Abstract
Disclosed are a hopper car body and a hopper car for railway coal transportation, comprising a chassis assembly (11), a touch-type bottom door opening and closing mechanism (12), a first side wall assembly (131), a second side wall assembly (132), a hopper assembly (14), a support bar assembly (15), a first end wall assembly (161), and a second end wall assembly (162); the touch-type bottom door opening and closing mechanism (12) is arranged at the bottom of the chassis assembly (11); the first side wall assembly (131) and the second side wall assembly (132) are arranged respectively on the two side edges of the chassis assembly (11); one end of the support bar assembly (15) is connected to the first side wall assembly (131), and the other end of the stay bar assembly (15) is connected to the second side wall assembly (132); the first end wall assembly (161) and the second end wall assembly (162) are arranged respectively at two ends of the chassis assembly (11); adjacent ones of the first side wall assembly (131), the second side wall assembly (132), the first end wall assembly (161) and the second end wall assembly (162) are connected to each other, so that a receiving chamber is formed; and the hopper assembly (14) is arranged in the receiving chamber. HOPPER CAR BODY AND HOPPER CAR FOR RAILWAY COAL
TRANSPORTATION
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
[0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of railway wagon manufacturing, and in particular to a hopper car body and a hopper car for railway coal transportation.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0002] At present, a railway hopper car has a bottom door longitudinally arranged along both sides of a centre sill of a chassis to unload cargoes onto both sides of a rail, and a top-locking bottom door opening and closing mechanism is adopted, and a pneumatic device and manual device for controlling an opening and closing of the bottom door are provided at an end of an upper portion of the chassis of the car. Therefore, upon unloading, the manual device or the pneumatic device needs to be manually operated to open or close the bottom door to unload the cargoes in single car, so that a unloading operation is complex and a unloading speed is slow.
[0003] In addition, an existing hopper car body adopts an air-controlled bottom door opening and closing mechanism, thereby requiring a set of air control system and driving air cylinder whose structure is complex, such that a dead weight of the car body is increased, and the manufacturing and operating costs thereof are higher.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0004] The present invention provides a hopper car body and a hopper car for railway coal transportation so as to solve the technical problems of large dead weight of the hopper car body and complex unloading operation in the prior art.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS
[0045] Embodiments of the present invention provide a hopper car body and a hopper car for railway coal transportation so as to solve the technical problems of large dead weight of a hopper car body and complex unloading operation in the prior art.
[0046] In order to make the purposes, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more clearly, the technical solutions according to embodiments of present invention will be further described in detail below in combination with the drawings. It is obvious that, the embodiments described in the disclosure are merely a part, but not all, of the embodiments of the present invention. [0047] An embodiment of the present invention provides a hopper car body for railway coal transportation, as shown in Fig.l, the car body includes a chassis assembly 11, a touch-type bottom door opening and closing mechanism 12, a first side wall assembly 131, a second side wall assembly 132, a hopper assembly 14 (seen in Fig. 6), a support bar assembly 15, a first end wall assembly 161 and a second end wall assembly 162. The touch-type bottom door opening and closing mechanism 12 is disposed at the bottom of the chassis assembly 11. One end of the support bar assembly 15 is connected to the first side wall assembly 131, and the other end of the support bar assembly 15 is connected to the second side wall assembly 132. With the support bar assembly 15 disposed between the first side wall assembly 131 and the second side wall assembly 132, an outward expansion of the car body after cargoes being unloaded can be prevented. The first end wall assembly 161 and the second end wall assembly 162 are respectively disposed at two ends of the chassis assembly 11, and a side wall assembly and an end wall assembly among the first side wall assembly 131, the second side wall assembly 132, the first end wall assembly 161 and the second end wall assembly 162, which are adjacent, are welded to each other. A hopper car body for railway coal transportation, comprising a chassis assembly, a touch-type bottom door opening and closing mechanism, a first side wall assembly, a second side wall assembly, a hopper assembly, a support bar assembly, a first end wall assembly and a second end wall assembly; the touch-type bottom door opening and closing mechanism is disposed at the bottom of the chassis assembly; the first side wall assembly and the second side wall assembly are respectively disposed at two side edges of the chassis assembly; one end of the support bar assembly is connected to the first side wall assembly, and the other end of the support bar assembly is connected to the second side wall assembly; the first end wall assembly and the second end wall assembly are respectively disposed at two ends of the chassis assembly, and a side wall assembly and an end wall assembly which are adjacent among the first side wall assembly, the second side wall assembly, the first end wall assembly and the second end wall assembly, are connected to each other, forming an accommodating cavity; and the hopper assembly is disposed within the accommodating cavity.
