具体实施方式
[0028] 如图 1 至图 7 所示, 本发明实施例提供一种具有无线充电功能的电子烟装置, 其包 括电子烟盒 200和电子烟 100, 该电子烟 100包括吸杆 90和电源杆 91。
[0029] 如图 2所示, 所述烟盒 200包括盒体, 用于容置所述电子烟 100。 盒体内还设有无线 充电发射器 7及为其供电的第一充电电池 84。 本实施例中, 以图 2所示的方向为准。 所述 盒体包括底盒 81及枢转盖合于底盒 81上的盒盖 82。
[0030] 如图 2至图 4所示, 所述底盒 81呈方形的壳体, 当然, 其形状不限于方形, 例如圆 形、 椭圆形、 多变形均可, 盒盖 82与其相适配即可。 底盒 81内设有用于容置所述第一充电 电池 84的第一支架 85、 用于夹持和支撑所述电子烟 100的第二支架 86、 开关组件 88电极 连接器 89。 所述底盒 81上设有观察孔 811、 封盖于观察孔 811上的显示窗 812、 按键孔 813 (见图 2)、 外部电源插孔 814 (见图 3 ) 及使盒盖 82枢转盖合于底盒 81上的枢轴 815 (见 图 2)。
[0031] 所述第一支架 85固定于底盒 81 内, 第一支架 85 内设有容置槽 851, 所述无线充电 发射器 7容置固定于该容置槽 851内, 第一支架 85采用金属或塑胶材质制成。
[0032] 所述第二支架 86固定于底盒 81 内, 位于所述第一支架 85上方, 用于夹持和支撑所 述电子烟 100, 第二支架 86采用弹性塑胶材质制成。 其包括设有与电子烟 100相适配的引 导孔的定位板 861及与该定位板 861相适配的定位架 862, 定位板 861置于定位架 862上方 二者相互连接固定, 共同用于支撑和夹持所述电子烟 100, 本实施例中, 第二支架 86 上设 有八个夹持孔 (图中未标号), 因此第一支架 85和第二支架 86装配好后, 烟盒 200内可容 置两支组装好的电子烟 100及六个烟弹。
[0033] 如图 2、 3所示, 所述开关组件 88包括设于底盒 81 的侧壁上安装于所述按键孔 813 内的按键 881及设于无线充电发射器 7上与按键 881相适配的控制按钮 882; 本实施例中, 控制按钮 882集成于下文将要描述的无线充电发射器 7的发射器电路板上 73上, 其用于控 制下文将要描述的显示单元 75显示数据。
[0034] 如图 2所示, 所述电池连接器 89上设有具有弹性形变的正电极片和副电极片, 用于 使第一充电电池 84和下文将要描述的无线充电发射器 7的发射器电路板 73的正电极和副电 极相对应连接, 其安装于所述第一支架 85上。
[0035] 如图 3所示, 所述无线充电发射器 7设于所述底盒 81 内, 用于发射电磁波信号。 该 无线充电发射器 7包括发射单元 71及与发射单元 71电连接的第一电路处理模块, 第一电路 处理模块与所述第一充电电池 84电连接。 本实施例中, 所述发射单元 71为磁感应发射线圈 (图 7中为 Ll), 工作时可产生电磁信号, 本实施例中, 发射单元 71设于底盒 81的底部内壁 上, 夹持固定于所述第一支架 85底壁和所述烟盒 200底壁之间 (如图 3和图 4), 发射单元 71 的面积几乎覆盖整个烟盒 200底壁, 以保证插入烟盒内的两个电源杆 91均能以较佳位置 接收无线充电电磁信号, 达到为两支电子烟同时充电的目的, 可理解地, 若烟盒的容量允 许, 所述发射单元 1 的面积可根据烟盒面积相应调整, 可实现为多个电子烟同时充电的目 的。 所述第一电路处理模块包括用于将第一充电电池 84 的直流电变压调频转变为发射单元 所需的电压和电流的发射电路单元、 用于给所述第一充电电池充电 84 的充电电路单元、 及 用于感应磁场信号后而使无线充电发生器 7 启动工作的第一电子开关 (图中为 MOS 管)。 所述无线充电发射器 7还包括发射器电路板 73、 用于与外部电源插接的外部电源接口 74及 用于显示第一充电电池 84和电子烟 100 电量的显示单元 75 ; 所述外部电源接口 74和第一 电路处理模块集成于所述发射器电路板 73 上而发射器电路板 73 固定于所述第一支架 85 上。 所述外部电源接口 74与所述充电电路单元电连接。 当第一充电电池 84的电量用完时, 利用外部电源接口 74与外界电源相连接而给所述第一充电电池 84充电, 安装时, 外部电源 接口 74安装于所述外部电源插孔 814内。 