Definitions
- the present invention relates to an on-demand power control system in a home or office network, an on-demand power control system program, and a computer-readable recording medium on which the program is recorded. Specifically, the user needs throughout daily life. Without changing the quality of life (hereinafter referred to as “QoL”), the priority of electrical equipment is dynamically changed so that the upper limit of power consumption (Wh) is not exceeded.
- QoL quality of life
- the present invention relates to an on-demand power control system, an on-demand power control system program that controls supply, and a computer-readable recording medium that records the program.
- the on-demand power control system is intended to realize energy management in homes and offices.
- This system uses a “push type” power network led by a user and a consumer-driven “pull type”. To switch to 180 degrees.
- this system allows the home server to determine which device requirements are most important.
- This is a system that performs control so that electric power is supplied from an important electrical device having a high priority, that is, energy on demand control (hereinafter referred to as “EoD control”) by analogy with a user's usage form.
- EoD control energy on demand control
- This system is referred to as an “EoD control system”.
- This EoD control system is proposed by Professor Takashi Matsuyama of Kyoto University.
- the biggest merit by using the above system is that energy saving and CO 2 emission reduction can be realized from the demand side. For example, if the user sets an instruction to cut the electricity bill by 20% in the home server in advance, it will be possible for the user to make an effort to pass only the electricity cut by 20% by EoD control, saving energy and CO 2 emissions. It is a system that can reduce
- the home network includes a server (master), detection means and control means for the server, and members (slave), and the servers and members are connected via a LAN. And n electric appliances in the home are connected to an outlet via n members.
- the detection means detects the operating status of m electrical devices that are actually operating.
- control means calculates the amount of power consumption used in the home using n power data transmitted from n members, and when the calculated total power amount is equal to or greater than a threshold value, A control signal for controlling j electrical devices whose operation state changes stepwise or continuously among m electrical devices so that the power consumption is lower than the threshold value of the total electric energy.
- the server is an electric device whose operation state changes on / off in order to make the power consumption lower than the threshold value of the total electric energy, for example, an electric device such as a ceiling light, a table light, and a coffee maker. Is a server that preferentially supplies power.
- the above-mentioned members are called “smart taps” today, and these smart taps are voltage / current sensors that measure power, semiconductor relays for power control, ZigBee modules for communication, and all of these. It is composed of a microcomputer with a built-in DSP that performs control and internal processing.
- the microcomputer calculates the power consumption from the current / voltage waveform measured by the voltage / current sensor attached to the smart tap and extracts a small number of features representing the characteristics of the voltage / current waveform. Using comparison data stored in advance in the internal memory, the home appliance is identified from the feature amount. This is a well-known method before filing this application.
- the power consumption calculated at 0.5 second intervals by the microcomputer is stored in the smart tap's internal memory every cycle (once / 60 seconds), divided into multiple packets, and sent to the server. (See Non-Patent Documents 1 and 2).
- this supply and demand arbitration system includes an arbitration server, a power source (commercial power supply, solar power generation device and fuel cell, and storage battery) connected thereto, a memory and a power control device connected to the arbitration server, It is composed of a plurality of electrical devices connected to the arbitration server via a network.
- Each electric device includes a microcomputer that controls its own, and further includes a function of measuring its own power consumption and a communication function with an arbitration server.
- the data storage area of the memory stores home appliance state table data, power source state table data, priority data, upper limit value data, target value data, and the like.
- the mediation server of the supply and demand mediation system inquires the status of each home appliance and each power source at intervals of 2 to 3 seconds counted by the refresh timer, and returns the home appliance status table and the power source status table in response to the inquiry. It updates and manages the state of each said household appliance and each electric power source.
- the arbitration server since the arbitration server updates the home appliance state table and the power source state table every 2 to 3 seconds, the power supply cannot be controlled in real time in response to the power demand required by the user. Since the amount of data to be processed by calculating supply power and capacity is enormous, the load is large. And the said arbitration server will set the upper limit of power consumption, and the target value of power consumption, if the supply request message from an electric equipment is received.
- the upper limit value is the sum of the current suppliable power of each power source (hereinafter, the suppliable power of these sums is the “total power of the power source”), and the power source state stored in the memory with this setting Calculated by referring to the table. Then, the arbitration server calculates the total power of each electric device in use, and determines whether the sum of the required power and the total power is less than the target value of the total power of the power source.
- the priority table is a table for determining the priority of the electrical device or its supply request message, and is a value indicating the priority corresponding to the message type (request type T a ) on the supply request message ( 0-3) are described.
- Request type T a is one 4 (A, B, C, D) are classified into.
- the arbitration server is a power supply control device that performs power supply control so as not to exceed the target value of the total power of the power source according to the priority of the electrical equipment.
