また、組み合わせる場合には、2-アミノ-2-メチル-1-プロパノール(AMP)を基準として、他を添加した吸収液とするのが望ましい。
これは、後述する試験例に示すように、従来一般的に用いられるMEAの濃度として30重量%を吸収性能の基準とした場合よりも吸収性能が低下するからである。
なお、この割合は、全アミン濃度に応じて変更され、全アミン濃度が30重量%の場合には、0.3に近づく値となる。
この助剤の添加により、反応速度が向上し、省エネルギー化を図ることができる。
より好適には120℃以上での再生が好ましい。
CO2回収部18AでCO2が除去された後のCO2除去排ガスは、CO2吸収塔18内の水洗部18Bでノズルから供給されるCO2吸収液を含む循環する洗浄水21と気液接触して、CO2除去排ガスに同伴するCO2吸収液17が回収され、その後CO2が除去された排ガス23は系外に放出される。
また、CO2を吸収したCO2吸収液19であるリッチ溶液は、リッチ溶液ポンプ24により昇圧され、リッチ・リーン溶液熱交換器25において、吸収液再生塔20で再生されたCO2吸収液17であるリーン溶液により加熱され、吸収液再生塔20に供給される。
水蒸気を伴ったCO2同伴ガス28から分離ドラム30にて分離・還流された還流水31は還流水循環ポンプ35にて吸収液再生塔20の上部と循環洗浄水21側に各々供給される。
再生されたCO2吸収液(リーン溶液)17は、リッチ・リーン溶液熱交換器25にて、リッチ溶液19により冷却され、つづいてリーン溶液ポンプ32にて昇圧され、さらにリーン溶液クーラ33にて冷却された後、CO2吸収塔18内に供給される。なお、この実施の形態では、あくまでその概要を説明するものであり、付属する機器を一部省略して説明している。
図示しない吸収装置を用いて、CO2の吸収を行った。図2及び3は、試験例1における1級立体障害性アミン/MEA重量比と、飽和CO2吸収容量相対比との関係図である。
ここで、比較例としては従来から用いられているモノエタノールアミン(MEA)単独のものである。
このMEAの30重量%濃度の吸収液を基準とし、飽和CO2吸収容量相対比で示した。
ここで、飽和CO2吸収容量相対比は以下のようにして求める。
飽和CO2吸収容量比=本願吸収液(試験例での濃度)の飽和CO2吸収容量/MEA吸収液(30wt%)の飽和CO2吸収容量
これに対し、試験例1では、立体障害性の高い1級アミンとして、2-アミノ-1-プロパノール(2A1P)、2-アミノ-1-ブタノール(2A1B)、2-アミノ-3-メチル-1-ブタノール(AMB)、1-アミノ-2-プロパノール(1A2P)、2-アミノ-2-メチル-1-プロパノール(AMP)を用い、図2の下段に示すような配合比で配合し、水に溶解混合させて各々の吸収液とした。
試験例1における全アミン濃度は45重量%とした。
この試験における吸収条件は、40℃、10kPaCO2とした。
図2においては、MEAの30重量%濃度の吸収液を基準の「1」とし、各吸収液における飽和CO2吸収容量相対比で示した。
図2に示すように、4つの全ての立体障害性の高い1級アミン(2-アミノ-1-プロパノール(2A1P)、2-アミノ-1-ブタノール(2A1B)、2-アミノ-3-メチル-1-ブタノール(AMB)、1-アミノ-2-プロパノール(1A2P)、2-アミノ-2-メチル-1-プロパノール(AMP))において、基準の「1」を上回り、吸収性能が良好であることが判明した。
これらの中でも、特に2-アミノ-2-メチル-1-プロパノール(AMP)が吸収性能において極めて高い値を示した。
<比較例(基準)>
ここで、比較例としては従来から用いられているモノエタノールアミン(MEA)単独のものである。
このMEAの30重量%濃度の吸収液を基準とし、飽和CO2濃度差相対比で示した。
ここで、飽和CO2濃度差相対比は以下のようにして求める。
飽和CO2濃度相対比=本願吸収液(試験例での濃度)の飽和CO2濃度差/MEA吸収液(30重量%)の飽和CO2濃度差
この飽和CO2濃度差は以下のようにして求める。
飽和CO2濃度差=吸収条件における飽和CO2濃度-再生条件における飽和CO2濃度
試験例2では、立体障害性の高い1級アミンとして、2-アミノ-2-メチル-1-プロパノール(AMP)を用い、図3及び4の下段に示すような配合比で配合し、水に溶解混合させて各々の吸収液とした。
試験例2-1における全アミン濃度は35重量%とした(図4参照)。
試験例2-2における全アミン濃度は40重量%とした(図5参照)。
試験例2-3における全アミン濃度は45重量%とした(図6参照)。
この試験における吸収条件は、40℃、10kPaCO2とした。
また再生条件は120℃、10kPaCO2とした。
また、重量比が約0.7以下において、基準の「1」を大幅に上回り(約1割の向上)、吸収性能がさらに良好であることが判明した。
<比較例(基準)>
ここで、比較例としては従来から用いられているモノエタノールアミン(MEA)単独のものである。
このMEAの30重量%濃度の吸収液を基準とし、反応速度指標で示した。

試験例3では、立体障害性の高い1級アミンとして、2-アミノ-2-メチル-1-プロパノール(AMP)を用い、これに助剤としてポリアミンを図7の下段に示すような配合比で配合し、水に溶解混合させて各々の吸収液とした。
添加助剤としては、エチレンジアミン(EDA)、N、N’-ジメチルエチレンジアミン(DMEDA)、N、N’-ジエチルエチレンジアミン(DEEDA)、プロパンジアミン(PDA)、N、N’-ジメチルプロパンジアミン(DMPDA)、ピペラジン(PZ)、1-メチルピペラジン(1MPZ)、2-メチルピペラジン(2MPZ)、2,5-ジメチルピペラジン(DMPZ)、1-(2-アミノエチル)ピペラジン(AEPRZ)、1-(2―ヒドロキシエチル)ピペラジン(HEP)を用いた。
この試験における吸収条件は、40℃、10kPaCO2とした。
図7においては、MEAの30重量%濃度の吸収液を基準の「1」とし、各吸収液における反応速度指標で示した。
これらの中でも、特にN、N’-ジメチルエチレンジアミン(DMEDA)、N、N’-ジメチルプロパンジアミン(DMPDA)の反応速度が高い値を示した。
