具体实施方式
本实用新型公开了一种具有防跌落设计的电池杆及电子烟,通过在电池杆 远离连接件的一端插设有用于与充电器电连接的充电组件,并对充电组件进行 防跌落设计的方式,可以在不将雾化器和电池组件分离的情况下直接给电子烟 充电, 并能够在电子烟跌落的时候保护充电组件。
下面结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案 进行清楚和详细的描述,显然, 所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型的一部分实 施例, 而不是全部实施例。 基于本实用新型中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人员 在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本实用新型保 护的范围。
请参阅图 2至图 6以及图 7至图 11 , 其分别为本发明的第一实施例及第 二实施例的结构图。 本实用新型具有防跌落设计的电池杆, 包括电池套管 1、 收容在所述电池套管 1内的电池 2及插设在所述电池套管 1一端的用于与所述 雾化器连接的连接件 3 , 所述电池套管 1的远离所述连接件 3的一端插设有用 于与充电器电连接的充电组件 4, 所述充电组件包括内电极 41、 绝缘环 42和 外电极 43;
所述外电极 43插设在所述电池套管 1内;所述绝缘环 42插设在所述外电 极 43内, 所述内电极 41套设在所述绝缘环 42上, 所述内电极 41及所述外电 极 43分别位于所述绝缘环 42的两侧; 所述外电极 43的一端设置有能够卡持 在所述电池套管 1的端面上的卡持部 431 , 另一端设置有能够阻挡所述绝缘环 42向内陷的阻挡部 432;所述内电极 41及外电极 43分别电连接至所述电池的 两电极。
本实用新型具有防跌落设计的电池杆, 由电池套管 1、 电池 2、 连接件 3 和充电组件 4组成, 其中充电组件 4包括内电极 41、 绝缘环 42和外电极 43。 当电子烟需要进行充电时, 通过将充电设备连接电池杆处的内电极 41和外电 极 43即可实现对电子烟的充电, 而不需要先将电池杆和雾化器分离, 因此可 以较大地方便用户的使用,也可以避免电池杆和雾化器经常分离而造成的连接 不稳的情况, 同时卡持部 431和阻挡部 432的设置可以在电池杆掉落的时候, 防止电池杆由于碰撞而出现凹陷或散架的情况。
外电极 43的一端设置有能够卡持在电池套管 1的端面上的卡持部 431 , 另一端设置有能够阻挡绝缘环向内陷的阻挡部 432, 因而当所述充电组件 4受 到外力撞击时, 可避免所述充电组件 4陷入所述电池套管内。
其中, 上述的内电极 41 可以为沖压成型的导电金属片; 上述绝缘环 42 的制作材料可以为塑胶或电木; 上述外电极 43可以为经过金属车削加工工艺 加工的金属套件, 并将金属套件的外表面作为导电电极。
可选的,
所述绝缘环 42的端部设置有环形的凹槽 421 , 所述凹槽 421 内形成有位 置相对的内槽壁和外槽壁;所述内电极 41套设在所述绝缘环 42上并包覆所述 内槽壁。
可选的,
所述内电极 41还包覆在所述绝缘环 42的一端端面上。 通过将内电极 41 套设在绝缘环 42上并包覆绝缘环 42的一端端面, 不仅可提高内电极 41与绝 缘环 42连接的可靠性,避免外力撞击所述内电极 41而陷入电池套管 1内, 此 种结构还可增大内电极 41与充电器的接触面积, 提高充电的可靠性。
此外, 通过将所述内电极 41、 绝缘环 42和外电极 43相互嵌套插接相连, 且所述内电极 41套设在所述绝缘环 42上并包覆所述绝缘环 42的一端端面, 因而, 连接结构筒单紧凑, 方便组装, 保证了充电组件端部结构筒洁, 避免不 合理的设计给用户带来使用上的不便, 此外, 组装时将组装完成后的所述充电 组件直接插设在所述电池套管的一端即可, 从而可提高生产效率。
可选的,
所述阻挡部 432为设置在所述外电极 43内周面上的限位台阶。
