Definitions
- the present invention relates to a neck supporter that includes an air bag that can be filled with air and that is attached to a wearer's neck to support the head of the wearer. It relates to a neck supporter that is optimal for long-distance travel.
- the conventional cervical simple corset is formed in an annular shape in which the patient's neck can be surrounded, and the jaw receiving tube that surrounds the upper part of the neck extending from the jaw to the rear part of the neck to hold the upper part of the patient's neck Similarly, between the lower support tube that surrounds the lower part of the neck, a plurality of bellows-like strut tubes that support the chin rest tube in the vertical direction of the neck are arranged in parallel to form a window to form a corset Form. These tubes are made of a soft resin that can be expanded and contracted by supplying and exhausting air, and inflated like a balloon by blowing air from an air supply and exhaust port (air inlet) (see, for example, Patent Document 1). .
- the conventional cervical simple corset has a chin rest tube, a lower support tube, and four support tubes that are independent of each other, and it is necessary to inject air from the air inlet provided in each tube. There is a problem that it is complicated.
- the conventional simple corset for the cervix has a high ratio of the window sandwiched between the chin rest tube and the lower support tube, and the support tube cannot sufficiently support the wearer's head. There are challenges.
- the present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object thereof is to provide a neck supporter that can be used in a simple manner and can reliably support the wearer's head. .
- an elongate main body portion constituting an air bag, an air injection valve disposed on the main body portion to allow air to be injected into and discharged from the air bag, and a main body portion A plurality of engaging portions arranged on different surfaces in the vicinity of both ends and engaging the different surfaces, and a plurality of dots arranged continuously in the longitudinal direction of the main body portion. And a support portion formed by bonding the gaps.
- the air when not in use, the air can be discharged from the air bag and folded into a small size convenient for carrying.
- air is injected into the air bag to fill the inside of the main body portion, so that the two-stage inflated portion has a straight line connecting a plurality of through holes as a boundary. Arise.

- the main body 10 includes a straight portion 11 having a substantially linear shape in the vicinity of the center of the upper side, and a convex portion 12 in which the vicinity of the center of the lower side is curved downward with the approximate center at the lowest point.
- a single synthetic resin sheet for example, polyvinyl chloride (PVC)
- PVC polyvinyl chloride
- the main body 10 has a region where the inner surfaces of the synthetic resin sheets are bonded to each other by thermocompression bonding so as to cross between the upper side and the lower side in the vicinity of both ends, and air is injected (hereinafter referred to as an injection region 10a) and air It is divided into regions that are not implanted (hereinafter referred to as non-implanted regions 10b), and the anchor portions 30 are disposed in the non-implanted regions 10b.
- the engaging portion 30 is disposed in the non-injection region 10b even if air is injected into the main body 10 (injection region 10a) as shown in FIG. Since air is not injected into the injection region 10b and is flat, the engagement portion 30 can be prevented from being distorted, and both end portions of the main body portion 10 can be reliably locked by the engagement portion 30.
- the body portion 10 has a suede process on the surface, which increases the frictional resistance of the surface with respect to the synthetic resin sheet and suppresses the deviation of the neck supporter 100 during wearing.
- the neck supporter 100 can be worn at an appropriate position, and the feel of the neck supporter 100 being worn can be improved.

- the neck supporter 100 has been described with respect to the case where the support portion 40 includes five thermocompression bonding portions 41 (through holes 42) as shown in FIG. As long as a two-stage expansion portion can be generated in the main body 10 with a straight line connecting 40 (thermocompression bonding part 41, through hole 42) as a boundary, it is limited to five thermocompression bonding parts 41 (through hole 42). It is not something that can be done.
- the neck supporter 100 has been described with respect to the case where five thermocompression bonding parts 41 (through holes 42) are arranged in a row as the support part 40 as shown in FIG.
- a plurality of (for example, five and three) thermocompression bonding portions 41 (through holes 42) may be arranged in parallel as the support portion 40.
- the interior of the main body 10 injection region 10a
- the three straight lines connecting the plurality of support portions 40 (thermocompression bonding portions 41, through holes 42) in each row are used as boundaries.
- the neck supporter 100 can be brought into close contact with the curved surface from the lower jaw to the chest, and the support force of the neck supporter 100 on the wearer's neck can be increased.

Abstract
