进一步, 据本发明的另一实施例, 如图 2C所示, 可以在第二门 板 14的端部的第二翻边 17上固定设置突出的密封条档 18,该密封条档 18设置在与压缩弹性体 15相对的位置上, 通过设置该突出的密封条档 18, 可以进一步的提高在第一门板 13和第二门板 14关闭时, 对压缩弹 性体 15的压力 ,以使得第一门板 13和第二门板 14之间的密封更加严密。 具体地,该密封条挡 18为具有一定厚度的条状材料,通过螺钉和螺母安 装在第二翻边 17的螺孔上, 当第一门板 13和第二门板 14闭合时, 密封 条挡 18抵靠在压缩弹性体 15上。通过更换不同厚度的密封条挡 18或者 在密封条挡 18与第二翻边 17之间增加或者减少垫片, 可以使得密封条 挡 18朝向压缩弹性体 15或者远离压缩弹性体 15运动,以调节压缩弹性 体 15的压缩量。 当然, 密封条挡 18还可以有其他的实现方式, 只要能 调节压缩弹性体 15的压缩量即可。
密封条档 18可以由非金属材料制成,比如橡胶、尼龙或树脂等材质, 以减少与压缩弹性体 15之间的摩擦, 延长压缩弹性体 15的使用寿命。 另外如图 2D所示, ^居本发明的另一实施例, 压缩弹性体 15的外侧包 裹有由耐磨材料制成的密封条 19, 此时, 当第一门板 13和第二门板 14 闭合时, 密封条挡 18抵靠在包裹在压缩弹性体 15外侧的密封条 19上, 这样可以进一步延长压缩弹性体 15的使用寿命。
另外, 如图 3A和图 3B所示, 据本发明的另一实施例, 不在第一 门板 13和第二门板 14的端部设置翻边,而是在第一门板 13和第二门板 14上设置支撑部件, 即在第一门板 13上固定设置第一支撑部件 20, 在 第二门板 14上固定设置第二支撑部件 21。第一支撑部件 20用于将压缩 弹性体 15固定在所述第一门板 13的端部外侧。 具体地, 第一支撑部件 20包括垂直设置的第一连接板 201和第一密封板 202, 第一连接板 201 固定设置在第一门板 13上。 第一支撑部件 20可以是金属材料, 其中第 一连接板 201可以焊接在第一门板 13上。 可以理解地, 第一连接板 201 和第一密封板 202之间还可以成斜角设置, 例如第一密封板 202可以向第 二门板 14倾斜以进一步压缩上 缩弹性体 15, 增强密封«。
第二支撑部件 21 包括垂直设置的第二连接板 211 和第二密封板 212,第二密封板 212与压缩弹性体 15相对设置, 当第一门板 13和第二 门板 14闭合时, 第二密封板 212抵靠在压缩弹性体 15上。 第二连接板 211固定设置在第二门板 14上, 优选的可以采取焊接的方式固定。 可以 理解地, 第二连接板 211和第二密封板 212之间还可以成斜角设置, 例如 第二密封板 212可以向压缩弹性体 15倾斜以增加压缩量, 增强密封效果。 如图 3A所示,可以在第二支撑部件 20的第二密封板 212上设置突 出的密封条档 18, 该密封条档 18与压缩弹性体 15相对设置, 当第一门 板 13和第二门板 14闭合时, 密封条档 18抵靠在压缩弹性体 15上。 该 密封条档 18的具体结构和材料与上述实施例相同, 在此不再赞述。
对于使用第一支撑部件 20将压缩弹性体 15固定在所述第一门板 13 的端部外侧, 可以通过两种方式实现。 在第一种方式中, 如图 3A所示, 压缩弹性体 15直接固定设置在第一密封板 202外侧,具体地可以采取铆 接的方式固定。 在图 3A所示的实施例中, 压缩弹性体 15的外侧还可以 包裹有耐磨材料密封条, 以提高压缩弹性体 15的耐磨性能, 当第一门板 13和第二门板 14闭合时, 密封条档 18抵靠在压缩弹性体 15外侧的耐 磨材料密封条上。
在第二种方式中, 如图 3B所示,, 压缩弹性体 15外包裹有带状的 耐磨材料制成的密封条 19。 具体的, 带状的密封条 19的两侧边夹持在 第一连接板 201与所述第一门板 13之间,且上述的带状的耐磨材料制成 的密封条 19将压缩弹性体 15包裹在所述第一支撑部 20的第一密封板 202外侧。 当第一门板 13和第二门板 14闭合时, 密封条档 18抵靠在压 缩弹性体 15外侧的带状密封条 19上, 因此进一步提高了压缩弹性体 15 的耐磨性能, 并延长了压缩弹性体 15的使用寿命。