请参阅图 2及图 3 , 所述限位台阶可以为圓环, 上述圓环与绝缘环 42的 底端相对, 圓环的截面积可以大于、 小于或等于绝缘环 42底端的截面积, 在 此处不作限定。 当充电组件 4的端部受到朝连接件 3方向的外力撞击时, 由于 夕卜电极 43上圓环的作用, 可以有效防止绝缘环 42向连接件 3方向滑动, 进而 可以提高电池杆的牢固可靠性。
可选的,
所述阻挡部 432为设置在所述外电极 43上的卡位孔;
所述绝缘环 42上设置有与所述卡位孔相匹配的卡位 423。
可选的,
所述阻挡部 432为设置在所述外电极 43上的卡位;
所述绝缘环 42上设置有与所述卡位相匹配的卡位孔。
请参阅图 7及图 8, 卡位和卡位孔的设置, 可以防止绝缘环 42在受到外 力作用的时候向连接件 3方向或远离连接件 3方向滑动,这种卡扣设计能够在 充电组件 4组装时, 使得充电组件 4内各部件的组装连接更加牢固可靠。
可选的,
所述绝缘环 42上开设有插槽 422 ,所述内电极 41上设置有与所述插槽 422 相配合的插片 411 , 所述内电极 41通过所述插片 411套设固定在所述内槽壁 上。 插槽 422的设置, 可以有效地将内电极 41固定。 可以理解的是, 所述绝 缘环 42上也可无需开设所述插槽 422, 此时, 所述内电极 41设置呈一端开口 的筒形亦可。
可选的,
所述插片 411还包括折叠部 412;
请参阅图 4、 图 5、 图 9及图 10, 所述折叠部 412设置在所述插片 411底 部, 用于通过弯折的方式将所述内电极 41固定在所述绝缘环 42上。
可选的, 所述内电极 41、所述绝缘环 42、所述外电极 43组成的电池组件 4顶端的 端面呈球冠状。球冠状的结构不仅使电池杆端部结构筒洁, 而且使所述内电极
41及所述外电极 43易于与充电器电连接, 提高充电可靠性。
可选的,
所述电池杆的远离所述连接件 3的一端设置有用于模仿香烟燃烧的灯具, 所述内电极 41的端面上设置有若干透光孔。
请参阅图 12, 为本实用新型电池杆的第三实施例。 本实施例与第一实施 例的区别在于: 电池杆上还设置有用于模仿香烟燃烧的灯具及内电极 41上设 置有若干透光孔。 由于所述内电极 41由固体的金属材料制成, 而所述金属材 料不透光, 因而所述透光孔使所述内电极 41端面面积实现尽可能大, 以提高 充电的可靠性, 而且实现模仿香烟燃烧的效果。 上述的透光孔可以为圓形、 字 母形或数字形状, 或者是圓形、 字母形及数字形状的组合, 灯具透过透光孔可 以产生绚丽的视觉效果。 内电极 41上的透光孔组成的图案可以较好地满足用 户的个性化需求, 进而提高本实用新型电子烟的使用价值。
请参阅图 13 , 为本实用新型电池杆的第四实施例。 本实施例与第一实施 例的区别在于: 本实施例的所述充电组件还包括套设在所述绝缘环 42内的绝 缘支架 44, 所述内电极 41同时套设在所述绝缘环 42及所述绝缘支架 44上并 包覆在所述绝缘支架 44的一端,所述绝缘支架 44的另一端抵持在所述阻挡部 432上。 所述绝缘支架 44的远离所述内电极 41的一端设置有环形凸起, 所述 绝缘环 42的一端 4氏持在所述环形凸起上。
以上介绍了本实用新型的电池杆,通过在电池杆远离连接件的一端插设有 用于与充电器电连接的充电组件的方式,可以在不将雾化器和电池杆分离的情 况下直接给电子烟充电, 能够较大地方便用户的使用。
下面介绍本实用新型实施例的电子烟实施例, 请参阅图 14, 本实用新型 的电子烟,包括雾化器及电池杆,所述电池杆为本实用新型电池杆第一实施例、 第二实施例或第三实施例中所述具有防跌落设计的电池杆。在本实施例中, 所 述雾化器与所述电池杆为可拆卸连接结构。可以理解的是, 所述雾化器与所述 电池杆也可以设置为不可拆卸的一体结构, 在此不作限定。
由于本实用新型电子烟的电池杆与本实用新型电池杆第一实施例、第二实 施例及第三实施例中具有防跌落设计的电池杆的结构相同,因此本实用新型的 电子烟也应当具有相同的技术效果。所述雾化器为现有的雾化器,在此不再赘 述。
