Description

一种多角度运动治疗床 技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械领域,尤其涉及一种伽玛刀设备中可实现多角度运动的治疗床。
背景技术
伽玛刀设备中必然包含承载病人的治疗床,治疗床在治疗病人不同部位肿瘤时,需要上下、左右、前后运动来调整照射位置。如图1所示,现有的治疗床包括底座21、床身22、中床身23以及床板24。中床身23与床身22及床板24之间分别通过相互垂直的两个直线导轨25相互连接,床身22与底座21之间通过垂直导轨26连接。如此,治疗床只能在X轴方向、Y轴方向、Z轴方向进行运动,来补偿伽玛刀设备中放射源体摆位带来的位置误差。但在实际使用过程中,会产生六个自由度的位置误差,而现有的治疗床不能精确地进行病人摆位,带来治疗误差。
发明内容
本发明提供一种可多角度运动的治疗床,实现治疗过程中精确的摆位。
本发明实施例提供了一种可实现多方向运动治疗床,包括底座、X向移动床身、升降床身、旋转床身、Y向旋转床身、X向旋转床身以及上床板。X向移动床身与该底座连接,该X向移动床身与该底座之间还设置了X向移动驱动器,用于驱动该X向移动床身相对该底座在X向移动。升降床身与该X向移动床身连接,该升降床身与该X向移动床身之间还设 置了Z向升降驱动器,用于驱动该升降床身相对该X向移动床身在Z向移动。旋转床身与该升降床身连接,并可相对该升降床身在XY平面内转动。Y向旋转床身与该旋转床身可摆动地连接,该Y向旋转床身与该旋转床身之间还设置了Y向旋转驱动器,用于驱动该Y向旋转床身相对该旋转床身沿Y向摆动。X向旋转床身与该Y向旋转床身可摆动地连接,该X向旋转床身与该Y向旋转床身之间还设置了X向旋转驱动器,用于驱动该X向旋转床身相对该Y向旋转床身沿X向摆动。上床板与该X向旋转床身连接,该上床板与该X向旋转床身之间还设置了Y向移动驱动器,用于驱动该上床板相对该X向旋转床身在Y向移动。
优选地,该X向移动驱动器包括设置于该X向移动床身与该底座之间的X向移动丝杠。
优选地,还包括第一支撑导轨,该X向移动床身通过该第一支撑导轨与该底座连接。
优选地,该Z向升降驱动器设置于该升降床身与该X向移动床身之间的Z向升降丝杠11。
优选地,还包括Z向直线导轨,该升降床身通过该Z向直线导轨与X向移动床身连接。
优选地,还包括设置在该旋转床身与该X向移动床身之间的蜗轮蜗杆装置。

优选地,该Y向移动驱动器包括设置在该上床板与该X向旋转床身之间的Y向移动丝杆。
优选地,还包括第二支撑导轨,该上床板通过该第二支撑导轨与该X向旋转床身连接。
采用本发明实施例的可实现多方向运动治疗床,实现治疗床在六个维度的多方向运动,使治疗床实现精确的治疗摆位。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
为了更好得理解本发明的技术方案,申请人通过图2的具体实施方式来说明该发明实施例的可多角度运动的治疗床。如图2所示,该治疗床自下而上依次包括底座1、X向移动床身2、升降床身3、旋转床身4、Y向旋转床身5、X向旋转床身6、以及上床板8。上述装置具体连接关系如下:
底座1是六维移动床的基础,X向移动床身2通过X向移动驱动器,和底座1连接,其用于驱动该X向移动床身相对该底座在X向移动。具体地,在本实施方式中,X向移动驱动器包括X向移动丝杠13及对应的马达(图未示),马达驱动X向移动丝杠13将旋转运动转化为直线运动,从而实现X向移动床身2在X向运动。优选地,X向移动床身2与该底座之间还包括第一支撑导轨15,用于引导X向移动床身2在X向移动。
升降床身3通过Z向升降驱动器与X向移动床身2连接,Z向升降驱动器用于驱动该升降床身相对该X向移动床身在Z向移动。具体地,在本实施方式中,Z向升降驱动器包括Z向升降丝杠11及对应的马达。同理,马达驱动Z向升降丝杠11旋转来实现升降床身3的升降移动。
升降床身3中安装有与旋转床身4配合的蜗轮蜗杆装置12,通过涡轮蜗杆传动实现旋转床身4在XY平面内180度转动。可以理解,蜗轮蜗杆装置12也可设置在升降床身3,或底座1上,只要升降床身3可在XY平面内转动便可。
