在打印机使用时,需要对打印机装纸,现有的作法是将打印机的打印头抬起,将打印机装入打印机内部,再将打印头放下进行打印。
对打印机的打印纸进行加装或更换是经常用到的一个步骤,采用该方式,极易对打印机的内部造成损坏,尤其是易对打印头、电路板、传感元件等造成损坏,也容易造成打印纸的损伤。
另外,现有的打印机将操作控制部设于打印机的外面,在打印过程中,极易由于碰触操作控制部而造成误操作。
发明内容
基于此,本发明在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种打印机,本发明操作更方便,也不易造成打印机或打印机的损伤,打印时可靠性更高。
其技术方案如下:

下面对前述技术方案的优点或原理进行说明。
1、在壳体内设有纸卷放置腔,打印头单独的设置于固定架上,在加装打印纸或更换打印纸时,打开盖板露出操作开窗,再将打印纸套在卷轴上;将打印纸装好后,通过操作控制部进行操作控制,以将打印纸调整到最佳状态,再盖上盖板进行打印,避免打印过程中误触操作控制部;该结构加装或更换打印纸更方便,减少了对打印纸及打印机的损坏,打印时可靠性更高。
2、圆球形或圆弧形的圆心高于壳体底部的平面,使打印机占用面积小;壳体呈圆球形或圆弧形,可以保证打印机内部具有更多的空间,以方便安装打印纸,并且其外形美观。

5、在打印机的壳体上设有显示屏,打印机的打印状态等打印信息,可以由控制电路传输至显示屏,并通过显示屏向外显示,使用更方便。
6、走纸台上设有第一滑槽及第二滑槽,第一限位片、第二限位片可以分别在第一滑槽、第二滑槽内滑动,对第一限位片与第二限位片之间的距离进行调节,以使第一限位片与第二限位片之间的宽度与条带的宽度相适应。
7、在操作时,拨动调整轮,并带动过轮转动,由于第一齿条、第二齿条均与过轮啮合,使得第一限位片、第二限位片的移动距离相等,即第一限位片、第二限位片均向中部移近或移开相同距离,对中效果好。

10、由于卷轴并非采用圆柱形结构,而是采用正多边的柱形结构,卷轴与纸卷之间通过角部位置接触,其接触面非常小,并且接触面为弧形,接触面更平滑;通过正多面柱形的角部与纸卷进行定位,减少了纸卷的晃动,保持纸卷在走纸过程中的固定,打印效果更好。
11、在所述卷轴的侧表面设有挡片,通过该挡片对纸卷进行轴向限位,避免了在轴向上左右晃动而从卷轴上脱落,由于卷轴为多边柱形结构,可以将挡片设于侧表面上,使整个结构紧凑;在所述侧表面设有径向凸出的导条,可以对纸卷进一步轴向限位在正中心,实现在走纸过程中纸卷可任意向前滚动,晃动小。
12、所述挡片设于弹片的端部,按下弹片时挡片径向向内收缩,保证纸卷可随时、任意轻松装入卷轴,弹片弹起即可将纸卷限位。
13、设置轴台后,可以在其内部安装打印纸感测元件,用于对打印纸的使用情况进行感测,若打印纸数量不够,可以向使用者提示,使用更方便,并且轴台可以对卷轴起到加固作用,减少卷轴的歪斜与变形。
14、由于在走纸台附近设置有导电刷,在打印时,纸张会通过走纸台,此时,导电刷会与纸张的表面接触并将纸张表面的静电吸附,避免静电在纸张表面而影响到打印效果,降低安全隐患。
15、所述导电刷为至少两个,可以更全面的消除静电,效果更理想。

下面对本发明的实施例进行详细说明:
如图1至图11所示,一种打印机,包括壳体1,在壳体1内设有纸卷放置腔2、固定架3及控制电路,固定架3上设有打印头4,在壳体1上设有与打印头4相对应的出纸口5,纸卷放置腔2内设有卷轴6,在固定架3上设有操作控制部7,在壳体1一侧开设有操作开窗,在壳体1上设有盖板8,该盖板8与操作开窗相适应,盖板8盖上操作开窗后,该盖板8与卷轴6的轴端相对,且盖板8将操作控制部7盖住。