所述显示单元 75 (图 7中 U2) 用于检测并显示 第一充电电池 84的电量, 其包括显示部 (F-G) 及检测部 (C-E), 如图 7所示, 由 C-E检 测第一充电电池 84的电量并由 F-G显示电量, 显示单元 75固定于发射器电路板 73上且其 显示屏正对所述观察孔 811 (如图 4), 安装于所述显示窗 812下方, 透过所述显示窗 812可 观察显示单元 75的显示屏上的数据。 安装时, 显示单元 75与发射器电路板 73之间设有隔 热和绝缘的隔板。 使用时, 按下按键 881, 则显示单元 75显示第一充电电池 84的电量。 当 然, 可对按键 881 的控制模式进行不同定义。 这种电子烟盒增加了新的功能, 能显示第一充 电电池 84和电子烟 100的电量, 其操作简单, 方便实用。
[0036] 如图 5、 6所示, 所述电子烟 100包括吸杆 90、 电源杆 91及无线充电接收器 7', 电 子烟吸杆 90与电源杆 91的连接方式为卡接、 插接或螺接; 本实施例中采用螺接, 而所述无 线充电发射器 7 ' 设于电源杆 91 内, 当然无线充电发射器 7 也可设于所述电子烟吸杆 90 内。
[0037] 所述吸杆 90 预先储存有烟液, 吸杆 90 内设有用于将烟液雾化转变为烟雾的雾化器 和雾化器控制线路板 (图中未示)。
[0038] 所述电源杆 91包括套筒 910、 衔接件 911、 底盖 912、 第二充电电池 913、 雾化器开 关 914、 开关支座 915。 所述衔接件 911和底盖 912分别设于套筒 910顶端和底端, 所述第 二充电电池 913用于为电子烟 100提供电源, 所述雾化器开关 914固定于开关支座 915内, 而开关支座 915固定于套筒 910内, 雾化器开关 914与所述雾化器控制线路板电连接以控制 所述雾化器启动工作而将存烟液雾化转变为烟雾。
[0039] 所述无线充电接收器 7' 设于所述电源杆 91 内, 用于感应所述无线充电发射器 7发 出的电磁信号从而产生电流给所述第二充电电池 913 充电。 本实施例中, 其设于所述套筒 910的底部, 利用所述底盖 912固定于套筒 910内。 所述无线充电发射器 7' 包括接收单元 71 '、 将接收单元接收的无线充电电磁信号转换为电流的接收转换电路单元、 用于为第二充 电电池充电的第二充电电路单元及接收器电路板 73 ' ; 接收单元 71, 用于与所述发射单元 71 感应使其产生充电触发电磁信号并接收无线充电电磁信号, 接收单元 71, 与接收转换电 路单元电连接, 而第二充电电路处理单元与所述第二充电电池 913 电连接。 本实施例中, 所 述接收单元 71为磁感应接收线圈 (图中为 L2), 其与所述接收器电路板 73 ' 电连接, 本实施 例中, 接收单元 7Γ 设于所述电源杆 91的底部, 固定于所述底盖 917内, 接收单元 7Γ 的 安装角度和方向与所述发射单元相适配, 本实施中, 电源杆 91 插入电子烟盒 200 内后所述 磁感应接收线圈与所述磁感应发射线圈相互平行, 磁感应接收线圈的面积小于磁感应发射线 圈的面积, 且磁感应接收线圈的正投影面积落在磁感应发射线圈范围内, 本实施例的磁感应 发射线圈能保证为插入烟盒 200 内的若干个电源杆 91 均能同时充电, 此时, 每个磁感应接 收线圈的正投影面积均落在磁感应发射线圈范围内。 所述磁感应接收线圈固定于所述底盖 912 内以便于更好的接收所述磁感应发射线圈发出的无线充电电磁信号 (如图 4 所示)。 所 述接收转换电路单元、 第二充电电路单元集成于所述接收器电路板 73 ' 上, 接收器电路板 73 ' 设于所述电源杆 91 的底部。 可以理解, 所述接收转换电路单元和第二充电电路单元也 可集成于所述电子烟 100的雾化器控制线路板上。
[0040] 电子烟装置的工作原理如下, 由于无线充电接收器 7' 的接收单元 71, 安装于电子 烟 100内部, 当电源杆 91插入电子烟盒 200内时, 接收单元 7Γ 与发射单元 71靠近, 发 射单元 71 与接收单元 7Γ 产生电磁感应, 发射单元 71 产生感应电流使所述第一电子开关 随即触发导通, 之后, 第一电路处理模块控制发射电路处理单元调压变频获得发射单元 71 所需的电压和电流, 发射单元 71启动工作发出电磁信号, 电子烟 100的接收单元 7Γ 能自 动感应接收无线充电发射器 7的发射单元 71发出的电磁信号, 由接收器电路板 73 ' 上的接 收转换电路接收电磁信号并转换为电流, 再由第二充电电路单元为所述第二电池 913充电; 整个过程无需将吸杆 90 和电源杆 91 拆开, 方便充电。 当要显示第一充电电池 84 的电量 时, 插入电子烟 100或按下所述按键 881均可使显示单元 75显示第一充电电池 84的电量。