2. The hopper car body for railway coal transportation of claim 1, wherein the chassis assembly comprises a draft sill, a centre sill, two side sills and two end sills; the two side sills are respectively disposed on both sides of the draft sill; the two end sills are respectively disposed at two ends of the draft sill; and the centre sill is disposed at the middle of the draft sill along a direction of a side edge of the draft sill.

The hopper car body for railway coal transportation of claim 1, wherein the touch-type bottom door opening and closing mechanism comprises a touch arm mechanism, a transverse transmission shaft mechanism, a gearbox, a longitudinal transmission shaft mechanism, a first bottom door mechanism, a second bottom door mechanism, a first connecting rod mechanism, a second connecting rod mechanism, a transverse transmission shaft hanging seat, a longitudinal transmission shaft hanging seat and a gearbox hanging seat; the transverse transmission shaft mechanism is fixedly connected to the touch arm mechanism; an input shaft of the gearbox is connected to the transverse transmission shaft mechanism; an output shaft of the gearbox is connected to the longitudinal transmission shaft mechanism; the first bottom door mechanism and the second bottom door mechanism are respectively disposed at two sides of the longitudinal transmission shaft mechanism, and the first bottom door mechanism is hinged to the longitudinal transmission shaft mechanism through the first connecting rod mechanism, and the second bottom door mechanism is hinged to the longitudinal transmission shaft mechanism through the second connecting rod mechanism; the transverse transmission shaft hanging seat is hinged to the transverse transmission shaft mechanism; the longitudinal transmission shaft hanging seat is hinged to the longitudinal transmission shaft mechanism; and the gearbox hanging seat is fixedly connected to the gearbox.
4. The hopper car body for railway coal transportation of claim 3, wherein the touch-type bottom door opening and closing mechanism further comprises elastic blocks and pre-tightening springs; and the first bottom door mechanism and the second bottom door mechanism are all provided with the elastic blocks and the pre-tightening springs.
5. The hopper car body for railway coal transportation of claim 3, wherein the touch-type bottom door opening and closing mechanism further comprises a secondary locking mechanism; and the secondary locking mechanism is provided on the touch arm mechanism.
6. The hopper car body for railway coal transportation of claim 1, wherein the first side wall assembly and the second side wall assembly are side wall assembles with external side columns.
7. The hopper car body for railway coal transportation of claim 6, wherein the side wall assembly with the external side columns comprises an upper end sill, a side wall board and the side columns; the upper end sill is disposed on a side edge at an upper part of the side wall board; and the side columns are disposed outside of the side wall board.
8. The hopper car body for railway coal transportation of claim 1, wherein the hopper assembly comprises upper hopper ridges and lower hopper ridges; and the upper hopper ridges and the lower hopper ridges are connected in a interlaced manner.
9. A hopper car for railway coal transportation, comprising a pneumatic braking device, chassis accessories, a coupler and draft gear, a bogie, a manual braking device and the hopper car body for railway coal transportation of any one of claims 1-8; and the pneumatic braking device, the chassis accessories, the coupler and draft gear, the bogie and the manual braking device are all provided on the hopper car body for railway coal transportation.