所述壳体1呈圆球形或圆弧形,其底部为平面,前述圆球形或圆弧形的圆心高于底部的平面。所述壳体1的左侧、顶侧、右侧形成连续的圆弧面10,所述壳体1前侧的盖板8也为平面。所述盖板8的下部与所述壳体1的底部铰接连接。在所述壳体1前侧的上部设有着手顶片11,着手顶片11与所述盖板8之间设有相应的卡扣卡扣12,在着手顶片11上设有凹部13。
在所述壳体1上还设有显示屏14,该显示屏14与所述控制电路电气连接。
在所述固定架3上设有走纸台15及调整机构16,所述操作控制部7包括该调整机构16,走纸台15上设有相互平行的第一滑槽17及第二滑槽46,在第一滑槽17及第二滑槽46处分别设有第一限位片18、第二限位片19,在调整机构16的作用下,第一限位片18、第二限位片19能分别在第一滑槽17、第二滑槽46内移动。所述第一限位片18、第二限位片19均包括有连接端部及与连接端部连接的内侧片,且第一限位片18的内侧片与第二限位片19的内侧片相对。所述调整机构16包括调整轮48、过轮、第一齿条50及第二齿条51,第一齿条50、第二齿条51分别与所述第一限位片18、第二限位片19连接。所述调整轮48包括叠置且固接的第一齿轮54及第二齿轮55,所述过轮包括叠置的第三齿轮56及第四齿轮57,第一齿轮54外露,第二齿轮55与第三齿轮56啮合,第四齿轮57同时与第一齿条50、第二齿条51啮合;第一齿轮54的齿数大于第二齿轮55的齿数,第三齿轮56的齿数大于第四齿轮57的齿数。所述第一齿条50、第二齿条51分别位于所述第四齿轮57的两个相反侧。
所述卷轴6呈正多边柱形,其具有多个侧表面20,各侧表面20过渡处为弧形的接触面21。在所述卷轴6的侧表面20靠卷轴6的外端位置设有挡片22,且在所述侧表面20设有径向凸出的导条23。在所述侧表面20设有两个条孔,两个条孔之间形成弹片24,所述挡片22设于弹片24的端部。所述卷轴6的横截面呈正方形,所述弹片24设于卷轴6相对的两个侧面上。还包括有轴台25,该轴台25安装于壳体1的内壁,所述卷轴6安装于轴台25的外端面,在轴台25内设有打印纸感测元件安装位,在轴台25的前端面还设有感测孔26,感测孔26朝向纸卷放置腔2,所述轴台25呈圆台形。
还包括有导电刷,该导电刷朝向所述走纸台15,且导电刷与外接导电体电性连接。所述走纸辊包括第一辊28、第二辊29及第三辊30,第一辊28、第二辊29设于走纸台的下部,第三辊30设于走纸台的上部,第一辊28与所述打印头4成对设置,第二辊29与第三辊30成对设置,所述走纸台15形成于第一辊28与打印头4之间、第二辊29与第三辊30之间。所述导电刷为两个,分别为第一导电刷31及第二导电刷32,第一导电刷31相对于所述第三辊30更靠近所述卷轴6,第二导电刷32相对于所述打印头4更靠近所述壳体1。所述导电刷的刷毛呈排状,其排列方向与所述走纸台15垂直。所述固定架3及壳体1均为金属材质,所述外接导电体为该固定架3。
在所述壳体1上设有夹扣盒34。在所述壳体1的上部设有顶部槽,所述夹扣盒34装于该顶部槽内。
在所述壳体1内设有电路板38及安装架,所述控制电路安装于电路板38上,电路板38设于安装架上,安装架固定于壳体1内,在壳体1上设有散热孔37,该散热孔37朝向所述电路板38。所述安装架为金属材质。所述安装架包括主架39及侧板40,侧板40与主架39连接,所述电路板38安装于侧板40上。在所述固定架3的安装架上设有驱动电机49。所述壳体1包括底板9,在底板9上也设有散热孔37,该散热孔37靠近所述驱动电机49。