- HEMS Home Energy Management System
- This HEMS performs automatic control by setting a control rule for an electric device such as a cooler that automatically stops operation when the outside air temperature is low. This achieves energy saving by optimizing the usage method of the electrical equipment, and is based on the usage method of the electrical equipment.
- attention is paid to the usage of electrical equipment, so it is not considered how much power can be reduced by changing the usage of each electrical equipment, and a request for power saving is made. It is also impossible to guarantee a power reduction rate that can satisfy the above.
- the home network is designed to change the priority between electrical devices so that the priority of electrical devices changes on and off (ceiling lights) so that the upper limit of power consumption and power consumption is not exceeded. Etc.) is preferentially supplied.
- the supply and demand arbitration system priority since the electrical equipment of the request type T a value 0 or 1 of the electrical appliances (refrigerators, air conditioners, etc.) is carried out supply of preferentially power, both priority The degree is fixed to electrical equipment. However, since the usage state of the user's electric device changes every moment, if the priority is fixed as described above, the electric device cannot be used at a necessary timing.
- the arbitration server updates the home appliance state table and the power source state table at intervals of 2 to 3 seconds counted by the refresh timer, and manages the state of each home appliance and each power source. It cannot respond instantaneously to power demands required by users, for example, requests to operate an air conditioner, that is, power supply cannot be controlled in real time, and the amount of data to be processed is enormous, resulting in a heavy load It has become. Furthermore, even though the power usage pattern differs depending on the usage pattern of power that the user needs through daily life, for example, when there are small children, mutual income for couples, and singles, The user's QoL is impaired because the power control is performed without considering any use pattern.
- the arbitration server is configured to calculate the total power of the power source devices (commercial power supply, solar power generation device and fuel cell, and storage battery) currently being experimentally used and the power consumption of the required electrical equipment. Although the power supply is determined by comparison, the EoD control system of the present invention is an invention for saving a commercial power supply, which is regarded as an urgent problem today, and the target power supply is different.
- the power source devices commercial power supply, solar power generation device and fuel cell, and storage battery
- the present invention changes the priority according to the use state of the user, not the predetermined priority between the electric devices, and supplies power to the electric device.
- EoD control system that can control the power supply of commercial power supply in real time in response to the power demand required by the user, and control the power supply that matches the QoL that the user needs throughout daily life, It is an object of the present invention to provide an EoD control system program and a computer-readable recording medium on which the program is recorded.

- FIG. 6 is a graph showing power consumption used by a device in a certain house.
- the vertical axis represents power (W) and the horizontal axis represents time, and the graph shows the power consumption consumed at 10-minute intervals in one day.
- this power has been called power consumption, but since it has a different meaning from general “power consumption”, the defined term “instantaneous power” is used below.
- This instantaneous power means the power consumption obtained by averaging the total value obtained by adding the above power consumptions at the minimum control interval ⁇ (5 to 10 minutes).
- the graph shows that no power is used during the daytime hours, power is used between 8:00 pm and 1:00 am, and the instantaneous power value during that time is as high as 1900 W.
- FIG. 6 shows that no power is used during the daytime hours, power is used between 8:00 pm and 1:00 am, and the instantaneous power value during that time is as high as 1900 W.
- the vertical axis represents power consumption (KWh) and the horizontal axis represents time, and the graph shows the power consumption, which is the cumulative amount of instantaneous power at 10-minute intervals in a day.
- the value is 10.0KWh.
- the monthly power consumption of a household in Japan is 300KWh, and it is about 10.0KWh per day, indicating that the power consumption in Fig. 7 is the same as that of a household per month. .
- this integrated amount of power has been called power consumption.
- the instantaneous power is used in a different meaning from general "power consumption”
- this power consumption has a different meaning from general.
- the term “integrated electric energy” is used in the defined term.
- the upper limit value of the power that can be used is considered to be the upper limit value of the accumulated power amount (hereinafter referred to as “ceiling”) and the upper limit value of the instantaneous power (hereinafter referred to as “maximum instantaneous power”). It is done.
- the maximum instantaneous power is given as an upper limit value of the instantaneous value of power for each time period in order for the user to keep contract power low or to respond to a peak suppression request from an electric power company for maintaining the balance between supply and demand of the power network.
- the ceiling is given as an upper limit value of the integrated electric energy that the user uses for a certain period (a day, a week, a month, etc.) in order to suppress the electricity bill and the CO 2 emission amount.
- the power usage plan will be described with a specific example.
- the graphs in FIGS. 6 and 7 show that the instantaneous power value is as high as 1900 W from 8 pm to 1 am as shown in the graph of FIG. It is presumed to be a life pattern graph.
- the graph showing the instantaneous power of all the devices in the home shows that it changes with a certain power usage pattern, and the power that the user needs through daily life is the power usage pattern for each user.
