Abstract
나노 복합층을 구비하는 유기 발광소자를 제공한다. 유기 발광소자는 소자의 내부에 절연체 및 발광 나노 입자를 포함하는 나노 복합층을 채용함으로써 제어 전극을 절연하는 역할과 발광층에서 구현되는 광의 색상을 변환시키는 역할을 동시에 수행하여 외부 양자 효율을 향상시킬 수 있다. 또한, 발광층으로 주입되는 정공과 전자의 양을 제어 전극에 인가되는 전압을 통해 조절함으로써 소자 구동시 전류 안정성을 확보할 수 있으며, 종래의 발광소자보다 양극 및 음극의 면적을 축소시켜 외부광에 대한 반사율을 감소시킬 수 있다.
