Abstract
Description
このため、空調対象空間に配置された複数の空調機のうち、当該位置の空調環境(温度、湿度等)に影響を与える空調機を適切に動作させることが望まれる。
また従来の空調管理装置は、予め設定したグループ単位または全空調機を一括で操作を行うため、使用者が意図しない空間の空調を行うこととなり、室内環境の快適性を低下させる、という問題点があった。また、不要な空調を行い消費電力が大きくなる、という問題点があった。
また、指定位置における空調環境を使用者が所望する空調環境とすることができる空調管理装置を得るものである。
図1は実施の形態1に係る空調管理装置の構成を示すブロック図である。
図1において、空調管理装置100は、複数の室内機30(以下、空調機ともいう)およびこれに対応する室外機20の動作を統合的に制御するものである。
この空調管理装置100は、複数の室外機20に専用通信線またはLANで接続されている。空調管理装置100と各室外機20の間は、信号交換が可能となっている。
また、各室外機20は、空調機として複数の室内機30と、専用通信線またはLANで接続されている。空調管理装置100と各室内機30との間は、室外機20を介して、信号交換が可能となっている。
空調管理装置100は、少なくとも、各室内機30および各室外機20の運転開始および停止を制御する信号を、各室内機30および各室外機20に送信することが可能である。
また、各室内機30および各室外機20は、それぞれ自身の運転状態を空調管理装置100に送信することが可能である。
対象空調機算出部1、空調機管理部5、LAN通信管理部7は、これらの機能を実現する回路デバイスなどのハードウェアで実現することもできるし、マイコンやCPUなどの演算装置上で実現されるソフトウェアとして実現することもできる。
データ管理部2は、HDD(Hard Disk Drive)やフラッシュメモリなどの記憶装置で構成することができる。
入力部3は、タッチパネルなどの入力装置で構成することができる。
表示部4は、液晶ディスプレイなどの画像出力装置で構成することができる。
通信管理部6は、LANインターフェースなどのネットワークインターフェースにより構成することができる。
なお、「対象空調機算出部1」は、本発明における「制御装置」に相当する。
このデータ管理部2は、空調機データ記憶部8と空間情報記憶部9とを備えている。
なお、「データ管理部2」は、本発明における「記憶装置」に相当する。
図2は実施の形態1に係る配置図の構成を示す図である。
配置図200は、空調機が設置される1つまたは複数の空調対象空間の配置を示すレイアウト図(平面図)である。
図2の例では、配置図200は、空調対象空間としての各部屋の形状・配置を示す画像により構成されている。
なお、空調対象空間が1つの場合はその形状のみを示す画像としても良い。なお、この配置図200には、空調対象空間に設けられている通路や窓、扉や階段、柱などの構造物を示しても良いし、文字を付しても良い。また空調対象空間の寸法の情報を合わせて保存するようにしても良い。
また、配置図200の彩色は、例えば、赤(R)・緑(G)・青(G)の各色(以下、RGBという。)の輝度を0~255の範囲で設定することで、彩色した画像を用いることができる。
なお、この配置図200は、空調対象空間の広さや階数などに応じて、複数設けるようにしても良い。また、配置図200は、平面図に限らず、俯瞰図など任意の図を用いても良い。
空調機位置情報300は、配置図200における各空調機の設置位置を示す情報である。
図3に示すように、空調機位置情報300は、空調機ID、設備機器名、座標x、座標yを有している。
空調機IDは、各空調機を識別する情報である。例えば、各空調機にそれぞれ固有の番号である。
空調機名は、各空調機にそれぞれ付した名称である。例えば、設置する空調対象空間の名称と機種などを基に付した名称である。なお、この空調機名の情報は省略しても良い。
