1、 增加后续清洗的时间, 影响产能的提高;
2、 玻璃碎屑会造成液晶面板的线路划伤、 端子划伤、 短路、 断路等问题;
3、 玻璃碎屑被人体吸入后, 会造成肺部伤害, 长久会导致肺癌;
4、 玻璃碎屑等异物落入工件中, 易造成产品不良; 5、 玻璃碎屑等异物落入机台, 易造成机构卡死或机构磨损较快。 为了解决玻璃碎屑问题, 现有技术提出了一种如图 3 所示的技术方案, 该 技术方案在刀轮行进方向后面架设一个吸盘以吸附产生的玻璃碎屑, 可以在切 割的过程中实时吸附玻璃碎屑。 但是, 由于玻璃碎屑会向刀轮四周分散, 该方 案仅可以吸附刀轮行进方向的后方的部分玻璃碎屑, 对其他方向的玻璃碎屑难 以实现吸附。

【发明内容】

优选的, 所述切割机构的碎屑收集装置包括多个不同尺寸的所述碎屑收集 罩, 可根据切割机构的运动局限性或者原切割机台的空间进行更换, 扩大本装 置的适用范围。
优选的, 所述碎屑收集罩的罩口呈圓形, 此为一种碎屑收集罩的具体结构 形式, 圓形吸口在四周产生的吸气气流比较均匀, 避免部分区域由于气流过小 无法收集碎屑。
一种 LCD面板切割碎屑吸除装置, 包括碎屑收集罩和用于跟抽吸装置连接 的抽吸喷头, 所述碎屑收集罩包括用于环绕固定在所述切割机构的刀轮上方的 的连接部, 所述碎屑收集罩上设有跟所述抽吸喷头连通的通孔。
本发明采用了碎屑收集罩, 碎屑收集罩连接部环绕固定在切割机构上, 其 吸口贴近所要切割的工件表面, 这样就在切割机构和工件之间形成了一个几乎 全封闭的狭小空间, 然后再在碎屑收集罩的侧壁上连接抽吸喷头。 在抽吸喷头 工作时候, 产生吸气气流, 气流沿切割机构的四周从收集罩的吸口进入收集罩 内进而进入抽吸喷头, 由于所述半封闭的狭小空间对气流的减弱能力有限, 只 要气流流速适当, 就能将切割机构加工时散落在周边的碎屑全部带入碎屑收集 罩, 对切割机构周边的碎屑实现全方位的高效回收。 可见, 本发明能将切割过 程中产生的碎屑及时清除, 可以降低因碎屑产生的相关缺陷, 如线路划伤、 端 子划伤、 短路、 断路等。 因而可以提升产品良率及品质, 同时可以减少后续清 洗制程的时间。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图和较佳的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。 一种切割机构的碎屑收集装置, 包括碎屑收集罩和用于跟抽吸装置连接的 抽吸喷头, 所述碎屑收集罩包括用于环绕固定在所述切割机构上的连接部, 所 述碎屑收集罩上设有跟所述抽吸喷头 1连通的通孔。 下面以 LCD切割碎屑吸收 装置为例, 进一步阐释本发明构思。
如图 5所示, 一种 LCD面板切割碎屑吸除装置, 包括碎屑收集罩 14和用 于跟抽吸装置连接的抽吸喷头 1 , 所述碎屑收集罩 14包括用于环绕固定在所述 切割机构的刀轮 21上方的的连接部 16, 所述碎屑收集罩 14上设有跟所述抽吸 喷头 1连通的通孔 15。
所述切割机构 2包括刀轮 21和固定刀轮 21的刀轮固定装置 22, 所述刀轮 21的上方固定有收集罩 14, 收集罩 14有多个尺寸可供更换; 所述收集罩 14的 连接部 16可活动地环绕固定在所述刀轮固定装置 22上, 即收集罩 14的高度可 调; 收集罩 14的圓形吸口面对并贴近加工工件, 但是碎屑收集罩 14的水平位 置高于刀轮 21的下边缘的位置; 收集罩 14的圓形吸口和连接部 16之间形成侧 壁,侧壁上开有通孔 15;收集罩 14还设有防止碎屑重新掉落到工件表面的凹槽; 收集罩 14采用非导电材质。
所述刀轮 21的一侧设有抽吸喷头 1 , 抽吸喷头 1的抽吸喷头 1跟所述收集 罩 14的通孔 15连接, 另外一端通过能吸附碎屑的碎屑吸附管路 4连接到抽吸 装置; 碎屑吸附管路 4包括用于将碎屑从气流中分离出来的分离器 5, 该分离器 包括跟所述抽吸喷头 1连接的膨大的分离空腔 52,以及位于分离空腔 52下方凹 陷的碎屑收集仓 51 ,碎屑收集仓 51可以从抽吸装置拆卸下来。 所述抽吸装置包 括可用于调节气流流速的调速器(图中未示出)。
所述切割机构 2的碎屑收集装置还包括固定切割机构 2的固定装置 3 ,所述 固定装置 3包括固定所述抽吸喷头 1的固定器 31 ,固定器 31可以在所述固定装 置 3上水平移动, 并且该固定器 31的长度可调。
工作时, 先将切割结构固定到固定装置 3 上, 然后选用合适尺寸的收集罩 14, 调整收集罩 14和工件之间的高度后固定到刀轮固定装置 22上, 为了保证 气密性, 最好在固定处周围做密封处理; 将抽吸喷头 1固定到固定器 31上, 调 整固定器 31 , 将抽吸喷头 1的抽吸喷头 1对准收集罩 14的通孔 15 , 当然, 最 好是嵌入通孔 15内, 并做好密封处理; 安装碎屑吸附管路 4, 将抽吸喷头 1连 接到抽吸装置。 连接好所以部件后, 进行切割作业, 同时开启抽吸装置, 产生 吸气气流, 气流沿切割机构 2的四周从收集罩 14的吸口进入收集罩 14内进而 进入抽吸喷头 1 ,由于收集罩 14跟环绕切割机构 2形成一个半封闭的狭小空间, 对抽吸喷头 1 的抽气气流的减弱能力有限, 只要气流流速适当, 就能将切割机 构 2加工时散落在周边的碎屑全部带入碎屑收集罩 14, 对切割机构 2周边的碎 屑实现全方位的高效回收。 可见, 本发明能将切割过程中产生的碎屑及时清除, 可以降低因碎屑产生的相关缺陷, 如线路划伤、 端子划伤、 短路、 断路等。 因 而可以提升产品良率及品质, 同时可以减少后续清洗制程的时间。
以上内容是结合具体的优选实施方式对本发明所作的进一步详细说明, 本 发明并不局限于刀轮 21切割的方式, 还可适用于直接用刀头 (如合金刀头、 金 刚石刀头等) 的切割方式。 本发明适用于 LCD切割领域, 以及其他在切割过程 中会产生碎屑的场合。 对于本发明所属技术领域的普通技术人员来说, 在不脱 离本发明构思的前提下, 还可以做出若干筒单推演或替换, 都应当视为属于本 发明的保护范围。