- QoL can be guaranteed by maintaining the pattern. For example, if a user living in the power usage pattern of the graphs shown in FIGS. 6 and 7 has a 20A contract with an electric power company, if the user exceeds 2 kW using various devices at one time.
- Electricity costs will increase due to a drop in breakers and an increase in power consumption of 10.0 KWh per day. If the user plans to reduce the upper limit of the instantaneous value and integrated value, for example, by 10% in order to avoid this, the instantaneous power and integrated electric energy are reduced by 10% based on the user's power usage pattern.
- the plan set in this way is referred to as a “power usage plan”.
- the ceiling in this power usage plan is 9.0 KWh, and the maximum instantaneous power is 1.8 KW.
- the upper limit value of power includes ceiling (upper limit value of integrated power) for a certain period and maximum instantaneous power (upper limit value of instantaneous power) at each timing. While various power usage patterns can be considered for each user, it is necessary to determine how much power can be used at each time as a power usage plan in order to satisfy these upper limit values. At that time, if the power usage pattern of the user is predicted and a power usage plan is determined in consideration of each upper limit value, the upper limit value can be satisfied while maintaining QoL. And since the said electric power usage plan defines the electric power used for every fixed space
- the upper limit value of power consumption is set to 72 kWh for 3 days, it will be 24 kWh per day, 12 kWh per 12 hours, 1 kWh per hour, etc., and the initial target value of power consumption is calculated in multiple stages depending on the divided time.
- the time interval is preferably 5 to 10 minutes. This time interval of ⁇ is called the minimum control interval ⁇ , and can be arbitrarily set by the user within an interval of 5 to 10 minutes.
- the minimum control interval ⁇ is 10 minutes or longer, the interval is long, and when various devices are desired to be used, unusable devices are generated and QoL is greatly impaired.
- the minimum control interval ⁇ is 5 minutes or less, in order to change the power supply according to the situation that changes from moment to moment, for example, the brightness of the bulb constantly changes and flickers, so it can be considered unstable. Less than 5 minutes is not preferred. And it is difficult to calculate and process all the power consumption of the device from the power consumption because the data amount is enormous.
- FIG. 8 is a functional block diagram of the first embodiment showing functions provided in the priority device shown in FIG.
- Reference numeral 1 in FIG. 8 denotes a priority device
- reference numeral 10 denotes its memory
- reference numeral 11 denotes ST.
- the priority device includes an initial target value update unit 120 and a power arbitration unit 122.
- Symbol (1) represents the power consumption transmitted from the ST.
- the priority device converts the power consumption into a power usage plan that determines the power usage for each minimum control interval ⁇ as preprocessing before it operates, and the power usage plan, the initial target value instantaneous power and The maximum instantaneous power is stored in the memory 10.
- Reference numeral (2) represents a power request message transmitted from the ST, and the power request message is transmitted to the power arbitration unit 122.
- the initial target value updating means 120 distributes the difference between the instantaneous power of the initial target value and the actual instantaneous power to the instantaneous power of the subsequent initial target value to obtain the updated initial target value, which is the maximum instantaneous power. It has a function not to exceed.
- the power arbitration unit 122 compares the updated initial target value with the total power consumption of the device that has transmitted the power request message and the device that is in operation, and if the total value is large, the electrical device characteristics described later It has a function of selecting a device having the lowest priority value of both devices obtained based on the class data and selecting the device according to the characteristics of the device.
- Preprocessing As a prior process performed before starting the priority device, there is a process of setting the power usage plan.
- the power usage plan setting process will be described below.
- the power consumption calculated at intervals of 0.5 seconds sent from the ST by the priority device is stored in the memory, and the sum total of the above power consumption is averaged at the minimum control interval ⁇ (5 to 10 minutes).
- the user's past power usage record for example, the instantaneous power and accumulated power amount for each week, one month, or four seasons of spring, summer, autumn, and winter are set as a power usage plan and stored in the memory.
- the EoD control system of the present invention makes a power usage plan using a power usage pattern, which is a past usage record of the user's past power, with a target value determined by the user, for example, a 30% reduction as a target value, and its sealing Determine the maximum instantaneous power and perform power control.
- the EoD control system of the present invention performs actual control using this ceiling and maximum instantaneous power. Therefore, the priority device of the present invention sets the power usage plan in advance using the instantaneous power for each time zone according to the past power usage history of the user, so that the power usage plan can be set in more detail. .
- the power used by each device is always transmitted to the priority device, and the priority device stores this in the memory.
- the power usage plan is determined using the instantaneous power at every minimum control interval ⁇ (10 minutes in the demonstration experiment described later).
- C (Wh) is the ceiling set by the user (upper limit value of accumulated power)
- M (t) (W) is the maximum instantaneous power (upper limit value of instantaneous power)
- D (t) is the predicted power demand at time t (W).
