Description

漏底式残材桶及其倾倒方法 技术领域
本发明涉及液晶生产制程技术领域, 尤其涉及一种漏底式残材桶及其 倾倒方法。 背景技术
高世代液晶面板生产制程中, 切割制程后会产生大量玻璃边角料。 例 如, 当框胶制程发生异常情况时, 框胶会跨过切割线, 导致本应分离的残 材粘着在玻璃上, 或将本应留下的部分撤掉, 因此需要准备残材桶来装载 玻璃边角料。 在当前的组立 (CELL )厂的生产中, 所使用的现有的用于 装载玻璃边角料的残材桶, 因其容量需求, 需将其尺寸设计较大; 所以当 废玻璃装满残材桶后, 因桶尺寸和重量过大, 使用叉车无法将桶内的残材 倾倒出来。
