Abstract

리튬 이차전지용 양극 활물질, 그의 제조방법 및 그를 포함하는 리튬이차전지에 관한 것으로, 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 리튬 금속 복합산화물 코어; 및 상기 리튬 금속 복합산화물 코어의 외각에 위치하고 불소 화합물을 함유하는 코팅층을 포함하는, 리튬 이차전지용 양극 활물질을 제공한다. [화학식 1] LiwNixCoyMn1-x-y-zMzO2 상기 화학식 1에서, 1.2≤w≤1.5, 0<x<1, 0≤y<1, 0.5≤1-x-y-z, M은 Al, Mg, Fe, Cu, Zn, Cr, Ag, Ca, Na, K, In, Ga, Ge, V, Mo, Nb, Si, Ti 및 Zr으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1 종 이상의 금속이다.