- An initial target value T 0 (t) (W) is created from the equations (1) and (2).
- the priority device controls each device so as to target the power of the initial target value T 0 (t) (W) according to the power usage plan and to be lower than the maximum instantaneous power.
- the initial target value T 0 (t) (W), which is an example of the above power usage plan, is a plan for setting an initial target value so as to satisfy the upper limit as a whole by reducing a certain percentage from the power usage plan at each time.
- fixed rate reduction plan An example of this is shown in FIG. This is an example of setting an initial target value, and only the power usage peak time exceeding the instantaneous power of the daily power usage plan is reduced (hereinafter referred to as “peak reduction plan”) (FIG. 9-). 2) In addition, the power is reduced according to the power cost (hereinafter referred to as “cost reduction plan”) (FIG. 9-3).
- the power from 1 pm to 4 pm when the most power is used When it is desired to reduce the usage, the power usage can be reduced by increasing the power cost of the power usage during the time period.
- the initial target value can be set by these reduction plans, and these reduction plans can be set in combination.
- the priority device can select and set the power usage plan by the reduction method required by the user as described above.
- a power usage plan is set based on the user's past power usage record, and the plan is reduced by the reduction plan selected by the user.
- the initial target value update means 120 described below with the initial target value as a target performs a power consumption check and an initial target value update process (interval) every predetermined time ( ⁇ ) ⁇
- the power arbitration means 122 is configured by means for performing arbitration processing (event driven) with other devices in response to a request from the device. Each of these means will be described below.
- the power used by each device is always transmitted to the priority device, and this data is accumulated.
- the initial target value update unit 120 that performs processing (interval) for updating the initial target value at every minimum control interval ( ⁇ ) based on the initial target value (instantaneous power) will be described.
- processing interval
- ⁇ minimum control interval
- the priority device when the actual power is controlled, control is performed with the initial target value of power per ⁇ as the target, but when taking actions that are not in the past, considering the characteristics of QoL and equipment There are cases where the power cannot be reduced by any means, and at that time, the actual instantaneous power temporarily exceeds the initial target value. On the other hand, the number of devices used may be small, and the actual instantaneous power may be less than the initial target value.
- FIG. 10 is a bar graph showing an example of actual instantaneous power that is controlled while maintaining the initial target value.
- the initial target value was below the initial target value considering the user's device usage status, such as the initial target value being exceeded only with a device that cannot be stopped at a certain moment, such as a ventilator. In some cases, the power cannot be reduced. In such a case, the initial target value may be temporarily exceeded within a range that does not exceed the maximum instantaneous power, and the initial target value is updated so that the excess is absorbed in the subsequent power usage plan. To do. In this way, although it is outside the initial target value initially set, the ceiling can be satisfied by feeding back the difference between the actual instantaneous power and the initial target value to the subsequent initial target value while maintaining QoL. it can.
- FIG. 11 is an explanatory diagram in the case of performing control for feeding back the difference between the actual instantaneous power and the initial target value to the subsequent planned value.
- Control start time priority device running the t now - At time t now satisfying t start ⁇ i ⁇ , the priority system updates the power usage plan.
- the power usage plan T i (t) represents the power usage plan at time t after i times of updating, i.e., after i ⁇ has elapsed.
- ⁇ in Expression (3) is a distribution function for updating the power usage plan, and distributes the difference between the instantaneous power of the initial target value and the actual instantaneous power to the subsequent instantaneous power. Therefore, the difference power to be distributed to the subsequent instantaneous power can be determined by inputting the difference into the equation (3).
- T 1 (t now ) is the current initial planned value
- E (t now ) is the current power consumption.
- the graph shown in FIG. 11 is obtained by a method in which the difference is equally distributed to all new initial target values thereafter (hereinafter referred to as “differential equal distribution method”). It is also conceivable to use a method of distributing only one instantaneous power (hereinafter referred to as “instantaneous power distribution method”). As described above, the difference distribution method includes a difference equal distribution method or an instantaneous power distribution method. When the overall power use plan is first created and actual control is performed, the maximum instantaneous power is not exceeded. By renewing the initial target value according to the usage status within the range, the sealing can be satisfied while performing flexible control.
- the power arbitration unit 122 that performs arbitration processing (event driven) with other devices in response to a request from the device while giving QoL by giving priority among devices will be described. . Since the power request from the device is generated at the timing when the user wants to use the device, the request is made regardless of the above-described ⁇ . In addition, some of these requests can wait until the minimum control interval ⁇ of 5-10 minutes is reached, while others require immediate power. For such a device, if the control is performed for each ⁇ , the power supply is not in time, which causes the QoL to decrease. When there is a power request, the power used by the power arbitration means is not the instantaneous power but the actual power consumption. As a result, it is possible to immediately determine power requests generated at various timings, and it is possible to immediately determine whether to wait.
