本发明的主要目的在于提供一种方便乘客出行并可提高地铁服务水平的 城市地铁交通智能服务控制方法及终端。

本发明中用户终端可以为羊机、 笔记本等移动终端, 还可以为与地铁智 能终端通过互联网连接的 PC台式机等, 以下各实施例以手机为例进行说明, 但并不限于此种情形。 其中, 用户可以指乘客, 以下各实施例以乘客为例进 行说明。
如图 1 所示, 本发明较佳实施例提出一种城市地铁交通智能服务控制方 法, 包括:

上述系统结合通讯运营商基站定位技术, 通过基站信号实现乘客手机的 准确定位。
乘客可以通过地铁智能终端的操作界面输入相应的操作指令。 本实施例 地铁智能终端通过上述智能信息化服务系统, 可以解决乘客购票及换乘指 S I 问题、 车站出入口及地面信息指引、 末班车及应急事件提醒、 快速打印发票、 票务政策查询等问题, 因此, 乘客的操作指令包括: 购票或乘车路线查询指 令、 车站出入口或地面信息指引指令、 末班车查询指令、 票务政 查询指令、 发票打印指令等。

上述站点出口指引系统通过点击当前站点, 触摸屏显示当前站点的三维 地图建筑物或商家或门面标识, 在地铁智能终端的地图显示屏幕上, 有地铁 出口处一定范围内的商家服务广告、 地铁出口与目的地的路径说明, 通过点 击三维地图建筑物或商家, 系统自动将上述详细指引信息发送至乘客手机, 有效减少了站务人员的咨询工作量, 加快了乘客疏导, 减少乘客滞留。 乘客 也可以将路径的短信说明发送给好友。
所述末班车智能提醒系统包括末班车信息查询, 建立与地铁运行图同步 的智能系统, 即时提醒乘客, 该末班车信息查询通过 DCC (地铁中心控制室) 当日运行时间的设定, 智能判断能否赶上末班车。
所述地铁运营紧急状况智能通告系统, 在地铁出现晚点或突发事件时, 所述地铁智能终端通过基站定位技术, 将应急提醒信息发送至地铁所在区段 的用户终端上, 实现对乘客的即时提醒和安全指引, 该功能将增强地铁运营 的应急处理能力, 尤其是在列车在区间发生故障时对滞留车厢内的乘客, 第 一时间进行信息通报、 安抚及安全指引, 将有效降低事件的负面影响, 也提 高了乘客突发事件的自救能力; 该项发明在地铁行业尚属首创, 在地铁运营 管理工作中, 是一项非常重大的创新实践。

