Abstract
Description
本願は、2012年2月20日に、日本に出願された特願2012-034235号に基づき優先権を主張し、その内容をここに援用する。
このようなカウチには、患者を様々な姿勢で保持する目的で、ベッド上に乗せられた患者を傾動させる装置が設けられている。例えば特許文献1には、放射線治療装置用治療台が開示されている。特許文献1に記載された放射線治療装置用治療台は、互いに直交する3軸に沿って患者を水平移動させることができる。
また、特許文献2には、上記3軸に沿った水平移動に加えて、当該3軸それぞれを回転中心として患者を回転移動させることができる装置が開示されている。
本発明は、上記事情に鑑みてなされたものであり、小型且つ低コストな患者傾動装置付きカウチを提供することを目的とする。
図1は、本実施形態の患者傾動装置付きカウチ10を備えた放射線治療システム1を示す斜視図である。図2は、患者傾動装置付きカウチ10の一部の構成を示す側面図である。図3は、図2の一部の拡大図である。図4は、患者傾動装置付きカウチ10の一部を模式的に示す平面図である。
図1に示すように、放射線治療システム1は、患者の周囲を移動しながら患者に放射線を照射する放射線照射装置2と、X線CT(コンピュータ断層撮影)検査をするためのCT装置6と、本実施形態のカウチ10とを備える。
放射線照射装置2は、基台部3と、基台部3に設けられ回転中心回りに回転動作するガントリー4と、ガントリー4に設けられた照射部5とを有する。また、CT装置6はガントリー4に取り付けられている。
ガントリー4は、基台部3に対して相対回転可能に構成され、ガントリー4の回転中心の近傍が照射部5におけるアイソセンターとなるように設定されている。
カウチ10は、放射線治療システム1が設置される床面に固定された昇降装置11と、昇降装置11に取り付けられたスライド装置12及び傾動装置21と、傾動装置21に連結された天板28とを備えている。
カウチ10の使用時には、患者は天板28に設けられたベッド上に載置される。患者の姿勢は、放射線を照射するための適切な体位とされ、必要に応じて図示しない保持具等により適切な体位に保持される。
これにより、カウチ10を小型化することができる。
また、第一レバー及び第二レバーの両端に2自由度以上のジョイントを有することに代えて、ゴムブッシュによってねじれを吸収する構成を備えてもよい。また、2自由度以上のジョイントは、第一レバー及び第二レバーの端部のいずれか一方のみに設けられていてもよい。
また、第一レバー及び第二レバーは、伸縮動作可能に構成されてもよい。

前記一対のブロック体の一方を前記移動部に対して移動させる第一駆動機構と、
前記一対のブロック体の他方を前記移動部に対して移動させる第二駆動機構と、

前記レバーは、
前記一対のブロック体の前記一方に設けられた第一レバーと、
前記一対のブロック体の前記他方に設けられた第二レバーと、

前記ネジ部が軸回りに前記ナット部に対して相対回転することによって前記移動部に対して前記ブロック体を移動させる

前記レバーの前記一端と前記他端との少なくともいずれかには、2軸以上の自由度を有するジョイントが設けられている患者傾動装置付きカウチ。
