- the present invention relates to a wireless power supply device, a wireless power supply system, and a wireless power supply method.
- one method of supplying power wirelessly is to transmit power as magnetic field energy from a power transmission coil using magnetic field resonance and supply power at a resonance frequency that causes magnetic field resonance between the power transmission coil and the power reception coil.
- the current flowing through the power transmission coil is detected, and the relative strength between the power transmission coil and the power reception coil is optimized by determining the coupling strength between the power transmission coil and the power reception coil based on the frequency characteristics of the detected current.

- the matching circuit 71 may continuously perform impedance matching by changing the capacitance of the capacitor 75 linearly, for example.
- FIG. 17 is a flowchart of a first example of the wireless power supply method according to the third embodiment.
- the controller 15 initializes the matching circuit 71 (step S31).
- the combination of the inductor 74 and the capacitor 75 in the initial state of the matching circuit 71 is determined in advance.
- Step S35 No).
- the third reference value is a reference value for performing impedance matching by switching the matching circuit 71. For example, the number of times of switching the matching circuit 71 between the first reference value and the second reference value described above. Minutes are set. For example, when the inductor 74 and the capacitor 75 are switched in nine combinations in the matching circuit 71, eight third reference values may be set between the first reference value and the second reference value.
- the third reference value may be stored in a memory built in the controller 15 or an external memory.
- step S35 If the phase difference ⁇ 1 of the first coil current crosses the third reference value with respect to the first coil current or the phase difference ⁇ 2 of the second coil current crosses the third reference value with respect to the second coil current (step S35: Yes) ), The controller 15 instructs the matching circuit 71 to switch (step S36). Thereby, the matching circuit 71 switches the combination of the inductor 74 and the capacitor 75.

- the first combination may be a combination when initialized in step S31.
- Step S37: No Until the switching of the matching circuit 71 is completed for the preset number of times (Step S37: No), Steps S35 to S37 are repeated, depending on the phase difference ⁇ 1 of the first coil current or the phase difference ⁇ 2 of the second coil current. And impedance matching.
- step S37: Yes the phase difference ⁇ 1 of the first coil current crosses the second reference value ⁇ b with respect to the first coil current, or the second coil Wait until the phase difference ⁇ 2 of the current crosses the second reference value ⁇ d with respect to the second coil current (step S38: No).

- the second example is the same as the second example of the wireless power supply method according to the second embodiment. That is, when the external sensor detects that the moving body has approached the second coil 32 to such an extent that a phase difference can be detected, low power output of the power amplifier 13 is started.
- FIGS. 18 and 19 are flowcharts illustrating a second example of the wireless power supply method according to the third embodiment, and FIG. 19 is a continuation of FIG. 18.
