Definitions
- the present invention relates to a fitting frame structure in which members are fitted together and assembled, and a casing using the fitting frame structure.
- a fitting frame structure including a pair of square U-shaped main members and a plurality of auxiliary members joined at both ends to the main members by fitting is considered.
- a rectangular locking hole is formed in the main member, a convex portion that engages with the rectangular locking hole is provided at the end of the auxiliary member, and the rectangular locking hole protrudes.
- the members are joined to each other by fitting the shape portions and crimping the members with a locking member such as a rivet (for example, see Patent Document 1).
- the thickness of the auxiliary member having the convex portion is t, and the gap between the rectangular locking holes is slightly larger than the thickness t, so that an insertion allowance is provided. Therefore, there is a problem that the positioning accuracy between the members deteriorates by the difference between the dimension of the plate thickness t and the dimension of the gap between the locking holes.
- the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a fitting frame structure in which the positioning accuracy between a main member and an auxiliary member is improved and a locking part such as a rivet is unnecessary.
- a pair of main members having at least a part of a cross-sectional shape having an L shape are separated by a predetermined distance, and symmetrical with respect to the center line with the middle of the distance as a center line.
- a plurality of auxiliary members having an L-shaped cross section at least partially disposed between the main members, the main members and the auxiliary members being arranged such that the L-shaped inner surfaces face each other.
- a pair of groove-shaped main members having a U-shape with at least a part of a cross-sectional shape are separated from each other by a predetermined distance, and symmetrical with respect to the center line with the middle of the distance as a center line
