Abstract
少なくとも電力変換回路2の出力電圧値を含む電力変換回路情報を入力してスイッチ212のオン時間情報を生成するオン時間情報生成回路11と、インダクタ214の端子電圧を入力してインダクタ電流がゼロになるときを検出し、当該電流がゼロになったときにゼロクロス検出信号を生成するゼロクロス検出回路12と、オン時間情報およびゼロクロス検出信号を入力し、ターンオン信号およびターンオフ信号を生成するPWM信号生成回路13とを備え、ゼロクロス検出回路12はエッジ検出回路を有し、当該エッジ検出回路がインダクタ214の端子電圧に現れるエッジを検出したときにゼロクロス検出信号を生成し、PWM信号生成回路13は、ゼロクロス検出信号が入力されたときにターンオン信号を生成し、オン時間情報に基づく時間経過後に前記ターンオフ信号を生成する。これにより、インダクタ電流の変化を正確に取得して良好な臨界モード制御が行われる。
