参照图 2至图 5，本发明实施例所提供的一种抛弃式马桶卫生坐垫，适 用于铺设在具有马桶坐垫 12的马桶座 11上， 且该马桶坐垫 12的前、 后座 部 121、 122分别是对应该马桶座 11的前、 后座部 111、 112， 且该马桶座 11的前座部 111呈内缩状，该抛弃式马桶卫生坐垫主要是由一座垫环片 20、 一包覆片 30、 一包覆凹部 40、 及一定位单元 50所组成， 其中：
所述座垫环片 20，铺设在该马桶坐垫 12上，并具有一对应该马桶坐垫 12前座部 121与马桶座 11前座部 111的前缘弧部 21、 及一对应该马桶坐 垫 12后座部 122与马桶座 11后座部 112的后缘弧部 22 ; 本实施例中， 该 座垫环片 20更具有一内环缘 23， 该内环缘 23设有多个挡部 24， 各该挡部 24具有一连接该内环缘 23的外端缘 241、及一反向于该外端缘 241的内端 缘 242， 且各该挡部 24的内端缘 23围成一小于该马桶坐垫 12内缘孔 123 的内圈， 又每相邻该挡部 24是以一断裂线 243相接， 且该断裂线 243自该 外端缘 241处引伸，距内端缘 242约 2至 2、 5毫米 (匪)处，待该断裂线 243 断裂， 各该挡部 24则由该内环缘 23向下延伸。
所述包覆片 30，设于该座垫环片 20且面对该马桶座 11的前座部 111， 并具有一接设于该坐垫环片 20前缘弧部 21的上弧缘 31、 及一反向于该上 弧缘 31的下弧缘 32，且该下弧缘 32是位于该上弧缘 31所围成的范围之内， 也就是该包覆片 30由该上弧缘 31往该下弧缘 32方向呈内缩状，而让该下 弧缘 32内缩于该上弧缘 31的范围内， 其状态如图 4、 5所示； 本实施例中 该包覆片 30与该座垫环片 20的成型方式， 可采用高周波两片成型方式， 或热压缩模一体成型方式。
所述包覆凹部 40，由该座垫环片 20的前缘弧部 21与该包覆片 30所界 定而成，且该包覆凹部 40对应该马桶坐垫 12前座部 121与马桶座 11前座 部 111呈内缩状的凹槽， 以包覆该马桶坐垫 12的前座部 121与马桶座 11 的前座部 111。
所述定位单元 50为二片胶带所组成， 设于该座垫环片 20的后缘弧部 22底面左右两侧处，并可重复黏贴及可拆离地定位于该马桶坐垫 12的后座 部 122。
以上所述即为本发明实施例各主要构件的结构及其组态说明。 至于本 发明的铺设方法及功效说明如下。
参阅图 4、 5、 6、 11所示， 该抛弃式马桶卫生坐垫， 铺设在具有马桶 坐垫 12的马桶座 11上时， 为求快速、 容易、 精确原则， 在设计时已将铺 设方法， 并入产品整体规划中。 用户取出本产品， 撕开对黏的定位单元 50 再抖开包覆片 30后， 只需两个步骤， 即可完成铺设作业， 其包含有初步定 位步骤 61及拉动定位步骤 62， 其中：
所述初步定位步骤 61 :将该抛弃式马桶卫生坐垫的包覆凹部 40对应套 置于该马桶坐垫 12的前座部 121与该马桶座 11的前座部 111，使该抛弃式 马桶卫生坐垫获得初步定位， 其状态如图 6所示。
所述拉动定位步骤 62 : 握持该座垫环片 20的后缘弧部 22并朝该前缘 弧部 21的反方向拉动， 随后往该马桶坐垫 12后座部 122下压， 让该定位 单元 50定位在该马桶坐垫 12后座部 122，即完成该抛弃式马桶卫生坐垫的 铺设， 其状态如图 4、 5所示。
