Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明が好適に適用されるハイブリッド車両10の駆動系統の骨子図を含む概略構成図である。このハイブリッド車両10は、気筒内に燃料を直接噴射する直噴エンジン12と、電動モータおよび発電機として機能するモータジェネレータMGとを走行用の駆動力源として備えている。そして、それ等の直噴エンジン12およびモータジェネレータMGの出力は、流体式伝動装置であるトルクコンバータ14からタービン軸16、C1クラッチ18を経て自動変速機20に伝達され、更に出力軸22、差動歯車装置24を介して左右の駆動輪26に伝達される。トルクコンバータ14は、ポンプ翼車とタービン翼車とを直結するロックアップクラッチ(L/Uクラッチ)30を備えているとともに、ポンプ翼車にはオイルポンプ32が一体的に接続されており、直噴エンジン12やモータジェネレータMGによって機械的に回転駆動されるようになっている。モータジェネレータMGは回転機に相当する。
Claims (4)
- 気筒内に燃料を直接噴射する直噴エンジンと、
該直噴エンジンを動力伝達経路に対して断接するクラッチと、
少なくとも電動モータとして機能する回転機と、
を有し、前記直噴エンジンおよび前記回転機を同時にまたは別々に駆動力源として用いて走行できるとともに、該直噴エンジンの停止時に何れかの気筒内に燃料を噴射して点火することにより該直噴エンジンを始動する着火始動が可能なハイブリッド車両において、
前記直噴エンジンを着火始動した後に前記クラッチを接続する際に、エンジン回転速度が該クラッチを挟んだ動力伝達経路側回転速度に近付くに従ってエンジントルクが低下するように、該エンジン回転速度と該動力伝達経路側回転速度との速度差に基づいて、該速度差が小さい場合は該速度差が大きい場合に比べて該エンジントルクを低下させる
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両のエンジン始動時制御装置。 - 前記エンジントルクを前記速度差に応じて低下させることができない場合、前記クラッチの係合トルクで前記直噴エンジンの吹き上がりを抑制する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両のエンジン始動時制御装置。 - 前記エンジントルクを前記速度差に応じて低下させることができない場合、前記直噴エンジンの筒内空気量がスロットル弁開度に応じて定まる安定状態となるまで前記クラッチの接続を待機する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両のエンジン始動時制御装置。 - 前記直噴エンジンを着火始動した後に前記クラッチを接続する際に、エンジン回転速度が該クラッチを挟んだ動力伝達経路側回転速度に近付くに従ってエンジントルクが低下し、前記速度差が0になったら前記エンジン回転速度が一定に維持されるように、該速度差に応じて前記エンジントルクを低下させる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両のエンジン始動時制御装置。