[0041] 可以理解, 本发明的电子烟 100也可以是一体式电子烟, 吸杆 90与电源杆 91 的套 筒 910为一体成型的壳体。
[0042] 以上所述是本发明的具体实施方式, 应当指出, 对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来 说, 在不脱离本发明原理的前提下, 还可以做出若干改进和润饰, 这些改进和润饰也视为本 发明的保护范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种电子烟盒, 包括:
用于容置电子烟的盒体;
设于所述盒体内的无线充电发射器; 以及
设于所述盒体内用于为无线充电发射器供电的第一充电电池;
其中, 所述无线充电发射器包括:
用于发射电磁信号的发射单元;
连接第一充电电池用于检测并显示第一充电电池电量的显示单元; 以及
连接发射单元、 显示单元和所述第一充电电池的第一电路处理模块;
所述第一充电电池经第一电路处理模块变压调频将直流电输入所述发射单元中发射出无线充 电电磁信号, 所述显示单元的显示窗设于所述盒体外侧壁上, 而所述发射单元设于所述盒体 底壁上。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的电子烟盒, 其中, 所述发射单元为磁感应发射线圈。
3. 如权利要求 2 所述的电子烟盒, 其中, 所述无线充电发射器还包括发射器电路板, 所述 第一电路处理模块集成于该发射器电路板上, 所述显示单元亦集成于该发射器电路板上。
4. 如权利要求 4 所述的电子烟装置, 其中, 所述无线充电发射器由一第一支架安装于电子 烟盒内。
5. 如权利要求 4 所述的电子烟装置, 其中, 所述发射单元夹持固定于所述第一支架底壁和 所述烟盒底壁之间。
6. 如权利要求 4 所述的电子烟盒, 其中, 所述第一充电电池安装于该第一支架内, 该第一 支架内还设有用于连接第一充电电池和发射器电路板的电池连接器。
7. 如权利要求 6 所述的电子烟盒, 其中, 所述充电插座设有与电子烟的第一电极和第二电 极分别电连接的第一电极片和第二电极片, 该第一电极片和第二电极片分别连接第一充电电 池的第一电极和第二电极。
8. 如权利要求 4 所述的电子烟盒, 其中, 所述第一电路处理模块包括用于将第一充电电池 的直流电变压调频转变为发射单元所需电流的发射电路单元、 用于给所述第一充电电池充电 的第一充电电路单元及当发射单元感应产生充电触发电磁信号后而使无线充电发射器自动启 动工作的第一电子开关。
9. 如权利要求 8 所述的电子烟盒, 其中, 所述无线充电发射器还包括用于与外部电源插接 的外部电源接口, 该外部电源接口与所述第一充电电路单元电连接; 所述外部电源接口亦集

10. 如权利要求 8所述的电子烟盒, 进一步包括开关组件; 其中, 所述开关组件包括设于盒 体上的按键以及对应安装于所述发射器电路板上的控制按钮; 按压所述按键而将控制按键与 发射器电路板之间导通, 从而控制显示单元显示第一充电电池电量。
11. 一种电子烟装置, 其中, 包括如权利要求 1 至 11 中任一项所述的电子烟盒以及容置于 该电子烟盒内的电子烟, 该电子烟内设有第二充电电池、 与所述无线充电发射器相适配的用 于给所述第二充电电池充电的无线充电接收器。
12. 如权利要求 11 所述的电子烟装置, 其中, 所述无线充电接收器包括与发射单元感应使 其产生充电触发电磁信号并接收无线充电电磁信号的接收单元、 用于将接收单元接收的无线 充电电磁信号转换为电流的接收转换电路单元及连接于第二充电电池的用于为第二充电电池 充电的第二充电电路单元。
13. 如权利要求 11 所述的电子烟装置, 其中, 所述接收单元为磁感应接收线圈, 该接收单 元插入所述烟盒内与所述发射单元相互平行。
14. 如权利要求 13 所述的电子烟装置, 其中, 所述接收单元的面积小于发射单元的面积, 且接收单元的正投影面积落在发射单元内。
15. 如权利要求 11 所述的电子烟装置, 其中, 所述电子烟包括吸杆和电源杆, 所述无线充 电接收器置于该电源杆内, 电源杆的底部设有底盖, 所述无线充电接收器固定于该底盖内。
