実施形態2は、再充填抑制機能を果たすネック部の構成の変形例である。実施形態1と同一部材には同一符号を付し、重複する説明は省略する。
実施形態3は、再充填抑制機能を果たすネック部の構成の変形例である。上述の実施形態と同一部材には同一符号を付し、重複する説明は省略する。

Claims (8)
- 開口を形成する円筒状のネック部と、該ネック部と一体的に設けられる有底筒状の胴部と、を有する樹脂製の容器本体と、前記ネック部に設けられた収容部内を移動可能に保持される栓体と、を備え、
前記ネック部の下端側には、当該ネック部の全周に亘って内径が前記栓体の直径よりも狭い狭窄部が設けられる一方、
前記ネック部の上端側には、当該ネック部の周方向の少なくとも一部において内径が前記栓体の直径よりも狭く前記栓体を係止する係止部が設けられ、
前記ネック部の前記狭窄部と前記係止部との間の部分が前記収容部となっていることを特徴とする再充填抑制機能付き容器。 - 請求項1に記載の再充填抑制機能付き容器において、
前記収容部の上端側には、前記ネック部の軸方向に沿って延びる凸条部が、前記ネック部の周方向に沿って所定間隔で複数設けられていることを特徴とする再充填抑制機能付き容器。 - 請求項2に記載の再充填抑制機能付き容器において、
前記係止部が、前記凸条部から前記ネック部の内側に突出する突出部によって形成されていることを特徴とする再充填抑制機能付き容器。 - 請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載の再充填抑制機能付き容器において、
前記収容部の周方向の一部が当該収容部の他の部分よりも広い径で形成されていることを特徴とする再充填抑制機能付き容器。 - 請求項1~4の何れか一項に記載の再充填抑制機能付き容器において、
前記収容部は、その周方向の少なくとも一部が前記ネック部の他の部分よりも広い径で形成され、前記容器本体を傾けた際に前記栓体を保持可能に構成されていることを特徴とする再充填抑制機能付き容器。 - 請求項1~5の何れか一項に記載の再充填抑制機能付き容器において、
前記係止部は、当該係止部によって前記栓体が係止された状態で当該栓体が前記ネック部の開口の外側に突出しない位置に設けられていることを特徴とする再充填抑制機能付き容器。 - 請求項1~6の何れか一項に記載の再充填抑制機能付き容器において、
前記栓体の外形が球形状であることを特徴とする再充填抑制機能付き容器。 - 請求項1~7の何れか一項に記載の再充填抑制機能付き容器において、
前記ネック部の外周部には、当該ネック部の半径方向に突出する逆L字状の突起部が設けられていることを特徴とする再充填抑制機能付き容器。