この空調機の設置位置を示す情報は、配置図200上に空調機の図形(アイコン)を表示させる位置情報として用いられる他、制御対象の空調機を選択する際に用いられる。詳細は後述する。
なお、配置図200に表示する空調機のアイコンは、空調機の種類などにより変更するようにしても良い。この場合、例えばアイコンの種類を識別する情報(アイコンID)を各空調機ごとに記憶させるようにしても良い。
なお、「入力部3」は、本発明における「入力装置」に相当する。
なお、「表示部4」は、本発明における「表示装置」に相当する。
この通信管理部6は、空調機管理部5からの情報を空調管理装置100に接続された空調機器に伝達する。また空調機器等からの情報を受け取り空調機管理部5へ伝達する。
また、空調機管理部5は、表示部4に配置図200を表示させると共に、配置図200内の空調機の表示に対応して、運転データに関する情報を表示させる。具体例を図5により説明する。
例えば空調管理装置100を起動した際や使用者からの操作によって、以下の手順により配置図表示の動作を実行する。
(1)空調機管理部5は、データ管理部2に記憶された配置図200を読み込む。
(2)空調機管理部5は、空調機位置情報300を参照し、各空調機IDのそれぞれについて、空調機アイコン210をデータ管理部2から読み込む(図5(a))。
(3)空調機管理部5は、空調機位置情報300の座標x、yに基づき、配置図200の対応する座標位置に、読み込んだ空調機アイコン210を合成し、各空調機の設置位置を表示した配置図200を生成する(図5(b))。
(4)空調機管理部5は、各空調機の設置位置を表示した配置図200を、表示部4に表示させる。
なお、ここでは、配置図200と、各空調機を示す空調機アイコン210とを合成する場合を説明するが、本発明はこれに限らず、予め、空調対象空間を示すレイアウトに、空調機を表示した図を用いても良い。
なお、「空調機管理部5」は、本発明における「制御装置」に相当する。
使用者は、入力部3を操作し、表示部4に表示された配置図200における任意の指定位置Pの情報を入力する。
対象空調機算出部1は、入力された指定位置Pの情報に基づき、配置図200のうち指定位置Pが属する空調対象空間内であって、指定位置Pから所定範囲内の領域を、制御対象範囲SPとして求める。
対象空調機算出部1は、配置図200における設置位置が制御対象範囲SPに含まれる空調機を、制御対象の空調機として選択する。
空調機管理部5は、制御対象の空調機として選択した空調機の動作を制御する。
図7~図9は実施の形態1に係る制御対象空調機の選択動作を説明する図である。
以下、図6の各ステップに基づき、図7~図9の(a)~(d)を参照しつつ説明する。
まず、使用者は、入力部3を操作して、表示部4に表示された配置図200のうち、空調環境の制御を望む任意の位置(指定位置P)の情報を入力する(図7(a))。
例えば、入力部3を、表示部4の前面に配置したタッチパネルで構成する場合、使用者は、タッチパネル上の指定位置Pを押下する。これにより、配置図200における指定位置Pの座標情報が対象空調機算出部1へ入力される。
対象空調機算出部1は、使用者により入力された指定位置Pの情報を、入力部3から取得する。
なお、指定位置Pとして、例えば壁や柱などの構造物体や空調対象空間の外の空間(屋外)などの位置が指定された場合には、当該入力を無効にするようにしても良い。例えば、各空調対象空間の背景色を所定の色(例えばグレー)に統一し、この指定位置Pの背景色が前記所定の色以外である場合は無効とする。
次に、対象空調機算出部1は、制御対象範囲SPの算出を行う。
ここでは一例として、対象空調機算出部1は、配置図200における指定位置Pの表示色に基づき、制御対象範囲SPを求める場合を説明する。
なお、指定位置Pを中心とした±xy方向の定数Tの範囲(仮の範囲SP1)は、本発明における「所定範囲」に相当する。
なお、ここでは±xy方向の定数Tの範囲を所定範囲として設定する場合を説明するが、本発明はこれに限らず、指定位置Pを中心とする半径Tの円周内を所定範囲としても良い。
