Description
一种管件折叠接头及其锁紧装置
技术领域
本发明涉及管件的折叠及锁紧领域, 特别涉及折叠自行车的管件的折叠 及锁紧。
背景技术
管件的折叠接头及锁紧装置较多的用于目前的折叠自行车管件上。 现有 折叠自行车的折叠接头及锁紧装置通常有两种: 一种为结构较简单的, 是在 折叠接头铰链对面铰接有一活动的偏心快拆, 用手扳动快拆并转动然后用力 压才能将两折叠接头锁紧, 松开的时候要先转动偏心轮然后往上提再转动整 个快拆组才能打开, 这种折叠接头及锁紧装置由于快拆与快拆轴是活动铰接 的, 而快拆轴又与折叠接头是活动铰接的, 因此在操作快拆锁紧或打开折叠 接头的时候非常不方便, 往往要通过数个动作才能将折叠接头锁紧或打开, 而且这种折叠接头为了安全, 外形多设计成方形, 因此外观相对较差; 另一 种是操作较方便外观也较好的折叠接头及锁紧装置, 但这种折叠接头及锁紧 装置由于结构比较复杂造成了加工困难、 制做成本高, 因此较难在市场上广 泛使用, 而且由于加工较困难, 常常造成在批量生产时因加工达不到要求而 使折叠接头锁不紧, 通常如果折叠自行车管件上的折叠接头锁不紧, 有可能 会给骑乘者造成身体的伤害。
发明内容
本发明的目地在于针对现有技术的不足,设计一种操作方便、锁紧力强、 外形美观、 结构简单、 易加工的管件折叠接头及其锁紧装置。
本发明釆用如下技术方案:
一种管件折叠接头及其锁紧装置, 两个端面连接有管件的折叠接头, 第 一折叠接头与第二折叠接头通过一号铰轴铰接在一起, 在第一折叠接头边沿 处设有两互相平行的耳片, 两耳片中间形成凹槽, 头端设有斜面的压紧块置
于凹槽内, 二号铰轴穿过压紧块中部的孔将压紧块铰接在耳片和上; 第二折 有驱动部件和弹性体, 驱动部件可驱动压紧块尾端使压紧块绕二号铰轴转动 并产生杠杆力, 产生的杠杆力将使压紧块头端的斜面压紧第二折叠接头上相 应位置的另一斜面, 从而使第一折叠体和第二折叠体锁紧在一起, 弹性体在 松开压紧块时起复位作用。
所述的驱动部件上设有方便操作的扳把, 扳把还可以设计呈槽状, 槽状 扳把与偏心轴组合处为多边形或非圓形状 。
所述的弹性体为扭簧, 扭簧串在二号铰轴上且一端抵紧第一折叠体另一 端抵紧压紧块, 扭扭簧在松开松开压紧块时起复位作用。
所述的折叠装置还装有起调节锁紧间隙作用的调节螺丝, 调节螺丝既可 以装在第二折叠接头的斜面处, 也可以装在压紧块的斜面处, 调节螺丝的作 用是调节压紧块和第二折叠接头之间的压紧程度。
所述的第一折叠接头铰链侧边沿设有起加强作用的筋, 第二折叠接头相 应处设有让位。
所述的第一折叠接头和第二折叠接头的顶端和底端为弧形, 第一折叠接 头靠铰链侧为线段与顶端弧形相切的倾斜过渡, 达到更加圓滑美观的效果。
第二折叠接头上还设有对装置锁紧后起保险作用的安全扣, 安全扣由螺 钉固定在第二折叠接头上的安全扣座上。 做为本发明的进一步改进, 驱动部件、 压紧块、 二号铰轴等, 还可置于 管件内部, 这样使管件折叠接头外观更加简洁、 美观。
本发明具有如下有益效果: 扳动驱动部件上的手柄, 即可实现松开或锁 紧折叠接头, 操作起来十分方便; 压紧块通过杠杆力压紧折叠接头, 因此锁 紧力强; 锁紧装置零件数量较少, 因此加工工艺简单, 制做成本也较低; 折 叠接头外形设计成圓弧形及流线型, 外观较美观。

本发明的较佳实施方式
下面将结合附图及实施例对本发明的技术方案进行更详细的说明。
下面结合附图说明具体实施方案:
实施例一
一种管件折叠接头及其锁紧装置,两个端面分别连接有管件的第一折叠 接头 1和第二折叠接头 2一侧通过一号铰轴 6铰接在一起,在第一折叠接头 1 边沿处设有两互相平行的耳片 11和 18, 两耳片中间形成凹槽 14; 压紧块 4 中部设有通孔 42, 头端设有斜面 41 , 尾部设有配合偏心轴驱动的圓弧面 43; 二号铰轴 5穿过耳片 11和 18上的孔 112和 182及压紧块 4上的通孔 42将压 紧块 4铰接在凹槽 14内,二号铰轴 5下端装有止退的卡环 52; 第二折叠接头 2边沿处设有配合压紧块 4上的斜面 41压紧的另一斜面 22;驱动部件 3由偏 心轴 31和扳 4巴 32组成,偏心轴 31由上往下穿过耳片 11和 18上的孔 111和 181铰接在两耳片上, 下端装有止退的卡环 33; 扭簧 8串在二号铰轴 5上并 置于压紧块 4的槽 44内, 扭簧的一端抵紧第一折叠体 1 , 另一端抵紧压紧块 4, 在扭簧 8的扭力作用下, 压紧块 4的圓弧面 43将始终与偏心轴 31抵紧; 扳动驱动部件 3的扳把 32, 使偏心轴 31与压紧块 4的圓弧面 43抵触由偏心
轴的近心端移向远心端时,偏心轴 31将驱动压紧块 4绕二号铰轴 5转动并产 生杠杆力, 在杠杆力的作用下, 压紧块 4头端的斜面 41将压向第二折叠接头 2相应处的斜面 22, 将第一折叠体和第二折叠体锁紧, 如图 3。 反向扳动扳 把 32, 使偏心轴 31与压紧块 4的圓弧面 43 4氏触由远心端移向近心端时, 在 扭簧扭力作用下, 压紧块 4将绕二号铰轴反向转动, 压紧块头端斜面 41将与 第二折叠接头斜面 22脱开,即可松开第一折叠接头和第二折叠接头,如图 4。