- the EoD control system needs an index to determine which device to supply power when each device requests power. In order to satisfy the upper limit value, it is not possible to supply the desired power to all devices, and the devices that require power change depending on the devices and the user's situation. Determining whether to supply power is a problem. Therefore, it is necessary to determine the priority according to the characteristics and situation of the device. For this purpose, a priority function that takes a value of 0 to 1 is set for the device, and power is preferentially supplied to devices having a large priority value. In addition, QoL is satisfied by being able to use equipment by supplying power, and does not consider social contribution through cost reduction or energy saving.
- QoEn classifies devices based on the following device power control methods.
- Adjustable equipment whether or not the electric power supplied during operation can be changed
- a set of belonging equipment is A adj
- Devices that can be on standby whether power supply can be waited at startup
- the set of devices to which the device belongs is called A wait .
- (3) (whether temporarily stopping power supply during operation) Pause capable devices (set of belonging equipment and A sus.)
- the eight types of classes are associated with the device name indicated by the identification ID shown in the home appliance column, thereby determining the device to be prioritized using the priority of the device in use. For example, when the priority device receives a power request message from the ST, whether to permit or reject from the device that has sent the message and the device in operation using the device priority and the electrical device characteristic class data. Decide. (1) Some devices classified as adjustable devices can use the functions of the device even if the power supplied while using the device is somewhat reduced. Examples include dryers and light bulbs. It is done. In addition, (2) If the device requests power when it is supplied by a certain time, there is no problem in the function of the device without supplying power immediately. For example, a rice cooker And washing machines.
- Class 8 includes devices such as network devices such as gas detectors, ventilators, and routers as electric devices that cannot be classified by the power control method that can be adjusted, paused, and standby.
- Adjustable equipment is an example of the power that can be adjusted. As shown in FIG. 12, in a device with adjustable power, the user's satisfaction is highest when the requested power is supplied, but the satisfaction does not change greatly even if the supplied power is slightly reduced. However, if the power is significantly reduced, the capacity of the home appliance is limited, and the user's satisfaction is lowered. When the power finally reaches a certain level, the home appliance cannot function. In other words, it is possible to give priority to the supplied power with a monotonically decreasing function that the priority of the power required for the minimum use is high and the priority to supply as required power is low.
- the power arbitration means defines the priority Pri a dja (p) of home appliances that can be adjusted as follows , where p req a is the required power of home appliance a and p min a is the minimum required power. .
- An example of the priority (adjust) for a device with adjustable power designed in this way is as shown in FIG. 12 and Equation (6).
- a device capable of waiting is an example of a device that can be on standby at startup. It is only necessary that the operation of the home appliance is completed by the time, and the home appliance can delay the start time. That is, as shown in FIG. 13, the priority is low immediately after requesting power, and the priority may be defined so as to increase as it approaches the time at which it should be activated.
- the priority Pri shift a (t) of the home appliance a that can be waited for is defined as follows.
- An air conditioner is an example of a case where temporary suspension is possible.
- a device that can be temporarily stopped operates for a certain steady state during operation, such as the temperature setting of an air conditioner. Once the steady state is reached, the steady state can be maintained even if the temporary operation is stopped. It is a household appliance. In the case of such home appliances, as shown in FIG. 14, it is necessary to give a high priority immediately after the start of operation because the operation is aimed at the steady state. Therefore, the priority can be lowered. In addition, after the temporary stop, since it deviates from the steady state as time passes, it is necessary to restart with a higher priority.
- the priority Pri int a (t) of home appliances that can be paused is defined separately when a is operating and when it is stopped as shown in the following equation.
- a household appliance class is defined by a combination of the three characteristics shown in Table 2.
- the priority function of each class is defined as shown in the priority function item of Table 3 by the combination of priorities defined for each characteristic.
- the priority function of class 1 is defined as the following equation by the product of the priority functions corresponding to the respective characteristics.
- the priority function of class 8 is 1, which means that power is always supplied with priority.
- FIG. 15 is a flowchart illustrating a processing procedure in which the priority device supplies power based on the priority in response to the power request message.
- the ST connected to the device transmits a power request message to the priority device (1).
- the priority control device 1 determines the priority order of the device that has sent the power request message and the device that is in operation from the current supplyable amount and the lifestyle pattern at home. 3.
- a power allocation message (2) including power consumption and time permitted for each device or a rejection message (2 ′) is returned to a device that cannot supply power.
- an interrupt message (3) is transmitted to the device. 4).
- a device permitted to use power operates with a permitted power for a permitted time.
- the device refused to use power transmits a reassignment message after a predetermined time (4).
- this processing procedure by setting (sealing) the maximum amount of power that can be supplied by the user, power can be reduced as much as desired.