还包括有外盖,第一辊28与打印头4相对设置于所述走纸台15的前部,第二辊29与第三辊30相对设置于所述走纸台15的后部,外盖将打印头4、第一辊28、第二辊29、第三辊30盖住。所述操作控制部7包括有走纸操作部,走纸操作部、驱动电机49均与所述控制电路电气连接,走纸操作部露出于所述外盖,驱动电机49与所述第一辊28、第二辊29或第三辊30连接并驱动所述第一辊28、第二辊29及第三辊30。所述走纸操作部包括进纸键35及退纸键36,进纸键35相对于退纸键36更靠近所述打印头4。还包括有上感应头52及下感应头53,上感应头52、下感应头53相对,且上感应头52、下感应头53分别位于所述走纸台15的上方、下方。
在所述固定架3上设有传动齿轮、第一同步齿轮59、第二同步齿轮60、,驱动电机49具有输出轴,该输出轴上设有输出齿轮58,输出齿轮58与传动齿轮啮合,传动齿轮同时与第一同步齿轮59、第二同步齿轮60啮合,第一同步齿轮59、第二同步齿轮60的齿数相等,第一辊28、第二辊29分别与所述第一同步齿轮59、第二同步齿轮60连接。所述传动齿轮包括第一减速齿轮组61、第二减速齿轮组62及同步轮27,第一减速齿轮组61、第二减速齿轮组62均包括主动齿及从动齿,主动齿的齿数多于从动齿的齿数,输出齿轮58与第一减速齿轮组61的主动齿啮合,第一减速齿轮组61的从动齿与第二减速齿轮组62的主动齿啮合,第二减速齿轮组62的从动齿与过轮啮合。所述第一同步齿轮59、第二同步齿轮60的轴心连线水平。
在所述走纸台15的上部、下部分别设有走纸辊,在走纸台15上设有至少两个隔片45,两个隔片45之间形成开槽41,走纸台15上部的走纸辊与走纸台15下部的走纸辊在开槽41处接触配合。所述走纸台15包括第一平台42及第二平台43,在第一平台42上设有对位缺44,所述隔片45设于第二平台43上,隔片45伸入对位缺44内。且第一辊28、第二辊29位于所述走纸台15的上部,第三辊30设于所述走纸台15的下部,第二辊29、第三辊30上设有至少两个轴颈47,所述隔片45位于轴颈47内,所述第一辊28呈圆柱状。
在壳体1内设有打印纸传感元件,打印纸传感元件朝向纸卷放置腔2,且打印纸传感元件与所述控制电路电性连接。在所述壳体1上设有观察视窗33,该观察视窗33朝向所述纸卷放置腔2。
下面对前述技术方案的优点或原理进行说明。
1、在壳体1内设有纸卷放置腔2,打印头4单独的设置于固定架3上,在加装打印纸或更换打印纸时,打开盖板8露出操作开窗,再将打印纸套在卷轴6上;将打印纸装好后,通过操作控制部7进行操作控制,以将打印纸调整到最佳状态,再盖上盖板8进行打印,避免打印过程中误触操作控制部7;该结构加装或更换打印纸更方便,减少了对打印纸及打印机的损坏,打印时可靠性更高。
2、圆球形或圆弧形的圆心高于壳体1底部的平面,使打印机占用面积小;壳体1呈圆球形或圆弧形,可以保证打印机内部具有更多的空间,以方便安装打印纸,并且其外形美观。
3、所述盖板8的下部与所述壳体1的底部铰接连接,在打开盖板8时,减少了盖板8对打印机旁侧的其它物件之间的碰撞与干涉。
4、在壳体1前侧的上部设有着手顶片11,在着手顶片11上设有凹部13,在打开盖板8时,手指可以压在着手顶片11的凹部13上,轻轻一扣,即可将盖板8打开。