相对于在第一门板的端部和第二门板的端部设置翻边以固定压缩弹 性体的技术方案, 这种通过第一支撑部件和第二支撑部件将压缩弹性体 固定在第一门板和第二门板之间的技术方案 , 对第一门板和第二门板的 改动较小, 第一门板和第二门板在制作过程中不需要压型, 可以降低模 具成本。
本发明上述各个实施例中, 为方便说明, 都是在第一门板上设置压 缩弹性体, 可以理解地, 同样可以在第二门板的端部设置压缩弹性体, 而对第一门板作相应的改进, 以实现第一门板和第二门板之间的密封性

本发明还提供了一种漏斗车 , 该漏斗车包括车厢体和上述的车辆卸 货门, 其中的车辆卸货门固定设置在上述车厢体的底部。 具体地, 车辆 卸货门的两个门轴铰接在上述车厢体的底部。
本发明上述各个实施例中 , 通过在车辆卸货门的第一门板和第二门 板之间设置弹性压缩体实现密封功能, 相对于现有技术中采用搭接的方 式对卸货门进行密封 , 不仅省略了用于控制第一门板和第二门板关闭顺 序的控制部件, 使得结构简单, 同时还能够提高密封性能。 以上所述仅是本发明的示例性的实施方式, 应当指出, 对于本技术 领域的普通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明原理的前提下, 还可以做出 若干改进和润饰。 本发明的保护范围以后附的权利要求为准。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、一种车辆卸货门, 包括位于两侧的第一门轴和第二门轴, 所述第 一门轴上枢接有第一门板, 所述第二门轴上枢接有第二门板, 当所述车 辆卸货门关闭时, 所述第一门板与所述第二门板对合, 其特征在于, 所 述第一门板上 , 靠近所述第二门板一侧的端部外侧固定设置有压缩弹性 体, 当所述车辆卸货门关闭时, 所述压缩弹性体密封所述第一门板和所 述第二门板之间的缝隙。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的车辆卸货门, 其特征在于, 所述压缩弹性 体为中空管状的弹性体。
3、根据权利要求 1或 2所述的车辆卸货门, 其特征在于, 所述压缩 弹性体外包裹有密封条。
4、根据权利要求 1或 2所述的车辆卸货门, 其特征在于, 所述第一 门板的端部和所述第二门板的端部分别设置有第一翻边和第二翻边, 所 述压缩弹性体设置在所述第一门板的端部的第一翻边上。
5、根据权利要求 4所述的车辆卸货门, 其特征在于, 所述第二门板 的端部的第二翻边上固定设置有突出的密封条档 , 所述密封条档与所述 压缩弹性体相对设置, 当所述车辆卸货门处于关闭状态时, 所述密封条 档抵靠所述压缩弹性体。
6、根据权利要求 1或 2所述的车辆卸货门, 其特征在于, 还包括第 一支撑部件和第二支撑部件, 所述第一支撑部件固定设置在所述第一门 板上, 用于将所述压缩弹性体固定在所述第一门板的端部外侧, 所述第 二支撑部件包括垂直设置的第二连接板和第二密封板, 所述第二密封板 与所述压缩弹性体相对设置 , 所述第二连接板固定设置在所述第二门板 上, 当所述车辆卸货门关闭时, 所述第二密封板抵靠所述压缩弹性体。
7、根据权利要求 6所述的车辆卸货门, 其特征在于, 所述第二支撑 部件的第二密封板上设置有突出的密封条档, 所述密封条档与所述压缩 弹性体相对设置, 当所述车辆卸货门关闭时, 所述密封条档抵靠所述压 缩弹性体。
8、根据权利要求 6所述的车辆卸货门, 其特征在于, 所述第一支撑 部件包括垂直设置的第一连接板和第一密封板, 所述第一连接板固定设 置在所述第一门板上 ,所述压缩弹性体固定设置在所述第一密封板外侧。
9、根据权利要求 6所述的车辆卸货门, 其特征在于, 所述第一支撑 部包括垂直设置的第一连接板和第一密封板, 所述第一连接板与所述第 一门板固定连接, 所述压缩弹性体外包裹有带状的密封条, 所述带状的 密封条的两侧边夹持在所述第一连接板与所述第一门板之间 , 所述带状 的密封条将所述压缩弹性体包裹在所述第一支撑部的第一密封板外侧。
10、 一种漏斗车, 其特征在于, 包括车厢体以及权利要求 1-9任一 所述的车辆卸货门, 所述车辆卸货门固定设置在所述车厢体的底部。
