本实用新型旨在提供一种操作方便的新型折叠车架, 且能有效防止链盘与锁紧装置的 干涉。

一种折叠车架, 由可折叠的前、 后两段构成, 前臂后端与中臂前端在一侧铰接, 另一 侧设有锁紧装置, 锁紧装置包括手柄和固定杆, 所述手柄铰接于折叠车架一段上设置的固 定轴, 所述固定轴突出于折叠车架,手柄上设有顶杆, 所述顶杆前端可顶住另一段车架上 与固定轴平行设置的所述固定杆。
所述固定轴端部设有卡槽, 所述卡槽可容置弹簧片, 所述固定轴通过所述弹簧片使手 柄固定。
所述固定轴上设有扭簧, 所述扭簧置于手柄与固定轴的铰接处。
所述固定轴和固定杆垂直于车架中心基准面, 手柄所在旋转面平行于所述车架中心基 准面。
所述手柄上设有固定件, 顶杆可调节地设于所述固定件上。
所述固定件为设有内螺紋的顶杆固定帽, 所述顶杆设有外螺紋与顶杆固定帽配合。 所述固定件为设有螺紋孔的顶杆固定轴。 所述手柄设有侧板, 侧板靠近折叠车架表面, 所述侧板上设有凹槽, 侧板远离车架表 面, 所述侧板上设有容置固定轴的通孔, 所述固定件设于侧板间。

下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步说明。
一种折叠车架, 由可折叠的前、 后两段构成, 如图 1-3所示, 包括前臂 2、 中臂 3、 座管 5、 五通 7、 后叉 6和锁紧装置 1 , 中臂 3和后叉 6分别连接在座管 5上, 图 2为折叠 车架锁紧时的状态图, 图 3为折叠车架松开时的状态图。
前臂 1后端一侧与中臂 3前端一侧可转动连接, 锁紧装置 1设置在另一侧, 锁紧装置 包括手柄 11和固定杆 15 , 手柄 11和固定杆 15分别位于折叠车架的两段上, 即前臂 2和 中臂 3上, 手柄 11设在前臂 2或中臂 3上, 则固定杆 15设在中臂 3上或前臂 2上, 手柄 11和固定杆 15正好分别位于折叠车架折叠的两段上, 如图 4-7所示, 中臂 3上设有固定 轴 16 , 固定轴 16突出于车架的中臂, 手柄 11通过固定轴 16可转动地设置于中臂 3上, 前臂 1上设有与固定轴 16平行的固定杆 15 , 优选方案为所述固定轴 16和固定杆 15垂直 于折叠车架中心基准面 H , 则手柄 11所在旋转面平行于车架中心基准面 H , 也即平行于链 盘 4的盘面, 故当链盘 4装设于五通 7上, 在折叠车架横向方向上突出于折叠车架的手柄 11 , 即使由于五通 7与手柄 11的距离短, 以致链盘 4与手柄 11在折叠车架的纵向方向上 有重合, 如图 1所示, 折叠车架仍能方便锁紧或松开。
如图 6、 图 7所示, 手柄 11上设有顶杆 17 , 当手柄 11转至死点, 顶杆 17抵紧固定 杆 15 , 即当固定轴 16、 固定杆 15及顶杆 17的中心线在同一平面上, 折叠车架紧紧锁住, 由于固定杆 15与顶杆 17间的摩擦力, 手柄 11不易转动。
如图 4、 图 5所示, 当转动手柄 11 , 使顶杆 17脱离固定杆 15时, 折叠车架的前臂 1 和中臂 3可相对转动, 折叠车架可折叠。
如图 8、 图 9所示, 手柄 11两侧设有侧板 112、 11 3 , 侧板 11 3靠近折叠车架表面, 112远离车架表面, 两侧板 112、 11 3上设有通孔 116 , 所述固定轴 16穿过侧板 112、 11 3 上的通孔 116 , 固定轴 16端部设有卡槽, 通过在所述卡槽容置弹簧片 19将手柄 11固定, 所述两侧板 112、 11 3间设有固定件, 顶杆 17设于固定件上, 所述固定件为设有内螺孔的 顶杆固定帽 111 , 如图 8所示, 所述顶杆 17设有外螺紋, 调节顶杆 17在顶杆固定帽 111 上所处的位置, 可调整折叠车架折叠或松开的难易程度及锁紧程度, 固定件也可为设有螺 紋孔 119的顶杆固定轴 118 , 如图 9所示, 所述顶杆固定轴 118穿过手柄 11上的连接孔 117固定于手柄 11上, 侧板 11 3上设有弧状凹槽 115 , 手柄 11在锁紧折叠车架过程中, 固定杆 15沿凹槽 115的弧状, 容置于凹槽 115中, 侧板 11 3设有通孔 116—端的外表面 贴合在中臂 3或前臂 1突出的台阶 20上, 该外表面的贴合面上设有一段弧状的突起 114 , 手柄 11顺时针或逆时针转动时, 所述突起 114的端部顶住前臂 1或中臂 3的台阶而限位, 但折叠车架锁紧时, 手柄 11所处的位置在其转动的范围之内, 当折叠车架折叠后, 即使 手柄 11转动到极限位置, 当折叠车架展开锁紧时, 手柄 11仅需转动较小的角度。 折叠车 架锁紧时, 手柄 11与其所处位置的车架平齐, 则锁紧装置不易因意外而松开。
针对上述技术方案改进的技术方案中, 前臂 2和中臂 3通过第一折叠体 12和第二折 叠体 1 3连接, 如图 4-7所示, 第一折叠体 12焊接在前臂 2上、 第二折叠体 1 3焊接在中 臂 3上, 第一折叠体 12与第二折叠体 1 3通过铰轴 14铰接, 侧板 11 3设有铰接孔 116— 端的外表面贴合在第一折叠体 12或第二折叠体 1 3上, 所述侧板 11 3外表面的突起 114的 端部顶住第一折叠体 12或第二折叠体 13的侧部而限位。
为使车架松开后, 手柄 11快速偏移, 在手柄 11与固定轴 16铰接处设有扭簧 18 , 如 图 10所示, 当松开手柄 11时, 扭簧 18的扭力使固定杆 15与顶杆 17快速脱离, 车架可 快速折叠, 扭簧 18对车架锁紧时的可靠度不造成影响。 固定轴 16端部设有卡槽, 卡槽可 容置弹簧片 19 , 弹簧片 19置于手柄 11的外侧使手柄 11固定于固定轴 16上。