5、在打印机的壳体1上设有显示屏14,打印机的打印状态等打印信息,可以由控制电路传输至显示屏14,并通过显示屏14向外显示,使用更方便。
6、走纸台15上设有第一滑槽17及第二滑槽46,第一限位片18、第二限位片19可以分别在第一滑槽17、第二滑槽46内滑动,对第一限位片18与第二限位片19之间的距离进行调节,以使第一限位片18与第二限位片19之间的宽度与条带的宽度相适应。
7、在操作时,拨动调整轮48,并带动过轮转动,由于第一齿条50、第二齿条51均与过轮啮合,使得第一限位片18、第二限位片19的移动距离相等,即第一限位片18、第二限位片19均向中部移近或移开相同距离,对中效果好。
8、第一齿轮54的齿数大于第二齿轮55的齿数,第三齿轮56的齿数大于第四齿轮57的齿数,在调整时具有减速功能,可以通过调整齿实现第一限位片18、第二限位片19距离的微调。
9、所述第一限位片18、第二限位片19均包括有连接端部及内侧片,内侧片的高度十分接近打印纸的厚度,更好地实现固定打印纸在打印过程中不产生偏移,进一步保证打印的效果。
10、由于卷轴6并非采用圆柱形结构,而是采用正多边的柱形结构,卷轴6与纸卷之间通过角部位置接触,其接触面21非常小,并且接触面21为弧形,接触面21更平滑;通过正多面柱形的角部与纸卷进行定位,减少了纸卷的晃动,保持纸卷在走纸过程中的固定,打印效果更好。
11、在所述卷轴6的侧表面20设有挡片22,通过该挡片22对纸卷进行轴向限位,避免了在轴向上左右晃动而从卷轴6上脱落,由于卷轴6为多边柱形结构,可以将挡片22设于侧表面20上,使整个结构紧凑;在所述侧表面20设有径向凸出的导条23,可以对纸卷进一步轴向限位在正中心,实现在走纸过程中纸卷可任意向前滚动,晃动小。
12、所述挡片22设于弹片24的端部,按下弹片24时挡片22径向向内收缩,保证纸卷可随时、任意轻松装入卷轴6,弹片24弹起即可将纸卷限位。
13、设置轴台25后,可以在其内部安装打印纸感测元件,用于对打印纸的使用情况进行感测,若打印纸数量不够,可以向使用者提示,使用更方便,并且轴台25可以对卷轴6起到加固作用,减少卷轴6的歪斜与变形。
14、由于在走纸台15附近设置有导电刷,在打印时,纸张会通过走纸台15,此时,导电刷会与纸张的表面接触并将纸张表面的静电吸附,避免静电在纸张表面而影响到打印效果,降低安全隐患。
15、所述导电刷为两个,可以更全面的消除静电,效果更理想。
16、第一导电刷31相对于所述第三辊30更靠近所述卷轴6,第二导电刷32相对于所述打印头4更靠近所述壳体1,第一导电刷31可以消除纸张摩擦所产生的静电,第二导电刷32可以消除走纸辊与纸张摩擦所产生的静电以及打印头4发热所产生的静电。
17、所述固定架3及壳体1均为金属材质,导电刷与该固定架3电性连接,导电刷所产生的静电传导至固定架3并通过固定架3导走。
18,由于直接将夹扣盒34设置于打印机的盒体上,不需再占用桌面的空间,可以使桌面更整洁。
19、将夹扣盒34设置于打印机上,减少了成本,在使用时也不会将夹扣盒34打翻,使用更方便。

21、安装架为金属的固定架,电路板38所散热的热量还可以传递至该金属材质的安装架上,并通过该安装架向外散发,进一步提高了打印机的散热效果。
22、在壳体1的底板9处也设有散热孔37,可以改善驱动电机49处的散热效果。
23、设置有三个走纸辊,第一辊28与打印头4相对,第二辊29与第三辊30相对,根据用户需要,可以方便的实现进纸与退纸,使用更方便。
