(See FIG. 20).
- One support member 341 has a shaft portion 84 inserted into the regulated portion 82 so as to be movable in the longitudinal direction of the winding shaft 32 and relatively rotatable.
- a rotation restricting groove 841 and a rotation release recess 842 are formed on the outer periphery of the shaft 84 adjacent to the longitudinal direction of the winding shaft 32 (see FIG. 21). And the rotation of the winding shaft 32 can be restricted or released by the relative movement of the winding shaft 32 in the longitudinal direction relative to the one support member 341.
- the rotation release recess 842 is formed in a concave shape along the circumferential direction of the shaft portion.
- the rotation restricting groove 841 is formed in a groove shape having an end extending continuously from the rotation release recess 842 to the center side in the longitudinal direction of the winding shaft 32 and on the outer peripheral portion of the shaft portion 84 in the winding direction.
- the winding attachment urging portion 36 is disposed in an extended state in the longitudinal direction of the winding shaft 32.
- the take-up shaft 32 with respect to the rotation support portion 34 by the winding attachment biasing portion 36 is in a form before being mounted on the vehicle.
- the winding attachment state can be maintained.
