本发明中, 铰链隐藏在周转箱的侧壁和侧门中, 从而在外观上基本看不到 铰链, 极大的改善了产品外观。 同时, 可控的铰链转动次序使侧门在翻转过程 中更加流畅, 有效提高了操作便利性。 附图说明

以下将结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细说明, 以便更清楚理解本 发明的目的、 特点和优点。 应理解的是, 附图所示的实施例并不是对本发明范 围的限制, 而只是为了说明本发明技术方案的实质精神。 图中相同或相似的部 分采用相同的附图标记表示。
如图 1 所示, 本发明的一实施例中, 容器 100 包括底座 4, 四个侧壁 la,lb,lc,ld。 侧壁 la上设置有一个侧门 2, 侧门 2底部和侧壁 la通过铰链 3相 互连接。 铰链 3隐藏在侧壁 la和侧门 2的内外侧面之中, 从而, 从外观上基本 看不到铰链 3。
如图 2所示, 本实施例中, 铰链 3由上铰链座 31、 铰链主体 32、 以及下铰 链座 33构成, 较佳地, 铰链 3 由塑料制成。 使用时, 上铰链座 31卡合固定到 侧门 2中, 下铰链座卡合固定到侧壁 la中。 铰链主体 32通过铰链销与上铰链 座 31和下铰链座 33铰接, 使得铰链主体 32可绕上铰链座 31和下铰链座 33转 动, 从而实现侧门 2的开闭。
图 3a-5示出上铰链座 31 的详细结构图。 如图所示, 上铰链座 31为一具有 底板 310以及从底板上表面的两端延伸出的配合部 310a和 310b的一体件。 底 板 310的一侧设有用于将铰链座 31固定到侧门的凸台 311a、 311b, 凸台 311a、 311b横截面为大致梯形状, 其上设有导向斜面, 以方便将上铰链座 31固定到侧 门 2。底板 310的中部还设有朝向配合部延伸方向翘起的弹性片 315。配合部 310a 和 310b分别具有上凹槽 312a、 弹性片体 313a和上凹槽 312b、 弹性片体 313b。 上凹槽 312a、 312b根部为圆弧形, 其圆弧中心在同一轴线上, 用于容纳铰链销 (下文将详细描述) 。 弹性片体 313a、 313b上还设有半球状突起 314a、 314b, 突起 314a、 314b用于与铰链主体的凹坑配合 (下文将详细描述) 。
图 6-8示出为铰链 3中的铰链主体 32的详细结构图。 如图所示, 铰链主体 32为一具有底板 320以及从底板的上表面的两端延伸出的侧板 320a和 320b的 大致 U形形状一体件, U形本体的两开口端 (即侧板 320a和 320b的边缘) 分 别设有铰链销 321a、 321b, 322a, 322b, 底板 320和侧板 320b的接合部还设有 从底板两侧延伸出的辅助销 323a、 323b, 底板 320上靠近侧板 320a的侧面还处 设有凹坑 324a、 324b 其中, 铰链销 321a和 321b的中心在同一轴线上、 铰链 销 322a和 322b的中心在同一轴线上、辅助销 323a和 323b的中心在同一轴线上。 而凹坑 324a、 324b则对应底座 31 的突起 314a, 314b , 凹坑的形状做成与突起 314a, 314b配合, 本实施例中凹坑为椭圆形, 底部为弧面。
图 9-1 1示出铰链 3的用于安装到侧壁 la上的下铰链座 33。 如图所示, 铰 链座 33也为一具有底板 330以及从底板上表面的两端延伸出的配合部 330a和 330b的一体件。底板 330的一侧设有用于将下铰链座 33固定到侧壁的凸台 331a、 331b, 本实施例中, 凸台 331 a、 331b形状与凸台 31 la、 31 1b相同, 但也可与与 凸台 31 1a, 31 1b不同。配合部 330a、 330b上设有用于容纳铰链销 ( 322a, 322b ) 的长下凹槽 332a, 332b, 长下凹槽为大致椭圆形, 两端形成圆角, 使得铰链销 ( 322a, 322b ) 可在其中上下移动一个从 332bl到 332b2的距离, 如图 13b所 示。 配合部 330a、 330b还设有用以配合辅助销 323a、 323b的弧面 333a、 333b。 弧面 333a、 333b的中心与长下凹槽上部的圆弧中心 332b l同心 (参见图 1 1 ) 。 沿着弧面 333a、 333b靠近下凹槽 332b正上方的位置处设置有凸起 334a、 334b。
