Description

树脂镜片成型模具夹持装置 技术领域
本发明涉及树脂镜片成型模具的夹持装置。
背景技术
现有技术中,树脂镜片成型模具100如图1和图2所示,由一对模片10、20和外箍30组成,每一组成型模具都配备一个夹持件40。
加工树脂镜片时,一对模片10和20叠置并由外箍30固定在一起,再由夹持件40将模片10和20夹紧,使模片10和20之间形成用于成型镜片的模腔。将外箍30翘开,用加料枪将树脂注入模腔中,再将加料枪抽出,外箍30在自身弹性作用下重新箍在模片10和20外,然后,将成型模具放入加热器中,使模腔中的树脂受热固化,再卸下夹持件40、外箍30、模片10和20,脱模,完成树脂镜片的成型。
现有树脂镜片在加工成型的过程中存在以下缺陷:
一、一对模片10和20完全由夹持件40靠自身弹性作用而夹紧固定,每次组装夹持件40和拆卸夹持件40都需克服弹性扳开夹持件40,操作十分费力,加工难度大;
二、夹持件40经多次扳开再回复后,夹紧力大大减小,所以,需要经常调节夹持件40,使夹持件40保持夹紧力度,增加调节操作,使树脂镜片加工成型过程麻烦;
三、每加工一片镜片都需要组装一次夹持件40和拆卸一次夹持件40,而且,加热固化也需逐一放入加热器中,待固化后再逐一从加热器中取出,十分费工费时,加工成本增加。
有鉴于现有树脂镜片加工成型存在诸多缺陷,本发明人专门研发一种树脂镜片成型模具夹持装置,本案由此产生。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种树脂镜片成型模具夹持装置,以使加工容易,省时省工。
为了达成上述目的,本发明的解决方案是:
树脂镜片成型模具夹持装置,包括座体、隔片、导杆、大弹簧、压杆和定位器;导杆安装在座体上;若干隔片滑动架设在导杆上;大弹簧对应隔片的中心固定在安装导杆一端的座体上;压杆对应隔片的中心穿插在安装导杆另一端的座体通孔中;定位器安装在压杆和座体之间,压杆借助定位器固定在座体上。
上述隔片的两边各形成凸耳,凸耳上开设C型卡槽,隔片借助C型卡槽套在导杆上而滑动架设在导杆上。
上述隔片的两侧分别凸起形成用于夹紧成型模具的压块。
上述压杆的一端形成夹紧成型模具的夹持头而另一端形成按压头。
上述定位器由安装片、定位片和活动片组成,安装片的一端固定在座体上,定位片固定在安装片的另一端,定位片上开设穿孔,活动片枢设在安装片的另一端,活动片上则开设卡孔,活动片和定位片之间设置小弹簧,压杆穿置在卡孔、穿孔和通孔中,压杆在穿孔和通孔之间形成卡销,压簧套在压杆上且压簧的两端抵在座体和卡销上。
上述定位器由卡齿、凸卡和复位弹簧组成,卡齿和凸卡分别形成在座体和压杆上,压杆上形成卡销,压簧套在压杆上且压簧的两端抵在座体和卡销上。
采用上述方案后,本发明是用于代替现有技术中的夹持件。使用时,将组装好的成型模具(一对模片和外箍组成)一一放在相邻的两个隔片之间,然后按压压杆并借助定位器定位,这样,利用压杆和大弹簧将若干成型模具同时夹紧;再像现有技术那样,将树脂逐一加入每一个成型模具中,接着将若干成型模具一起放在加热器中,加热固化后再从加热器中取出,之后动作定位器而解除定位作用,即同时解除本实用新型对若干成型模具的夹持作用。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:
一、若干对模片同时由本实用新型的大弹簧和压杆夹紧固定,每次组装和拆卸只需轻松按压压杆或动作定位器,操作十分轻松、容易;
二、夹紧作用由大弹簧和压杆实现,夹紧力始终如一并不因为反复使用而减小,不必像现有技术那样经常调节,使树脂镜片加工成型过程简单;
三、加工若干镜片只需要一次性组装夹紧和一次性解除夹紧,而且,加热固化也只需要一次性放入加热器中,待固化后再一次性从加热器中取出,省时省工,加工成本降低。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图及具体实施例对本发明做详细描述。
请参阅图3至图7所述,本发明揭示的树脂镜片成型模具夹持装置,包括座体1、隔片2、导杆3、大弹簧4、压杆5和定位器6。
座体1是本实用新型安装基础,具体可由二片组成。
导杆3安装在座体1上。导杆3至少有二根。
若干隔片2滑动架设在导杆3上。隔片2的两边各形成凸耳21,凸耳21上开设C型卡槽22,隔片2借助C型卡槽22套在导杆3上而滑动架设在导杆3上。为了使夹紧更稳固,隔片2的两侧分别凸起形成压块23用于更好地夹紧成型模具100。
大弹簧4对应隔片2的中心固定在安装导杆3一端的座体1上。
压杆5对应隔片2的中心穿插在安装导杆3另一端的座体1通孔11中。为了更好操作压杆5和夹紧成型模具100,压杆5的一端形成夹紧成型模具100的夹持头51而另一端形成按压头52。
定位器6安装在压杆5和座体1之间,压杆5借助定位器6固定在座体1上。定位器6是用于夹紧成型模具6时定位压杆5的位置,其结构有很多。此实施例中,定位器6由安装片61、定位片62和活动片63组成,安装片61的一端固定在座体1上,定位片62固定在安装片61的另一端,定位片62上开设穿孔64,活动片63枢设在安装片61的另一端,活动片63上则开设卡孔65,活动片63和定位片62之间设置使活动片63复位的小弹簧66,压杆5穿置在卡孔65、穿孔64和通孔11中,压杆5在穿孔64和通孔11之间形成卡销53,压簧67套在压杆5上且压簧67的两端抵在座体1和卡销53上。树脂镜片成型时,向座体1内按压压杆5,压簧67压缩,压杆5借助错开的穿孔64和卡孔65而定位,借助压杆5与大弹簧4配合可夹紧成型模具100;树脂镜片成型后,按压活动片63,压缩小弹簧66,穿孔64和卡孔65对齐而解除定位,压杆5在压簧67的作用下复位,解除对树脂成型模具100的夹紧作用,同时活动片63在小弹簧66的作用下复位。定位器也可由卡齿、凸卡和复位弹簧组成,卡齿和凸卡分别形成在座体和压杆上,压杆上形成卡销,压簧套在压杆上且压簧的两端抵在座体和卡销上,由卡齿和凸卡配合实现定位。
本发明配合成型模具100使用时,如图6所示,将组装好的成型模具100(一对模片和外箍组成)一一放在相邻的两个隔片2之间,按压压杆5并借助定位器6定位,利用压杆5和大弹簧4将若干成型模具100同时夹紧。将树脂逐一加入每一个成型模具100中,再将若干成型模具100与本实用新型一起放在加热器中,加热固化后取出。如图7所示,动作定位器6解除定位作用,可同时解除本实用新型对若干成型模具100的夹持作用。本发明使树脂镜片加工容易,省工省时省力,加工成本大大降低。
以上所述仅为本发明的一个实施例,并非对本案设计的限制,凡依本案的设计关键所做的等同变化,均落入本案的保护范围。