24、外盖将打印头4、第一辊28、第二辊29、第三辊30盖住,在进纸或退纸时,无需将打印头4打开,减少了灰尘进入的机会,也避免误碰而造成打印头4的损伤。

27、通过上感应头52、下感应头53,可以对打印纸进行定位,也可以感应打印纸的进纸量或退纸量,可以实现精确控制。
28、在打印机工作时,驱动电机49通过输出齿轮58、传动齿轮带动第一同步齿轮59、第二同步齿轮60转动,第一同步齿轮59与第二同步齿轮60的转速相等,使得第一辊28、第二辊29同步转动,打印纸通过第一辊28、第二辊29带动时,其移动更可靠,可以方便的实现打印纸的进纸及退纸,打印纸不易歪斜及卡纸。
29、传动齿轮包括第一减速齿轮组61、第二减速齿轮组62及同步轮27,通过第一减速齿轮及第二减速齿轮可以实现减速,使打印机进纸及退纸更平稳。

  1. 一种打印机,其特征在于,包括壳体,在壳体内设有纸卷放置腔、固定架及控制电路,固定架上设有打印头,在壳体上设有与打印头相对应的出纸口,纸卷放置腔内设有卷轴,在固定架上设有操作控制部,在壳体一侧开设有操作开窗,在壳体上设有盖板,该盖板与操作开窗相适应,盖板盖上操作开窗后,该盖板与卷轴的轴端相对,且盖板将操作控制部盖住。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述打印机,其特征在于,所述壳体呈圆球形或圆弧形,其底部为平面,前述圆球形或圆弧形的圆心高于底部的平面。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述打印机,其特征在于,所述壳体的左侧、顶侧、右侧形成连续的圆弧面,所述壳体前侧的盖板也为平面。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述打印机,其特征在于,所述盖板的下部与所述壳体的底部铰接连接。

  19. 根据权利要求18所述打印机,其特征在于,所述走纸辊包括第一辊、第二辊及第三辊,第一辊与所述打印头成对设置,第二辊与第三辊成对设置,所述走纸台形成于第一辊与打印头之间、第二辊与第三辊之间。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述打印机,其特征在于,所述导电刷为至少两个,均设于所述走纸台上,且均与所述外接导电体电性连接。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述打印机,其特征在于,所述导电刷为两个,分别为第一导电刷及第二导电刷,第一导电刷相对于所述第三辊更靠近所述卷轴,第二导电刷相对于所述打印头更靠近所述壳体。
  22. 根据权利要求18所述打印机,其特征在于,所述导电刷的刷毛呈排状,其排列方向与所述走纸台垂直。
  23. 根据权利要求18所述打印机,其特征在于,所述固定架及壳体均为金属材质,所述固定架与壳体相连而形成所述外接导电体。
  24. 根据权利要求1至11中任一项所述打印机,其特征在于,在所述壳体上设有夹扣盒。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述打印机,其特征在于,在所述壳体的上部设有顶部槽,所述夹扣盒装于该顶部槽内。
  26. 根据权利要求1至11中任一项所述打印机,其特征在于,在所述壳体内设有电路板及安装架,所述控制电路安装于电路板上,电路板设于安装架上,安装架固定于壳体内,在壳体上设有散热孔,该散热孔朝向所述电路板。