本实施例的地铁智能终端的操作界面如图 5所示, 在终端主体 1的正面 设置操作面板, 整个操作面板为触摸式面板, 包括显示屏 2、 信号接收针 5、 各种 IC卡感应区 6、 插银联卡口 7、 打印票口 4, 通过触摸显示屏 2进入操作 界面。
如图 6、 7所示, 操作界面上显示站点显示框 3、 以及六个触控键, 其中 操作面板上设置的触控键分别为深圳概述键 200、 站站查询键 300、 深圳动态 键 100、 发票打印键 600、 电子地图键 400、 票务政策键 500。 本实施例地铁 智能终端通过上述智能信息化服务系统, 可以解决乘客购票及换乘指引问题、 车站出入口及地面信息指引、 末班车及应急事件提醒、 快速打印发票、 票务 政策查询等问题, 因此, 乘客的操作指令包括: 购票或乘车路线查询指令、 车站出入口或地面信息指引指令、 末班车查询指令、 票务政策查询指令、 发 票打印指令等, 其通过以下操作进行实现地铁乘客全方位智能信息化服务: 实施例一: 地铁智能终端上的电子智能服务信息系统可以为乘客提供乘 车线路查询、 路径指引、 购票查询功能, 用户可以通过地铁智能终端的触摸 屏进行操作。 现乘客需要购买车票及了解换乘指引路线, 先触摸站站查询键
300, 进入下一页面, 再输入出发站、 后输入到达站, 触摸车程查询, 页面显 示各车程信息, 进入下一页面输入手机号码, 点击确定, 信息短信即时发送 至手机, 乘客轻松地方便乘坐地铁。
实施例二: 现乘客需要出地铁站, 先触摸到页面的当前站点, 显示出当 前站点的三维地图的建筑物, 点击三维地图的建筑物, 再输入手机号码, 点 击确定后, 信息短信即时发送至手机, 乘客可直接从短信的信息知晓哪个出 口, 线路详细指引信息, 从而有效减少了站务人员的咨询工作量, 加快了乘 客疏导, 减少乘客滞留。
实施例三: 现乘客晚上加班晚或其他事情耽搁, 又想知道自己是否还能 做到地铁的末班车, 乘客查询时, 系统根据当时的列车运行时间, 智能计算 出行程时间, 如发现已超过末班车时间, 将及时提醒乘客, 或是否能赶上末 班车, 系统根据智能程序, 为乘客提供末班车免费信息提醒, 从细节上做好 乘客服务, 给乘客带来便利; 先点击末班车查询, 进入下一页面输入手机号 码, 点击确定, 信息短信即时发送至手机。
实施例四: 如乘客需要了解自己 IC卡的乘坐情况, 系统能快速为乘客打 印发票, 解决乘客车票问题, 按照打印发票车站为到达站的原则, 计算出发 站至到达站票价, 即打印当次乘车的发票, 先刷 IC卡, 画面显示选择记录并 打印, 点击打印, 页面显示打印成功, 打印票口 4快速出发票。 有效降低了 地铁站务人员的工作量, 减少了排队领票, 快速疏导人群。