また、上記ステップS1において、例えば広がりをもつ座標の範囲など、配置図200における任意の指定範囲の情報が入力された場合、当該指定範囲を、仮の範囲SP1としても良い。
また、例えば空調機位置情報300に、空調機から吹き出される空気が到達する距離の最大値の情報を予め記憶させ、配置図200の画素(ドット)あたりの空調対象空間での距離との関係から、空調機から吹き出される空気の到達範囲に相当するドット数を上記所定の定数Tとして設定しても良い。これにより、空調機の能力に応じて、指定位置Pに影響を与える範囲を制御対象範囲SPとすることができる。
すなわち、対象空調機算出部1は、配置図200のうち、指定位置Pが属する空調対象空間内であって、指定位置Pから所定範囲内の領域を、制御対象範囲SPとして求める。
このような動作の詳細について、図10~図12を用いて説明する。
以下、図10の各ステップに基づき、指定位置Pから±x軸方向、±y軸方向における制御対象範囲SPの算出動作を説明する。
対象空調機算出部1は、指定位置Pの座標位置を(0,0)と仮定する。
(S11~S15)
対象空調機算出部1は、初期値x=0,終値+T,増分+1:y=0固定値として、繰り返し処理を行う。
なお、ここでは一例として、座標(x,y)の背景色が、指定位置Pの背景色と同一であるか否かを判定する場合を説明するが、本発明はこれに限るものではない。配置図200における壁や柱などの構造物と空調対象空間との区別ができるものであれば良い。例えば、予め壁や柱などの構造物の彩色の情報を設定し、当該座標(x,y)がこれら構造物の色と一致しないことを条件としても良い。
一方、座標(x,y)の背景色が指定位置Pの背景色と同一でない場合は、繰り返し処理を脱け、ステップS16に進む。
また、配置図200の画像内で使用している色の中で、最もドット数が多い色を背景色にするような自動的に設定を行うようにしても良い。
対象空調機算出部1は、初期値x=0,終値-T,増分-1:y=0固定値として、上記ステップS11~S15と同様の繰り返し処理を行う。
この繰り返し処理において、対象空調機算出部1は、配置図200の画素(ドット)のうち、指定位置Pから-x方向のドットが指定位置Pの背景色と一致しているかを確認し、背景色と一致している範囲を制御対象範囲SPとする。
対象空調機算出部1は、初期値y=0,終値+T,増分1:x=0固定値として、上記ステップS11~S15と同様の繰り返し処理を行う。
この繰り返し処理において、対象空調機算出部1は、配置図200の画素(ドット)のうち、指定位置Pから+y方向のドットが指定位置Pの背景色と一致しているかを確認し、背景色と一致している範囲を制御対象範囲SPとする。
対象空調機算出部1は、初期値y=0,終値-T,増分-1:x=0固定値として、上記ステップS11~S15と同様の繰り返し処理を行う。
この繰り返し処理において、対象空調機算出部1は、配置図200の画素(ドット)のうち、指定位置Pから-y方向のドットが指定位置Pの背景色と一致しているかを確認し、背景色と一致している範囲を制御対象範囲SPとする。
以下、図11および図12の各ステップに基づき、指定位置Pからy=±x方向(以下、斜め方向ともいう。)における制御対象範囲SPの算出動作を説明する。
対象空調機算出部1は、指定位置Pの座標位置を(0,0)と仮定する。

なお、ここでは一例として、座標(x,y)の背景色が、指定位置Pの背景色と同一であるか否かを判定する場合を説明するが、本発明はこれに限るものではない。配置図200における壁や柱などの構造物と空調対象空間との区別ができるものであれば良い。例えば、予め壁や柱などの構造物の彩色の情報を設定し、当該座標(x,y)がこれら構造物の色と一致しないことを条件としても良い。
一方、座標(x,y)の背景色が指定位置Pの背景色と同一でない場合は、ステップS27に進み、zを+1だけ増加させ、zが終値T-1となるまで上記動作を繰り返す。