- the device a req that requires power transmits a power request message (Table 3) to the server (1 in FIG. 15).
- the server that has received the request immediately instantiates the total total power usage E total (t now ) of the current time t now and the sum E ' total (t now ) of the required power E req and the power usage plan T i (t now ). And compare. If the total power E ′ total (t now ) is below the plan, the required power E req is permitted (formula (12)), and if a req ⁇ A wait , it is rejected (2 ′ in FIG.
- the priority device that has received the request from each device, the total used power E total (t now ) during operation at the current time t now and the sum E ' total (t now ) of the required power E req , by comparing the power usage plan T i (t now), the total power consumption E 'total (t now) is if exceeds the power usage plan T i (t now), the minimum priority according to equation 13 Reduce the power of the device a min and update the priority.
- the data of the power request message transmitted by the ST to the priority device is described in Table 4.
- the data in the value column and the required class column are linked to the device identification ID, the required power, the minimum startup power, the temporary stoppage time and the required startup time shown in the item column.
- the ST sends the value and the required class of data to the priority device.
- Table 5 describes the message data returned from the priority apparatus to the ST. Data in the value column is associated with the device identification ID, message type, permitted instantaneous power and permitted usage time indicated in the item column, and the priority device transmits the data to the ST. .
- the dynamic priority control unit 1 including the initial target value updating unit 120 and the power arbitration unit 122 described above integrates the instantaneous power without the upper limit value and the integrated power amount exceeding the upper limit value C (Wh). It is possible to save power and reduce power outages during peak hours.
- the dynamic priority control means 1 can finally control the instantaneous power below the maximum instantaneous power and satisfy the upper limit value C (Wh) of the integrated power amount. May cause an unexpected increase in instantaneous power and may exceed the maximum instantaneous power.
- FIG. 16 is a functional block diagram of the second embodiment.
- the priority device includes an initial target value update unit 120, a power arbitration unit 122, and a constant monitoring unit 124. Since the initial target value update unit 120 and the power arbitration unit 122 have the same functions as the above-described units, description thereof will be omitted.
- the constant monitoring means 124 constantly monitors the power consumption.
- the power arbitration means 124 performs arbitration based on the priority so as to fall below the maximum instantaneous power M instead of the entire power consumption without waiting for the elapse of ⁇ .
- the former maintains QoL by immediately judging the power request transmitted from the device when the switch is turned on, etc. and not hindering the use of the device.
- the latter is performed in response to a continuation request from each device, and updates the planned value and mediates between devices. If the power supply is constantly changing according to the situation that changes from moment to moment, it may be unstable, for example, the brightness of the bulb constantly changes and flickers, so introducing the minimum control interval ⁇ We are trying to stabilize. Furthermore, the maximum instantaneous power is guaranteed by always monitoring so as not to exceed the maximum instantaneous power.
- FIG. 17 is an overall flowchart showing the preprocessing of the CPU 1a before the priority device operates.
- the initial target value of the power usage plan is set as a pre-processing in step S1, and the initial target value is stored in the memory.
- FIG. 18 is a flowchart showing the overall processing of the CPU 1a after the CPU 1a of the priority device is activated. After operation, the CPU 1a of the priority device performs an initial target value update process in step S3 and a priority arbitration process in step S5.
- FIG. 19 is a flowchart of the power usage plan setting process in step S1 described above. As shown in FIG. 19, the CPU 1a adds the power consumption of one day, one week or one month transmitted from the ST of each device in step S11 at an interval of a minimum control interval ⁇ , for example, an interval of 10 minutes. And converted into averaged instantaneous power and accumulated power.
- step S13 the ceiling (upper limit value of accumulated power) set by the user from the above instantaneous power and accumulated power amount is C (Wh), the maximum instantaneous power (upper limit value of instantaneous power) is M (t) (W), time If the predicted power demand value at t is D (t) (W), an initial target value T 0 (t) (W), which is an example of a power usage plan, is created from equations (1) and (2).
- the initial target value T 0 (t) (W) is stored in the memory as preprocessing before operation.
- Other power usage plans include a peak reduction plan ( Figure 9-2) that reduces only the peak power usage that exceeds the instantaneous power of the daily power usage plan, or a cost reduction plan that reduces according to the power cost ( Figure 9-3).
- the initial target value can be set by these reduction plans, and these reduction plans can be set in combination.
- FIG. 20 is a flowchart of the initial target value update process in step S3 described above.
- the CPU 1a calculates the distribution power by using a difference distribution method (difference equal distribution method or instantaneous power distribution method) for the difference between the instantaneous power of the initial target value and the actual instantaneous power.
- the updated initial target value is calculated by adding the distributed power to the subsequent instantaneous power of the initial target value.
