目前,随着工业不断发展,出现天然气汽车,其在车体上设置天然气钢瓶,向汽车提供天然气作为能源,瓶装天然气容量小,满足不了汽车长距离运行,而低温机动车用液化天然气焊接绝热气瓶的具有容量大、使用时间长、液体充装快等优点,其缺点为低温机动车用液化天然气焊接绝热气瓶本身存在日蒸发率以及机动车在运行中颠簸容易造成气瓶内胆压力增高,所以安装安全阀,目前的安全阀在开启动作几次后开启压力发生变化,如果安全阀的开启压力偏高会引起低温机动车用液化天然气焊接绝热气瓶上的管路破裂,天然气将会大量泄漏,还会存在酿成事故的严重风险,如果安全阀的开启压力偏低会造成能源的损失。
为了解决上述问题,设计出一种排放压力(开启压力)和回座压力(关闭压力)稳定性、重复性好,而且结构紧固,不易损坏、安全性能好的安全阀成为本领域的研究亮点。
技术问题
为克服上述同类技术存在的不足,本实用新型的目的是提供一种低温绝热气瓶安全阀。该安全阀特别适用于机动车用液化天然气焊接绝热气瓶、焊接绝热气瓶和低温管道热传导泄压应用,保证压力容器及压力管道的安全运行。

本实用新型使用中,天然气通过管道从进气流道3进入阀体1内部,当低温机动车用液化天然气焊接绝热气瓶内胆压力达到安全阀开启压力(排放压力)时,天然气压力推动阀瓣5向上移动离开阀座4,达到全启的开启高度,此时阀瓣5推动阀芯7,阀芯7在同一个中心位置上推动定位钢珠10、弹簧支架11,弹簧支架11压缩弹簧13,聚四氟乙烯导向环8可以减少阀芯7与滑道6之间的摩擦力,天然气通过进气流道3、阀芯排气孔9和弹簧支架11上的排气孔12进入阀体1,最后通过调节螺母排气孔16将天然气排出,降低低温机动车液化天然气焊接绝热气瓶内胆压力。当内胆压力降至安全阀关闭压力值时(回座压力),弹簧13推动在同一中心位置上的弹簧支架11、定位钢珠10和阀芯7,使阀瓣5恢复到阀座4上,使安全阀处于关闭的位置,密封住内胆的气体不再排出。

  1. 一种低温绝热气瓶安全阀,其特征在于:包括阀体,所述阀体包括设置在其内部的进气流道、阀座、滑道、阀芯和弹簧,所述阀体的进气端的外壁上设置有进气口连接螺纹,所述阀体的出气端安装有调节螺母,所述调节螺母上设置有调节螺母排气孔,所述弹簧安装在调节螺母与带有排气孔的弹簧支架间,所述弹簧支架下方的阀体内腔内安装有活门组合件,所述活门组合件由阀芯、安装在阀芯外壁上的导向环、定位钢珠和阀瓣组成,所述阀芯上设置有阀芯排气孔,带有排气孔的弹簧支架设置在定位钢珠上,所述阀瓣坐落在阀座上,阀瓣与阀座紧密配合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的低温绝热气瓶安全阀,其特征在于:所述阀瓣为圆弧形阀瓣,所述圆弧形阀瓣与阀座紧密配合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的低温绝热气瓶安全阀,其特征在于:所述导向环为聚四氟乙烯导向环,所述阀芯外壁上相间设置有两个聚四氟乙烯导向环。
  4. 根据权利要求1、2或3所述的低温绝热气瓶安全阀,其特征在于:所述弹簧、弹簧支架、定位钢珠、阀芯、阀瓣的中心在同一中心线上。
