L'invention est caractérisée en ce que la deuxième plaque (3) peut être soumise plus fortement à l'effet d'une traction que la première plaque (1). De préférence, la couche de liaison pénètre dans des ouvertures (6) ménagées dans la deuxième plaque (3) et forme des points de contact tridimensionnels avec le sol, éventuellement des points de contact avec le sol, qui sont déformables.