3、在地铁突发事件时, 实现对乘客的即时提醒和指引, 该项功能的实现, 将增强运营应急处理能力, 尤其是在列车在区间发生故障时对滞留车厢内的 乘客的信息通报、 安抚及安全指引, 将有效降低事件的负面影响, 也提高了 乘客突发事件的自救能力;
4、 智能信息化系统终端其外观时尚大气、 安装方便、 占地小, 功能强大、 实用, 具有国际领先水平, 3D显示画面更加动感, 视觉、 听觉、 触觉全方位 一体化;
5、 能够有效的解决目前乘客服务中存在的难点和热点问题, 具有很强的 使用价值; 同时, 通过现代通信技术实现应急事件信息通报和指引的即时性、 精准性功能, 在地铁乘客安全管理方面实现实质性的突破。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种城市地铁交通智能服务控制方法, 其特征在于, ^括以下步骤: 地铁智能终端接收用户的操作指令;
根据所述操作指令, 获取相应的地铁服务信息;
将所述相应的地铁服务信息发送至与所述地铁智能终端网络连接的用户 终端。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述将相应的地铁服务信 息发送至与所述地铁智能终端网络连接的用户终端的步骤具体包括:
通过用户输入的方式获取用户的终端号码; 或者, 通过与用户终端绑定 的交通 IC卡获取用户的终端号码;
将所述相应的地铁服务信息以短信方式发送至所述用户的终端号码。
3、根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据操作指令, 获取 相应的地铁服务信息的步骤包括:
当所述操作指令为购票或乘车路线查询指令时, 根据用户选择的出发站 点和到达站点, 进行车程查询; 将查询的车程信息显示在所述地铁智能终端 的显示页面上。
4、根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据操作指令, 获取 相应的地铁服务信息的步骤包括:
当所述操作指令为车站出入口或地面信息指引指令时, 根据用户输入的 当前站点, 显示当前站点的三维地图建筑物或门面标识, 通过点击三维地图 建筑物或门面标识, 获取详细的车站出入口或地面指引信息。
5、根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据操作指令, 获取 相应的地铁服务信息的步骤包括:
当所述操作指令为末班车查询指令时, 根据用户的查询指令及当前列车 运行时间, 计算行程时间, 根据行程时间获取末班车时间, 并提示给用户。
6、根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据操作指令, 获取 相应的地铁服务信息的步骤包^: ' '
当所述操作指令为票务政策查询指令时, 根据用户输入的查询关键字, 查询对应的票务政策信息, 并显示在所述地铁智能终端的显示页面上。
7、 根据权利要求 1-6中任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括: 当列车晚点或地铁突发紧急事件时, 所述地铁智能终端通过基站定位技 术, 将应急提醒信息发送至地铁所在区段的用户终端上。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括:
接收用户输入的发票打印指令时,通过用户刷卡操作读取交通 IC卡中的 ID信息;
根据所述 ID信息计算当次出发站点至达到站点的票价, 并在显示页面 上显示当次乘车记录和乘车金额;
通过打印机打印包含所述乘车记录和乘车金额的发票并输出。
9、 根据权利要求 2 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 将所述用户终端与交通 IC卡绑定的步骤包括:
读取交通 IC卡的 ID信息;
接收用户输入的终端号码;
向用户终端发送与所述 ID信息绑定的第一验证码;
接收用户通过所述用户终端输入的第二验证码, 当所述第二验证码与第 一验证码一致时, 所述用户终端与交通 IC卡绑定成功, 否则, 绑定失败。
10、 一种城市地铁交通智能服务控制的终端, 其特征在于, 包括: 接收模块 , 用于接收用户的操作指令;
获取模块, 用于根据所述操作指令, 获取相应的地铁服务信息; 发送模块, 用于将所述相应的地铁服务信息发送至与所述地铁智能终端 网络连接的用户终端。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述发送模块包括: 获取单元, 用于通过用户 r义的方式获取用户的终端号码; 或者, 通过 与用户终端绑定的交通 ic卡获取用户的终端号码;
发送单元, 用于将所述相应的地铁服务信息以短信方式发送至所述用户 的终端号码。
12、根据权利要求 11所述的终端,其特征在于,所述获取模块具体用于: 当所述操作指令为购票或乘车路线查询指令时, 根据用户选择的出发站 点和到达站点, 进行车程查询; 将查询的车程信息显示在所述地铁智能终端 的显示页面上。
13、根据权利要求 11所述的终端,其特征在于,所述获取模块具体用于: 当所述操作指令为车站出入口或地面信息指引指令时, 根据用户输入的 当前站点, 显示当前站点的三维地图建筑物或门面标识, 通过点击三维地图 建筑物或门面标识, 获取详细的车站出入口或地面指引信息。
14、根据权利要求 11所述的终端,其特征在于,所述获取模块具体用于: 当所述操作指令为末班车查询指令时, 根据用户的查询指令及当前列车 运行时间, 计算行程时间, 根据行程时间获取末班车时间, 并提示给用户。
15、根据权利要求 11所述的终端,其特征在于,所述获取模块具体用于: 当所述操作指令为票务政策查询指令时, 根据用户输入的查询关键字, 查询对应的票务政策信息 , 并显示在所述地铁智能终端的显示页面上。
16、 根据权利要求 10-15中任一项所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述发送 模块还用于当列车晚点或地铁突发紧急事件肘, 所述地铁智能终端通过基站 定位技术, 将应急提醒信息发送至地铁所在区段的用户终端上。
17、 根据权利要求 16所述的终端,'其特征在于, 还包括打印模块; 所述接收模块, 还用于接收用户输入的发票打印指令时, 通过用户刷卡 操作读取交通 IC卡中的 ID信息;
所述获取模块, 还用于根据所迷 ID信息计算当次出发站点至达到站点 的票价, 并在显示页面上显示当次乘车记录和乘车金额;
所述打印模块, 用于通过打印机打印包含所述乘车记录和乘车金额的发 票并输出。
18、根据权利要求 11所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述获取单元还用于读 取交通 IC卡的 ID信息; 接收用户输入的终端号码; 向用户终端发送与所述 ID信息绑定的第一验证码; 接收用户通过所述用户终端输入的第二验证码, 当所述第二验证码与第一验证码一致时, 所述 户终端与交通 IC卡绑定成 功, 否则, 绑定失败。
19、根据权利要求 17所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述用户终端包括: 手 机、 笔记本或 PC台式机。
20、根据权利要求 19所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述地铁智能终端的显 示屏为触摸屏。