为调节压紧块 4斜面 41对第二折叠接头 2上另一斜面 22的压紧程度, 在第二折叠接头斜面 22上还设置有调节螺丝 7; 为达到更好的美观效果, 第 一折叠接头 1和第二折叠接头 2的顶端和底端为弧形, 第一折叠接头 1靠铰 链侧为线段与顶端弧形相切的倾斜过渡, 如图 6; 驱动部件 3的手柄 32也可 呈槽状, 如图 8; 为增加第一折叠接头 1的强度, 在其靠一号铰轴 6侧的两 端还设有起加强作用的筋 16, 第二折叠接头 2相应处设有让位 25 , 如图 5、 图 9。
根据实际需要, 调节螺丝 7也可设置在压紧块 4的斜面 41上, 如图 10。 下面用本发明的一应用实例进一步加以说明。
实施例二
如图 11 , 耳片 11和 18处于第一折叠接头 1内侧边沿, 第二折叠体 2的 斜面 22也处于其内侧边沿, 驱动部件 3、 压紧块 4、 二号铰轴 5均装在第一 折叠接头内侧, 使整个锁紧装置处于管件内部。
当然, 本发明还可有其他多种实施例, 在不背离本发明精神及其实质的 但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。
工业实用性
本发明的所有部件均可以通过机械加工方式制造, 因此, 其具有产业上 的可利用性。
Claims
1、 一种管件折叠接头及其锁紧装置,两个端面分别连接有管件的折叠 接头, 第一折叠接头( 1 )与第二折叠接头(2)通过一号铰轴(6)铰接在一 起, 其特征在于: 在第一折叠接头 (1 )边沿处设有两互相平行的耳片 (11 ) 和 (18), 两耳片中间形成凹槽; 头端带斜面 (41)的压紧块(4)置于凹槽内, 二号铰轴 (5) 穿过压紧块中部的孔(42)将压紧块(4)铰接在耳片 (11 ) 和(18)上; 第二折叠接头(2)边沿处设有配合压紧块(4)上的斜面 (41 ) 压紧的另一斜面(22); 另外还设有能驱动压紧块尾端从而使压紧块(4)绕 二号铰轴( 5 )转动以产生杠杆力的驱动部件( 3 )和起复位作用的弹性体( 8 )。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种管件折叠接头及其锁紧装置,其特征在 于: 所述的驱动部件( 3 )部份穿过耳片( 11 )和( 18 )上的孔( 111 )和( 181 ) , 驱动部件 (3) 由偏心轴 (31 )和扳把 (32)组成, 驱动部件(3) 下端还装 有止退卡簧 (33)。
3、 根据权利要求 1或权力要求 2所述的一种管件折叠接头及其锁紧装 置, 其特征在于: 所述的驱动部件 ( 3 )的扳把 ( 32 )呈槽状, 与偏心轴 ( 31 ) 组合处为多边形或非圓形状 。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种管件折叠接头及其锁紧装置,其特征在 于: 所述的弹性体(8) 为扭簧, 扭簧串在二号铰轴(5)上且一端抵紧第一 折叠体(1 ) 另一端抵紧压紧块(4) 。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种管件折叠接头及其锁紧装置,其特征在 于: 所述的折叠装置还装有起调节锁紧间隙作用的调节螺丝(7) , 调节螺丝 (7)既可以装在第二折叠接头(2)的斜面(22)处, 也可以装在压紧块(4) 的斜面 (41 )处。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种管件折叠接头及其锁紧装置,其特征在 于: 所述的第一折叠接头 ( 1 )铰链侧边沿设有起加强作用的筋( 16 ) , 第二 折叠接头 (2)相应处设有让位(25) 。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种管件折叠接头及其锁紧装置,其特征在 于: 所述的第一折叠接头 (1 )和第二折叠接头 (2) 的顶端和底端为弧形,
第一折叠接头靠铰链侧为线段与顶端弧形相切的倾斜过渡形状。
8、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种管件折叠接头及其锁紧装置,其特征在 于: 第二折叠接头 (2)上还设有对装置锁紧后起保险作用的安全扣 (90) , 安全扣由螺钉固定在第二折叠接头上的安全扣座上。
9、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种管件折叠接头及其锁紧装置,其特征在 于: 耳片 (11 )和 (18)处于第一折叠接头(1 ) 内侧边沿, 第二折叠体(2)的 斜面(22)也处于其内侧边沿, 驱动部件(3)、 压紧块(4) 、 二号铰轴(5) 均装在第一折叠接头内侧边沿, 使整个锁紧装置处于管件内部。