また、配置図200の画像内で使用している色の中で、最もドット数が多い色を背景色にするような自動的に設定を行うようにしても良い。
対象空調機算出部1は、上記ステップS21~S27と同様の繰り返し処理を、変数zについて、初期値z=0,終値T-1,増分+1とし、変数x、yについて、初期値x=0,終値-T,増分-1:初期値y=z,終値+T,増分+1の条件で実施する。

図13に示すように、仮の範囲SP1内に、壁や柱などの構造物の表示がなく、指定位置Pと同一の背景色である場合、矢印で示すように、仮の範囲SP1内の全ての画素が、制御対象範囲SPとして判定される。
一方、図14の黒色で示すように、仮の範囲SP1内に、壁や柱などの構造物の表示がある場合、矢印で示すように画素を走査する途中で黒色表示の画素を検出すると、それまでの走査範囲(矢印の範囲)が制御対象範囲SPとして判定し、それ以降は走査が行われない。
このように、指定位置Pに対し、壁や柱などの構造物の背面側は、制御対象範囲SPとして判定されない。これにより、仮の範囲SP1のうち、指定位置Pの部屋(空調対象空間)とは別の部屋や、指定位置Pと同一の部屋であっても構造物により空調機からの吹き出し空気が到達しにくい領域については、制御対象範囲SPから除外することが可能となる。
再び図6に基づき説明する。
対象空調機算出部1は、データ管理部2の空調機位置情報300を参照し、配置図200における各空調機の設置位置の情報を取得する。
また、対象空調機算出部1は、空調機管理部5から、各空調機の最新の運転データ(例えば運転開始、運転停止、冷暖房の区分、風速、風量、設定温度等)を取得する。
対象空調機算出部1は、ステップS2で算出した制御対象範囲SPと、ステップS3で取得した各空調機の設置位置の情報とに基づき、設置位置が制御対象範囲SPに含まれる空調機を、制御対象の空調機として選択する。

このように、指定位置Pの空調環境に与える影響が大きい空調機について動作制御することで、指定位置Pを使用者が所望する空調環境とすることができる。
このため、複数の空調機のうちから、空調対象空間における指定位置の空調環境に影響を与える空調機を選択することができる。
このように、空調機単位ではなく、使用者が入力した指定位置Pに、影響を与える空調機を算出することにより、室内環境を使用者の意図した通りに変化させることができるため、室内環境の快適性を向上させることができる。
また、使用者は指定位置Pを選択する操作だけを行えば良く、容易に操作可能となるため、作業効率の向上が可能である。

なお、本実施の形態2における空調管理装置100の構成、および制御対象の空調機の選択動作は、上記実施の形態1と同様である。なお、実施の形態1と同一の構成には同一の符号を付する。
本実施の形態2では、制御対象の空調機を選択した後、当該制御対象の空調機の温度制御を実施する。
以下、図15の各ステップに基づき説明する。
空調機管理部5は、上記実施の形態1の動作により選択された制御対象の空調機から、それぞれ、室内温度の情報を取得する。
空調機管理部5は、取得した各室内温度に基づき、制御対象の空調機で検出された室内温度の平均値(以下、対象の温度平均という)を算出する。ここで、制御対象の空調機は指定位置Pの空調環境に与える影響が大きいため、当該制御対象の空調機で検出された室内温度の平均値は、指定位置Pの温度と見なすことができる。
空調機管理部5は、当該空調管理装置100が制御対象とする全ての空調機で検出された室内温度を、それぞれ取得する。そして、全ての空調機の全体の室内温度の平均値(以下、全体の温度平均という)を算出する。
空調機管理部5は、ステップS41で算出した対象の温度平均と、ステップS41で算出した全体の温度平均とを比較し、差を求める。
空調機管理部5は、ステップS43で求めた対象の温度平均と全体の温度平均との差と、所定の設定値とを比較する。
なお、所定の設定値は、予め設定した値でも良いし、使用者からの入力操作により設定した値でも良い。例えば指定位置Pと周辺環境との温度と温度変動を許容する場合には大きい値を設定する。