以上对本实用新型所提供的一种具有防跌落设计的电池杆及电子烟进行 了详细介绍。本文中应用了具体个例对本实用新型的原理及实施方式进行了阐 述, 以上实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本实用新型的方法及其核心思想。应 当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型原理的前 提下,还可以对本实用新型进行若干改进和修饰, 这些改进和修饰也落入本实 用新型权利要求的保护范围内。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种具有防跌落设计的电池杆, 用于和雾化器组合形成电子烟, 所述 电池杆包括电池套管( 1 )、 收容在所述电池套管( 1 ) 内的电池( 2 )及插设在 所述电池套管( 1 )一端的用于与所述雾化器连接的连接件 ( 3 ), 其特征在于, 所述电池套管(1)的远离所述连接件(3)的一端插设有用于与充电器电连接 的充电组件( 4 ),所述充电组件包括内电极 ( 41 )、绝缘环( 42 )和外电极 ( 43 ); 所述外电极(43)插设在所述电池套管 (1) 内, 所述绝缘环 (42)插设 在所述外电极(43) 内, 所述内电极(41)套设在所述绝缘环(42)上, 所述 内电极(41)及所述外电极(43)分别位于所述绝缘环(42)的内外两侧; 所 述外电极(43) 的一端设置有能够卡持在所述电池套管 (1) 的端面上的卡持 部 (431), 另一端设置有能够阻挡所述绝缘环(42) 向内陷的阻挡部 (432); 所述内电极(41)及外电极 (43)分别电连接至所述电池的两电极。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的电池杆, 其特征在于, 所述内电极(41 )还包 覆在所述绝缘环(42) 的一端端面上。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的电池杆, 其特征在于, 所述阻挡部(432)为设 置在所述外电极(43) 内周面上的限位台阶。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的电池杆, 其特征在于, 所述阻挡部(432)为设 置在所述外电极(43)上的卡位孔;
所述绝缘环(42)上设置有与所述卡位孔相匹配的卡位(423 )。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的电池杆, 其特征在于, 所述绝缘环(42) 的端 部设置有环形的凹槽(421 ), 所述凹槽(421 ) 内形成有位置相对的内槽壁和 外槽壁; 所述内电极(41)套设在所述绝缘环(42)上并包覆所述内槽壁。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的电池杆, 其特征在于, 所述绝缘环 (42)上开 设有插槽(422), 所述内电极(41)上设置有与所述插槽(422)相配合的插 片 (411), 所述内电极(41)通过所述插片 (411)套设固定在所述内槽壁上。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的电池杆, 其特征在于, 所述插片 (411)还包括 折叠部 (412);
所述折叠部(412)设置在所述插片 (411)底部, 用于通过弯折的方式将 所述内电极(41) 固定在所述绝缘环(42)上。
8、 根据权利要求 1所述的电池杆, 其特征在于, 所述电池杆的远离所述 连接件(3) 的一端设置有用于模仿香烟燃烧的灯具, 所述内电极(41 ) 的端 面上设置有若干透光孔。
9、 根据权利要求 1所述的电池杆, 其特征在于, 所述内电极(41)、 所述 绝缘环 (42)、 所述外电极(43)组成的电池组件 (4)顶端的端面呈球冠状。
10、 一种电子烟, 包括雾化器及电池杆, 其特征在于,
所述电池杆为权利要求 1至 9中任一项所述的电池杆。
