所述充电插槽 13槽壁沿轴向开设有延伸至充电插槽槽口 的卡持槽 16, 所述卡持槽 16贯穿所述充电插槽 13槽壁的内壁面和外壁面; 所述第二充电端子 22设置有沿充电插槽 13轴向设置的第二固定臂 41、 由第二固定臂 41的一端向所述弹性形变空间 15方向弯折延伸并 ·ί氏靠在所述卡
持槽 16的底壁上的第二延伸臂 42及由第二延伸臂 42的一端延伸形成并延伸 到所述充电插槽 13内的第二弹性臂 43; 所述第二固定臂 41卡持在所述卡持 槽 16底壁, 所述第二延伸臂 42卡持在卡持槽 16侧壁上, 用于使所述第二充 电端子 22固定在所述充电插槽 13内。
由此可知, 第二充电端子 22的第二固定臂 41和第二延伸臂 42卡持在卡 持槽 16的底壁和侧壁内, 成为一体结构。 这样能够避免因充电座长期使用造 成第二充电端子 22的形变量过大, 导致第二充电端子 22偏离第二充电电极 172的问题。 而且第二充电端子 22的第二弹性臂 43设置在弹性形变空间 15 内, 在与电子烟的充电极电连接后, 第二弹性臂 43因受到挤压而产生弹性形 变。 在回弹力的作用下, 使得第二弹性臂 43与电子烟的充电电极能够可靠的 电连接。
在本实施例中, 所述第二弹性臂 43与所述第二充电电极 172相接触的表 面为沿充电槽纵向延伸的弧面。 这样不仅能够起到因弹性形变而使电接触良 好, 还能够避免在电池组件来回拔插时划伤表面, 影响电子烟的外观。
在本实施例中, 所述第一弹性臂 33呈倒 S形, 且远离所述第一延伸臂 32 的一端形成有朝所述充电插槽 13的槽口凸伸的用于与所述第一充电电极 171 相抵接的弧面。这样不仅能够起到因弹性形变而使电接触良好,还能够避免在 电池组件来回拔插时划伤表面, 影响电子烟的外观。
在本实施例中, 所述电路板 12包括正极接点和负极接点。 由于电子烟电 池通直流电, 有正负极之分, 所述电路板 12同样以正负极之分。
在所述电路板 12中还设置有交直流整流模块, 所述交直流整流变压模块 用于将电源输入交流电源整流为直流电,且输出的直流电压才艮据电子烟电池两 端电压设定。 如电子烟电池两端电压为直流 5v, 电源输入为交流电 220v, 则 交直流整流变压模块输入端为交流 220v, 经过整流变压后, 输出电压为直流 5v。 此举例为了便于理解本实用新型, 不做具体限定。
在本实施例中, 所述电路板 12包括正极接点和负极接点; 所述第一充电 端子 21与所述电路板正极接点连接;所述第二充电端子 22与所述电路板负极 接点连接。这里也可以将所述第一充电端子 21与所述电路板 12负极接点连接; 所述第二充电端子 22与所述电路板 12正极接点连接, 不做限定。
在本实施例中,所述第一充电端子 21和所述第二充电端子 22釆用金属铜, 或金属铝材料。
在本实施例中, 充电插槽 13的槽深, 可以让电子烟插入槽内保持竖直状 态。请参阅图 4所示, 深度和大小可以根据电子烟烟杆的长度和粗细度来设计 配合。 这样, 用户在使用充电座是可以将电子烟烟杆直接插入到充电插槽 13 内充电, 方便使用。 在平时, 还可以用所述充电座放置电子烟, 使电子烟烟杆 竖直放置, 吸烟端竖直在上侧, 不易接触其他物品, 能够保持吸烟端卫生。
在本实施例中,所述电极组件 11与所述电路板 12可以釆用焊接方式固定 连接。 也可以釆用铆接或插接, 此处不做限定。
在本实施例中, 所述电路板 12可以釆用热熔、 或卡扣、 或螺丝的方式连 接于所述充电座本体。 这些连接方式釆用标准化生产, 方便制作, 便于批量生 产, 大大提高工作效率。
在本实施例中, 所述充电座还包括用于保护所述电路板 12的外壳 23; 所述外壳 23设置有开口, 所述充电插槽 13设置在所述开口位置; 所述外壳包括第一壳面 231和第二壳面 232;
所述第一壳面 231包括所述外壳顶壁和侧壁,所述第二壳面 232包括所述 外壳底壁; 所述第一壳面 231和所述第二壳面 232釆用可拆卸的方式连接, 用 于所述充电座本体的安拆。
在制作安装充电座时, 只要拆下所述第二壳面 232也就是外壳底壁,将充 电座本体放置其中,使充电座本体能够从所述开口伸出一部分,然后才去铆接, 或卡扣等方式将充电座本体固定在所述第一壳面 231 侧壁上。 再将第二壳面 232与所述第一壳面 231安装固定好。 这样就组成一个完整的充电座。
本实施例中, 可以釆用木质材料制作所述外壳 23, 也可以釆用硬塑料材 料制作。 上述材质可以起到绝缘作用, 而且这些材质取材方便, 还可以在外壳 23周围设计各种图案, 将充电座的外观制作的更加精美。 这里不做限定。
本实施例中, 外壳 23釆用的是长方体结构。 在设计制作过程中, 外壳 23 可以釆用其他有造型的结构,如釆用动物外形作为结构, 或釆用富有美观的抽 象结构等等这里不做限定。 总之, 可以将充电座既有给电子烟充电的作用, 还 可以作为一种家居或办公室的装饰品。
在实际中, 用户可能不只是一支电子烟需要充电。 上述实施例中, 可以将 电子烟充电座, 设计成有多个充电座本体。 将外壳体积扩大, 外壳 23顶部设 置有多个开口, 每个充电座本体分别从不同的开口伸出, 充电座本体在外壳 23上部并列排列或矩阵排列, 这样多支电子烟可以同时充电。
在本实施例中, 所述电路板 12设置有用以接入电源的电源连接装置。 所 述电源连接装置可以为一个电源插头, 在电子烟电池需要充电时, 插入电源插 座。 所述电源连接装置也可以使用 USB插头, 这里不做限定。