Y向旋转床身5与旋转床身4通过第一旋转轴14可摆动地连接固定,该Y向旋转床身与该旋转床身之间还设置了Y向旋转驱动器,其用于驱动该Y向旋转床身相对该旋转床身沿Y向摆动。具体地,在本实施方式中,Y向旋转驱动器包括设置于与第一旋转轴14相对另一侧的Y向旋转丝杠10及对应的马达来实现床身Y向摆动。可以理解,第一旋转轴14及Y向旋转丝杠10不限于设置在相对的两端,只要Y向旋转床身5可相对旋转床身4沿Y向摆动即可。
X向旋转床身6与Y向旋转床身5一端通过第二旋转轴(图未示)可摆动地连接固定,该X向旋转床身与该Y向旋转床身之间还设置了X向旋转驱动器,用于驱动该X向旋转床身相对该Y向旋转床身沿X向摆动。具体地,在本实施方式中,该X向旋转驱动器包括设置于与第二旋转轴相对另一侧的X向旋转丝杠9及对应的马达来实现X向旋转床身X向摆动。同理,第二旋转轴与X向旋转丝杠9也不限于设置在相对的两端。
上床板8与X向旋转床身6优选可通过第二支撑导轨(图未示)连接固定,该上床板与该X向旋转床身之间还设置了Y向移动驱动器,用于驱动该上床板相对该X向旋转床身在Y向移动。具体地,在本实施方式 中,Y向移动驱动器包括Y向移动丝杠7及对应的马达传动实现上床板8在Y向运动。
使用过程中,将治疗头部病人躺在可多角度运动的治疗床(六维床)上,固定在上床板8上。利用影像系统进行摆位验证,将病人肿瘤在六维床上的实际位置与计划要求病人肿瘤位置的六维偏差值计算出来,下发到控制计算机中。六维床根据控制机的指令将病人肿瘤的位置自动从新调整,达到与计划要求一致,提高了实际治疗精度。
在本发明实施例中,通过底座1、X向移动床身2、升降床身3、旋转床身4、Y向旋转床身5、X向旋转床身6、以及上床板8之间的配合,实现治疗床在六个维度的多方向运动,使治疗床实现精确的治疗摆位。
在上述实施方式中,第一支撑导轨15及X向移动丝杠13、Z向的直线导轨及Z向升降丝杠11、Y向旋转丝杠10、X向旋转丝杠9、第二支撑导轨及Y向移动丝杠7等装置都是为了实现在对应的方向上的移动,因此,可以理解,在其它实施方式中,其也可以是直线马达或汽缸等可实现在一个方向上的移动的装置,而不限于上述实施方式。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可实现多方向运动治疗床,其特征在于,包括:
    底座;
    X向移动床身,其与该底座连接,该X向移动床身与该底座之间还设置了X向移动驱动器,用于驱动该X向移动床身相对该底座在X向移动;
    升降床身,其与该X向移动床身连接,该升降床身与该X向移动床身之间还设置了Z向升降驱动器,用于驱动该升降床身相对该X向移动床身在Z向移动;
    旋转床身,其与该升降床身连接,并可相对该升降床身在XY平面内转动;
    Y向旋转床身,其与该旋转床身可摆动地连接,该Y向旋转床身与该旋转床身之间还设置了Y向旋转驱动器,用于驱动该Y向旋转床身相对该旋转床身沿Y向摆动;
    X向旋转床身,其与该Y向旋转床身可摆动地连接,该X向旋转床身与该Y向旋转床身之间还设置了X向旋转驱动器,用于驱动该X向旋转床身相对该Y向旋转床身沿X向摆动;及
    上床板,其与该X向旋转床身连接,该上床板与该X向旋转床身之间还设置了Y向移动驱动器,用于驱动该上床板相对该X向旋转床身在Y向移动。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的可实现多方向运动治疗床,其特征在于,该X向移动驱动器包括设置于该X向移动床身与该底座之间的X向移动丝杠。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的可实现多方向运动治疗床,其特征在于,还包括 第一支撑导轨,该X向移动床身通过该第一支撑导轨与该底座连接。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的可实现多方向运动治疗床,其特征在于,该Z向升降驱动器设置于该升降床身与该X向移动床身之间的Z向升降丝杠11。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的可实现多方向运动治疗床,其特征在于,还包括Z向直线导轨,该升降床身通过该Z向直线导轨与X向移动床身连接。