上記ステップ44で、対象の温度平均と全体の温度平均とが等しい(差がゼロ)場合、空調機管理部5は、制御対象の空調機の動作を現状のまま維持して、特段の制御を行わない。
上記ステップ44で、対象の温度平均と全体の温度平均との差が設定値より大きい場合、空調機管理部5は、対象の温度平均が全体の温度平均に近づくように、制御対象の空調機の動作を制御する。
具体的には、制御対象の空調機が冷房運転時には、当該空調機の設定温度を下げるように制御する。また、制御対象の空調機が暖房運転時には、当該空調機の設定温度を上げるように制御する。
上記ステップ44で、対象の温度平均と全体の温度平均との差が設定値より小さい場合、空調機管理部5は、対象の温度平均が全体の温度平均に近づくように、制御対象の空調機の動作を制御する。
具体的には、制御対象の空調機が冷房運転時には、当該空調機の設定温度を上げるように制御する。また、制御対象の空調機が暖房運転時には、当該空調機の設定温度を下げるように制御する。
このため、1つの空調対象空間に複数の空調機が設置される場合であっても、使用者が意図した指定位置Pにおける室内温度を意図した温度に変更することができる。よって、指定位置Pにおける空調環境を使用者が所望する空調環境とすることができる。
このため、対象空調機を選択後に周囲環境により温度を変化させることで、環境の一定化を実施することができる。また指定位置Pの温度を一定に保つことによって、空調負荷の削減につながり、エネルギー消費量の削減を図ることができる。
Claims (6)
- 複数の空調機の動作を制御する空調管理装置であって、
1つまたは複数の空調対象空間の配置を示す配置図の情報、および、前記配置図における前記空調機の設置位置を示す空調機位置情報が、記憶される記憶装置と、
前記配置図における任意の指定位置の情報を、入力させる入力装置と、
表示装置と、
前記配置図の情報および前記空調機位置情報に基づき、前記空調機の設置位置を表示した前記配置図を前記表示装置に表示させると共に、前記複数の空調機のうち制御対象の空調機として選択した空調機の動作を制御する制御装置と、
を備え、
前記制御装置は、
前記配置図のうち、前記指定位置が属する前記空調対象空間内であって、前記指定位置から所定範囲内の領域を、制御対象範囲として求め、
前記配置図における設置位置が前記制御対象範囲に含まれる前記空調機を、前記制御対象の空調機として選択する
ことを特徴とする空調管理装置。 - 前記配置図の情報は、
前記空調対象空間の形状および他の空調対象空間との境界を、彩色により表示する画像情報であり、
前記制御装置は、
前記配置図における前記指定位置の表示色に基づき、前記制御対象範囲を求める
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の空調管理装置。 - 前記制御装置は、
前記所定範囲を、前記空調機から吹き出される空気の到達範囲に基づき設定した
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の空調管理装置。 - 前記入力装置は、
前記配置図における任意の指定範囲の情報を入力させ、
前記制御装置は、
前記所定範囲を、前記入力装置から入力された前記指定範囲に基づき設定した
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の空調管理装置。 - 前記空調機毎に検出された室内温度の情報を取得する空調機管理部を備え、
前記制御装置は、
前記制御対象の空調機で検出された室内温度に基づき、前記制御対象の空調機の動作を制御する
ことを特徴とする請求項1~4の何れか1項に記載の空調管理装置。 - 前記制御装置は、
前記制御対象の空調機で検出された室内温度の平均値が、前記複数の空調機でそれぞれ検出された室内温度全体の平均値に近づくように、前記制御対象の空調機の動作を制御する
ことを特徴とする請求項5記載の空調管理装置。
