发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术现状,提供一种结构简单、安装成本低的可折转的板材组合结构。

如图1至图6所示,本实施例的可折转的板材组合结构包括相互组合的第一板体1和第二板体2,第一板体1和第二板体2均为一体成型的塑料件,本实施例采用的是吹塑件。其中,第一板体1好的第二板体2均为方形板,在第一板体1的内侧面上进深有条形槽13,条形槽13呈直线且条形槽的两头在第一板体1的相对侧边形成有开口,条形槽邻近第一板体1的边缘并沿着该边缘的长度方向分布。第一板体1以条形槽13为界分隔为能相互折转的第一折转部11和第二折转部12,第二折转部12安装在第二板体2上。
本实施例中,第一折转部11的内侧面具有与条形槽13相衔接的第一倾斜面111,第一折转部11的内侧面的左右两侧边缘具有向内延伸的挡条112。第二折转部12的内侧面具有与条形槽13相衔接的第二倾斜面121,第二折转部12的内侧面的左右两侧向内凸设有挡块122。在第一折转部11与第二折转部12折转成相互垂直的状态下,第一倾斜面111正好与第二倾斜面121相抵,挡条112正好与挡块122相抵,从而可以阻止第一折转部11和第二折转部12进一步向内折转,使得第一板体1与第二板体2处于相互垂直的状态。

  3. 根据权利要求2所述的可折转的板材组合结构,其特征在于:所述第一折转部(11)的内侧面的左右两侧边缘具有向内延伸的挡条(112),所述第二折转部(12)的内侧面的左右两侧向内凸设有挡块(122),在所述第一折转部(11)与第二折转部(12)折转成相互垂直的状态下,所述挡条(112)与挡块(122)相抵而阻止第一折转部(11)与第二折转部(12)进一步向内折转。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的可折转的板材组合结构,其特征在于:所述第一板体(1)和第二板体(2)均为一体成型的塑料件。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4中任一权利要求所述的可折转的板材组合结构,其特征在于:所述第一板体(1)和第二板体(2)均为方形板,所述条形槽(13)邻近第一板体(1)的边缘并沿着该边缘的长度方向分布。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的可折转的板材组合结构,其特征在于:所述第二折转部(12)与第二板体(2)可拆卸连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的可折转的板材组合结构,其特征在于:所述第二折转部(12)与第二板体(2)通过各自的对接侧相互插接配合。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的可折转的板材组合结构,其特征在于:在所述第二折转部(12)的对接侧沿长度方向间隔分布有第一插脚(123),在所述第二板体(2)的对接侧沿长度方向间隔分布有第一插口(21),所述第一插脚(123)插接在对应的第一插口(21)内。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的可折转的板材组合结构,其特征在于:在所述第二折转部(12)的对接侧沿长度方向间隔布置有第二插口(124),所述第二插口(124)与第一插脚(123)间隔分布,在所述第二板体(2)的对接侧沿长度方向间隔布置有第二插脚(22),所述第二插脚(22)与第一插口(21)间隔分布,所述第二插脚(22)插接在对应的第二插口(124) 内。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的可折转的板材组合结构,其特征在于:所述第一插口(21)和/或第二插口(124)的内壁上凸设有凸块,所述第一插脚(123)和/或第二插脚(22)上开有凹槽,所述凸块卡入对应的凹槽内。
