Description
まず、ローダ2により素材板材W1を板材加工機1に搬入する。ローダ2の搬入動作は、図2のように、板材吸着体20を円弧状の軌跡Cの素材板材待機位置P1に位置させ、昇降駆動源36に出力して板材吸着体20を下降させ、板材載せ台38上の素材板材W1を板材吸着体20により吸着する。そして、昇降駆動源36に出力して板材吸着体20を上昇させてから、旋回駆動源35に出力して板材吸着体20を旋回中心軸27回りに図2の右回り(時計回り)に旋回させる。

Claims (5)
- 素材板材に対して加工を行う板材加工機と、この板材加工機に素材板材を搬入するローダとを備え、
前記板材加工機は、素材板材に対して加工を行う加工ヘッドと、素材板材を載せるテーブルと、このテーブル上で板材を前後左右に送る板材送り機構とを備え、この板材送り機構は、前後移動自在なキャリッジと、このキャリッジに左右移動自在に設けられ、素材板材の前端部を把持するワークホルダとを有し、
前記ローダは、前記素材板材を吸着可能な板材吸着体と、前記板材吸着体を平面視で同じ姿勢に保ったまま定められた円弧状の軌跡に沿って旋回させる旋回機構とを有し、この旋回機構は、前記板材吸着体を、前記円弧状の軌跡上で、前記テーブル上における前記加工ヘッドよりも前方であって、かつ左右方向の一方側の部分である素材板材搬入位置と、前記テーブルよりも左右方向の一方側であって、かつ前記素材板材搬入位置よりも後方の素材板材待機位置とで位置切換するものであり、前記円弧状の軌跡における前記素材板材搬入位置と前記素材板材待機位置との間の最前位置にある前記板材吸着体は、前記キャリッジが前後移動範囲の最も前方に位置し、かつ前記ワークホルダが左右移動可能範囲の前記一方側に位置するときの前記ワークホルダと互いに干渉する位置にあり、
前記板材加工機は、前記板材吸着体が前記最前位置にあるとき、前記ワークホルダを前記加工ヘッドに対し前記素材板材搬入位置とは左右方向の他方側へ位置させるものとした、板材加工システム。 - 前記旋回機構による前記板材吸着体の旋回中心は、前記加工ヘッドに対して左右方向の一方側であって、かつ前記テーブルの後方に位置し、前記板材吸着体が前記旋回中心と同じ左右方向の位置にあるときの前後方向の位置が、前記円弧状の軌跡上の前記最前位置であり、この最前位置から左右方向の他方側に旋回した位置に前記素材板材搬入位置があり、前記最前位置から左右方向の一方側へ前記旋回中心よりも後方まで旋回した位置が前記素材板材待機位置であり、前記円弧状の軌跡上の前記最前位置と前記素材板材待機位置との間に製品板材搬出位置を設けた請求項1記載の板材加工システム。
- 前記素材板材待機位置と前記製品板材搬出位置とは、左右方向の位置が一致する請求項2記載の板材加工システム。
- 前記旋回機構は、前記ローダに回転自在に支持された鉛直方向の旋回中心軸と、基端が前記旋回中心軸に支持されて該旋回中心軸と一体に旋回する旋回アームと、基端が前記ローダに固定された固定アームと、この固定アームの先端に鉛直方向の軸回りに回動自在に基端が連結されたリンクとを有し、
前記旋回アームの先端および前記リンクの先端に、前記板材吸着体が支持されている請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の板材加工システム。 - 前記板材吸着体は、第1および第2のロッドを介して前記旋回アームの先端および前記リンクの先端にそれぞれ支持され、
前記旋回中心軸の中心と前記第1のロッドの中心とを結ぶ直線と、前記固定アームの軸の中心と前記第2のロッドの中心とを結ぶ直線は互いに平行であり、かつ前記旋回中心軸の中心と前記固定アームの軸の中心とを結ぶ直線と、前記第1のロッドの中心と前記第2のロッドの中心とを結ぶ直線は互いに平行である請求項4に記載の板材加工システム。