  27. 根据权利要求26所述打印机,其特征在于,所述安装架为金属材质。
  28. 根据权利要求26所述打印机,其特征在于,所述安装架包括主架及侧板,侧板与主架连接,所述电路板安装于侧板上。
  29. 根据权利要求26所述打印机,其特征在于,在所述固定架的安装架上设有驱动电机。
  30. 根据权利要求29所述打印机,其特征在于,所述壳体包括底板,在底板上也设有散热孔,该散热孔靠近所述驱动电机。
  31. 根据权利要求1至11中任一项所述打印机,其特征在于,还包括有第一辊、第二辊、第三辊及外盖,第一辊与打印头相对设置于所述走纸台的前部,第二辊与第三辊相对设置于所述走纸台的后部,外盖将打印头、第一辊、第二辊、第三辊盖住。
  32. 根据权利要求31所述打印机,其特征在于,在所述固定架上还设有驱动电机,所述操作控制部包括有走纸操作部,走纸操作部、驱动电机均与所述控制电路电气连接,走纸操作部露出于所述外盖,驱动电机与所述第一辊、第二辊或第三辊连接并驱动所述第一辊、第二辊及第三辊。
  33. 根据权利要求31所述打印机,其特征在于,所述走纸操作部包括进纸键及退纸键,进纸键相对于退纸键更靠近所述打印头。
  34. 根据权利要求31所述打印机,其特征在于,还包括有上感应头及下感应头,上感应头、下感应头相对,且上感应头、下感应头分别位于所述走纸台的上方、下方。
  35. 根据权利要求1至11中任一项所述打印机,其特征在于,在所述固定架上设有驱动电机、传动齿轮、第一同步齿轮、第二同步齿轮、第一辊及第二辊,驱动电机具有输出轴,该输出轴上设有输出齿轮,输出齿轮与传动齿轮啮合,传动齿轮同时与第一同步齿轮、第二同步齿轮啮合,第一同步齿轮、第二同步齿轮的齿数相等,第一辊、第二辊分别与所述第一同步齿轮、第二同步齿轮连接。
  36. 根据权利要求35所述打印机,其特征在于,所述传动齿轮包括第一减速齿轮组、第二减速齿轮组及同步轮,第一减速齿轮组、第二减速齿轮组均包括主动齿及从动齿,主动齿的齿数多于从动齿的齿数,输出齿轮与第一减速齿轮组的主动齿啮合,第一减速齿轮组的从动齿与第二减速齿轮组的主动齿啮合,第二减速齿轮组的从动齿与过轮啮合。
  37. 根据权利要求35所述打印机,其特征在于,所述第一同步齿轮、第二同步齿轮的轴心连线水平。
  38. 根据权利要求1至11中任一项所述打印机,其特征在于,在所述走纸台的上部、下部分别设有走纸辊,在走纸台上设有至少两个隔片,两个隔片之间形成开槽,走纸台上部的走纸辊与走纸台下部的走纸辊在开槽处接触配合。
  39. 根据权利要求34所述打印机,其特征在于,所述走纸台包括第一平台及第二平台,在第一平台上设有对位缺,所述隔片设于第二平台上,隔片伸入对位缺内。
  40. 根据权利要求38所述打印机,其特征在于,所述走纸辊包括第一辊、第二辊及第三辊,第一辊与所述打印头成对设置,第二辊与第三辊成对设置,且第一辊、第二辊位于所述走纸台的上部,第三辊设于所述走纸台的下部,第二辊、第三辊上设有至少两个轴颈,所述隔片位于轴颈内,所述第一辊呈圆柱状。
  41. 根据权利要求1至11中任一项所述打印机,其特征在于,在壳体内设有打印纸传感元件,打印纸传感元件朝向纸卷放置腔,且打印纸传感元件与所述控制电路电性连接。
  42. 根据权利要求41所述打印机,其特征在于,在所述壳体上设有观察视窗,该观察视窗朝向所述纸卷放置腔。