因此，本发明藉由该座垫环片 20的前缘弧部 21与该包覆片 30所界定 而成该包覆凹部 40结构设计作为初步定位之用， 随后拉动该座垫环片 20 往该马桶坐垫 12的后座部 122押下， 同时以拇指按压定位单元 50即完成 该抛弃式马桶卫生坐垫的铺设作业， 以达到使该抛弃式马桶卫生坐垫铺设 于马桶上更为简易的目的。
此外， 当本发明的抛弃式马桶卫生坐垫铺设在具有马桶坐垫 12的马桶 座 11上后， 由于该抛弃式马桶卫生坐垫具有一包覆该马桶坐垫 12前座部 121与马桶座 11前座部 111的包覆凹部 40， 因此， 用以界定出该包覆凹部 40的该包覆片 30同样包覆定位在该马桶坐垫 12前座部 121与马桶座 11 前座部 111， 据此， 该抛弃式马桶卫生坐垫在铺设后， 其包覆片 30不会任 意的移动， 更不会有被掀起、 凹折的情事发生， 因此得以隔绝如厕者的皮 肤、 裤子或裙子与该马桶坐垫 11的前座部 111接触、 或与该马桶座 12的 前座部 121外表面接触， 以真正解决如厕时的卫生清洁及细菌传染的问题。
参阅图 4、 7A所示， 本发明该抛弃式马桶卫生坐垫的该座垫环片 20是 由一用以贴靠在该马桶坐垫 12的防水层 25及一设于该防水层 25上且与皮 肤接触的表面层 26所构成； 其中该表面层 26可由纯木纸浆、 消毒后的再 生纸浆、 不织布、 薄纱， 且具透气、 吸水功能的材质构成， 此材质令使用 者在天热、 久坐、 臀部出汗的情况下也不会产生黏腻的感觉； 该防水层 25 则由聚氯乙烯 (PVC)膜、 聚乙烯 (PE)膜、 或防水胶具防水功能的材料构成， 毕竟要有防水功能， 才能阻绝原附于马桶座 11与马桶坐垫 12的病菌。 惟 其限制即该座垫环片 20与包覆片 30两者必须是同一性质的复合材质， 如 此才能减少制作时的困难， 因此， 参阅图 4、 7B所示， 该包覆片 30同样采 复合材料， 并由一用以贴靠在该马桶座 1 1的防水层 34及一设于该防水层 34上的表面层 35所构成， 且该包覆片 30的表面层 35同样可由纯木纸浆、 消毒后的再生纸浆、 不织布、 薄纱， 且具透气、 吸水功能的材质构成， 该 包覆片 30的防水层 34同样由聚氯乙烯膜、 聚乙烯膜、 或防水胶具防水功 能的材料构成。
参阅图 8A至 8C所示， 如上述本发明采复合式材料， 其制作成型方式 则取决于防水层的材质， 假设防水层是采用石化聚合物原料， 则其成型方 式即有三种（高周波、 热压缩模、 拷克)方式。 倘若防水层是采用不适合热 熔作业的防水胶涂料，那制作成型方式主要是采用图 8C弹性拷克皱缩一体 成型的方式制作， 而为一种相对简易、 有效的成型方式， 其制作方式， 是 取一片同时附有该座垫环片 20与该包覆片 30的材质，在该包覆片 30的下 弧缘 32设有一拷克线 33， 以用弹性拷克皱缩一体成型方式，其类似产品就 像抛弃式浴帽一样。
参阅图 9、 10所示， 该座垫环片 20的每相邻挡部 24所相接的断裂线 243一端接设有一辨识孔 244，亦即该辨识孔 244较该断裂线 243且邻近该 挡部 24内端缘 242，而该辨识孔 244距该内端缘 242约 2至 2、5毫米 (匪） ， 直径约为 3至 4毫米 (匪）， 该辨识孔 244方便使用者辨识断裂线 243的位 置， 让用户可自行选择各挡部 24的断裂位置， 倘用户不预先扯断， 当如厕 者乘坐时，亦会将各该挡部 24所相接的断裂线 243扯断，而使各该挡部 24 由该座垫环片 20的内环缘 23向下延伸。 附图标记列表

Claims

