- 前記搬送機器は物品を検出するためのセンサを備え、前記更新手段は在庫データの記憶手段での記憶を更新する際に、前記センサの信号により搬送中の物品の搬送先の位置を確認するように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1の物流システム。
- 前記搬送機器は物品を検出するためのセンサを備え、前記更新手段は在庫データの記憶手段での記憶を更新する際に、前記センサの信号により搬送中の物品の搬送先の位置を確認するように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項2の物流システム。
- 前記搬送機器は、前記センサとして、搬送機器上の物品を検出する搬送物品センサと、搬送機器からの搬送先の位置での物品を検出する先入品センサとを備え、
搬送物品センサが物品を検出せず、かつ先入品センサが物品を検出することから、搬送先の位置へ物品が搬送されていることを確認するように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項4の物流システム。 - 前記搬送機器はさらに搬送先の位置を撮像するカメラを備え、前記カメラからの画像を前記モニタに表示するように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項5の物流システム。
- 前記搬送機器が物品を搬出入する間口を複数備えている棚がさらに設けられ、前記先入品センサは間口内の物品を検出し、前記カメラは棚の画像を撮像するように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項6の物流システム。
- 前記復旧手順は前記復旧手順記憶手段に複数記憶されて、前記モニタに複数の復旧手順が前記カメラからの棚の画像と共に表示され、
前記受け付け手段は、複数の復旧手順からの実行する復旧手順の選択を受け付けるように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項7の物流システム。 - 搬送機器とコントローラとを備え、物品の在庫データを記憶するようにした物流システムを異常から復旧させる方法であって、
記憶手段により、在庫データを記憶するステップと、
搬送中データの記憶手段により、搬送機器で搬送中の物品のデータを記憶するステップと、
復旧手順記憶手段により、予め搬送機器が関係する異常からの復旧手順を記憶するステップと、
異常検出手段により、搬送機器が関係する異常を検出するステップと、
受け付け手段により、検出した異常に対する復旧手順を復旧手順記憶手段から読み出し、実行する復旧手順の入力を受け付けるステップと、
指示手段により、受け付けた復旧手順に基づき、搬送機器に指示を出力するステップと、
更新手段により、受け付けた復旧手順と搬送中データの記憶手段に記憶した搬送中の物品のデータとに基づき、在庫データの記憶手段での記憶を更新するステップ、とを実行することを特徴とする、物流システムの異常からの復旧方法。