Claims

权利要求
1、 一种切割机构的碎屑收集装置, 包括: 碎屑收集罩, 和用于跟抽吸 装置连接的抽吸喷头; 所述碎屑收集罩包括用于环绕固定在所述切割机构 上的连接部, 所述碎屑收集罩上设有跟所述抽吸喷头连通的通孔。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的一种切割机构的碎屑收集装置, 其特征在于, 所述切割机构的碎屑收集装置还包括能吸附碎屑的碎屑吸附管路, 所述抽 吸喷头通过所述碎屑吸附管路与所述抽吸装置连接。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的一种切割机构的碎屑收集装置, 其特征在于, 所述碎屑吸附管路还包括用于将碎屑从气流中分离出来的分离器。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的一种切割机构的碎屑收集装置, 其特征在于, 所述分离器包括跟所述抽吸喷头连接的膨大的分离空腔, 以及位于分离空 腔下方凹陷的碎屑收集仓。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的一种切割机构的碎屑收集装置, 其特征在于, 所述碎屑收集仓可拆卸地安装在所述分离空腔上。
6、 如权利要求 2所述的一种切割机构的碎屑收集装置, 其特征在于, 所述切割机构的碎屑收集装置还包括固定切割机构的固定装置, 所述固定 装置包括固定所述碎屑吸附管路的固定器。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的一种切割机构的碎屑收集装置, 其特征在于, 所述固定器可以在所述固定装置上水平移动,并且所述固定器的长度可调。
8、 如权利要求 1所述的一种切割机构的碎屑收集装置, 其特征在于, 所述抽吸装置包括可用于调节气流流速的调速器。
9、 如权利要求 1所述的一种切割机构的碎屑收集装置, 其特征在于, 所述切割机构包括刀轮,所述碎屑收集罩的连接部固定在所述刀轮的上方, 其所述碎屑收集罩的罩口的位置高于所述刀轮的下边缘的位置。
10、 如权利要求 1所述的一种切割机构的碎屑收集装置, 其特征在于, 所述碎屑收集罩采用非导电材质。
11、 如权利要求 1所述的一种切割机构的碎屑收集装置, 其特征在于, 所述碎屑收集罩内部有 槽。
12、 如权利要求 1所述的一种切割机构的碎屑收集装置, 其特征在于, 所述碎屑收集罩的连接部上设有用在所述切割机构上调节固定位置的调节 器。
13、 如权利要求 1所述的一种切割机构的碎屑收集装置, 其特征在于, 所述碎屑收集罩与所述切割机构和所述抽吸喷头的抽吸喷头密封连接。
14、 如权利要求 1所述的一种切割机构的碎屑收集装置, 其特征在于, 所述切割机构的碎屑收集装置包括多个不同尺寸的所述碎屑收集罩。
15、 如权利要求 1所述的一种切割机构的碎屑收集装置, 其特征在于, 所述碎屑收集罩的罩口呈圓形。
16、 一种 LCD面板切割碎屑吸除装置, 包括: 碎屑收集罩, 和用于跟 抽吸装置连接的抽吸喷头; 所述碎屑收集罩包括用于环绕固定在所述切割 机构的刀轮上方的的连接部, 所述碎屑收集罩上设有跟所述抽吸喷头连通 的通孔。