1、一种抛弃式马桶卫生坐垫，适用于铺设在具有马桶坐垫的马桶座上， 且该马桶坐垫的前、 后座部分别是对应该马桶座的前、 后座部， 其特征在 于： 所述抛弃式马桶卫生坐垫包含：
一座垫环片， 铺设在所述马桶坐垫上， 并具有一对应该马桶坐垫前座 部与马桶座前座部的前缘弧部、 及一对应该马桶坐垫后座部与马桶座后座 部的后缘弧部；
一包覆片， 设于所述座垫环片且面对该马桶座的前座部， 并具有一接 设于该坐垫环片前缘弧部的上弧缘、 及一反向于该上弧缘的下弧缘， 且该 下弧缘是位于该上弧缘所围成的范围之内；
一包覆凹部， 由所述座垫环片的前缘弧部与该包覆片所界定而成， 且 该包覆凹部对应该马桶坐垫前座部与马桶座前座部呈内缩状的凹槽， 以包 覆该马桶坐垫的前座部与马桶座的前座部；
一定位单元， 设于所述座垫环片的后缘弧部底面， 并可拆离地定位于 该马桶坐垫的后座部。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的抛弃式马桶卫生坐垫， 其特征在于： 所述座垫 环片是采复合材料， 并由一用以贴靠在该马桶坐垫的防水层及一设于该防 水层上的表面层所构成。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的抛弃式马桶卫生坐垫， 其特征在于： 所述座垫 环片的表面层可由纯木纸浆、 消毒后的再生纸浆、 不织布、 薄纱， 且具透 气、 吸水功能的材质构成， 该座垫环片的防水层则由聚氯乙烯膜、 聚乙烯 膜、 或防水胶具防水功能的材料构成。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的抛弃式马桶卫生坐垫， 其特征在于： 所述包覆 片是采复合材料， 并由一用以贴靠在该马桶座的防水层及一设于该防水层 上的表面层所构成。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的抛弃式马桶卫生坐垫， 其特征在于： 所述包覆 片的表面层可由纯木纸浆、 消毒后的再生纸浆、 不织布、 薄纱， 且具透气、 吸水功能的材质构成， 该包覆片的防水层则由聚氯乙烯膜、 聚乙烯膜、 或 防水胶具防水功能的材料构成。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的抛弃式马桶卫生坐垫， 其特征在于： 所述座垫 环片与该包覆片的成型方式， 可采用高周波两片成型方式， 或热压缩模一 体成型方式。
7、 如权利要求 1所述的抛弃式马桶卫生坐垫， 其特征在于： 所述包覆 片的下弧缘设有一拷克线， 以用弹性拷克皱缩一体成型方式。
8、 如权利要求 1所述的抛弃式马桶卫生坐垫， 其特征在于： 所述定位 单元为胶带。
9、 如权利要求 1所述的抛弃式马桶卫生坐垫， 其特征在于： 所述座垫 环片具有一内环缘， 该内环缘设有多个挡部， 各该挡部具有一连接该内环 缘的外端缘、 及一反向于该外端缘的内端缘， 且各该挡部的内端缘围成一 小于该马桶坐垫内缘孔的内圈， 又每相邻该挡部以一断裂线相接， 待该断 裂线断裂， 各该挡部则由该内环缘向下延伸。
10、 一种如权利要求 1所述的抛弃式马桶卫生坐垫的铺设方法， 其特 征在于： 铺设方法包含：
初步定位步骤： 将所述抛弃式马桶卫生坐垫的包覆凹部对应套置于该 马桶坐垫的前座部与该马桶座的前座部， 使所述抛弃式马桶卫生坐垫获得 初步定位；
拉动定位步骤： 握持所述座垫环片的后缘弧部并朝该前缘弧部的反方 向拉动， 随后往该马桶坐垫后座部下压， 让该定位单元定位在该马桶坐垫 后座部， 即完成该抛弃式马桶卫生坐垫的铺设。