Claims (6)

1.树脂镜片成型模具夹持装置,其特征在于:包括座体、隔片、导杆、大弹簧、压杆和定位器;导杆安装在座体上;若干隔片滑动架设在导杆上;大弹簧对应隔片的中心固定在安装导杆一端的座体上:压杆对应隔片的中心穿插在安装导杆另一端的座体通孔;定位器安装在压杆和座体之间,压杆借助定位器固定在座体上。
2.如权利要求1所述的树脂镜片成型模具夹持装置,其特征在于:上述隔片的两边各形成凸耳,凸耳上开设C型卡槽,隔片借助C型卡槽套在导杆上而滑动架设在导杆上。
3.如权利要求1所述的树脂镜片成型模具夹持装置,其特征在于:上述隔片的两侧分别凸起形成用于夹紧成型模具的压块。
4.如权利要求1所述的树脂镜片成型模具夹持装置,其特征在于:上述压杆的一端形成夹紧成型模具的夹持头而另一端形成按压头。
5.如权利要求1所述的树脂镜片成型模具夹持装置,其特征在于:上述定位器由安装片、定位片和活动片组成,安装片的一端固定在座体上,定位片固定在安装片的另一端,定位片上开设穿孔,活动片枢设在安装片的另一端,活动片上则开设卡孔,活动片和定位片之间设置小弹簧,压杆穿置在卡孔、穿孔和通孔中,压杆在穿孔和通孔之间形成卡销,压簧套在压杆上且压簧的两端抵在座体和卡销上。
6.如权利要求1所述的树脂镜片成型模具夹持装置,其特征在于:上述定位器由卡齿、凸卡和复位弹簧组成,卡齿和凸卡分别形成在座体和压杆上,压杆上形成卡销,压簧套在压杆上且压簧的两端抵在座体和卡销上。
