  • the sheets 200 may be made using any material but more preferably made of metal, for example made of steel.
  • the sheets 200 are generally quite thin, for example they may have a thickness between 0.1 mm and 2 mm.
  • the sheets 200 also have a quite small dimension in the direction of advancement A, preferably lower a 300 mm, so as to reduce the frictions that are created between them and the lateral edges of the layer M of powder material that slides towards the compacting station 115 to the maximum.

L'invention porte sur un dispositif (100) pour traiter une couche (M) de matériau en poudre, lequel dispositif comprend une surface de transport pouvant coulisser (106) apte à supporter et à faire avancer la couche (M) de matériau en poudre, une station de compactage (115) apte à compacter la couche (M) de matériau en poudre tandis qu'elle avance sur la surface de transport (106), et des moyens (200) pour ajuster les bords latéraux de la couche (M) de matériau en poudre en amont de la station de compactage (115).
