Abstract

Selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention, la température de cuisson et le temps de cuisson sont ajustés pour fournir un niveau élevé de durabilité, et des fonctions de rayonnement infrarouge lointain et antimicrobienne à des carreaux à relief ayant une diversité d'épaisseurs. Dans ce but, un procédé de fabrication de carreaux à relief ayant une fonction respectueuse de l'environnement, selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention, comprend : une étape (S10) de production d'une plaque céramique comprenant un mélange de 32 à 34 % en poids d'argile, 9 à 11 % en poids de kaolin, 14 à 16 % en poids d'agalmatolite, 14 à 16 % en poids de pierre de poterie, 6 à 8 % en poids d'argile de potier obtenue à partir de feldspath, 17 à 19 % en poids de poudre de mullite, 1 à 3 % en poids de poudre de feldspath et 28 à 33,5 parties en poids de solvant pour 100 parties en poids du mélange ; une étape (S30) de gravure de la plaque céramique ainsi produite de façon à former un relief ; une étape (S40) de séchage de la plaque céramique gravée ; une étape (S50) d'émaillage de la plaque céramique séchée ; et une étape (S70) de cuisson de la plaque céramique émaillée à une température de cuisson 1250 à 1280°C de façon à produire un carreau céramique à relief.