- the updated initial target value is compared with the maximum instantaneous power. If YES is determined in S35, the instantaneous power of the subsequent initial target value is updated to the updated initial target value in step S37. If NO is determined, the initial target value is updated to the maximum instantaneous power in step S39 to obtain an updated initial target value.
- FIGS. 21-1 to 21-4 are flowcharts of the priority arbitration process in step S5 described above.
- the CPU 1a receives the power request message from the ST in step S51, the device that has transmitted the power request message from the memory and the device that is operating at the time when it is received in step S53.
- the total power is obtained by summing the power consumption of both.
- the priority of both devices is calculated based on the priority function with reference to Table 2, and the value is stored in the memory.
- step S57 the updated initial target value sent from the initial target value updating means is compared with the magnitude of the above sum, and if YES is determined in step S59, a permission message is transmitted to the ST of the device transmitted in step S61.
- step S65 it is determined whether the device can be adjusted with reference to Table 2, and if it is determined Yes in step S67, an interrupt message for reducing power to the device in step S69. Is transmitted, the total power consumption is updated based on the power reduced in step S71, and the process returns to step S59. If it is determined No in step S67, the process proceeds to step S73.
- step S73 if it is determined in ST that the device has transmitted the request message in step S73 and it is possible to wait, and if YES is determined in step S75, it is rejected in ST in step S77.
- step S79 the total power consumption value is updated except for the power consumption of the device, and the process returns to step S59. If it is determined No in step S75, the process proceeds to step S81.
- step S81 if it is determined in step S81 that the device has transmitted the request message and it is possible to pause, and if it is determined Yes in step S83, the ST of the device in step S85.
- step S87 the total power consumption value is updated except for the power consumption of the device, and the process returns to step S59. If it is determined No in step S83, the process is terminated.
- FIGS. 22-1 to 22-3 are flowcharts of the constant monitoring process of step S7 described above.
- the CPU 1a calls the maximum instantaneous power from the memory in step S91, and in step S93, the power consumption of the device operating from the memory every certain period ⁇ (0.5 to 2 seconds). To get the total power consumption.
- the priority of the device is calculated based on the priority function, and the value is stored in the memory.
- the total power consumption is compared with the maximum instantaneous power. If it is determined in step S99 that the total power consumption is small, the process is terminated. If it is determined in step S99 that the total power consumption value is large, the priority is called from the memory in step S101, the device having the smallest value is selected, and the process proceeds to (4).
- step S103 it is determined whether or not the device is adjustable by referring to the priority class data in Table 2. If the determination is Yes in step S105, the device is determined in step S107. Send an interrupt message to reduce power. And the total value of power consumption is updated based on the electric power reduced by step S109, and it returns to step S99. The process is repeated until the total power consumption becomes smaller than the maximum instantaneous power. If the judgment is No, the process proceeds to (5).
- step S111 it is determined in step S111 whether the device can be temporarily stopped. If the determination is YES in step S113, a rejection message is transmitted to the ST of the device in step S115. In step S117, the total power consumption value is updated except for the power consumption of the device, and the process returns to step S113. The process is repeated until the total power consumption becomes smaller than the maximum instantaneous power.
- the power arbitration means of the priority device repeats the process until the total value of the power consumption becomes smaller than the maximum instantaneous power, the priority device applies power to the electric device so that it always falls below the maximum instantaneous power. The power supply is controlled.
- the priority device targets all devices installed in homes and offices, and has three types of characteristics. For example, even if an adjustable device is not installed, the ceiling and maximum instantaneous power are not exceeded.
- the power used by each device is always transmitted to the priority device, and the priority device stores this in the memory, and the accumulated power used by each device is accumulated. , Integrated electric energy for a certain period (one day, one week, one month, etc.) can be obtained. And since the said electric power mediation means is controlling the electric power supply to an electric equipment so that the electric power demand predicted value To (t) (w) of the said Formula (2) may be satisfy
- FIG. 23 is an explanatory diagram illustrating processing performed by the power arbitration unit.
- the priority arbitration processing of the embodiment will be described using the six types of devices. Therefore, the embodiment is installed in the lighting (15) installed in the corridor, the TV (1) installed in the living room, the air conditioner (2), the pot (4), the living lighting (11), and the bedroom. This is an example using only the illumination (12).
- the number represents the position of the switch where each device is installed or arranged.
- the initial target value of power is set to 800 W
- the maximum instantaneous power is set to 2 KW
- only the power source of the pot is OFF
- the pot needs 1.2 KW of power.
- the following shows the processing performed by the power arbitration means to ensure that the pot has 1.2 kW of power while changing the priority of each device when the 1.2 kW pot is turned on under the above setting conditions. It is an example.