图 12示出铰链的安装过程。 如图所示, 使用时, 首先将上铰链座 31、 铰链 主体 32和下铰链座组装在一起, 然后通过凸台 31 1a、 31 1b与侧门 2的定位孔 21 a、 21b配合来将上铰链座 31再安装到周转箱的侧门 2上, 并通过凸台 331a、 331b与侧壁上的定位孔 lala和 l alb配合来将下铰链座 33安装到侧壁 2上。侧 门关闭时, 侧门 2上的定位钩 23与侧壁上的定位钩 la3配合, 侧门 2上的 L形 钩 22a、 22b与侧壁上的凹槽 la2a、 la2b配合,从而使得侧门 2处于关闭状态时, 侧门 2牢牢地卡扣在侧壁上。
图 13a-13d、 14a-14d示出安装有本发明的铰链 3的侧门 2的打开过程, 即 铰链 3从闭合到提起然后到 90度翻转最后到 180度翻转的过程, 为清楚起见, 图 13a-13d仅示出铰链的结构。 如图 13a、 14a所示, 侧门处于闭合状态时, 铰 链主体 32的铰链销 322a、 322b处于下铰链座的下凹槽 332a、 332b中, 铰链销 321a, 321b处于上铰链座的下凹槽 312a、 312b中。
打开侧门 2时,需向周转箱内部方向推侧门 2,使得侧门 2上的 L形钩 22a、 22b与侧壁上的凹槽 la2a、 la2b脱开配合。 接着, 向上提起侧门 2, 当提起上铰 链座 31时, 铰链主体 32随着向上移动, 其铰链销 322a、 322b从下凹槽 332a、 332b的下部 332a2、 332b2到达上部 332al、 332b l位置 (如图 13b所示) 。 此 时, 上铰链座 31上的突起 314a、 314b陷在铰链主体 32的凹坑 324a、 324b中, 暂时地将上铰链座 31 绕铰链销 321a、 321b旋转的动作进行限制。 故当进一步 向外侧旋转上铰链座 31时, 铰链主体 32和上铰链座 31会一起以铰链销 322a、 322b为轴心进行旋转, 同时辅助销 323a、 323b也会沿着下铰链座 33上的弧面 333a, 333b移动。 因为辅助销 323a、 323b抵靠弧面 333a、 333b移动, 故当铰 链主体 32绕铰链销 322a、 322b的轴心旋转一定角度时, 辅助销 323a、 323b将 阻止铰链主体 32由于重力等作用沿槽 332a、 332b向下移动。
当铰链主体 3向外侧旋转了 90度之后, 侧板 320b将和侧壁 la的外侧板相 接触, 如图 13c、 14c所示, 这样其就不能再绕铰链销 322a、 322b为轴心进行旋 转。 此时, 继续旋转上铰链座 31, 突起 314a、 314b将从凹坑 324a、 324b中脱 出, 由此侧门 2继续以铰链销 321a、 321b为轴心旋转到完全打开状态。 此时, 铰链主体 32的 U形的侧板 320a与侧门 2的外侧板接触, 如图 14d所示。
关闭侧门 2时, 直接使侧门 2绕铰链销旋转即可实现侧门 2的关闭和定位。 由于下铰链座 33上的凸起 334a、 334b限制了辅助销 323a、 323b的移动, 故而 上铰链主体 31将先以铰链销 321a、 321b为轴心进行旋转过 90度, 然后再以铰 链销 322a、 322b为轴心旋转过 90度。 由于辅助销 323a、 323b沿着弧面 333a、 333b移动, 故当铰链销 322a、 322b旋转到略小于 90度之前, 铰链主体 32以及 上铰链座 31、 侧门 2都不会向下因重力移动, 这样侧门 2上的 L形钩 22a、 22b 就可以越过侧壁凹槽 l a2a、 la2b的上方, 然后使得侧门 2上的 L形钩 22a、 22b 卡入侧壁上的凹槽 la2a、 la2b, 从而实现侧门 2的关闭。 在侧门 关闭时, 如图 14a中局部放大图所示, 上铰链座 的弹性片 被铰链主体 压缩,这样弹性片 就会对侧门 产生一个以铰链销 321a、 为转轴的顺时针方向的力矩, 从而保证侧门 2上的 L形钩 22a、 22b总是处于侧 壁 l a的凹槽 l a2a、 l a2b中, 使侧门 2保持锁定状态。
上述实施例中, 形形状的铰链主体 与上、 下铰链座 、 配合, 使 得铰链可在侧门和侧壁内动作, 故从外观上基本看不到铰链, 从而实现了铰链 的隐藏。而分别设置在上铰链座 中的弹性片体 313a、 的突起 314a、 分别与铰链主体 32上的凹坑 324a、 324b配合, 同时铰链主体 32上的辅助销与 下铰链座 33上的凸起 334a、 334b配合, 实现了铰链转动次序的可控性。
