一种铁路罐车卸油装置 技术领域
一种铁路罐车卸油装置,属于铁路货车技术领域的一种卸油装置。
背景技术
目前国内轻油类罐车装卸货过程中主要存在问题有:
1.当从上部向铁路罐车灌装轻油类油品时,由于鹤管尺寸较大,操作不方便,无法将鹤管插到油罐车底部,导致油品的损耗和静电。
2.在夏天高温环境时,执行上部卸油作业时,极易在鹤管的高点产生气阻,降低卸油效率,延长作业时间,加大油品蒸发损耗。严重时油路会因气阻而断流,导致卸货作业中断。
3.随着铁路行业高速、重载的不断推进,面对现有装卸设施固定,短期内无法实施改造的事实,大载重铁路罐车装卸不方便的情况日益突显。突破现有的装卸方式,研发一种新型的装卸装置成为一种可能。
4.针对矿区油类物资的装卸及运输,面临卸载油料的随时性和配备专业的装、卸货设备的高成本,研发新型的装、卸装置成为一种必然。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是针对以上不足而提供一种能满足底部装、卸油的作业方式的卸油装置。其技术方案如下:
一种铁路罐车卸油装置,包括排油管和卸油阀,其关键技术在于卸油阀包括中部卸油阀和端部卸油阀,排油管中部通过T型三通管与中部卸油阀连接,排油管两端设置端部卸油阀,中部卸油阀和端部卸油阀构成“T”型结构。
在排油管两端安装排油口连接装置,排油口连接装置包括法兰连接盘和连接螺纹。
在排油口连接装置上安装防护罩,防护罩内部设置内螺纹与排油口连接螺纹相匹配。
所述排油管通过固定装置固定,包括连接座、阀门安装座,其中连接座 将固定装置与车体相连,阀门安装座下部通过紧固件固定排油管及端部卸油阀,连接座与阀门安装座垂向依次设置软木和调整垫。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、一种铁路罐车卸油装置,设置中部、端部两级卸油阀,实现两级开闭保护的同时,实现漏泄双重防护,提高车辆行车安全系数;
2、实现两级开闭保护,不会造成油品的损耗和静电,操作方便;也不会产生气阻,卸油效率提高,减少作业时间,最大限度降低油品蒸发损耗。
3、排油管固定装置采用软木及金属安装座的组合方式,垂向、横向具有一定的可调性,其中垂向通过调整垫进行调整,横向通过阀门安装座上预设的长圆孔进行调整;软木的使用,降低组装难度的同时,可以改善空、重车状态下,排油管的受力状况,避免焊缝失效或密封失效进而出现介质漏泄的情况。
4、端部防护罩内螺纹与排油口螺纹相匹配,在防止异物进入排油口的同时,有效保护排油口螺纹免受损坏,以免导致连接失效。
5、卸油装置的排油口采用法兰、螺纹两种接口形式,易于拆卸、便于维护,降低对用户接口设施要求。
6、在法兰面设置密封圈放置环槽,防止密封圈窜动的同时,提升密封效果。
7、“T”型三通管结构,将现有技术的相关线焊缝转换为环形焊缝,改善受力状况,提升焊接质量,降低介质漏泄风险。

参见图1-图8,一种铁路罐车卸油装置,包括排油管和卸油阀2,其关键技术在于卸油阀2包括中部卸油阀21和端部卸油阀22,排油管中部通过T型铸造三通管1与中部卸油阀21连接,排油管两端设置端部卸油阀22,中部卸油阀21和端部卸油阀22构成“T”型结构。
在排油管两端安装排油口连接装置3,排油口连接装置3包括法兰连接盘31和连接螺纹32。
在排油口连接装置3上安装防护罩33,防护罩33内部设置内螺纹与排油口连接螺纹32相匹配。
所述排油管通过固定装置4固定,固定装置4包括连接座41和阀门安装座44,其中连接座41将固定装置4与车体相连,阀门安装座44下部通过紧固件固定排油管及端部卸油阀22,连接座41与阀门安装座44垂向依次设置软木42和调整垫43。
在阀门安装座44上预设长圆孔441。
在法兰连接盘上设置密封圈放置环槽311。
“T”型三通管结构将现有技术的相关线(直线形)11焊缝转换为环形焊缝12。

  1. 一种铁路罐车卸油装置,包括排油管和卸油阀(2),其特征在于卸油阀(2)包括中部卸油阀(21)和端部卸油阀(22),排油管中部通过T型三通管(1)与中部卸油阀(21)连接,排油管两端设置端部卸油阀(22),中部卸油阀(21)和端部卸油阀(22)构成“T”型结构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述铁路罐车卸油装置,其特征是在排油管两端安装排油口连接装置(3),排油口连接装置(3)包括法兰连接盘(31)和连接螺纹(32)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述铁路罐车卸油装置,其特征是在排油口连接装置(3)上安装防护罩(33),防护罩(33)内部设置内螺纹与排油口连接螺纹(32)相匹配。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述铁路罐车卸油装置,其特征在于排油管通过固定装置(4)固定,固定装置(4)包括连接座(41)和阀门安装座(44),阀门安装座(44)下部固定排油管及端部卸油阀(22),连接座(41)与阀门安装座(44)垂向依次设置软木(42)和调整垫(43)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述铁路罐车卸油装置,其特征是在阀门安装座(44)上预设长圆孔(441)。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述铁路罐车卸油装置,其特征是在法兰连接盘(31)上设置密封圈放置环槽(311)。