- FIG. 23A is a diagram illustrating a power state of each device before the pot power is turned on. “No” displayed on the right side of the figure indicates the priority value of the device, and the smaller the value, the higher the priority. Only the pot is powered off, other devices are operating, and the total power of each device is 771W.
- FIG. 23-2 illustrates a situation in which the pot is turned on and 1.2 kW of power is being requested.
- this 1.2KW power requirement has an initial target value exceeding 800W and also a maximum instantaneous power of 2KW (approximately 1.974KW), so the priority is the highest without permitting the power requirement.
- FIG. 23-3 shows that the pot priority has gradually increased and has become the first.
- the pot priority is No. 1, the illumination of the entrance with the lowest priority (No 6) is turned off, and then the pot power (1200 W) is turned on.
- the initial target value 800 W is exceeded, the total power of each device is 1.928 W, and it can be seen that the maximum instantaneous power 2 KW is not exceeded.
- the power arbitration means instantaneously calculates the priority of each device, and the device to be preferentially selected is determined based on the value and the characteristics of the device.
- FIG. 24-1 is a diagram showing a pattern of power consumption during normal use, and a pattern of instantaneous power consumption in a power usage plan and an experimental plan reduced by 10% by the priority device.
- FIG. 24-2 is a diagram showing a pattern of power consumption during normal use and a pattern of instantaneous power in a power usage plan and an experimental plan reduced by 30% by the priority device. This shows that the conventional power consumption pattern is almost similar to the 10% and 30% reduction instantaneous power patterns, and that the upper limit of the conventional power consumption pattern is not exceeded.

- 25-2 is a diagram illustrating the integrated power amount during normal use and the integrated power amounts of the power usage plan and the experiment plan reduced by 30% by the priority device. For both 10% and 30% reductions, the normal target value, the initial target value, and the actual power consumption integrated power consumption are shown in the order of the lower values. It shows that it does not exceed. The values shown in FIGS. 24 and 25 indicate that the power consumption and the integrated power are reduced without changing the daily life pattern. Therefore, we listened to the experiences of life from three subjects and investigated whether there were any problems in the smart apartment room where the EoD control system was installed.
- FIG. 26A is a diagram illustrating the instantaneous power of the six types of devices in the experimental plan reduced by 10% by the priority device.
- FIG. 26B is a diagram illustrating the instantaneous power of the six types of devices in the experimental plan reduced by 30% by the priority device.
- the six types of equipment are a TV, a kettle pot, an electromagnetic cooker (IH stove), a refrigerator, a washing machine, and lighting.
- FIG. 26 is a diagram showing a graph of instantaneous power obtained by reducing the power usage plan by 10% and 30% for six types of electrical devices.
- the power consumption of the kettle pot and the washing machine peaked at 1:30 and 11:00, whereas in the case of 30% reduction in FIG. 26-2.
- the kettle pot is about three and a half hours ahead of the peak time, and the washing machine has a peak hour. You can see that he was awake about an hour and 40 minutes.
- the EoD control system of the present invention is a system that supplies power based on arbitration by exchanging messages between devices and priority devices.
- the power supply is supplied after 2 to 3 seconds counted by the refresh timer in the supply and demand arbitration system of Patent Document 2, whereas the present invention has the following step 1) Electric power is instantaneously supplied through ⁇ 4).
- a “power request message” is sent from the device to the priority device together with the required power and priority.
- the priority device arbitrates power supply availability and power supply to the device according to the device priority at that time. 3)
- the priority device sends a “power allocation (permission / reduction / rejection) message” to the device according to the arbitration result. 4)
- the device that receives the “power allocation message” operates according to the message.
- the EoD control system uses an upper limit value (maximum instantaneous power) for instantaneous power and integration as a parameter that can be set by the user.
- An upper limit value (ceiling) for the electric energy are given.
- the maximum instantaneous power as the upper limit value of the power used for each time zone, the user can answer the request to keep the contract power low or the peak restraint request from the power company to maintain the power supply / demand balance of the power network.
- the ceiling can be given as an upper limit value of the integrated electric energy used for a certain period (one day, one week, one month, etc.), so that the user can suppress the electricity bill and CO2 emission.
- the EoD control system uses 1) dynamic priority of equipment that determines which equipment is supplied with power and which equipment is reduced in order to reduce power while maintaining the quality of life. 2) Adoption of power usage plan setting means that processes instantaneous power to achieve ceiling and maximum instantaneous power limit based on the lifestyle patterns of consumers, 3) Real-time power for equipment power demand In order to supply power, use power arbitration means to process power consumption, and 4) process instantaneous power in order to prevent unexpected instantaneous power from increasing due to load fluctuations and exceeding the maximum instantaneous power It can be seen that the adoption of the constant monitoring means and the use of these constantly solve all the conventional problems.
Abstract
Description

上記優先度装置には、Local Area Network(以下、「LAN」という。)