在本实施例中,所述电路板 12设置有用以防止所述电路板 12电路短路的 过流保护模块。 所述过流保护模块可在电路板 12内设置熔断器或熔断开关。 当电路板出现短路时, 熔断器熔断或熔断开关动作, 从而保护电器元件。 对电 子烟电池也起到保护作用。
在本实施例中, 所述电路板 12设置有用以检测所述电子烟电池组件充电 时, 电压超过阔值并断开充电回路的过压保护模块。 所述过压保护模块, 可在 出厂设置电压阔值, 当电池端电压超过设定的阔值时, 断开充电回路, 停止充 电。 如电子烟电池电压充电饱和时为 4v, 则可以将阔值设置成 4v, 电子烟电 池电压达到 4v时, 过压保护模块停止充电过程, 从而保护电池使用寿命。
在本实施例中, 所述充电座本体设置有与电路板 12导通连接, 且用于显 示充电状态的显示装置。所述显示装置可以为颜色不同的 LED灯或显示屏等。 为了能够让用户直观了解充电座工作状态,所述显示装置实时显示充电座的充 电状态。 如使用不同颜色的 LED灯, 当电子烟电池充电时, LED灯用红色代 表, 当电子烟充电完成时, 用绿色的 LED灯表示。
本实施例中, 为了能够让用户看到显示装置, 可以把显示装置设置在外壳 23 的壳面上。 而且为了能够提高更多用途的显示装置, 可以把显示装置的功 能进一步扩大, 以显示装置为 LED灯为例, LED灯不仅能够作为充电状态的 显示, 还可以在外壳 23设置与电路板 12连接的控制开关, 控制 LED灯。 将 LED灯光源放大, 作为夜间用的小夜灯, 这样不仅能够作为充电状态的显示, 还可以在夜间给用户提供光源, 使用起来更加方便。

Claims
1、 一种电子烟的充电座, 用所述充电座充电的电子烟的端面和周面上分 别设置有第一充电电极及第二充电电极; 其特征在于, 包括,
充电座本体;
所述充电座本体内部设置有充电插槽、电极组件以及设置有充电电路的电 路板;
所述电极组件与电子烟电池组件的电极连接;
所述电路板与所述电极组件电连接, 并使得电源与所述电极组件导通; 所述充电插槽的底壁设置有抵持凸部及位于所述抵持凸部一侧的弹性形 变空间;
所述电极组件包括第一充电端子和第二充电端子;
所述第一充电端子设置有固定在所述充电插槽底壁上的第一固定臂、由第 一固定臂的一端向所述弹性形变空间方向延伸并抵靠在所述抵持凸部的端部 上的第一延伸臂及由第一延伸臂的一端延伸形成并延伸到所述弹性形变空间 内的蛇形的第一弹性臂, 所述第一弹性臂与所述第一充电极位置相对应; 所述第二充电端子延伸至所述充电插槽内并与所述第二充电极的位置相 对应。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟的充电座, 其特征在于,
所述充电插槽槽壁沿轴向开设有延伸至充电插槽槽口的卡持槽,所述卡持 槽贯穿所述充电插槽槽壁的内壁面和外壁面;
所述第二充电端子设置有沿充电插槽轴向设置的第二固定臂、由第二固定 臂的一端向所述弹性形变空间方向弯折延伸并抵靠在所述卡持槽的底壁上的 第二延伸臂及由第二延伸臂的一端延伸形成并延伸到所述充电插槽内的第二 弹性臂;
所述第二固定臂卡持在所述卡持槽底壁,所述第二延伸臂卡持在卡持槽侧 壁上, 用于使所述第二充电端子固定在所述充电插槽内。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的电子烟的充电座, 其特征在于,
所述第二弹性臂的与所述第二充电电极相接触的表面为沿充电插槽纵向 延伸的狐面。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟的充电座, 其特征在于,
所述第一弹性臂呈倒 S形,且远离所述第一延伸臂的一端形成有朝所述充 电插槽的槽口凸伸的用于与所述第一充电电极相抵接的弧面。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟的充电座, 其特征在于,
所述电路板包括正极接点和负极接点;
所述第一充电端子与所述电路板正极接点连接;
所述第二充电端子与所述电路板负极接点连接。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟的充电座, 其特征在于,
所述第一充电端子和所述第二充电端子釆用金属铜, 或金属铝材料。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟的充电座, 其特征在于,
所述电路板釆用热熔、 或卡扣、 或螺丝的方式与所述充电座本体连接。
8、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟的充电座, 其特征在于,
所述充电座还包括用于保护所述电路板的外壳;
所述外壳设置有开口, 所述充电插槽设置在所述开口位置;
所述外壳包括第一壳面和第二壳面;
所述第一壳面包括所述外壳顶壁和侧壁, 所述第二壳面包括所述外壳底 壁; 所述第一壳面和所述第二壳面釆用可拆卸的方式连接, 用于所述充电座本 体的安拆。
9、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟的充电座, 其特征在于,
所述电路板设置有用以防止所述电路板电路短路的过流保护模块。
10、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟的充电座, 其特征在于, 所述充电座本 体设置有与电路板导通连接, 且用于显示充电状态的显示装置。