需要注意的是, 上述实施例可有各种变型。 例如, 上述实施例的第一变型 中, 可取消上铰链座 的底板 中部的弹性片 , 如图 所示。 取而代之 的是另一锁门装置, 该锁门装置可为任何现有的结构。
上述实施例的第二变型中, 除了取消弹性片 , 还可取消上铰链座 中 的弹性片体 313a和弹性片体 , 以及分别设置在弹性片体 313a、 上的 突起 314a、 相应地, 取消铰链主体 上的凹坑 324a、 该变型同样 也能实现铰链的隐藏。
上述实施例中的再一变型中, 在第二变型的基础上, 还可取消铰链主体 的辅助销 323a、323b,以及下铰链座的弧面 333a、333b和其上的凸起 334a、334b, 如图 16a-16c所示。 该变型同样能够实现铰链的隐藏。
此外, 上述实施例及各变型中, 周转箱中仅一个侧壁开有侧门, 但也可是 个或更多个侧壁开有侧门。 另外, 上述实施例中, 侧门与侧壁之间使用 个铰 链进行连接, 但也可根据开门数量和容器的大小, 使用 个、 个或更多个铰链 来连接。 而且, 上铰链座不仅可安装在侧门中, 还可安装在侧壁中, 此时, 下 铰链座安装在侧门中。
本发明中, 铰链隐藏在周转箱的侧壁和侧门中, 从而在外观上基本看不到 铰链, 极大的改善了产品外观。 同时, 可控的铰链转动次序使侧门在翻转过程 中更加流畅, 有效提高了操作便利性。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1.一种隐藏式铰链, 用于容器的侧门与侧壁之间的连接, 所述隐藏式铰链包 括上铰链座、 铰链主体、 以及下铰链座, 其特征在于,
所述上铰链座具有容纳铰链销的上凹槽, 所述下铰链座具有容纳铰链销的 下凹槽,
所述铰链主体的本体外形大致为 U形, 所述 U形本体两开口端分别具有与 所述上凹槽和所述下凹槽配合的铰链销。
2.如权利要求 1所述的隐藏式铰链, 其特征在于,
所述上铰链座具有底板以及从所述底板两端分别一体延伸出的配合部, 所 述上凹槽设置在所述配合部上,
所述铰链主体具有底板以及从所述底板两端分别一体延伸出的侧板, 所述 铰链销设置在所述侧板上,
所述下铰链座具有底板以及从所述底板两端分别一体延伸出的配合部, 所 述下凹槽设置在所述配合部上。
3.如权利要求 1所述的隐藏式铰链, 其特征在于,
所述上铰链座具有底板以及从所述底板两端分别一体延伸出的配合部, 所 述配合部上设有弹性片体和上凹槽, 所述弹性片体上设有突起;
所述铰链主体具有底板以及从所述底板两端分别一体延伸出的侧板, 所述 侧板上设有铰链销, 所述底板上设有凹坑和辅助销;
所述下铰链座具有底板以及从所述底板两端分别一体延伸出的配合部, 所 述配合部上设有长下凹槽和弧面, 所述弧面上设有凸起; 以及
所述铰链主体的所述铰链销分别与所述上铰链座的上凹槽和所述下铰链座 的长下凹槽配合, 使得所述铰链主体可绕铰链销转动;
所述铰链主体的所述凹坑与所述上铰链座的突起配合, 以对所述上铰链座 绕所述铰链销的转动进行暂时地限制;
所述铰链主体的所述辅助销与所述下铰链座的弧面上的凸起配合以对辅助 销的移动进行暂时地限制。
4.如权利要求 1所述的隐藏式铰链, 其特征在于, 所述下铰链座的下凹槽为 大致椭圆形的长下凹槽, 所述长下凹槽两端形成圆角。
5.如权利要求 1所述的隐藏式铰链, 其特征在于, 所述上铰链座的底板侧面 和所述下铰链座的底板侧面还设有凸台。
6.如权利要求 1所述的隐藏式铰链, 其特征在于, 所述铰链销的横截面为圆 形。
7.如权利要求 3所述的隐藏式铰链, 其特征在于, 所述铰链主体上的所述凹 坑为椭圆形, 底部为弧面, 所述弹性片体上的突起为从所述弹性片体上一体延 伸出的半球状突起。
8.如权利要求 1所述的隐藏式铰链, 其特征在于, 所述隐藏式铰链由塑料制 成。
9.如权利要求 1 -8中任一项所述的隐藏式铰链, 其特征在于, 所述上铰链座 还设有弹性片, 当侧门关闭时, 所述弹性片被压缩, 使得所述侧门处于锁定状 态。
10.—种容器, 包括容器底座、 四个侧壁, 其中,
至少一个侧壁上设有侧门,
所述侧门与所述侧壁通过权利要求 1-8中任一项所述的隐藏式铰链连接。
